Abstract

Baik riwayat maupun nalar sebagai unsur substantif utama tafsir berpotensi terpapar infiltrasi yang menciderai orisinilitas penafsiran itu sendiri. Terjemahan Alquran sebagai suatu kegiatan mengalihkan bahasa Alquran dari Bahasa Arab ke bahasa sasaran tidak terlepas dari kontribusi tafsir didalamnya, karenanya, keterpaparan tafsir terhadap infiltrasi memberikan dampak kepada terjemahan Alquran, dan ini berefek kepada pemahaman masyarakat yang kurang tepat terhadap Alquran. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana bentuk orisinilitas (al-asil) dan infiltrasi (al-dakhil) dalam penafsiran Alquran serta bagaimana orisinilitas dan infiltrasi masuk dalam terjemahan Alquran Kementerian Agama edisi penyempurnaan 2019, sehingga hal ini dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi perbaikan terjemahan di masa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian sumber dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research), objek penelitiannya adalah terjemahan Alquran Kementerian Agama, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi kepustakaan menggunakan sumber data primer dan sekunder, kemudian data dianalisis dengan pendekatan analisis isi (content analysis). Hasil penelitian ini, pertama, orisinilitas penafsiran Alquran meliputi menafsirkan Alquran dengan Alquran, Hadis dan asar yang maqbul serta penggunaan nalar yang tidak bertentangan dengan prinsip-prinsip syara’ dan keilmuan; kedua, infiltrasi dalam penafsiran meliputi menafsirkan Alquran dengan riwayat israiliyat yang bertentangan dengan prinsip Alquran dan hadis, Hadis palsu dan semi palsu serta nalar yang menyimpang; ketiga, al-asil pada catatan kaki terjemahan Alquran Kementerian Agama merupakan suatu yang dominan, dan penjelasan didalamnya berdasarkan kepada penafsiran Alquran dengan Alquran, Hadis yang sahih, dan riwayat sahabat serta tabi’in yang dapat diterima, selain itu penalaran yang digunakan tidak bertentangan dengan prinsip-prinsip islam, kebahasaan dan tafsir. Al-dakhil pada catatan kaki tersebut sangat sedikit ditemukan dan hanya terbatas pada aspek riwayat karena menggunakan riwayat yang lemah dan israiliyat.

Abstract

The pandemic brought many changes, including for students. Various negative things experienced by students have an impact on their mental health. However, there are coping mechanisms that can bring positive changes to students' lives and help them survive the post-pandemic period. This research aimed to explore: the problems, level of stress, coping mechanisms carried out by students, and resilience level during the pandemic; the student's mental health situation during post-pandemic; and the recommendation for higher education (HE) institutions to support students' mental health. The research included 5018 students in bachelor's programs from 20 universities of APTIK members via quota sampling method on gender and class year (stage 1); and reports from students about their psychological symptoms during classes (n =  5 classes) and counseling (n = 10 cases) and literature review from explore 13 articles via Google scholar and Google search engine (stage 2). The study results show that students had many learning and social life challenges. Students who can develop positive coping with stress will be resilient and benefit from the experience during the pandemic, such as increased online learning skills, health awareness, and good time management. A positive coping strategy empowers the students to develop good mental health and survive during the pandemic, together with the support of the education system in higher education institutions. The institution should provide leadership, a good governance system, conducive teaching and learning system, and an appreciation for diversity and inclusivity to support students' mental health. The system should support the various changes experienced by students. With a good strategy and governance, there will be clarity and comfort so that it does not exacerbate the mental health problems encountered by many students. The impact is that students are more prepared and confident to connect with the industry world.

Abstract

In screenwriting, one of the most essential elements is character. Characters are usually shaped by three critical factors: physical appearance, psychology, and sociology. In horror films, female characters are often used as protagonists, but in the history of horror films, female characters are trapped by the male gaze. The male gaze functions as a mechanism to dehumanize and commodify women, viewing them solely through the lens of heterosexual male desire. Laura Mulvey, in her seminal 1975 essay "Visual Pleasure and Narrative Cinema," posits that films serve to strengthen patriarchal structures by portraying women as mere objects for both the male protagonist inside the film and the audience consuming the film. The use of AI in screenwriting continues to grow, although it is still a matter of debate. As we know, AI works by gathering and generalizing information from pre-existing data. This becomes a problem when we want to create female characters that are not considered male-gaze. Of course, not all horror films that have been made use the male gaze, but we must understand how horror films develop occasionally. This paper examines the relationship between artificial intelligence and creating female characters in scriptwriting, especially horror films. A conceptual paper is a paper without data, as it is focused on "integration and proposing new relationships among constructs”.This paper also aims to find the next step for us to create women characters with AI. Abstract

