Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the comparison of learning independence between Bidikmisi students and non-Bidikmisi students in the Department of Social Sciences, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Riau 2018/2019. The population in this study was divided into 2 groups, namely: Population in Bidikmisi students is 66 people, because the population of Bidikmisi students is less than 100 people, so it uses census sampling techniques in which all populations are sampled. The population of non-bidikmisi students is 257 people, because the population of non-Bidikmisi students is more than 100 researchers using the Slovin formula approach, so that by using the Slovin formula we can determine a sample of 72 people. The datas used are primary datas, namely through questionnaires. The study used quantitative methods and similarity test analysis of two averages / different tests. Based on descriptive analysis, student learning independence bidikmisi University of Riau Economic Education is in the high category, amounting to 26 students (39.39%) while Non Bidikmisi Student Learning Independence is in the low category, amounting to 31 students (43.05%). Based on the Independent Samples Test (Difference Test), obtained the significance value of the F test is 0.110 which means the variance or distribution of the two samples is the same or homogeneous, then the test used is Equal variances assumed. The results of the t test of significance value (2-tailed) are 0.04. Because the value is smaller than 0.05, it can be concluded that there is a difference between the learning independence of Bidikmisi students and non-Bidikmisi students.Key Words: Learning Independence and Bidikmisi

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the FIRE UP learning strategy on student learning activeness in the eyes of PPKn in MTs Roudlotul Ulum, Tandun District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the use of the FIRE UP learning strategy affects student learning activeness in PPKn subjects in Roudlotul Ulum MTs, Tandun District, Rokan Hulu District. This research uses an experimental qualitative approach. The population in this study was grade VII students at Roudlotul Ulum MTs in Rokan Hulu district. The sample in this study was taken based on the "Random Sampling" technique. Where classes taken as samples are students of class VII A (experimental class) who are given a learning strategy FIRE UP and class VII B (control class) are students who are given the conventional method. Then the data analysis using homogeneity test, t-test and gain test. Based on the results of the study showed that there is an effect of learning activeness between students who use the conventional FIRE UP learning strategy at Roudlotul Ulum MTs in Rokan Hulu district can be seen from the results (Tcount = 23.38> Ttable = 2.018). Where there is an increase in the average activity of learning in the experimental class PPKn from 67.41 to 70.36 and the average activity of learning in the control class PPKn from 59.56 to 61.08. With an average gain of 0.28 included in the category of "low" Thus there is an influence on the activity of student learning in PPKn subjects by applying the FIRE UP learning strategies conventionally in Roudlotul Ulum MTs in Rokan Hulu district.Key Words: Influence, FIRE UP, Activity

Abstract

Abstract: This study was based on student who violates the school rules. In this case the school must apply effective regulation to be used as guidelines or reference so that the rules were not violated by the student. Punishment applied by educators or teachers to students aimed to provide as a deterrent effect. According to Abu Ahmadi and Nur Uhbiyati (Ahmadi, 2001) punishment was an act, in which we consciously and deliberately dropped sorrow to others, both in bodily and in terms of spirituality because others have a weakness when compared to ourselves. This study aimed to determine whether there was influence between punishments given with the students’ behavior of SMP Negeri 2 Bukit Batu Bengkalis? The population of this study was all students of SMP Negeri 2 Bukit Batu Bengkalis. The sample was determined by using purposive sampling which students who get punishment as many as 51 people. Instrument data collection was questionnaire consisted of 25 the question of the students’ attitude before and after getting a punishment. Data analyzed using t test. Thus the hypothesis "There was Influence between punishments given with students’ behavior of SMP Negeri 2 Bukit Batu Bengkalis was accepted. This was proven by a series of t-test for comparing the behavior of the students before and after getting a punishment. From the calculation results obtained count = 10:29 and t table or t = 2.01 that can be seen that: t0 was greater than t 10:29> 2:01. because t0 was greater than the t then H0 rejected.Keywords: Giving Punishment, Student Behavior

