Abstract

Background. Panfacial fractures involves fractures of several bones of face. They are associated with malocclusion, dish face deformity, enopthalmos, diplopia, cerebrospinal fluid leak and soft tissue injuries. Purpose. The purpose of this paper is to present a case of minimizing surgical wound and morbidity. Case. A 40 year old female presented with severe maxillofacial injuries caused by motor vehicle collisions about 5 days prior to admission. The assessment of the patient is mild head injury, panfacial fractures, lacerated wound at face,  rupture of globe of occular sinistra. An open reduction and internal fixation  (ORIF) and enucleation of globe occular sinistra was performed.  Intraoral vestibular incision is made in the upper and lower vestibular region. Mucoperiosteal flap elevation of vestibular will exposure of the anterior maxilla and mandibular fractures. Intermaksilary fixation within 3 week and restore aesthetic with prosthesis fitting eyeball and denture. Discusion. The goal of  treatment of  panfacial fracture is to restore both the functions and pre-injury 3-dimensional facial contours. To achieve this goal two common  sequences of management of Panfacial fractures are proposed, “Bottom up and inside out” or “Top down and outside in”. Other sequences exist but there are variations of these two major approaches. Conclusion. A minimally invasive approach to  the fracture site is an alternative method  to manage panfacial fracture with a simple, effective and lower complication rate.

Abstract

Abstrak- Salah satu misi dari Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kabupaten Aceh Barat adalah menyederhanakan prosedur dan pelayanan bagi masyarakat yang ingin melakukan perizinan untuk usahanya. Dalam melakukan proses perizinan usaha kawasan industri, selama ini diketahui masyarakat harus datang langsung ke kantor untuk mendaftarkan usahanya, dengan membawa syarat/berkas sebagai dokumen kelengkapan perizinan. selanjutnya masyarakat mengajukan berkas permohonan kepada DPMPTSP melalui petugas front office, kemudian berkas permohonan akan diperiksa apabila memenuhi syarat berkas permohonan akan diagendakan dan akan diserahkan kepada kepala bidang. Selanjutnya kepala bidang akan mendisposisikan berkas tersebut kepada Kepala Seksi Perizinan yang kemudian akan diperiksa kembali oleh staff teknis dan akan mempelajari berkas permohonan tersebut. Kemudian berkas akan diserahkan kepada kepala dinas untuk diperiksa dan menandatanganinya, dan diserahkan kembali kepada staf teknis untuk memberikan nomor perizinan serta mengarsipkan berkas permohonan ke lemari arsip. Lalu berkas permohonan akan diserahkan kembali kepada pihak front office untuk memberikan tanda terima izin kepada masyarakat.. Berkas kelengkapan dan berkas permohonan yang masih berbentuk kertas yang masih disimpan pada lemari arsip juga akan menyulitkan pihak dinas jika ingin melakukan pembuatan laporan. Mengingat banyaknya berkas yang harus disiapkan dan juga lamanya proses perizinan, maka diperlukannya suatu sistem yang dapat membantu masyarakat dan pihak dinas agar proses perizinan menjadi lebih efektif danjuga efesien. peneliti mencoba untuk merancang sebuah sistem perizinan izin usaha kawasan industri berbasis website yang dapat diakses dengan mudah oleh masyarakat. sehingga masyarakat tidak perlu lagi untuk datang langsung kekantor untuk memberikan berkas permohonan secara manual, namun hanya perlu meng-upload berkas kelengkapan yang akan ter-sinkron dengan database admin DPMTSP. Masyarakat juga dapat memantau sudah sejauh mana proses perizinan berjalan, dan dapat memudahkan pihak dinas dalam memberi izin, melakukan pengarsipan, dan membuat rekapitulasi laporan. Dengan adanya sistem ini maka dapat membantu pihak dinas dalam memberikan perizinan usaha kawasan industri secara online dan mempermudah masyarakat dalam pengajuan perizinan, sehingga tercapainya misi dari Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMTSP) Kabupaten Aceh Barat.Kata Kunci : Perizinan Usaha, Sistem Informasi Perizinan, Proses Perizinan

