Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian pengembangan ini adalah untuk mendapatkan desain pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran matematika berupa RPP dan LKS dengan pendekatan matematika realistik pada pokok bahasan tabung untuk SMP Negeri 2 Nanga Taman kelas IX. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menguji tingkat kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan perangkat pembelajaran dengan pendekatan matematika realistik pada pokok bahasan tabung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model pengembangan 4-D yang meliputi define, design, develop, dan dissemination. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan penilaian ahli materi, ahli media, dan guru matematika perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan memiliki kriteria sangat valid dengan rata-rata total skor 190,33 untuk RPP dan 297,5 untuk LKS. Berdasarkan pada hasil pengisian angket respon siswa dan angket respon guru dapat disimpulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan memiliki kriteria sangat praktis dalam penggunaannya dengan rata-rata total skor 91,1 untuk angket respon siswa dan jumlah 84 untuk angket respon guru. Sedangkan, berdasarkan pada hasil pengisian observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dan hasil tes evaluasi hasil belajar dapat disimpulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan memiliki tingkat keefektifan yang yang sangat baik dengan persentase keterlaksanaan pembelajaran 94,87% dan persentase ketuntasan siswa 95 %.Kata kunci: matematika realistik, perangkat pembeljaran, tabung.

Abstract

Flamboyant flower (Delonix regia) extract can increase proliferation and differentiation rates of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) into specific cells such as bone, nerve, and fibroblast cells. The extract possess metabolic compounds that may act as antibiotics, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, diuretic, anthelmentic, astringent, leucorrhoea, and potentially increase the body's metabolism normally. This study aimed to investigate expression level of alkaline phosphatase (ALP) by mice MSCs treated with flamboyant flower extract in vitro. Here, mice bone marrow cell cultures were treated with flamboyant flower extracts of 0.6 mg/ml (P1), 0.7 mg/ml (P2), 0.8 mg/ml (P3), and 0.9 mg/ml (P4). Untreated cell culture was used as negative control (P0). Expression of ALP gene was measured by RT-qPCR method. The results showed that mice mesenchymal stem cell could differentiate into bone, nerve, and fibroblast cells. The addition of flamboyant flower extract ranged from 0.6-0.9 mg/ml significantly (p<0.05) influenced the expression of ALP by differentiating MSCs. The highest expression was found at the stem cells treated with flamboyant flower extract of 0.8 mg/ml, 0.13 times compared with control. In conclusion, flamboyant flower extracts treatment might increase the expression of ALP in differentiating MSCs.  This information can be used as a basis for finding an appropriate biomarkers for tracking the differentiation and profileration of tissue originated MSCs induced by extracts of medicinal plants.

Abstract

Socio-emotional Development of Broken Home Students at Elementary School Age (Case Study: Analysis of Class II Student Mi Roudlotus Saidiyyah Semarang). This study aims to (1) determine the socio-emotional development of Broken home students at MI Roudlotus Saidiyyah Semarang during the learning process, (2) determine the socio-emotional development of Broken home students at MI Roudlotus Saidiyyah Semarang when outside of class (playing), (3) knowing the teacher's efforts in developing students' socio-emotional. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data obtained through interviews and observations. After the data is collected then perform data reduction-data presentation-and conclude. The results of this study are, Broken home students are able to interact and communicate well, have high trust, show mutual affection, participate in cooperative activities, easy to get along with, sensitive to the environment. The child can achieve socio-emotional development in accordance with his peers with special guidance by the teacher who is in his environment. In guiding, the teacher always provides direction, encouragement, support, and stimulus so that the child is able to stimulate well.Keywords: Developmental, Socio-Emotional, Child Broken Home

Abstract

Since English has become an international language, more people are learning English in Indonesia and even English is taught from an early age. This is supported by the fact that many children learn foreign languages when they are very young. There are more tutoring places for the introduction of English to children, not only from schools. Therefore, the introduction of English to children varies, one of which is using the Total Physical Response (TPR) method. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between the development of children’s vocabulary with the TPR method using the pre-experiment research method (one group pretest-posttest). The results of the assessment will be tested by conducting a t-test through SPSS-20. Based on the results of the study, there is an influence between the TPR method on the development of children’s English vocabulary, it can be seen from Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an influence between the TPR method on the development of children’s English vocabulary, with the values of Sig. (2-tailed is 0.000 < 0.05, with a pretes percentage result of 18.5% while the postes percentage score is 27.5%.

Abstract

Artikel ini memiliki tujuan guna mengetahui pengaruh permainan gobak sodor dalam mengembangkan Kerjasama pada anak usia dini. Metode yang digunakan pada riset kali ini yaitu menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendektana deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 orang anak di Desa Sidoharjo. Pada penelitian ini penulis sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dimulai dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini yakni permainan gobak sodor bisa mengembangkan karakter kerjasama pada anak usia dini. Dengan bermain gobak sodor, anak bisa mengetahui pentingnya kerjasama dalam tim untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. Penelitian ini hanya membahasa satu permainan tradisional yaitu “gobak sodor” untuk mengembangkan keterampilan Kerjasama pada anak usia dini. Guru dan orang tua memiliki peran penting dalam mengembangkan kerjasama pada anak usia dini dengan berbagai metode yang mereka punya maka penelitian ini memiliki kontribusi terhadap orang tua dan sektor pendidikan anak usia dini.