Abstract

Abstract: This research is based on the development of teacher teaching condition at this time is quite show good achievement and quality. The quality of teaching of female teachers is no less good compared to male teachers. The problem formulation in this research is whether there is a difference of teaching professionalism between male and female teacher in SMK Negeri 3 Pekanbaru? This study aims to determine the difference between teaching professionalism between male and female teachers in SMK Negeri 3 Pekanbaru. The place of research conducted in SMK Negeri 3 Pekanbaru. The sample of this research is 13 male teachers and 13 female teachers as comparison in SMK Negeri 3 Pekanbaru. Technique of collecting data is done by using questionnaire and observation. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The results of the questionnaire showed that the professionalism of teaching male teachers is high with the percentage of 74.2 and the professionalism of teaching female teachers is high with percentage of 68%. Data were analyzed using homogeneity test and hypothesis test. Based on homogeneity test results obtained a statistical value of 0,000 with significant, because significant 1.909> 0.05 it can be seen that the homogeneity data. While the hypothesis test with different test analysis tools 2 separate samples are homogeneous showed obtained t_hitung equal to 1.839 with df 24 while t_tabel 1.71. Thus this proves there is a difference in teaching professionalism between male and female teacher in SMK Negeri 3 Pekanbaru. Thus t_count> t_table or 1,839> 1.71. So that sounds Ho rejected and that Ha sounds accepted, so the hypothesis in this study is accepted. Keywords: Professionalism, Male Teacher, Female Teacher

Abstract

Abstract: According to the UUD 1945 paragraph IV, one of Indonesia’s aim is make this nation getting smarter. In order to reveal that aim, we need to do an effort such as the developing human resource with the improvement of education qualities. This research held in SMA Negeri6 Mandau Kabupaten Bengkalis to analyze the influence of pedagogical competence due to the interest in learning for students in SMA Negeri6 Mandau Kabupaten Bengkalis. With the proporsion random sampling technique, the researcher got 52 students as the sample of this research. The analyses technique use descriptive quantitative analyses with using simple regression linier equation that proceeded with SPSS 16.00 version. Based on the research result, the influence of teacher’s pedagogical competence is significance enough due to the learning interest of the students in SMA Negeri6 Mandau Kabupaten Bengkalis. Based on the significance experiment result that held with result F count (9,065) ≥ F table (4,03) with Sig (0,0004) ≤ (0,05). It means that is rejectedand is accepted. the result of simple regression linier equation is Y = 31,810 + 0.503X. it is show us that without pedagogical competence, students learning interest is 31,810 and for every 1 improvement of teacher’s pedagogical competence will improve 0.503X students learning interest. On regression analyses calculation the researcher got 0,513 RSquare of contribution to students learning interest. It means that pedagogical competence variable gives contribution to students learning interest in SMA Negeri 6 Mandau 15,3% and rest 84,7 % influenced by other variables. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out the relationship betweeen financial literacy of waste banks with the creativity of class XI Accounting and Financial Institution Expertise Programs at Pekanbaru State Vocational High School 6. This research was conducted from December to March 2019. The population in this study were students of class XI of the Accounting Expertise Program and Financial Institutions of Pekanbaru State Vocational High School which consist of 124 students. There were 95 respondents in this study that was chosen by Proportional Sampling techniques. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires. Then the data were analyzed using (a) descriptive analysis, (b) Spearman Correlation analysis. Description analysis was counted by making a percentage calculation with the results of 49.47% (47 respondents) have high category of economic creativity and 64.21% (61 respondents) have low financial literacy category. While the Spearman Correlation analysis was obtained with a displacement coefficient of 0.397. It means that the level of strength of the relationship (interaction) between Financial Literacy Literacy variables with Waste Bank and Economic Creativity of 0.397 or related are not strong. It can be concluded that there is a low positive relationship between financial literacy with waste bank and the creativity of students of class XI Accounting Expertise Program and Financial Institution of SMK Negeri 6 Pekanbaru. It is expected that schools will stimulate waste bank activities as a means of creativity in the economic field to increase financial literacy.Key Words: Financial Literacy, Economic Creativity.

