Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana pendidikan vokasional dapat meningkatkan kewirausahaan pemuda melalui tinjauan literatur sistematis yang berfokus pada keterampilan dan niat kewirausahaan. Kewirausahaan pemuda merupakan pilar penting dalam mendorong inovasi dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Pendidikan vokasional, dengan orientasinya pada pengembangan keterampilan praktis, memiliki potensi besar untuk membekali pemuda dengan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan untuk memulai dan mengelola usaha mereka sendiri. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis literatur yang relevan untuk memahami peran pendidikan vokasional dalam membentuk keterampilan dan niat kewirausahaan di kalangan pemuda. Hasil tinjauan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan vokasional tidak hanya meningkatkan keterampilan praktis tetapi juga memupuk niat kewirausahaan. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan mendalam mengenai kontribusi pendidikan vokasional terhadap pengembangan kewirausahaan pemuda dan menawarkan rekomendasi untuk kebijakan pendidikan yang lebih efektif dalam mendukung kewirausahaan pemuda.

Abstract

Learning styles play an important role in improving entrepreneurial learning outcomes and career development. Information processing and understanding of a theory will be well absorbed with the application of the right learning style. This research was conducted to determine the extent of the influence of the application of learning styles on the learning outcomes of entrepreneurship and career development of electronic engineering students. The number of students selected as many as 212 people with the cluster random sampling method. Data was collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale. Testing of learning style variables using Explanatory Factor Analysis (EFA) and seeing the validity of the indicators of each variable using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Testing of latent hypotension between variables was carried out using SEM. The results showed that outer loading, Cronbach alpha, composite reliability, AVE were valid and reliable. This means that the instrument used is valid and reliable. There is a positive relationship between structural predictor models; learning style affects the learning outcomes of entrepreneurship and career development. There is a mediating influence of entrepreneurial learning outcomes on the relationship between learning styles and career development. To achieve optimal entrepreneurship learning outcomes and career development, it is necessary to apply the right learning style. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk untuk menghasilkan e-modul Project Based Learning pada mata pelajaran Instalasi Motor Listrik yang valid, praktis, dan efektif pada mata pelajaran Instalasi Motor Listrik untuk peserta didik SMK. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah research and development dengan model pengembangan 4D yang terdiri dari tahap define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Temuan penelitian ini yaitu penelitian ini berhasil mengembangkan e-modul project based learning pada mata pelajaran Instalasi Motor Listrik. E-modul yang dikembangkan sudah efektif dilihat berdasarkan hasil belajar kognitif dan psikomotor peserta didik. Berdasarkan perbedaan hasil pretest dan posttest dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-modul sudah efektif. Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu agar e-modul dapat dikembangkan pada materi dan mata pelajaran lain hendaknya dilakukan pelatihan terhadap guru-guru tentang bagaimana membuat dan menggunakan e-modul yang mampu menarik minat peserta didik untuk belajar dan memberi nilai positif terhadap penggunaan smartphone. Kata kunci: Efektivitas, E-modul, Pengembangan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship of motivation towards work readiness of class XII students in SMKN 1 Lubuk Sikaping. This type of research is quantitative with correlational research methods. This research was conducted at SMKN 1 Lubuk Sikaping. The population in this study are all students of class XII SMKN 1 Lubuk Sikaping. The sampling technique used isproportional random sampling, Selected as the sample in this study amounted to 169 students. Based on the test data analysis showed that the normal data and linear. The results of testing at significance level α of 0.05 (95% confidence level) r xy values obtained at 0.338 with 0.1456 rtabel because rhitung> rtabel then the hypothesis is accepted. This means that there is a relationship between motivation towards work readiness class XII students in SMK 1 Lubuk Sikaping.Keywords: Motivation, Work Readiness, Relation

Abstract

The implementation of the vocational field work practice program is not in line with school expectations, the school still faces difficulties in finding a place to work in accordance with the expertise of students, the supervisor does not periodically monitor the business world of industry, lack of student discipline, the results of the field work practice program is declining, and the evaluation of field work practice programs has never been done at the Ketaping Aviation Vocational School. This study uses the CIPP program evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product) with a combination of balanced mixed model research methods and implemented at SMK. Qualitative research respondents were the head of the field work practice program, the head of the safety program, the supervisor, the field instructor. Quantitative research sample is class XII students who carry out practical work program in semester 3 a total of 45 samples. Data collection techniques data collection through questionnaires, documentation and interviews. Data analysis techniques were carried out on each quantitative and qualitative method, then the results of the analysis were combined to find mutually reinforcing or conflicting data and deepen the finding data. The research findings show that the context component is in the good category Input components are obtained by enough categories, the process components are obtained by enough categories and the results components are obtained by enough categories. It can be concluded that the field work practice program of Ketaping Aviation School is of sufficient value so that it needs improvement in all aspects of the components.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of family support, entrepreneurial passion, entrepreneurial motivation, and techno-savvy culture on the entrepreneurial career intentions of university students in the hospitality and tourism sector, with entrepreneurship education as a moderating variable. Data were collected from 277 students at Universitas Negeri Padang’s Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality who had completed entrepreneurial courses. Partial least squares structural equation modeling was employed to analyze the data. The findings reveal that family support, entrepreneurial passion, and entrepreneurial motivation significantly influence students’ entrepreneurial career intentions, while techno-savvy culture showed no direct impact. However, entrepreneurship education significantly moderated the relationships between these factors and entrepreneurial intentions. These findings provide actionable insights for enhancing entrepreneurship education to foster innovation and career readiness in the hospitality and tourism industry. The study contributes to existing knowledge by elucidating the interplay of support systems, intrinsic motivations, and education in shaping entrepreneurial aspirations, offering a foundation for educational and policy reforms to boost entrepreneurship in the sector.

