Abstract

Abstract: The study aims to determine analysis of learning facilities and interest to learn on student learning outcomes in class XI in economics subject at selat panjang 1 senior high school. It’s using a quantitative descriptive approach, the population in the study as many as 80 students and the population was taken as sample (random sampling). Data collection technique using document and questionnaires. The analysis of data was used multiple regression. The result showed that the the learning facilities influences learning outcomes, and interest to learn influences learning outcomes.Key Words: Learning Facilities, Interest to Learn, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: This research in SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru to know the influence of learning interest and learning facilities to the learning result of economic subjects of class X IPS in SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru. Learning outcomes are influenced interest learning and learning facilities. The population in this research are 145 students and sampling technique in this research using simple random sampling technique is slovin formula produce 59 sample people. Technique of collecting data is through questionnaire technique while type and sources of data that is primary data and secondary data. Further data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis, simultaneous regression coefficient test (F test), partial correlation test, and coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that the variables of learning interest and learning facilities simultaneously affect the learning outcomes. This means that the independent variables to equal affect the dependent variable. Furthermore, based on the partial correlation test can be seen that only the variable interest in learning that affects the results of learning is indicated by significance 0,026 whereas learning facility variables don’t have effect. With coefficient value of determination equal to 0,140. It means that the contribution of independent variable to the dependent variable is 14%. While the remaining 86% is determined by other variables such as motivation, talent, intelligence, school learning facilities, family environment and school environment that is not researched. Based on the results of research, suggestions or recommendations of researchers is that students should be able to increase interest in learning and use of learning facilities that are available with good or maximal so that learning outcomes can be achieved properly.Keywords : learning facilities , interest in learning , learning outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: This study was motivated by the presence of teenagers whose lifestyles are not appropriately done by a teenager who visits from parenting parents, consisting of authoritarian, democratic, and Permissive. Formulation of the problem in this research is: "Is there any significant influence parenting parents (Authoritarian, Democratic, Permissive) against the practice of responsible teen characters" ?. This study aims to determine the effect of significantly Parenting Parents (Authoritarian, Democratic, Permissive) against the practice of Responsible Youth Character. Total population of 974 respondents (adolescents), with sampling using Proportional Random sampling techniques gained 97 Youth. Data collection through questionnaire, interview and observation. Mechanical analysis using quantitative descriptive analysis using Multiple linear regression equation with the process through the program SPSS version 17.00. For a proof of the hypothesis then tested the whole (test F) and partial test to see the effects of each predikator. Results are obtained F count larger than F table (4,331> 2,70) thus rejected Ho Ha accepted, meaning that there is significant influence parenting parents to practice responsible teenage characters in Kampung Bukit Agung Subdistrict Siak Kerinci Kanan. Authoritarian parenting to influence the results obtained sig. (0.174> 0.05) means insignificant, to influence the results obtained parenting Democratic sig. (0.009 <0.05) significant meaning, for the results obtained Permissive parenting sig. (0.109> 0.05) means insignificant. Rated R Square in this study amounted to 0.123, or 12.3%. This means that donations are significant effect between the effect of parenting parents against the practice of responsible teen character is at 12.3%, while 87.7% (100% -12.3%) influenced by other variables not included in this study.Key Words : Parenting Parents, character Responsible Teens.

Abstract

Abstract : This research is based on the low motivation of learning PPKn students in SMK Labor Pekanbaru. The formulation of the problem in this research is " Is there any significant effect of using Domino learning modeltoward students’ motivation in learning PPKn atat SMK Labor Pekanbaru?". This study aims to determine the effect of of using Domino learning modeltoward students’ motivation in learning PPKn at SMK Labor Pekanbaru. This research was conducted at SMK Labor Pekanbaru in March 2018. This research was a quantitative descriptive study that was experimental.Population in this study were students of class X SMK Labor Pekanbaru. The sample in this research was taken based on "Random Sampling" technique. Where the class taken into the sample was the students of class X RPL (experimental class) who were given the domino learning model, and class X TKJ (control class) were students who were given the conventional method. Then data analysis by using homogeneity test and "t" test. Based on the result of research indicated that there wasan effect of learning motivation between student who using Domino learning model and conventional method in SMK Labor Pekanbaru ( > ).Where there was an average increase towardmotivation in learning PPKn of experimental class  from 30.92 to 33.84 and the average of PPKn learning motivation of control class from 20,82 to 20,14. Thus the hypothesis which reads that there is an effect of using Domino learning model toward learning motivation of PPKn student at SMK Labor Pekanbaru, can be accepted. Key Words : Effect, Domino, Motivation

Abstract: This research is motivated by the problems that arise from the observations made by the researcher is the low motivation of student learning due to lack of learning facilities provided by parents to their children. The formulation of the problem in this research is (1) how student learning motivation in SMP NEGERI 3 Teluk Kuantan The Distric Kuantan Tengah Kuantan Singingi Regency (2) how study facilities from parents in SMP NEGERI 3 Teluk Kuantan The Distric Kuantan Tengah Kuantan Singingi Regency (3) The influence of learning facilities from parents on student learning motivation in SMP NEGERI 3 Teluk Kuantan The Distric Kuantan Tengah Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study is to explain and analyze the learning facilities of parents, students' learning motivation and the influence of learning facilities from parents to student learning motivation in SMP NEGERI 3 Teluk Kuantan The Distric Kuantan Tengah Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The data collection instrument used in this research is a questionnaire consisting of 13 statements about parent learning facilities (variable X) and 17 statements about learning motivation (variable Y). These data were analyzed using simple linear regression. Thus the hopotesis which states "there is influence of learning facilities from parents to student learning motivation in SMP NEGERI 3 Teluk Kuantan The Distric Kuantan Tengah Kuantan Singingi Regency " received this is evidenced by simple linear regression test between variables X and Y. Obtained Fhitung 6.972 and Ftabel 4,00 obtained from the study of distribution list Ftabel with N = 62, at 5% significant level, thus can be known Fcount ≥ Ftable or 6,972 ≥ 4.00 then Ho is rejected, so the hypothesis in this study accepted.Keywords: Learning Facilities From Parents, Learning Motivation