Abstract: This research aims to know the influence parenting on achievement learn students in a lesson economy class XI IPS SMAN 1 Rantau Kopar, Kab. Rokan Hilir. The population in this research is the class XI IPS 1 and 2 of 51 students and all students become subject of research. Measurement data using questinnaire (Parenting) and documentation (Achievement learning). Data analysis used is multiple linier regression. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis in general parents applying parenting democratic to her son. Achievement learning students in take the value of the original sumatif show only 4 students who complete KKM of 80 the rest not complete value KKM. Furthermore the results of research test the show jointly the influence of positive parenting (Authoritarian attitude, democratic, permissif) against the achievements learn students in the subjects economy class XI IPS SMAN 1 Rantau Kopar, Kab. Rokan Hilir. The magnitude of the influence of variable free against variable tied 46,8% and the rest 53,2% influenced variable other not conscientious. With the equation Y=51,725+0,037X1+4,247X2+1,296X3. So in the hope of the old man students SMAN 1 Rantau Kopar, Kab. Rokan Hilir. Abstract: the background of the number of students' student learning activities, both internal and external factors. The title of the study "Analysis of factors causing learning difficulties Civics in students of class XI IPA in SMA Plus Bina Bangsa Pekanbaru". Formulation of the problem "What are the factors causing the difficulties of learning Civics in the students of grade XI IPA in SMA Plus Bina Bangsa Pekanbaru?" The purpose of the study "Knowing factors causing learning difficulties Civics in students of class XI IPA in SMA Plus Bina Bangsa Pekanbaru". The study population is 18 students of grade XI IPA in SMA Plus Bina Bangsa. Data analysis using Qualitative Descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that factors causing the difficulty of learning Civics in students of class XI IPA in SMA Plus Bina Bangsa Pekanbaru are internal factors of 79% very high category, the sub indicators are cognitive (intelligence) 81% very high category, sub indicators affective attitude 85% very high category, interest 90% category is very high, motivation 78% category is very high, and sub indicators are psychomotor physical condition 75% high category and state of senses 56% very high. External factors 89% very high category, sub-indicator family environment family social economy 92% category very high, education parent 90% category very high, attention of parents and atmosphere among family member 90% very high category. sub indicators of school environment facilities and infrastructure 94% very high category, teacher and student competence 94% very high category and learning method and learning materials 92% very high category. In sub indicators of socio-cultural environment 82% very high category, participation of education 78% very high category.Keywords: Factors Causing Learning Difficulties

Thisresearch was conducted in SMP Dwi Sejahtera Pekanbaru ". This research wasconducted at SMP Dwi Sejahtera Pekanbaru on February 2016. This reseach is aquantitative descriptive the population in this research is class VIII of SMP DwiSejahtera Pekanbaru. The sample in this study were drawn based on the technique of"Randem". Where classes were taken as the sample in this study were students of classVIII 2 (Class Experiment) and VIII Class 3 (Class controls) were the students who weregiven conventional methods of data later analysis using homogeneity test and test "t".The subject matter is applied to the model of exchanging greetings and the matter ismaterial PPKn CHAPTER VIII class II "various constitutions in force in Indonesia" and"deviations against the current constitution diIndonesia". HSIL based research showsthat there are significant learning motivation among students who use learning modelssend greetings and Problem and the conventional method in junior Dwi SejahteraPekanbaru (T_ (count) = 38.18> t_tabel = 1.997). Where there average increasemotivation to learn PPKn experimental class of 18.94 into 26.42, and the averageincrease motivation to learn PPKn control classes from 19.88 into 24.14. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of Peers Environment and Conditions of Sosial and Economics Parent to students’ interest to continue their education to the university on students SMK Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kuras. The sample of the in this research were 54 respondents determined with the formula slovin to technique the sample collection using a technique random sampling. The result of this research is the Peers Environment have a significant effect on the Students’ interest students’ interest result which is obtained tcount 4,017 <ttabel 2,008 and significant value 0,000 < 0,05. Conditions of sosial and economics parent have a positive and significant impact on Students’ interest outcomes where obtained tcount 4,895 > ttabel 2,008 and significant value 0,000 < 0,05. In silmutan there is a positive or significant influence between Peers Environment and Conditions of Sosial and Economics Parent with Students’ interest fcount 29,249 > ftabel 3,179 and significant value 0,000 < 0.05. The result of multiple regression research found that the Peers Environment, Conditions of Sosial and Economics Parent have a significant effect on the students' interest outcomes of 53,4% and the rest of 46,6% influenced by other factors outside this study.Key Words: Peers Environment, Conditions of Sosial and Economics Parent andStudents’ interest
