Abstract

The objective of this study is to assess the efficacy of utilising the ExamView application in the assessment and evaluation process at SMA PGRI 2 Sampit. The ExamView application has been developed with the specific intention of assisting teachers in the creation of examination questions, the acceleration of the correction process, and the provision of comprehensive analysis of the results. This research employed a descriptive quantitative methodology with a purposive sampling technique, encompassing a sample of 17 teachers and 236 students. The data were collected through the administration of questionnaires, the conduct of observations, and the facilitation of interviews. The findings indicated that the utilisation of the ExamView application has the potential to enhance the efficacy and calibre of the learning evaluation process. Approximately 14 of teachers reported that the application made it easier to create questions and to correct them more quickly. In addition, 177 of students felt that the exams were more structured and that they were more motivated. Nevertheless, challenges remain in terms of enhancing teachers' technological proficiency and addressing infrastructure limitations, such as unreliable internet connectivity. With these improvements, the ExamView application has the potential to make a more pronounced impact on the learning evaluation process at SMA PGRI 2 Sampit. This research underscores the necessity for supplementary training for teachers and enhanced technical resources to fully leverage technology in education

Abstract

Abstract: This study reveals the experience of SMPN 3 Lamongan (Lamongan State Junior High School 3) in managing a healthy school canteen, giving entrepreneurship learning, and giving inspiration of economic activity towards both the school community and the surrounding community to cooperate in the canteen, all of which are as the Implementation of Independent Curriculum. The method of this study is designed in a qualitative approach, in which the data are collected by interview, observation, and documentation. The data are then analyzed through these steps: data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The result shows that 1) the location of the canteen is beautiful and comfortable; 2) canteens are part of the implementation of the independent curriculum which is used for learning to live a healthy and clean life through the provision of nutritious, healthy and free from preservatives, dyes, sweeteners, and flavorings; 3) The canteen provides motivation and inspiration for the cultivation of students' entrepreneurial spirit. As well as collaborating with school residents and parents to provide food, snacks, and drinks with nutritious, healthy, and attractive criteria; and 4) canteens are also as a Adiwiyata School program which is implemented by the principles of environmental conservation. Keywords: school canteen, healthy behavior learning, entrepreneurial inspiration Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengungkap pengalaman SMPN 3 Lamongan dalam mengelola kantin sekolah sehat mandiri, memberikan pembelajaran kewirausahaan, dan memberikan inspirasi kegiatan ekonomi baik kepada warga sekolah maupun masyarakat sekitar untuk bekerjasama dalam kantin. yang kesemuanya merupakan Implementasi Kurikulum Mandiri. Metode penelitian ini dirancang dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis melalui langkah-langkah berikut: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) lokasi kantin asri dan nyaman; 2) kantin merupakan bagian dari Penerapan Kurikulum merdeka yang digunakan untuk pembelajaran hidup sehat dan bersih melalui penyediaan asupan jajanan, dan minuman yang bergizi , sehat dan bebas dari bahan pengawet, pewarna, pemanis, dan penyedap rasa,; 3) kantin memberikan motivasi dan inspirasi penanaman jiwa kewirausahaan peserta didik. Serta bekerjasama dengan warga sekolah dan wali murid untuk menyediakan makanan, jajanan, dan minuman dengan kriteria bergizi, sehat, dan menarik; dan 4) kantin juga merupakan bagian dari program sekolah Adiwiyata Sekolah yang dilaksanakan dengan memperhatikan prinsip pelestarian lingkungan hidup. Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of the Team Games Tournament (TGT) model in enhancing student engagement and interest in learning among eighth-grade students at SMP Islam Terampil NM NW Pancor Kopong. The research employs a classroom action research design, consisting of pre-cycle, cycle I, and cycle II. Data were collected through observations, questionnaires, and tests, focusing on students' learning interest and activity levels. The results indicate a significant improvement in both engagement and interest across the cycles. In the pre-cycle phase, only 5 students exhibited high engagement, while 9 and 11 students demonstrated medium and low engagement, respectively. By cycle I, these figures rose to 8 high, 10 medium, and 4 low engagement students. Cycle II further revealed a notable increase, with 14 students showing high engagement and 8 at a medium level. The distribution frequency analysis highlighted that the average score for learning interest was 2.12, with the highest mean recorded in group participation and games (2.54). Additionally, statistical analysis through paired t-tests revealed significant differences (p < 0.001) in both learning interest and engagement. This underscores the positive impact of TGT in fostering an interactive and motivating learning environment. Although the findings suggest meaningful advancements, the study acknowledges limitations and encourages further research to refine and expand upon the results. This study contributes to the literature on effective teaching strategies in enhancing student motivation and participation in educational settings.

Abstract

Kekait is one of the villages included in Gunungsari District, West Lombok Regency. Local resources in Kekait Village have the potential to develop educational tourism. Educational tourism is a form of travel that combines tourism activities with educational aspects. Based on community service activities, it can be seen that youth in Kekait Village, among other things: better understand local resources in Kekait Village, better understand about community as a local resource, and better understand the role of local resources in developing edutourism in Kekait Village.

Abstract

The goal of artificial intelligence is to build robots that can learn, reason, and adapt to carry out complicated tasks. The research aims to provide essential guidance to enhance students' knowledge related to artificial intelligence devices. The highlights of the need for Indonesian engineering students to align their competencies with the 4.0 industrial revolution by developing knowledge in adopting artificial intelligence to improve Indonesia's technological standing in fields such as power electronics. The respondent of the study involved 125 electrical engineering students in Aceh. The questionnaire is the chosen instrument aimed at obtaining perceptions from electrical engineering students regarding their knowledge of artificial intelligence devices. The research revealed that electrical engineering students in Aceh struggle with understanding artificial intelligence applications due to limited exposure, a lack of expert guidance, unfamiliarity with programming elements, and insufficient explanation of AI concepts in their curriculum.

