Abstract

The service is carried out to empower the community through the development of ecotourism based on local wisdom. The local wisdom contained in Wanasari Village is the natural potential of the tea garden. This service activity uses counseling, training, and simulation methods aimed at community groups. Training activities are carried out to increase the income of the village community as well as publicize tea garden tours with the concept of utilizing local potential and wisdom. The method of activity is by carrying out community empowerment programs based on local wisdom, which consists of three fields, namely economic, organizational, and social. The results obtained through the implementation of this service are increasing the level of public knowledge about ecotourism development. Local wisdom in Wanasari Village has been explored and utilized for ecotourism development materials.

Abstract

This field trip method is a method used in presentation by bringing students to study the material outside the classroom (outdoor). Field trip activities can also utilize the surrounding environment as a learning resource, and can foster responses to students' creative stimulation, the information obtained by students will also become broader, more current and concrete, and students can also process or search for information themselves. . Research using a descriptive qualitative approach or what is usually referred to as qualitative research. The subjects in this research were class V teachers at SDN Krenceng I. Data collection in this descriptive qualitative research used observation, interviews and documentation methods. From the results of this research, it has been proven that SDN Krenceng I has implemented the field trip method in its learning by visiting educational places such as the Cikerai livestock villa where students are taught to learn outside the classroom with various things that students must pay attention to or observe.

Abstract

Speaking is one of the most important language skills and is often used in a variety of everyday situations. However, students' speaking skills are still relatively low due to a lack of confidence and limited access to support resources in the learning process. To overcome this problem, the role-playing method can be applied as an effective active learning approach to improve speaking skills. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the role-playing method in improving students' speaking skills at the elementary school level. This research was conducted by a literature review method to analyze relevant publications on Google Scholar. Based on the results of the review, the role-playing method proved to be an interesting, innovative, and highly effective learning strategy in developing speaking skills in elementary school students.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out how students 'scientific abilities are using contextual scientific-based learning tools during the Covid 19 pandemic. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. This research was conducted by conducting structured observations and questionnaires. In the data collection process, the researcher conducted three different ways of collecting data: the door-to-door system, the home visit system, and conventional learning. The results of students' scientific abilities using contextual scientific-based learning tools with door-to-door data retrieval systems of 81.56%, which are included in the very good category, in the home visit data collection system of 84.06% which are included in the very good category and the system data collection of conventional learning in class by 88% which is included in the very good category. Based on the study's results, it can be concluded that contextual scientific-based learning tools can be very well used in science learning after going through 3 different ways: the door-to-door system, the home visit system, and the conventional one.

Abstract

The aim of this research and development is to understand the process of developing the educational game media Jenga Smart with the ecosystem theme, its feasibility, student responses, and the students' learning interest after using this media. This media contains content related to thematic learning, specifically Theme 5 "Exploring Ecosystems" and Sub-theme 1 "Ecosystem Components," Lesson 2. The research method used is the Research and Development (R&D) method. The development model employed in this study follows the ADDIE development model, consisting of five stages: Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluation. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. The subjects of this study are 20 fifth-grade students from SDIT Tarbiyah Rabbaniyyah. The research findings indicate that the average validation score from the expert team is 89.09%, falling under the "Very Eligible" category. Additionally, students' responses to this media have an average score of 88.83%, which falls under the "Very Good" category. Similarly, the students' learning interest has increased, with an average score of 66% before using the media, categorized as "Moderate", and 92.25% after using the media, categorized as "High". In conclusion, the Jenga Smart educational game media is suitable for use and can enhance students' learning interest.

Abstract

This research aims to develop learning media in the form of wayang. The development of this learning media uses the Research & Development (R&D) method. The resulting media is wayang learning media for scientific literacy skills. This research was conducted at SDN Renged 3 with 35 class V students as research subjects. Researchers use a research approach that refers to the ADDIE development model. The results of the development of wayang learning media on the scientific literacy abilities of class V students at SDN Renged 3 show that wayang learning media is included in the "very feasible" category. This can be seen from the validation results with validator lecturers, the average percentage value is 86% and the results of student responses average value 85%. The results of the scientific literacy ability test for class V students at SDN Renged 3 showed a pretest score of 38%, the "not good" category became a posttest score of 51%, the "fairly good" category after using wayang learning media with an increase of 0.22 was "low".

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meganalisis kembali tentang pendidikan lingkungan dan literasi lingkungan di Sekolah Dasar. Metode pada penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah meta sintetis dengan menganalisis 10 jurnal yang relevan dengan judul penelitian yang selanjutnya dianalisis secara mendalam.  Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua artikel yang tertulis mengenai penelitian literasi pendidikan lingkungan di sekolah dasar, jurnal yang dapat diakses melalui  google scholar dan science direct. Hasil analisis dari sepuluh jurnal memperoleh hasil bahwa lingkungan sekolah yang mendukung literasi penting untuk diterapkan di Sekolah dasar kepada peserta didik. Karena, literasi dalam lingkungan sekolah perlu digerakkan melalui pembiasaan rutin di sekolah. Untuk itu, guru dan orang tua diharapkan dapat berkerjasama dalam berperan meningkatkan karakter peduli lingkungan dan minat literasi peserta didik.

Abstract

The learning process explains the materials based on basic competencies and relates to the development and use of learning media. The media is used as input for educators to make it easier for students to achieve learning and make them enthusiastic in learning to facilitate students' understanding of learning. This study aimed to develop e-learning materials based on picture stories for grade II of Elementary School on the theme of Clean and Healthy Living, the sub-theme of Clean and Healthy Living at Home. This study was development research that used the Borg and Gall model modified by Sugiyono's six steps of the development design. The study involved teachers and the second-grade students of SDN Banjarsari. Two students were involved in the individual small group trial, ten students particisated in the first session trial, and ten students were included in the 2nd session trial. Abstract

This article covers the explanation of the teaching materials feasibility in the form of digital books or e-books to support students‟ learning, especially in Natural Sciences subject matter and the student‟s responses to teaching materials developed by the researchers. The research method used described in this article was Research and Development (R&D) by using the Borg and Gall developmental model that consisted of potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, and a limited product trial. The results showed the feasibility of e-books was seen based on the assessment of design experts, linguists and material experts. The scores obtained were 81.305% from the design experts, 81.53% from the Linguists, and 91.42% from material experts. Subsequently, for student responses to e-books used in the learning process, the average score was 0.958 or 96%. Based on the results, it could be concluded that the research produced an e-book of the natural sciences materials on the animal classification based on their type of foods at class V students in Elementary School. The results of design validation indicated the „Very Eligible‟ category, Linguist validation indicated the „Very Eligible‟ category, and material validation indicated the „Very Eligible‟ category. The students‟ responses category encompassed the „Very Good‟ category. Thus, the product resulted was categorized to be suitable for use as teaching materials in the online learning process.

Abstract

This article reports the development of a mannequin-based artificial lung learning media to find out how fifth-grade students respond at SDN Merak II to use the media. The research indicates the assessment results from media experts obtain an average percentage score of 91.10% in the "Very Feasible" criteria. In addition, the assessment results from material experts obtain an average final score percentage of 88.64% in the "Very Feasible" criteria. If the achievement of the expert validation assessment results was calculated, it can be said that this mannequin-based artificial lung mediaachieved a feasibility test score with an average score of 89.87% through an expert validation test and obtained the "Very Feasibility" category. The results of students’ responses on the development of mannequin-based artificial lung media achieved an average score of 91,36% in the "Very Good" category.