Abstract

It is essential for us to be knowledgeable about learning styles regarding the method of memorizing the Qur'an, because both of them associate with sensory memory entering the five senses. Afterward, we can implement our understanding of learning styles to determine the appropriate method of memorizing the Qur'an. This study aims to determine the effect of learning styles on the method of memorizing the Qur'an in UKM LPTQ UMY students and to determine the proponent and inhibiting factors in that process. Quantitative research methods with sampling techniques were used in this study. The results of the study show that there is an influence of visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning styles on the Al-Qur'an memorization method. It can be seen from the F count = F count = 7.015, which is greater than the F table = 2.81. In addition, it is proven by the value of Sig. F is 0.001 less than 0.05 and there is a contribution of each visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning style to the Al-Qur'an memorization method; visual 18.81%, auditory 0.52% and kinesthetic learning style 14.06%. Accordingly, the R Square value of 0.334 shows that the proportion of the influence of visual, auditory and kinesthetic (VAK) learning styles on the method of memorizing the Qur'an is 33.4%. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is an influence of visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning styles on students on the method of memorizing the Qur'an in UKM LPTQ UMY.

Abstract

The development of the 21st century has affected the world of education. Current education students must be led to learn more creatively and actively. This study aims Furthermore, a teacher is able to encourage learning motivation in learning science. Science learning is a compulsory subject in schools. In learning science, students must think more critically and scientifically. It aims to enable students to solve scientific problems. However, students are still less active in learning, student learning outcomes are low and student motivation in learning science is low. So, teachers are expected to be able to adopt a learning model that can make students more active and motivated in learning. The learning model of discovery learning is a learning model that supports the quality of student learning in science learning. This research is a type of systematic literature review research. The research data comes from analysis of national or international journals that have links with discovery learning models in science learning. Data collection was carried out by direct observation by observing related journals. Data search through the Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, Wiley, Eric and Springer databases. The keywords used in tracing data sources are discovery learning models, science learning and learning. The analysis technique is descriptive qualitative analysis with the PRISMA model. The results of the study concluded that the discovery learning learning model was able to improve learning outcomes and motivation in learning. Furthermore, the discovery learning learning model becomes a learning model that is able to support the quality of students in learning science. In addition, this learning model is able to make students more active in learning.

Abstract

Learning media is a tool that serves to convey learning messages. The media used in this study were 15 colorful stacked blocks with 3 pillars. The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is an effect of using stacking block learning media, so that it can improve the ability to recognize hijaiyah letters in children aged 3 to 4 years at Mutiara Islami PAUD. The research method used is quantitative experiment with One-group Pre-test Post-test Design. This research is a study with one experimental group given treatment (treatment). The treatment carried out in this study consisted of 4 times which showed the results of the pretest with an average of 25.87 in the Undeveloped (BB) category and the Post-Test with an average of 78, 47 with the category of Developing According to Expectations (BSH). This study also tested normality, homogeneity which states that the data are normally distributed and homogeneous. Testing the tcount hypothesis (t-test) with ttable, obtained tcount = 20 from the table with a significant level of = 0.05 and degrees of freedom dk = 14, then the value of t = 2.145, so that tcount > ttable is 20 > 2.145. Abstract

This study specifically aims to find out the implementation of honesty values education in students through madrasah class and to find the actualization changes  of students' honesty values after the implementation of honesty values education through madrasah class and culture at MIN 1Bantul. The research method used is Action Research. The research subjects were obtained by purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data collection was done through observation, in-depth interviews, field notes, and documents, as well as questionnaired.The data were analyzed by using  descriptive statistics which were presented in tables, percentages,and diagram. The results of changes that occur in students' attitudes and behaviors after learning development actions by integrating honesty values in learning Science, Mathematics, Social Sciences and Indonesian and developing madrasah culture, the actualization of honesty values increases.

Abstract

There are still many parents in Indonesia who discipline their children in the wrong way, one of which is verbal violence. The purpose of this study was to find out the forms of verbal violence, parents' educational and economic background. As well as to find out how the ability of children to interact with their social environment. The research method used in this study is a qualitative case study. The research subjects were families who had daughters aged 5 years and 8 months in Joyoakan, Serengan, Surakarta District. Data collection techniques using direct and non-participant observations and interviews. Data analysis techniques by collecting data, perfecting data, processing data, compiling data analyzing the data obtained and concluding research results. Meanwhile, to check the validity of the data, researchers used the source triangulation technique. The results of this study describe when and the forms of verbal violence that parents did against "J". The background of the parents is ultimately seen in the parenting style and causes of verbal abuse in children. Seeing how communication and closeness is built between parents and "J" and we can see how the child's response after getting verbal violence when in a social environment.
