Abstract

Abstract: Learning motivation is the encouragement, strength, or driving force that arises in a student to carry out an activity called learning. The teacher is one of the factors that influence motivation which impacts on student learning outcomes. So that there needs to be special attention to the motivation of students, especially a teacher must understand the learning motivation of students and there must be a follow up from the teacher if the students have low motivation to learn. The purpose of this study was to determine how the role of teachers in improving student motivation in SMK Negeri 5 Batam, to find out how student motivation is at SMK Negeri 5 Batam, find out how the influence of the role of teachers in improving motivation to learn in students at SMK Negeri 5 Batam. The subjects in this study were all students of SMK Negeri 5 Batam, totaling 1,988 people. The sample in this study was taken using proportional sampling technique with 10% of subjects from 1988 students, 198. Data were collected using observations, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. In analyzing data using quantitative descriptive techniques with statistical tests. The results of this study indicate that the teacher's role in increasing student motivation is in the very good category. Student motivation in SMK Negeri 5 Batam is in the very good category. There is a significant influence in this study, this is evidenced by the results of a simple linear regression test between variables X and Y, obtained Fcount 28.464 and Ftable 3.89 shows that Fcount> Ftable, so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. But the influence exerted was low, amounting to 0.356 with a percentage of 35.6%.Key Words: Influence, Teacher Role, Learning Motivation

Abstract: This research is motivated by issues arising measure infraction copy right university studen, the particular infraction Constitution Copy Right No.28 year 2014 article 40 paragraph 1(a) Books, pamflet, countenance scientific rights publication, and all of them scientific work other. Infraction did university student as buy piracy book, reduplication book, copy a portion or plagiarism without permission and as product rights self. The now formulation problem research is the what is the factor-factor influence copy rights infraction be besed on university student in University of Riau?. The purpose of this research to the factor-factor influence copy rights infraction be based on the university student perception in University of Riau. Be based on the resultof this research that the percentage of the recapitulation of the answer to the questionnare respondent abouth the university student perception about the factor-factor influence copy rights infraction in University of Riau, 180 respondents 78,47% have the answer 7 factor influence copy rights infraction, wherease 21,53% answer No. From the 7 factor mentioned this factor influence copy right infraction dominant is: 1) the factor less illumination (91,11%), 2) the factor lees commed copy right other people (85,25%), 3) the factor social economi (84,16%), 4) the factor light in weight sanction law (81,11%). Wherease other the factor understanding about meaning and the fungtion copy right (63,16%), the factor social culter (66,39%) and the factor capability (78,06%) constitute factor less dominant.Keyword : factor-factor, infraction, copy rights

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this study is to find out the effect of social financial of parents to the result of social study of the first dan second year students of MTs Datuk Batu Hampar Bagansiapiapi Rokan Hilir Regency. The population of this research was all the fisrt dan second year students which consist of 53 students, in this research the writer used purposive sampling related to the students who didn’t pass the minimum standart of achievement (KKM). However, only 33 students were participated in this study. The analysis in this research were descriptive, uji normalitas, uji linieritas, uji f, uji t, determinasi and uji persamaan regresi berganda. The result of descriptive analysis show that the majority of education of student’s parentsis <Rp 1.500.000 and beside that, there are nothing of side income from the result of hypothesis test, it was found that there was significant influence between education of parents for the result of students was t value (4,624) > table t (2,042) and sig (0,000) < 0,05and parents financial for the result of student was t value (3,945) > table t (2,042) and sig (0,000) < 0,05. From the result of data analysis, it wa found education value and financial were significant influences for variabel of learning result was t value (18,062) > table f (3,316)and sig (0,000) < 0,05 . Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the influence of school environment and school environment on student accounting learning achievement of accounting services program students class X and XI in SMK Kansai Pekanbaru. The population in this study are students of accounting skills program class X and XI with total 66 students, and all students become subject of research, so this research is population research. Measurement of data using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The result of the research based on multiple linear regression shows the environment of family and school environment have an effect on student accounting achievement of student service program of accountancy skill class X and XI in SMK Kansai Pekanbaru, this can be seen from constanta value (a) equal to 39,497, regression coefficient value (b ) Equal to 0,260, and regression coefficient (c) equal to 0,554 with regression equation 39,497+ 0,260 LK + 0,554 LS. Judging from the calculation of R2 (R Square Change) obtained value of 0.434. This means that the percentage of contribution of family environment and school environment influences on learning achievement variable is 43.4%. Based on these results suggested that students are expected to have good learning habits, always motivate themselves to not easily affected by the circumstances and the environment around so as to remain concentrated in education and in achieving better learning, from the family, especially in this case parents, Is expected to give great attention to the child in learning. Attention is not only in the form of providing adequate learning facilities for children at home but also psychological attention so that children are more concentrated in learning and can achieve better learning achievement, school should be able to keep the situation and conditions of learning remain conducive for students comfortable in learning. Schools also need to improve the quality and quantity of learning facilities that support teaching and learning activities along with good management, teachers as facilitators should be able to create a more enjoyable environment and learning environment for students. Teachers need to vary the use of learning methods to improve students' attention and motivation in learning.Keywords: Family environment, School environment, Learning achievement