This paper is motivated to reveal the satirical messages of netizens on Twitter social media regarding their resistance to Covid 19 policies and rules. Descriptive qualitative is used as a method to answer the main problem in this research. The research subjects were determined through purposive techniques on satirical tweets of netizens regarding Covid 19 policies and rules. Data analysis is carried out with MAK Halliday's social semiotics and the elaboration of the results with the theory used. Through this method, researchers can find out, understand and comprehensively describe the satirical messages about Covid 19 policies and rules constructed by netizens. In this context, the satirical messages constructed in netizen tweets are part of the creativity in message packaging. The communication symbols used are diverse. Communication motives in the form of criticism or suggestions, ideas, and opinions of netizens can be packaged in the form of satire. It takes enough reasoning and knowledge to be able to digest the full meaning of satire. Constructing messages with satire is an alternative choice so that messages can be effective, received comfortably, and avoid legal sanctions.

Abstract

Data regarding emotional and behavioral disorders experienced by children is increasing every year. If this problem is not resolved properly, it will have a bad impact on the development of the teenager in the future, especially on character maturation. This study aims to analyze the relationship between parenting and adolescent behavior and emotions. This research is in the form of observational analytic with a cross-sectional method. The total sample consisted of 542 students from seven junior high schools in Surabaya which were taken by total sampling. The instruments used were KPAA to assess the type of parenting style and PSC-17 to assess the type of disorder indication. The data were analyzed univariately to determine the demographic distribution of the sample, and the bivariate test used the chi-square test to determine the relationship between parenting patterns and behavioral and emotional disorders in adolescents. The highest parenting is permissive (81.5%), authoritarian (8.7%), democratic (8.5%), inconsistent (1.7%). Meanwhile, for the assessment of adolescent emotions and behavior, it was found that adolescents without indication of disorder (58.3%), internalization disorder (24.2%), externalization (5.7%), attention (1.7%), and more than 1 disorder (10.1%). The results of the chi-square test were p=0.436 (p0.05). There is no significant relationship between parenting patterns on adolescent behavior and emotions

Abstract

Stunting is a major nutritional problem that occurs in Indonesia and exceeds WHO standards, which are above 20 percent. Various factors support stunting and one of them is the utilization of Maternal and Child Health (MCH) books. The use of MCH books in Indonesia is still low, this is supported by the low utilization of MCH books by health workers which is only 2.2%. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between the use of the MCH book and the incidence of stunting that occurred in the Tandes District area of Surabaya City. The research design used was a Case Control study design. This research is a study by comparing the case group with the control group to see whether there is exposure or not. Group selection is done by selecting two groups, a group of mothers of toddlers with toddlers with good nutrition status (not stunted) associated with the use of MCH books as a control group and a group of mothers of toddlers with stunted toddlers associated with the use of MCH books as a case group (exposed group). The results showed that there were significant results on the completeness variable of the MCH book with a value of p = 0.049 with r = 0.249 and the variable of maternal monitoring of toddler development using the MCH book with a value of p = 0.000 with r = 0.933. The results of insignificant variables can be influenced by various factors such as limitations in determining measuring instruments for variables and various individual factors in the sample determined. The use of the MCH book has a significant relationship in the variable completeness of the MCH book and maternal monitoring of toddler growth using the MCH book to the incidence of stunting.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran merupakan salah satu media yang efisien untuk menyampaikan materi dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji tingkat kelayakan serta efektivitas media pembelajaran dan jobsheet instalasi penerangan listrik menggunakan PLTS berbasis IoT di SMK Negeri 4 Kota Serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE, yang meliputi lima tahap: Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation.Produk akhir yang dihasilkan berupa media trainer dan jobsheet pembelajaran instalasi penerangan listrik menggunakan PLTS berbasis IoT yang diuji tingkat kelayakannya oleh lima ahli media dan ahli materi, serta produk diuji coba kepada 24 peserta didik kelas XI TITL 2 sebagai pengguna. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan tes pengetahuan awal peserta didik.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kelayakan media trainer dan jobsheet pembelajaran instalasi penerangan listrik menggunakan PLTS berbasis IoT dinilai sangat layak digunakan. Hasil penilaian yang didapatkan dari ahli media memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 92,3, dengan rentang skor x ≥ 78, pada kategori "Sangat Layak". Hasil tingkat kelayakan jobsheet pembelajaran oleh ahli materi memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 101, dengan rentang skor x ≥ 84, pada kategori "Sangat Layak". Penilaian dari peserta didik didapatkan hasil nilai rata-rata keseluruhan 90,45 untuk media trainer dan jobsheet pembelajaran, dengan rentang skor x ≥ 81, dengan kategori "Sangat Layak". Tingkat efektivitas media trainer dan jobsheet diuji menggunakan metode n-gain. Hasil tingkat efektivitas media dan jobsheet memperoleh nilai sebesar 0,7073, yang berada pada interval n-gain > 0,70, atau tergolong dalam kategori "Efektivitas Tinggi".

