Abstract

Kemandirian belajar merupakan kemampuan seorang anak untuk mengatur, menyelesaikan tugas, dan mencari solusi masalah secara mandiri. Kemampuan ini penting dikembangkan pada anak usia sekolah dasar, yang berada pada fase perkembangan kognitif, emosional, dan sosial yang krusial. Penelitian ini menelaah peran orang tua dan guru dalam menumbuhkan kemandirian belajar anak, yang merupakan faktor kunci dalam mempersiapkan anak menghadapi tantangan pendidikan dan kehidupan sehari-hari. Orang tua berperan dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dan memberikan dukungan emosional yang positif. Sementara itu, guru berfungsi sebagai fasilitator yang menciptakan suasana kelas yang mendukung dan memberikan tantangan yang sesuai untuk mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Kolaborasi antara orang tua dan guru terbukti sangat penting dalam mendukung perkembangan kemandirian belajar anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan literature review untuk menyajikan pemahaman lebih dalam mengenai kontribusi keduanya dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan emosional, pemberian kesempatan untuk mengambil keputusan, serta pendekatan yang personal dan konsisten dari kedua belah pihak dapat meningkatkan kemandirian belajar anak secara efektif.

Abstract

The low level of Higher Order Thinking Skills and the conventional learning model applied in various schools is ineffective in improving students' HOTS, especially in Fiqh learning. This study aims to test the effectiveness of the Quantum Teaching learning model in enhancing the HOTS skills of tenth-grade students at MAN 4 Bantul. The study employs a quantitative and quasi-experimental design involving experimental and control classes. Cluster random sampling was used for sample selection. The research instruments consist of pretest and posttest questions that have been validated. Data analysis includes normality tests, homogeneity tests, t-tests, and N-Gain analysis. The results showed a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores in the experimental class, with an average N-Gain of 68.49%, which is considered fairly effective, compared to the control class with an average N-Gain of 28.43%, which is regarded as less effective. Thus, the Quantum Teaching model has proven effective in enhancing students' HOTS skills in the Fiqh subject. This research improves HOTS of Fiqh learning students based on quantum teaching models and becomes a reference for teachers in designing learning strategies oriented towards HOTS.

Abstract

Every child has the right to get the best care and education in every phase of his age. But in reality, not all parents understand how to properly care for their children. The purpose of this study was to find out how to care for early childhood in farming families in Karumbu Village, Langgudu District, Bima Regency. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, by making four farming families as research subjects. The method of collecting data is through observation and in-depth interviews. The results showed that, family 1 used an authoritarian and permissive form of parenting for their 5-year-old child, while for their 2-year-old child she used democratic parenting. then Families 2, 3, and 4 use the same form of parenting, namely democratic. The findings in this study are the application of parenting provided by parents depending on the age of the child.

Abstract

Adolescents experience a transitional phase from childhood to early adolescents from middle adolescents must experience a transition to adulthood. In the transition phase, assertive behavior is very important for adolescents to have in expressing feelings and thinking of them as an effort to reduce the perpetrators of deviance and psychically strengthen the victims of adolescent deviance. The purpose of this study is to analyze the assertive behavior of adolescents in psychology as well as analyze the assertive behavior of adolescents from the perspective of the Qur'an. The technique used is a literature review by collecting several previous articles. The results of this study show that having Assertive behavior makes the individual understand himself, and his purpose in life, and assertive behavior make adolescents able to say right this is in line with the commands in Surah Al-Azhab verse 70 and Surah Al-Baqarah verse 42.  Able to reject and express his disapproval of the opinions of others, without offending them in line with QS. Ali Imran verse 159. Able to express pleasant and unpleasant feelings honestly in harmony with QS. An-Anfal verse 125.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan kantor di PT. Bumi Pratama Khatulistiwa. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini adalah disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan kantor di PT. Bumi Pratama Khatulistiwa. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan kantor di PT. Bumi Pratama Khatulistiwa. Lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan kantor di PT. Bumi Pratama Khatulistiwa. Disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan kantor. Abstract

The limited number of studies on the creativity of Primary School Teacher Education (PGSD) students in designing contextual Indonesian language learning serves as the background for this research, given its significant implications for the quality of basic education, particularly in addressing learning loss and pedagogical gaps. The aim of this study is to examine the level of creativity among PGSD students in designing learning models that integrate digital media, socio-cultural contexts, and the needs of elementary school students. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. The sample consists of eight PGSD students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using the thematic analysis model of Miles and Huberman. The findings show that 75% of the students were able to design self-directed learning modules, 62% integrated digital media such as Quizizz and Canva, and 50% combined them with conventional media such as puzzles and visual aids. These results support Johnson’s theory of contextual learning and Torrance’s theory of creativity. The main conclusion is that PGSD students’ pedagogical creativity develops through hands-on practice, flexible media selection, and an awareness of student characteristics. Theoretical implications include the proposal of a blended contextual learning model, while practical implications involve recommendations for Teacher Education Institutions (LPTKs) to strengthen digital literacy training and project-based curricula. Moreover, this study opens avenues for further research on the effectiveness of hybrid learning models in remote areas.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kesiapan pengelola lembaga PAUD menghadapi pembelajaran new normal pandemic covid-19. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif metode survei. Sumber data penelitian diperoleh dari lima belas pengelola PAUD yang berada di daerah Kecamatan Way jepara dan Braja Selebah Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan memberikan instrument berupa daftar pertanyaan kesiapan sekolah dalam pembelajaran tatap muka di masa pandemi covid 19. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitaif dengan teknik presentasi kesiapan pengelola dari seluruh indikator yang telah ditentukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 26 . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelola lembaga PAUD telah siap menghadapi pembelajaran New Normal Pandemi Covid 19 dengan berbagai kesiapan yang telah dilakukan agar kegiatan belajar mengajar mampu berjalan dengan optimal dan kesehatan seluruh warga sekolah

Abstract

Rarang chicken dish is a very special dish with a unique taste on Lombok Island. This research aims to determine the effect of slaughter age on cholesterol content, E.Coli and organoleptic value of Rarang chicken dishes. The materials used were 15 male chickens and a number of Rarang chicken cooking spices. The method used is an experimental method in the Animal Product Processing Technology Laboratory, Faculty of Animal Science, University of Mataram, which is designed based on a Completely Randomized Design in a one-way pattern with 3 treatments and 5 replications: namely P1 = 6 weeks of slaughter age, P1 = 7 weeks of slaughter age and P2 = 8 weeks of slaughter age. Research data such as cholesterol content, E.Coli and organoleptic values ​​were analyzed using analysis of variance followed by the Tukkey Honestly Different Test. The results of the research showed that the cholesterol content, E. Coli, and organoleptic value of Rarang chicken dishes based on age at slaughter were respectively: total cholesterol ranges from 32.18-45.30%; E.Coli content of 0.4 CFU/g, with organoleptic values ​​(color, aroma, taste and tenderness) accepted by consumers. Conclusion: Super village chicken which is processed into Rarang chicken dishes at 7 weeks of slaughter age can provide relatively low total cholesterol and E.Coli content, with organoleptic values (color and aroma) that consumers like, the taste is relatively delicious and Rarang chicken dishes are relatively tender.