Abstract

This meta-analysis examines the impact of educational entrepreneurship approaches in vocational and technical education based on 35 selected publications (2017-2025). The research highlights that integrating entrepreneurship into vocational education and training has a significant positive impact, with a total effect size of 1.78, indicating significant improvements in student learning outcomes. Industry partnership models such as project-based learning (PjBL) and teaching factories have the largest impact (effect size: 2.43). Digital media platforms facilitated a 34% increase in business literacy, while AI-enabled e-learning solutions increased training efficiency by 37%. However, the research also identified some key barriers, including gaps in teacher capabilities (reported by 45% of the studies) and differences in rural and urban technological infrastructure (reported by 32% of the studies).. These findings underscore the relevance of edupreneurship in preparing adaptable graduates for Industry 4.0 economies and emphasize the need for adaptive educational strategies, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and equitable resource distribution. The study advocates for systemic reforms to address pedagogical and infrastructural challenges, ensuring scalable and inclusive implementation of entrepreneurial frameworks in vocational education. ABSTRAKMeta-analisis ini, berdasarkan 35 publikasi terpilih (2017-2025), meneliti dampak pendekatan kewirausahaan pendidikan dalam pendidikan dan pelatihan teknis dan kejuruan (TVET). Penelitian ini menyoroti bahwa mengintegrasikan kewirausahaan ke dalam TVET memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan, dengan total ukuran efek sebesar 1,78, yang menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam hasil belajar siswa. Model kemitraan industri seperti pembelajaran berbasis proyek (PBL) dan pabrik pendidikan memiliki dampak terbesar (ukuran efek: 2,43). Platform media digital mendorong peningkatan literasi bisnis sebesar 34%, sementara solusi e-learning yang digerakkan oleh kecerdasan buatan meningkatkan efisiensi pelatihan sebesar 37%. Namun, penelitian ini juga menemukan beberapa hambatan utama, termasuk kesenjangan keterampilan guru (dilaporkan dalam 45% penelitian) dan perbedaan infrastruktur teknologi antara daerah perkotaan dan pedesaan (dilaporkan dalam 32% penelitian). Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya kewirausahaan pendidikan dalam mempersiapkan lulusan yang adaptif untuk ekonomi Industri 4.0 dan menggarisbawahi perlunya strategi pendidikan yang adaptif, kolaborasi interdisipliner, dan alokasi sumber daya yang adil. Studi ini mendesak reformasi sistemik untuk mengatasi tantangan pedagogis dan infrastruktural serta memastikan penerapan kerangka kerja kewirausahaan yang dapat diskalakan dan inklusif dalam pendidikan dan pelatihan teknis dan kejuruan (TVET).

Abstract

Education at the high school (SMA) and vocational school (SMK) levels faces challenges in preparing creative and competent students. To address these challenges, a combination of technology is needed in the fields of science, mathematics, and engineering. A study on the implementation of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) in learning in Indonesia. To test its effectiveness, a meta-analysis was conducted which included 25 articles published between 2018 and 2023. The findings showed that STEM learning has a significant role in improving student learning outcomes with an overall effect size of 6,89. Based on the data analysis of the application of the STEM approach, it can develop the ability to solve problems rationally, conduct research, question, collaborate, criticize, analyze and can also improve the ability to access information, adapt to change, make decisions, produce, be responsible, show curiosity, interact in a social and cultural context, and develop leadership and entrepreneurship traits in students. The STEM approach provides a solid foundation for developing a variety of skills and attitudes that are important in facing the challenges and demands of the modern world of students.

Abstract

Keadaan seseorang untuk menjadi memiliki Entrepreneurship, dapat ditentukan dengan sikap, niat dan keyakinan Entrepreneur. Dalam melaksanakan keinginan yang telah disusun pada dasarnya selalu bertujuan untuk mencapai Keyakinan Entrepreneur. Niat sangat mempengaruhi tindakan, dimana pikiran seseorang akan mengarahkan tindakan seperti apa yang akan dilakukan bisa atau tidaknya tindakan tersebut dilakukan serta kapan dan bagaimana tindakan itu akan terjadi, melalui berbagai pertimbangan serta rasa ingin melakukan tindakan tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap terhadap niat dengan keyakinan entrepreneur sebagai mediasi. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini sikap, sedangkan niat dijadikan sebagai variabel dependen, dan keyakinan entrepreneur sebagai variabel mediasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan sampling jenuh dimana menjadikan seluruh populasi sebagai sampel yang didapat sebanyak 142 responden. Dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner yang dianalisa memakai analisis SEM-PLS, dimana hasil yang diperoleh yaitu sikap berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap niat. Keyakinan entrepreneneur dapat memediasi sikap terhadap niat.