Abstract

Mass movement is one of the major natural disasters that claim many lives and property. The Kelara watershed, which is the research area, often encounters land movements that often cause casualties. The problem of mass movement often occurs in the upstream - midstream part of the Kelara watershed with mountainous to hilly morphology with moderately steep to steeply sloping relief. The parameters used in this analysis are lithology, distance from faults, distance from rivers, distance from streets, land use, rainfall, soil type, slope, profile curvature, and slope aspect. The analysis was conducted by giving weights based on the comparison of soil movement events to the class of each parameter using the Weight of Evidence method. Based on the Weight of Evidence method, the mass movement vulnerability zone is divided into five zones, very low vulnerability zone occupies 7.75%, low vulnerability zone occupies 27.11%, medium vulnerability zone occupies 31.76%, high vulnerability zone occupies 21.72%, and very high vulnerability zone occupies 11.66% of the total study area. Based on validation using the AUC value, the Weight of Evidence Method has a value of 0.771 (Fairly Good Model).

Abstract

Organic fertilizer is a type of fertilizer that comes from natural ingredients that contain organic materials, such as plant, animal or other organic waste. Organic fertilizer naturally contains essential nutrients for plants, such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, micronutrients and beneficial organic materials. Organic fertilizers have experienced significant development in recent years. Increased awareness of the importance of sustainable and environmentally friendly agriculture has encouraged the use and development of organic fertilizers. Meanwhile, organic fertilizer can be produced through composting, fermentation or decomposition of organic materials. To be able to produce superior and quality fertilizer products, of course you must choose superior or quality product ingredients. Sources of organic material can be goat kohe, effective microorganism 4 (EM4), bamboo leaf waste, chicken manure waste, burnt husks, cocopeat, coconut fiber. This research aims to create a decision support system using the weighted product (WP) method. WP is a popular multi-criteria analysis decision and is a multi-criteria decision making method. The choice of the weighted product (WP) method is also based on its ability to provide optimal solutions in the ranking system. The choice of this method is also based on the computational complexity which is not too difficult so that the time required to produce calculations is relatively short

Abstract

The research aims to discover how to build the concept of professionalism of State Civil Apparatus from a Sharia perspective when conducting the recruitment process. The research method used is a qualitative approach to interview techniques for how to build the concept of State Civil Apparatus professionalism during the recruitment process according to Sharia based on the experiences of people who have applied for work, for example, the experience of participating in applying for work and following the recruitment process of Civil Servant Candidates whose informants are three people from postgraduate students of UIN Alauddin Makassar. The results of the study found that the professionalism of State Civil Apparatus is associated with a Sharia perspective, so the two important things that a professional State Civil Apparatus must possess are competence and integrity, then connected with three principles that are fulfilled, namely justice, honesty, and trustworthiness in order to fulfill accountability and according to criteria and benefits for organizations and society in providing the best service because it uses a Computer Assisted System (CAT) system so that participants and the general public can see the value directly so that the intention to commit fraudulent practices will not be carried out because the general public sees the value of participants can increase public trust.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan teori konstruktivisme dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di kelas IV SDN 18 Dodu. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan instrumen berupa lembar observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru telah menerapkan prinsip-prinsip konstruktivisme dalam proses pembelajaran, seperti memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk membangun pengetahuan sendiri melalui pengalaman, interaksi, dan refleksi. Penggunaan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah (PBL) dan pendekatan culturally responsive teaching juga mendukung terwujudnya pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa. Siswa aktif terlibat dalam kegiatan belajar, berkolaborasi dengan teman sekelompok, dan menunjukkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dalam memecahkan masalah.

Abstract

Gili Meno merupakan salah satu gili dari gugusan pulau yang terkenal sebagai destinasi wisata di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Nusa Tenggara Barat merupakan salah satu provinsi yang rawan terhadap gempa bumi yang diikuti tsunami, termasuk di Gili Meno. Vegetasi dapat berperan dalam mitigasi tsunami. Akan tetapi vegetasi di Gili Meno telah mengalami degradasi akibat konservasi lahan maupun aktivits antropogenik lainnya. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mendata jenis-jenis tumbuhandi Pantai Gili Meno kemudian dihitung jumlah individunya. Hasil penelitian kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk mengetahui spesies tumbuhan yang berpotensi dalam mitigasi tsunami berbasis vegetasi di Pantai Gili Meno. Berdasarkan penelitian terdapat 10 spesies tumbuhan yang berpotensi dalam mitigasi tsunami di Pantai Gili Meno, yaitu: Avicennia marina, Casuarina equisetifolia, Cocos nucifera, Delonix regia, Leucaena leucocephala, Morinda citrifolia, Pandanus tectorius, Premna serratifolia, Swietenia mahagoni, dan Terminalia catappa. Dalam mitigasi tsunami di Pantai Gili Meno, berbagai jenis tanaman pohon dan memiliki bentuk tajuk tertentu perlu disusun dan ditata sedemikian rupa baik jenis maupun alur penanamannya, sehingga secara berlapis berperan sebagai pelindung dan pemecah gelombang pasang. Selain itu, dalam pengaturan tanaman tersebut perlu mempertimbangkan faktor estetika sehingga kawasan Pantai Gili Meno tetap memiliki keindahan dan daya tarik.