Abstract

Air Susu Ibu (ASI) merupakan sumber nutrisi paling ideal bagi bayi, karena mengandung berbagai zat gizi serta komponen pelindung penting yang berperan dalam menunjang proses tumbuh kembang secara optimal. Kandungan ASI yang sangat kaya dan kompleks—termasuk ratusan senyawa bioaktif—berkontribusi besar dalam memperkuat sistem kekebalan tubuh bayi. Dengan pemberian ASI yang optimal, risiko bayi mengalami infeksi dapat dikurangi, sekaligus menurunkan angka kesakitan dan kematian pada masa awal kehidupan. Rendahnya tingkat keberhasilan program ASI eksklusif dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, salah satunya adalah kurangnya pemahaman ibu mengenai manfaat dan tujuan dari pemberian ASI eksklusif, yang pada akhirnya berkontribusi terhadap kegagalan dalam praktik pemberian ASI secara optimal. Oleh karena itu perlu kiranya dilakukan penanaman pemahaman tentang manfaat ASI Ekslusif Bayi Ibu dan Anak, serta manfaat Daun Katuk dalam produktifitas ASI. Adapun metode yang dilakukan dengan metode ceramah dan pengamatan secara langsung, serta tanya jawab, lalu dilanjutkan dengan pemberian Cookies Daun Katuk pada ibu menyusui. Setelah dilakukan kegiatan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan ibu hamil dan menyusui tentang manfaat kesehatan dari ASI eksklusif bagi bayi dan ibu, peningkatan pengetahuan ibu tentang teknik pospel yang benar dan peningkatan pengetahuan ibu hamil dan menyusui, serta ibu menyusui sangat menyukai produk Cookies Daun Katuk untuk dikonsumsi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of accounting information system (AIS) usage on the increase of business income in coffee shops in Mataram City. The background of this research is the rapid growth of coffee shops in line with the increasing coffee consumption among society, while many business owners still lack a structured financial management system. This research uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. The sample includes 30 coffee shops that have implemented an accounting information system, selected through purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression, and t- tests. The results show that the use of an accounting information system significantly affects the increase in business income of coffee shops in Mataram City. This is supported by a significance value of < 0.05 and a t-count value higher than the t- table. These findings indicate that accounting information systems help business owners in more accurate financial recording, effective decision-making, and better financial planning.

Abstract

Technological and industrial advancements and the rapid increase in population, gradually changing the function of agricultural land into housing and industrial complexes. Overcoming the reduction of agricultural land, efforts made by farming vertically or verticulture methods.Shallots are an important vegetable commodity for the community, because of their high economic value and nutritional content. To reduce imports, it is necessary to increase production and quality of shallots through intensification and extensification. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the composition of the growing media, the effect of the dose of organic fertilizer in municipal waste, and its interaction with the productivity of shallots with verticulture cultivation techniques.The study was conducted in the experimental area of ​​the Faculty of Agriculture, UNTAG Banyuwangi, using Kooi's house, using a factorial completely randomized design (RAL) method with four replications consisting of two factors: the composition of the growing media and the dose of municipal waste fertilizer.Growth media composition factor (M) consists of 3 treatments, namely: M1 = soil: sand: husk (2: 1: 1); M2 = soil: sand: stem of fern (2: 1: 1); and M3 = soil: sand: cocopeat (2: 1: 1). The composition of municipal solid waste (P) consists of 3 treatments, namely: P1 = composition of municipal solid waste organic fertilizer 25%; P2 = composition of city organic waste 50%; and P3 = composition of urban organic waste 75%. Observation parameters in this study were Plant Height (cm), Number of Leaves, Wet Weight (grams), Number of Tubers, and Tuber Diameter (cm).

Abstract

This study critically examines the authority of local government in protecting and preserving regional culture in Malinau Regency. It aims to analyze the legal basis for cultural preservation and assess its implementation by the regional government. Using a normative legal research method grounded in the 1945 Constitution and relevant legislation, the study employs a statutory approach supplemented by empirical data collection. Findings indicate that Malinau Regency possesses the authority to enact regional regulations to safeguard local arts and culture from the erosion of traditional values. Such regulations are essential to ensure the sustainability of cultural heritage and must balance academic, ideological, sociological, and economic interests. Furthermore, regional regulations should empower local authorities and promote community participation in the protection, development, utilization, guidance, and supervision of regional culture.

