Abstract

Rabbani Wahed Dance is a traditional dance that grows and develops in Samalanga, Bireuen, Aceh. The Rabbani Wahed dance was inspired by Meugrob's movements and poetry which is originated from the practice of the Tarekat Shammaniyah. This dance serves as a media for preaching Islam and contains the value of religious character. This study aims to find out the religious values that contained in Rabbani Wahed dance. In addition, Qualitative method is used in this research. The location of the study was conducted at the Seulanga studio, Sangso village, Samalanga, Bireuen. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validation techniques use the source triangulation. Moreover, the data analysis techniques are carried out by data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of the study concluded that the religious value of Rabbani Wahed dance contained in the poem, including the verse of Saleum that explains about mutual respect, Bismillah illustrates about the goodness, Salatullah talks about praise of the Prophet and obedience to Allah, Attahiyatoen explains about obedience to parents, Allah Rabbani explains the faith to Allah, Sultan Maujuddoen says about the power of Allah, Din Awai Din illustrates about knowing of Allah and the verse of Allahu explains about the majesty of Allah.

Abstract

This is a quantitative descriptive research that aimes to describe students’ diffulties in develophing the paragraph in Japanese writing, the causal factors, and solutions from difficulties in developing the paragraph experienced by students of Japanese Education program in Semarang State University. Samples of this research were a total of 30 students of Japanese Education Program class 2014. The technique of collecting data used was questionnaire. The data results obtained then were analyzed using descriptive percentage approach. The result of this research showed that difficulties developing paragraph on Japanese essay, included determining ideas, writing topic sentences, composing supporting ideas, writing and composing with logical plot, using phrases, vocabulary and sentence patterns. Factors that affected were the lack of students' interest in reading and writing, and the students' lack of knowledge about paragraphs. The solutions that could be used to overcome these difficulties were often practicing Japanese writing, read other book references and apply vocabulary and sentence pattern to the fullest. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan utuk mendeskripsikan keulitan, faktor penyebab, dan solusi dari kesulitan mengembangkan paragraf pada karangan bahasa Jepang yang dialami oleh mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa Jepang Unnes. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 30 mahasiswa prodi pendidikan Bahasa Jepang angkatan 2014. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan angket. Hasil data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan pendekatan deskriptif prosentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kesulitan mengembangkan paragraf pada karangan bahasa Jepang meliputi menentukan ide, menulis kalimat utama, menulis dan menyusun kalimat penjelas dengan alur yang logis, penggunaan ungkapan, kosakata dan pola kalimat. Faktor yang mempengaruhinya adalah kurangnya minat mahasiswa terhadap membaca dan menulis, dan ketidaktahuan mahasiswa tentang paragraf. Solusi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi kesulitan tersebut yaitu sebaiknya sering berlatih mengarang, membaca referensi buku lain, dan menerapkan kosakata maupun pola kalimat yang sudah dipelajari secara maksimal.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui uji kesukaan hair tonic lidah mertua dan seledri yang meliputi warna, aroma, dan kesan pemakaian, mengetahui pengaruh hair tonic lidah mertua dan seledri untuk mengurangi rambut rontok. Penelitian eksperimen dengan objek penelitian hair tonic lidah mertua dan seledri. Jumlah sampel yang diambil 9 orang responden yang dikelompokkan menjadi 3 kelompok produk yaitu H1 (40ml:40ml), H2 (53ml:27ml), H3 (27ml:53ml). Analisis data  menggunakan Anava Tunggal. Hasil analisis Anava sebelum pemakaian dan setelah membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh diantara ketiga hair tonic setelah pemakaian menjadi berkurang setelah perawatan rambut rontok. Simpulan 1) hair tonic disukai adalah hair tonic lidah mertua dan seledri dengan proporsi 53ml:27 ml yang memiliki kriteria berwarna coklat muda dan tampak bening, beraroma khas menthol, khas lidah mertua dan khas seledri, dioleskan di kulit kepala tidak perih. 2) Ada pengaruh penggunaan ketiga komposisi hair tonic lidah mertua. Dari ketiga hair tonic, yang paling berpengaruh pada rambut rontok adalah hair tonic H3 (27ml:53ml) banyak seledri dibanding lidah mertua.The purpose of this study was to find the fondness test result of hair tonicsmade from sansevieria and celery, which consisted of color, scent, and the impression of its application. In addition, this study was implemented to find out the effect of sansevieria and celery hairtonics toward hair loss.The method of this study was experimental research, with sansevieria and celery hair tonic as the research objects. The samples which were taken from ninerespondents were classified into three groups: H1 (40ml: 40ml), H2 (53ml: 27ml), H3 (27ml: 53ml). The data analysis was done by using Single ANOVA. The ANOVA test prior and after the experiment showed that there were differences among the three hair tonics. The first conclusion (1), the most preferred hair tonic was sansevieria and celery hair tonic with 53 ml : 27 ml proportion, which has the criteria of light brown coloured, clear looking, has menthol scent (typical of sansevieria and celery), and not sore when applied on the head. The second conclusion (2), ANOVA results were increased based on the values retrieved prior and after the use of hair tonic, with an average H1value (40ml: 40ml) in which the average hair loss was reduced from 106 to 48 strands, H2 (53ml: 27ml) in which the average hair losswas reduced from 101 to 50 strands, and H3 (27ml: 53ml) in which the average hair loss was reduced from 102 to 54 strands. Of the three hair tonics, the most influential toward hair loss was H3 (27ml: 53ml) which has more portion of celery than sansevieria