The formulation of the problem of this research are:(1) Are there differences in learning motivation of men and women with the Articulationmodel in SMPN 21 Pekanbaru, (2) Are there differences in learning motivation of menand women with conventional models in SMPN 21 Pekanbaru, (3 ) Is there a differencebetween learning motivation that is taught using Articulation and Conventional models,(4) Is There a Significant Effect on the Use of Articulation Learning Models onLearning Motivation of men and women. The study aims to determine the effect of theArticulation Learning Model on Student Learning Motivation at PPPN 21 Pekanbaru.The study was conducted at SMPN 21 Pekanbaru in February 2020. This research wasan experimental quantitative descriptive study. With a population of eighth gradestudents in Pekanbaru 21 Junior High School and Samples using the Random Samplingtechnique, the sample is students of class VIII 7 (experimental class) and class VIII 6(control class) which is tested for homogeneity. Based on the research results, theformulation of the problem (1) there are differences in learning motivation of men andwomen using the Articulation Learning model (2) there are differences in learningmotivation of conventional methods (3) there is a difference between the articulationand conventional models and (4) there is a significant influence.   Abstract: This study was motivated by the low motivation to learn PPKn student at SMAN 12 Pekanbaru. Formulation of the problem in this research is: "Is there any Influence Learning Model Gallery Walk Against Motivation PPKn Class X SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru?". This study aims to determine Is There Influence of Cooperative Learning Model Gallery Walk in Improving Learning Motivation PPKn Class X SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru ". This research was conducted in SMA 12 Pekanbaru in May 2015. This research is quantitative descriptive the population in this research is class X SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru. The sample in this study was based technique of "purposive sampling". Where classes are taken into the sample are students of class X MIA 2 (experimental grade) were given learning models Gallery Walk, and class X MIA 3 (control class) is a student who was given the conventional method and then the data analysis using the homogeneity test and test " t ". Based on the results of the study indicate that there are significant learning motivation among students who use learning models Gallery Walk and conventional methods in SMA 12 Pekanbaru (t = 8.9> table = 2.00). Where there is an average increase learning motivation PPKn experimental class of 22.87 into 30.13 and an average increase learning motivation PPKn control classes of 25.51 into 26.26. Thus the hypothesis which says there are significant learning model use Gallery Walk on motivation to learn PPKn class X SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru, unacceptable. The purposeofthis study wastoevaluatethe use ofBOS fundstooptimize thelearning processof studentsinSMPN4Mandau, Duri. The method in this research is descriptive. With a total sample of 60 teachers. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, documentation and questionnaires.Meanwhile, to determine the effect of these two variables is using Chi Square analysis techniques. The results of this study stated that the BOS is beneficial to optimize the learning process of students in SMP N 4 Mandau, Duri.This is stated intheresultsin the category ofa highresponderas many as 54teachersandoftenas many as50teachers. Abstract

Abstract : One faktor that affects the quality of learning is the variable performance of teachers. Teachers have a dominant influence on the quality of learning, because the teacher is the one who is responsible for the learning process in the classroom, even as education providers in schools. In carrying out the process of teaching and learning not only to teachers are Civil Servants but applies also to the teachers of Non-Civil Servant. In carrying out the process of teaching and learning not only to teachers are civil servants but applies also to the teachers of Non-Civil Servant. On the fact that the actual performance of the teachers are still not much gets done properly, whether teachers are teachers of Civil Servants had a good performance in accordance with the rules and responsibilities of the Government or are still less well in doing performance teaching, or the performance of the teachers of Non-Civil Servants even better than on the performance of the teacher of Civil Servants. The purpose of this research is to know the difference in performance of teachers with the teachers of Non-Civil Servants and Civil Servants At State Vocational secondary school 7 of Pekanbaru. The data obtained provide a questionnaire to all teachers are Civil Servants and Non-Civil Servants who teaches at the school that is as much as 40 respondent. The data analysis techniques are used descriptive analysis and the analysis of the T- test. The results of the research there is a difference between the performance of teachers with teachers of Non Civil Servants and Civil Servants based on T-test test performed show that the significance of the value obtained from the calculation of a Non Parametric Test that is smaller than 0.004 value specified significance 0.05 (p > 0.050). Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the level of profitability of the lanting cracker home industry in Pasir Penyu District. The population in this study was the home industry of lanting crackers in Pasir Penyu Subdistrict totaling 8 home industries, and which were sampled as many as 8 lanting cracker home industries, with the sampling technique using total sampling. Measurement of data using interviews. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis. The results of the descriptive research show that from the calculation of profitability in the home of the lanting cracker industry in Pasir Penyu Subdistrict, the cost of production costs around Rp. 800,000 - Rp. 1,800,000 per month. The profit earned by the home of the lanting cracker industry can reach IDR 900,000 - IDR 2,500,000 per month depending on the cost of production, product prices, and the number of products. Profitability in the lanting cracker home industry that uses direct distribution channels has a profit of IDR3,517 while the lanting cracker home industry that uses an indirect distribution channel is only IDR2,468.Key Words: Profitability, Industrial Home Products