Abstract

Academic supervision is a key responsibility of school principals in enhancing the quality of teaching, including in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at Special Needs Schools (SLB), where students exhibit diverse characteristics. This study aims to describe the implementation of academic supervision carried out by the principal toward PAI teachers, as well as the improvement steps taken by these teachers to enhance the quality of instruction at SLB Negeri Lamongan. A qualitative descriptive approach was used, with data collected through observation, interviews with the principal and PAI teachers, and documentation. The findings indicate that academic supervision is conducted systematically each semester, beginning with planning activities such as setting goals, scheduling, preparing lesson plans by teachers, and designing observation tools by the principal. Supervision is carried out individually through classroom visits and collaboratively. The evaluation and follow-up stages include reflective meetings, in-depth discussions with PAI teachers, and specialized training to improve their teaching competence. In response, PAI teachers engage in professional discussions with peers, actively participate in teacher working groups (MGMP) and training programs, and integrate the acquired recommendations and knowledge into their teaching practices.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of work discipline, motivation, and work environment on the performance of mining supervisors at PT. Cristian Eka Pratama, East Kalimantan. The mining industry in Indonesia has experienced rapid growth, especially in Kalimantan, which is rich in coal reserves. Given the important role of mining supervisors, this study aims to analyze how work discipline, motivation, and work environment affect supervisor performance. This research is crucial as mining supervisors face high-risk work environments and must adhere to safety standards while managing daily operations. The study uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis to explore how these factors—work discipline, motivation, and work environment—contribute to performance. Data were collected through surveys and analyzed to determine the impact of these factors on performance. The results of the study show that work discipline, work motivation, and work environment have a significant impact on supervisor performance. It is expected that these results will provide valuable insights into improving human resource management in the mining sector, particularly in enhancing supervisor performance.

Abstract

The difficulty vocational students have in understanding the chronology of historical events is the background of this study. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of digital infographic media on the chronological thinking ability of students in class XI MPLB at SMK Negeri 1 Banjarmasin. The research method used a quantitative experimental approach with a true experimental post-test-only control design. This study involved 48 students who were divided into experimental and control groups. Data collection was done through cognitive tests and documentation, with data analysis using a t-test. The results showed that the use of digital infographic media had a significant effect on students' chronological thinking ability, where the experimental class showed better ability than the control class. Digital infographic media proved to be effective in helping students understand the chronology of historical events, improve understanding of cause-and-effect relationships, and increase interest and motivation to learn. This research has implications for the importance of integrating digital technology in history learning and developing students' chronological thinking skills in a temporal context.

Abstract

Sentiment analysis plays a crucial role in understanding customer perspectives, especially within Indonesian e-commerce platforms. Despite the success of deep learning in high-resource languages, its application to Indonesian sentiment data remains underexplored. Previous studies using models like BERT-CNN or fine-tuned IndoBERT achieved modest results, highlighting the need for more effective architectures for Indonesian language. This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory (BiLSTM) and Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU) models in classifying buyers’ sentiment from Indonesian product reviews on the PREDECT-ID dataset comprising 5,400 annotated product reviews. Standard NLP preprocessing techniques—including text normalization, tokenization, stopword removal, and stemming—were applied. Both models were trained using Adam and Stochastic Gradient Descent (SGD) optimizers, and their performance was evaluated using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score metrics. The GRU model trained with SGD achieved the highest performance, with an accuracy of 94.07%, precision of 93.84%, recall of 94.53%, and F1-score of 94.18%. Notably, the BiLSTM model combined with SGD resulted in competitive results, achieving 93.61% accuracy and 93.84% F1-score. The results confirm that GRU with SGD optimizer, are highly effective for sentiment classification in Indonesian language datasets. By leveraging deep sequential modeling for a low-resource language, this study contributes to the advancement of scalable sentiment analysis systems in underrepresented linguistic domains. The results contribute to the advancement of NLP systems for Indonesian by providing a benchmark for the future development of sentiment analysis tools in low-resource languages.
