Abstract

Sekolah merupakan salah satu tempat belajar para siswa yang memiliki kaitan dengan lingkungannya. Sebagai suatu sistem, sekolah merupakan organisasi terbuka yang tidak boleh mengisolasi diri dari lingkungannya, melainkan harus selalu mengadakan hubungan kontak dengan lingkungannya dan bekerja sama. Sekolah sebagai suatu sistem diorganisasikan untuk memudahkan pencapaian tujuan belajar dan mengajar yang berkualitas dalam melayani peserta didik secara efektif dan efisien. Organisasi dapat diartikan sebagai pemberian struktur/susunan, terutama dalam penempatan personal, yang dihubungkan dengan garis kekuasaan dan tanggung jawabnya didalam keseluruhan organisasi. Organisasi sekolah adalah sistem yang bergerak dan berperan dalam merumuskan tujuan pendewasaan manusia sebagai mahluk sosial agar mampu berinteraksi dengan lingkungan. Struktur sosial sekolah yaitu kepala sekolah, guru, pegawai administrasi, petugas kebersihan dan keamanan, murid laki-laki maupun murid perempuan yang masing-masing memiliki kedudukan dan peranan yang berbeda, dan saling berinteraksi satu sama lain.

Abstract

Antara Pendidikan dan perkembangan masyarakat tidak dapat dipisahkan satu sama lain. Sekolah dan masyarakat memiliki hubungan yang lebih erat dalam mencapai tujuan sekolah atau Pendidikan dengan efektif dan efesien. Sekolah juga harus menunjang proses pencapaian tujuan atau pemenuhan kebutuhan masyarakat, khususnya kebutuhan Pendidikan. Anatara sekolah dan masyarakat perlu dibina dan dikembangkan suatu hubungan yang harmonis. Pada dasarnya setiap sekolah mendidik anak agar menjadi anggota masyarakat yang berguna, namun pada kenyataanya Pendidikan di sekolah sering kurang relavan dengan kehidupan masyarakat. Kurikulum banyak hanya berpusat pada bidang studi yang tersusun secara logis dan sistematis yang tidak nyata hubungannya dengan kehidupan sehari-hari anak didik. Selanjutnya apa yang terjadi apa yang di pelajari anak didik tampaknya hanya memenuhi kepentingan sekolah untuk ujian, bukan untuk membantu totalitas anak didik agar hidup lebih efekif dalam masyarakat.

Abstract

It appears that the threat or problem of social and national disintegration is an integral part of the process of Indonesian national history. Since 1997, Indonesia still faces various social crises such as corruption, poverty, low or education backwardness, unemployment, crime, illegal logging, ethnic and community problems, religious conflicts and separatism. As a result, these conditions have led to a declining sense of nationalism which then increases the potential for social and national disintegration. For example, when President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono visited Ambon some time ago, we were shocked by the Peak Lele dance performed by supporters of the RMS movement in Ambon. GAM supporters then formed a local political party called the Free Aceh Movement Party. Supporters of the Organization for a Free Papua (OPM) raise the Morning Star flag to signal the existence of the Free Papua Movement. Therefore, all elements of the Indonesian nation should take responsibility and play an active role in strengthening the unity of this nation. Like other elements of the nation, Indonesian Muslims, as the country's majority, are also responsible and must play an active role in strengthening the country's unity and integrity. On this topic, this article focuses on a conceptual analysis of the relationship between Islam and pluralism, and then elaborates on the extent to which Indonesian Muslims play a role in promoting social and ethnic integration in a pluralistic Indonesian society.

Abstract

Dosen merupakan penggerak dalam pendidikan dan sumber ilmu pertama bagi mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi. Dosen yang berkompeten menjadi bagian dari faktor yang dapat memotivasi belajar mahasiswa dan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap materi kuliah yang diajarkan, dalam hal ini berkaitan dengan kompetensi pedagogik dosen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik dosen dan motivasi belajar terhadap pemahaman mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Ilmu Pendidikan Islam secara signifikan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan analisis jalur (path analysis). Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa PAI semester 2 UIN Raden Fatah Palembang, yang diambil dari teknik purposive sampling. Uji hipotesis menggunakan dengan sistem SPSS, melalui analisis pengujian persyaratan regresi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompetensi pedagogik dan motivasi belajar secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pemahaman mahasiswa. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai R2 sebesar 0.597, artinya kompetensi pedagogik dosen (X1) dan motivasi belajar (X2) mampu meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa (Y) sebesar 59.7%. Sedangkan, sisanya 40.3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain. Kemudian, angka R sebesar 0.772 constant > 0.05 dan dengan nilai F hitung 28.840 signifikan sebesar 0.000 atau sangat signifikan. Sehingga, dapat disimpulkan terjadi hubungan yang kuat antara kompetensi pedagogik, motivasi belajar terhadap pemahaman mahasiswa