Abstrack: This research aim to know and analyse monetary perfomance of Co-Operation Woman Pesona Marta(KOPWAPETA) Pekanbaru City if seen from his monetary ratio of year 2010,2011,2012,2013 and 2014. This research place is executed in Co-Operation environment Woman Pesona Marta (KOPWAPETA) Pekanbaru City. This Research is started from February up to November month 2016. As for research type quantitatif and qualytatif descriptitive research that is explaining result of research which in the form of coresponding financial statement file to monetary performance of co-operation. Source of data of this research is obtained file of responbility reporting official member of Co-Operation Woman Pesona Marta (KOPWAPETA) Pekanbaru City of year 2010 until year 2014. As for used file collecting technique that is with study method of documentation. Result of research indicate that monetary performance of Co-Operation Woman Pesona Marta (KOPWAPETA) of year 2010 until year 2014 have goodness. Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to know the influence of learning environment and variety of teaching teachers against interest studied economics students in SMA Negeri 1 Koto Gasib. The population in this research is the whole grade XI IPS in SMA Negeri 1 Koto Gasib as many as 57 students and on research using a sample census technique where all the population be used as samples. Data were collected using a questionnaire about the learning environment, the teacher and the teaching variations of interest study distributed to respondents. Data on analisisis using multiple linear regression test. In descriptive, at umunya students have a learning environment on the category either (75.4%), teachers teach variations on categories varies (71.9%), and interest in learning on the category are (77.2%). Through multiple linear regression shows analisisis learning environment and variety of teaching teachers has a positive influence and interest significantly to student learning with a donation of 14.6% and the regression equation Y = 32,146 + 0, 204X1 + 219X2. Based on the results of the research, then the author will provide suggestions that are expected to benefit, that is, parents can help provide and create a conducive learning environment for his son to learn well, the teacher should carry out varied learning in order to enhance students ' interest in learning, students to continue to improve the learning interest and make use of existing learning environments at home and focus on learning in schools, and for the researchers next study is expected to be a reference and develop research by adding variable other than the learning environment and variety of teaching teachers as social economic status of parents, the results of the study, and other variables affect learning interest of students.Key Words: Learning Motivation, Education Cost, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

Abstract: The study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurship attitude on entrepreneurial interest at economic education department university of riau. It’s using a quantitative descriptive approach, the population in the study is students who have taken entrepreneurship courses as many as 203 students and the population was taken as sample (purposive sampling). Data collection technique using document and questionnaires. The analysis of data was used path analysis. The result showed that the the entrepreneurial knowledge is in medium category, entrepreneurship attitude is in medium category, and entrepreneurial interest is in medium category.Key Words: Entrepreneurial Knowledge, Entrepreneurship Attitude, Entrepreneurial Interest

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This study aims to determine the effect of activities in student organizations on learning outcomes. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive, then the data is tabulated and analyzed using SPSS program. Population in this research are student of class of 2013, 2014, and 2015 FKIP University of Riau Economic Education as many as 52 respondents, and samples taken by census. The research instrument used is questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis used is simple linear regression. The result of the research shows that the activity in student organization affects the students' achievement of FKIP University Economic Education. Based on the result of descriptive analysis, the activity in student organization is quite active as much as 32 students (61,54%), and the result of study that follow student organization is not good enough 2,65-2,96 counted 20 student (38,46%). From the results of simple linear regression analysis obtained constanta value (a) of 4.585 and the value of regression coefficient (b) of 0.019 with regression equation Y = 4,585 - 0,019X. From the results of simple linear regression analysis, there is a negative influence between the activities in student organizations on learning outcomes, it can be concluded that the more activities in student organizations that followed will decrease the learning outcomes. Judging from the calculation of R2 (R Square Change) obtained value of 0.380. It means that the contribution of activity in student organization to learning result is 38%.Keywords: Activities, Student Organization, Learning Outcomes

Abstract: The background lavel of this research is the level understanding the standars process curriculum 2013 in teaching and learning in PPKn. Curriculum 2013 has a standard process contained in Permendikbud N0. 65 Tahun 2013. In the education curriculum has important role in a process of learning, curriculum is provided as a lesson plan for students. Therefore the students do learning activities, in other to relive the competen generation, active, innovative, and personally responsible. Incosten curriculum along in the development of era makes the teachers have to understand the standars process in teaching and learning process curriculum also determine the type and quality of knowladge. always understand the standards process in the learning process and also determine the type and quality of curriculum knowledge. Therefore the writer write a topic “The level of the PPKn teacher’ understanding of curriculum 2013 standars process teaching and learning process at SLTA in Ujung Batu District Rokan Hulu”. Population of this research is all of SLTA in Ujung Batu the are 7 SLTA in Ujung Batu and the number of the simple is 14 PPKn teachers. To conduct this research the writer uses a questionnare hich is 28 questions and interview whichis 9 questions. This research uses qualitative data through percentage. The understand answere is about 68,20% the range is between 50,01%-75,00% it means “Good”.