Abstract

Tourism development policies requires the active community participation. This study aims to understand the policy and communication tourism in developing community tourism awareness in Bengkalis Regency. The research method used in this study is a case study. The results show the tourism policy in Bengkalis Regency is based on the laws and regulations of the central government in synergy with the government of Riau Province. The communication tourism of government is done by forming and mobilising some groups in the community as tourism awareness groups. Tourism development requires good communication policy, because both have an inseparable relationship in building a sustainable tourist destination. The government should coordinate and evaluate all the communication activities regularly not only within the internal service of the government, but also carried out together with the stakeholders involved.

Abstract

Dunia perbankan menjadi salah satu penggerak perekonomian dengan mempermudah pengaturan lalu lintas keuangan seperti jasa mengumpulkan uang dari masyarakat melalui tabungan, giro, deposito serta menyalurkan kembali dalam bentuk pinjaman. Perbankan yang saat ini terdapat izin syariah salah satunya adalah PT. BRI Syariah Tbk. Sebagai bank tentunya dalam mengukur keberhasilan tetap berdasarkan laba yang diperoleh dalam masa satu periode. Untuk memperoleh laba salah satu dapat dilihat berdasarkan modal kerja yang dimiliki dalam operasional serta dana pihak ketiga yang terkumpul di bank dan menjadi hutang bank. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh laba dan dana pihak ketiga terhadap laba bersih pada PT. BRI Syariah Tbk. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data dari modal kerja, dana pihak ketiga serta laba bersih tahun 2015-2010 (triwulan). Model analisis data ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil uji t (uji secara parsial) modal kerja didapatkan hasil thitung sebesar 2,079 dan nilai signifikan yang dihitung 0,019 <  0,005 berarti variabel modal kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap laba bersih, variabel Dana Pihak Ketiga memperoleh nilai thitung sebesar -4,502 dan nilai signifikan yang dihitung 0,000 < 0,05 berarti variabel Dana Pihak Ketiga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap laba bersih. Hasil uji simultan yaitu modal kerja dan dana pihak ketiga memperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 15,923 dan nilai signifikan yang dihitung 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga variabel modal kerja dan dana pihak ketiga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap laba bersih PT. BRI Syariah Tbk.

