Analysis to indicate the difference level of  farm household income between local and  non local farm household use  t-test. . The  farm sustainability is  analysed with indicator skoring farm sustainability. The research showed that there is no significant difference between local and non local farm household income statistically eventhough local farm household income is higher than that of non local. The research also revealed that level farm sustainability of non local farm household is categorized as high sustainable, while  local farm household is categorized into moderate. Result from t-test indicates  a significant difference of  sustainability index value between two farm households. . Furthermore, Farm households have right motivation  and apply sustainable agriculture principles which is emphasized to take care of environmental continuity of natural resources without neglecting in increasing of productivity  and income. Abstract

The PTPN XI’s sugarcane supply in the last five years has tended to decline. A strong partnership between sugarcane farmers and PTPN XI can be an alternative solution to overcome the scarcity of the sugarcane supply by being shown high satisfaction and loyalty. The aims of this study are: 1) to compare the level of satisfaction of millennial and old sugarcane farmers to the performance of PTPN XI and 2) to compare the level of loyalty of millennial and old sugarcane farmers in partnership. The millennial and old sugarcane farmers' satisfaction levels are used to analyze CSI, gap analysis, Z-test, and IPA. The loyalty levels used average table analysis and Z-test. The study samples were obtained from four sugar mills areas of PTPN XI: Asembagoes, Soedhono, Wonolangan, and Pradjekan.  The results showed that the satisfaction level category of millennial farmers was quite satisfied (65.68%), while the satisfaction level of old sugarcane farmers was satisfied (67.04%). Statistically, the results of the Z-test showed a significance value of 0.021. There was a difference in the average satisfaction level between millennial and old sugarcane farmers, where the satisfaction level of sugarcane farmers was higher than millennials. However, the study found that the loyalty of old sugarcane farmers was more elevated than millennials using the Z-test with a significance value of 0.011. Through this study, it is expected that the partnership between PTPN XI and the sugarcane farmers is getting better quality to achieve increased sugar production.

Abstract

Multiculturalism has become a universal human value that can be accepted from all walks of life. However, the term multiculturalism originated in the West and its development later, Islam, whose early development (since the 6th century) has taught the values of Multiculturalism. This is called Islamic Multiculturalism with its values of justice (al-'ada>lah), equality (al-musa>wa>h), tolerance (al-tasa>muh}), brotherhood of humanity (al-ukhuwwah al-insa>niyyah), universal compassion (al-rah}mah al-'a>mmah). This article is a comparative study of them to find common ground and differences. Islamic Multiculturalism and Western Multiculturalism both teach universal values with the same goals of upholding human dignity and dignity, respecting differences, diversity, and pluralism, and creating world peace—the difference between the two lies in the background of the background. Western Multiculturalism has its roots in a purely socio-cultural movement to abolish social discrimination. Islamic Multiculturalism originates from the normative teachings of the Quran-Hadith and the early history of Islamic development. These two sources can complement and reinforce each other for one universal human value, namely Multiculturalism.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) to investigate farmers comprehension on sustainable agriculture principles comprehension, (2) to identify factors that affect farmers expectancy on the advantage of sustainable agriculture, (3) to investigate farmers sustainable agriculture principles implementation, and (4) to analyze factors affecting the implementation of sustainable agriculture principles by the farmers. The total samples were 60 farmers, 30 farmers were selected from wetland ecosystem and another 30 farmers were selected from coastal ecosystem. Those 60 samples were taken by simple random sampling method. Multiple linear regression and independent sample t test techniques used in analyzing the data. The result shows that farmers have less comprehension on most of the sustainable agriculture principles especially on eco-agriculture principle. The cultural appropriateness principle comprehension affects farmers expectancy on the advantage of sustainable agriculture significantly. The implementation level of sustainable agriculture in wetland ecosystem is higher than that of in coastal ecosystem. Farmers expectancy affects sustainable agriculture implementation significantly.

Abstract

The increase in tyre production has led to an increase in tyre rubber waste, which is harmful to the environment. The use of rubber tyres as a substitute additive material in concrete or laston (AC-WC) is one way out to reduce unused rubber tyre waste. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the use of used rubber tyres on the Durability and Flexibility values of the laston layer mixture (AC-WC) and to determine the optimum mixture component value for Durability and Flexibility in the laston layer mixture (AC-WC). This research uses experimental methods, namely, quantitative research methods. In this study, researchers used a percentage of used tyre mixture of 1%, 2%, 3% and 4% of the weight of the test specimen and 0% as a normal mixture. The results of this study indicate that the flow value in the standard marshall percentage of used tyre rubber 1% and 2% meets the 2018 revised Bina Marga Specification 2 between 2-4 mm. While the percentage of used tyre rubber 3% and 4% does not meet the 2018 revised Bina Marga Specification 2 between 2-4 mm. Because the greater the percentage of used tyre rubber, the greater the flow value obtained. In Marshall Stability, it can be concluded that the remaining Marshall Stability value of the normal AC-WC asphalt mixture is 90.67%, this value meets the Bina Marga 2018 Revision 2 Specifications with standard Specifications 90%.  Keywords: laston layer mix (AC-WC), durability, flexibility, waste rubber tire, marshall