Abstract

Madrasah is one of the Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia that integrates Islamic education and general education. The birth of madrasah educational institutions is a desire to change existing institutions. The development of madrasah is in line with efforts to adapt and with the existing education system in Islamic boarding schools with general education. Madrasah plays a strategic role in responding to the impact of globalization, creating students with character who can have a strategic role in making social changes that positively impact society. Madrasah, as an educational institution, has a function to carry out social change: (1) develop a cultural analysis of traditional institutions, (2) make changes or modifications in traditional education, (3) make more fundamental changes to traditional institutions that are no longer by the times. Madrasah serves as a place for the process of social change to change whose progress is forward as a centre for shaping and developing the progress of students

Abstract

This article The NU Muslimat Quarterly Recitation in East OKU Regency is a routine activity that is carried out every three months by NU Muslimat administrators from the branch level to the sub-branch level in the region. This activity was held with the aim of strengthening ties of friendship between NU Muslimat administrators, branch children, and village communities with various tribes in East OKU. First held in 2004, this quarterly recitation was held after going through several stages of deliberation to determine the place, time of activity, speakers, implementing committee, and funding. Apart from being an event to strengthen friendship ties, this quarterly recitation activity can also become a science major that is beneficial to students and pilgrims. In this study, participants can add religious knowledge, be more obedient to Allah, and gain religious insight. Quarterly recitation is also able to create positive socio-cultural values. The use of Muslim batik uniforms by all NU Muslim members in this activity can create a sense of oneness among them. Even the local community seemed enthusiastic about this activity, with the appearance of impromptu sellers who sold various goods to the recitation congregation. This activity is beneficial not only for NU Muslimat administrators and congregations but also for the general public who take part in it.

Abstract

This reseach aims to describe the acculturation of the Javanese traditional culture wich name is “Temu Manten. This is the cultural root of the Javanese people that has occurred in all parts of Sumatra, especially South Sumatra. Researcher used qualitative research, it is descriptive type by Schutz's phenomenological theory research approach. The researcher describes a symptom, fact, event and problem. The researcher used two primary data sources (observations and interviews) and secondary (the results of research, books and other sources as other data sources). The researcher took purposive sampling to determine the informants. Analytical descriptive is used by researcher to describe their findings. As the results of this study found that the acculturation of the Javanese traditional culture which called as “Temu Manten” does not only occur in South Sumatra, but has occurred in various regions on the island of Sumatra. The factors that influenced the acculturation of this culture are the existence of transmigration, migration, inter-ethnic marriage, level of education, modernization and globalization. However, cultural acculturation in Indonesia got rich in culture that can be preserved to remain and known by next generations of Indonesia.

Abstract

In this research entitled "Analysis of Moral Values in the Book of 'Aqidatul 'Awam by Shaykh Ahmad Marzuqi". Which aims to find out what moral values we can know in the book. referring to the book 'Aqidatul 'Awam, because the book discusses the basic principles of monotheism for Muslims, and the words are easily understood by lay people. And also this book has relatively little lafadz because the book is also thin, but it has a lot of meaning and a very broad scope. The tawhid that the author means is the tawhid that believes in one God. By analyzing the book, researchers can find out what moral values are contained in the book. The type of research used is literature (Library Research) using a qualitative approach. The primary data source in this research is the Book of 'Aqidatul 'Awam by Shaykh Ahmad Marzuqi. The data collection technique is by going to the library to find reading sources obtained from journals, books, and so on. The data analysis of this research is content analysis. content analysis. The results of the research that has been carried out from the book studied are that there are several moral values, namely morals to Allah, morals to prophets and messengers, and morals to angels.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the construction of Islamic education thought in Jalaluddin's perspective and the relevance of Jalaluddin's educational thought in the constellation of modern or global education. This type of research is library research. The approach used is descriptive analytical. The primary sources used are books and information in the field related to Jalaluddin's Islamic education thought. While secondary sources are reports, books, notes that are closely related to the problem under study. Data collection methods through documentation. The data analysis technique uses document analysis method or content analysis. This study found that the thought of Islamic education in Jalaluddin's perspective includes 1) the new direction of Islamic education, education should be directed to form humans into insan kamil; 2) Islamic education thinking, one of which is the democratization of Islamic education with the ultimate goal of forming a democratic, clean, moral and moral Indonesian society and adhering to the value of civilization, 3) renewal of Islamic education, in Islamic education it is necessary to develop a dual approach strategy with the aim of combining short-term situational approaches with long-term conceptual approaches; and 4) character education, four joints of good character based on the characters of patience, self-respect, courage, and justice.

Abstract

The background of this research is to find out and analyze how to implement local wisdom-based character education management in developing local potential at MTs Nurul Fajri. This study uses a case study method with a type of qualitative research. Researchers use this type of qualitative research, because this type of qualitative research is a method that focuses on the involvement of the interpretation of researchers who try to interpret stakeholder behavior in a phenomenon that they experience. In this case, the application of local wisdom-based character education management in developing local potential at MTs Nurul Fajri shows that character education has such a big impact on stakeholders in the school environment. So that all stakeholders in the school environment are expected not only to learn and know about science, but also to be able to shape the personality of students who have character values based on local wisdom.