Abstract

The decision of the Constitutional Court is a final and binding legal decision that can be used as a source of material for the content of Civics, especially in the scope of the 1945 Constitution material. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used interviews with PPKn SMP Wonogiri teacher informants and experts in the field of law, document analysis of the PPKN SMP textbooks, and the 2013 Civics Education curriculum, supported by Focus Group Discussion. The results showed that teachers had difficulty in developing the material for the 1945 Constitution based on the decisions of the Constitutional Court. The material for the 1945 Constitution of the Junior High School level Civics is still simple and does not require many sources of material and difficult material such as the decision of the Constitutional Court. The development of materials based on the decisions of the Constitutional Court can be carried out by encountering cases or constitutional problems in the administration of the state that is not contained in other sources of material and limiting the decisions of the Constitutional Court related to constitutional issues, elections, political parties. Teachers can start the introduction material and use the decisions of the Constitutional Court as learning materials with high thinking skills. Therefore, the development of material for the 1945 Constitution based on the decision of the Constitutional Court in the Civics Education subject in junior high schools can be developed according to the stages of thinking of the students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Brand Image, Price, Promotion, and Service Quality on Service Usage Decisions at J&T Express Kubutambahan. This study uses a quantitative approach by using a questionnaire given to all customers who have used the KubuAddan J&T Express expedition service in April 2021 with a total of 96 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is a variance-based structural equation model (SEM) or component-based SEM called Partial Last Square (PLS) Visual 3.3.3. Based on the results of the analysis of all the influences studied in this study showed positive and significant results related to the influence of Brand Image showing a positive and significant influence on the Decision to Use Services, then Price had a positive and significant effect on Decisions on Service Use, then Promotion had a positive and significant effect on Service Usage Decisions and Service Quality have a positive and significant impact on Service Use Decisions.

Abstract

Citizenship status also refers to the competence or capacity of a person to participate in building and contributing to society. The citizenship competencies are knowledge, attitudes, and skills of a person in participating and responsible in the life of the community and state at the local, national, and international levels. The citizens must take responbility to make a better world in this era much issue in global space in civic discussions room student give the literacy about global issue of citizenship to build a perception in citizens. This research is a qualitative study carried out in the collage student community of democratia Sebelas Maret University. Millennial  are invited to study various issues regarding climate change and they study these problems using ecological citizenship as their scientific basis, namely through ecological citizenship as a means of changing thinking about the urgency of the importance of handling climate change from the perspective of citizens. With increasing literacy on global justice, students will understand the importance of their role as part of global society in helping to realize the importance of mutual peace that global justice is a shared responsibility.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a description of students' didactical obstacles in solving geometric problems based on their spatial perception ability. Didactical obstacles were obtained through the results of the analysis of the students' spatial perception obtained ability from the test of geometric instruments associated with the spatial perception ability. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The participants of this study were junior high school students and mathematics teachers. The analysis of the students' spatial perception ability was obtained based on the results of instrument tests, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The results of this study showed that most students experienced didactical obstacles in solving geometric problems based on their spatial perception ability.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan gambaran dari hambatan didaktis siswa dalam penyelesaian masalah geometri berdasarkan kemampuan persepsi ruang. Hambatan didaktis diperoleh melalui hasil analisis dari kemampuan persepsi ruang siswa yang diperoleh dari uji instrumen geometri yang dikaitkan dengan kemampuan persepsi ruang. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah siswa SMP dan guru matematika. Analisis kemampuan persepsi ruang siswa diperoleh berdasarkan hasil uji instrumen, wawancara yang mendalam, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan sebagian besar siswa  mengalami hambatan didaktis dalam menyelesaikan masalah geometri berdasarkan kemampuan persepsi ruang.

Abstract

Intellectual intelligence is one of the human intellect, and can be measured against the test tool. The system is a Web-based software that can be shared through the internet network. Test System Intellectual Intelligence (IQ) is Web Based Other forms of intelligence tests, which change the shape of a software test tool that can be accessed via the Internet (online). LPT Solutions is an organization engaged in counseling psychology, which became our partner in the development of this system. The problems that arise are how to design, implement and later mengenbangkan the system. In order to solve the problem of system design metoden John Burch, Gary Grudnitski. Currently the system has been completed diinplementasikan, tested and uploaded with the domain name "http://solusi-psycho.net", which serve registration and online IQ tests.