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, mengumpulkan data dan informasi, mengolah menganalisis data dan informasi tentang pelaksanaan biaya pemasaran  pada UD. Ateng Jaya Binjai. Metode penelitian dalam penulisan karya ilmiah ini adalah metode analisis data kuantitatif yaitu data-data yang dikumpulkan diolah kemudian di analisa dan dijabarka secara deskriptif.Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa UD.Ateng Jaya Binjai telah mampu meningkatkan penjualan dan dapat dilihat dari data penjualan yang penulis teliti.Dari data analisis biaya pemasaran tersebut besarnya sumbangan laba yang telah dicapai oleh UD. Ateng Jaya Binjai dan tentunya telah mempengaruhi kemajuan perusahaan tersebut, dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem penjualan sudah berjalan dengan baik dilihat dari  penjualan yang terus meningkat setiap tahunnya dan biaya pemasaran juga mengalami kenaikkan yang juga mempengaruhi penjualan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the indicators of students’ critical thinking skills through the NHT type cooperative learning model on the buffer solution material. The research subjects were 36 students of class XI MIA 2 academic year 2019/2020 at SMAN 45 Jakarta. The research was conducted using qualitative analysis methods by collecting data through observation, discussion sheets, critical thinking skills analysis tests, reflective journals, and student interviews. The research was carried out by applying the NHT cooperative learning model in four meetings through 5 stages of learning, namely conveying goals and motivating students, presenting information, organizing students into groups, guiding study groups, evaluating and giving awards. The results showed that the critical thinking skills of students mostly showed satisfactory criteria. This is evidenced by the achievement of satisfactory criteria on aspects of problem identification in questions, aspects of conceptual understanding, aspects of the ideas connection, aspects of assumptions and aspects of drawing conclusions. The application of the NHT type of cooperative learning model has a positive impact on the development of students’ critical thinking skills through group discussion activities. The conclusion of the study shows that the critical thinking skills of students who achieve satisfactory criteria include three aspects including identification of the problem in question, conceptual understanding and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, indicators that reach very good criteria contain aspects of the ideas connection and indicators that achieve unsatisfactory criteria contain aspects of assumption.

Chemical bonding is an abstract topic that students rarely encounter in their daily lives. Because of the many misconceptions that can arise regarding chemical bonds, it is not surprising that chemical bonds are a topic that has been widely researched. Thus, this study aims to explore students’ understanding of chemical bonding. This research is quantitative research using a survey design. The participants were 101 tenth-grade students at a public high school in Indonesia. In this study, the sample was determined using convenience sampling techniques. To collect the required data, the Four-Tier Diagnostic Test for Chemical Bonding (FTDT-CB) was administered. The results indicated that students’ understanding of chemical bonding concepts was relatively low with an average score of 18 (out of 100). In addition, 23 misconceptions were identified, of which 20 were genuine misconceptions while the other 3 were spurious misconceptions. It is recommended for future studies to conduct quasi-experimental research to prevent misconceptions that emerged in the current research and also to reveal misconceptions on chemical bonding that may be experienced by pre-service chemistry teachers by using a four-tier diagnostic test.
