Kebutuhan dasar bagi manusia yang harus dipenuhi setiap saat adalah masalah pangan. Sebagai dampak pandemi Covid 19 saat ini salah satunya adalah krisis pangan, untuk memperkuat ketahanan pangan keluarga maka dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan sumberdaya yang tersedia, diantara nya melalui pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan dengan budidaya lele di RT.34, RW.01 Jalan Timur Komplek Green Palm Estate Kelurahan Sidomulyo Kecamatan Gading Cempaka Kota Bengkulu. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat kami yang di gunakan untuk budidaya ikan lele dalam menjaga ketahanan pangan berpola penyuluhan dan pendampingan, Dengan demikian dalam mengaplikasikan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat, kami melakukan kegiatan budidaya lele, ada pun tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan wawasan, pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam penggunaan teknologi yang lebih modern berupa pembuatan kolam terpal sebagai media wadah budidaya ikan lele. untuk pembinihan, pembesaran ikan, dan panen ikan lele. Selain untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan protein hewani untuk skala rumah tangga juga bisa menambah pendapatan warga dengan mempromosikan hasil panen ikan lele nya lewat berbagai media sosial seperti WhatApp Grup, facebook dan instagram, sehingga diharapkan membangkitkan perekonomian RT.34, RW.01 Jalan Timur Komplek Green Palm Estate Kelurahan Sidomulyo Kecamatan Gading Cempaka Kota Bengkulu, Kelompok masyarakat yang menjadi sasaran memberdayakan nya adalah pengurus karang taruna dan pengurus RT tersebut. Pada masa pandemi COVID-19 ini anak melakukan pembelajaran jarak jauh melalui media internet dengan menggunakan zoom ataupun whattsapp, hal ini menyebabkan anak-anak terlalu banyak berinteraksi dengan gadget. Penggunaan gadget hanya memberikan manfaat pada anak sebesar 10%, komunikasi 19%, sebagai sarana pencari informasi 24%, media pembelajaran 30%, sedangkan bermain game 35%. Sehingga dapat di katakan bahwa penggunaan gadet pada anak bisa memberikan sisi positif maupun negatif. Untuk membantu mengurangi pengaruh penggunaan Gadget tersebut Tim melakukan pengenalan permainan Tradisional Provinsi Bengkulu kepada anak-anak Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak Guyup Rukun

This study was aimed to determine the effect of communication and spirit on the effectiveness of employee performance at Job Training Center in Seluma Regency. The sample of this study was 38 employees at Job Training Center in Seluma Regency. The data was collected by using a questionnaire and then analyzed by using multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results showed a positive regression direction, Y = 0.973 + 0.370X1 + 0.625X2. It showed that there is a positive influence between X1 (communication) and X2 (work spirit) on work effectiveness (Y). Means that if the variables of communication and morale increase, it will increase work effectiveness. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.595. This means that X1 (communication) and X2 (work spirit) affect the effectiveness of work performance (Y) by 59.5% while the remaining 40.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the t-test at a significance level of 0.05 explained that partially the communication and work spirit variables had a significant influence on the effectiveness of employees work performances at Job Training Center in Seluma Regency. Moreover, the F test results at a significance level of 0.05 explained that the communication and work spirit variables has a significant simultaneous effect on effectiveness of employees work performance at Job Training Center in Seluma Regency.

The purpose of this research is to find out how the financial management planning in the Air Dingin Village of Kaur Regency and whether the village financial management plan in the Air Dingin Village of Kaur Regency is in accordance with the village financial management plan according to the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation number 113 of 2014. The data collection method uses a questionnaire and documentation and the data analysis method used is the analysis method used, which is to compare the Financial Management Planning Process made by the Air Dingin Village of Kaur Regency with the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation number 113 of 2014. The results of this study are the process of financial management planning Village Fund Allocation in the Air Dingin Village begins with the preparation of the RPJMDesa, RKPDesa and APBDesa. In general, the financial management planning process of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in Desa Air Dingin has been in accordance with Permendagri number 113 of 2014. However, there is one article or provision that has not been implemented, namely article 20 paragraph 4 " in paragraph (3), namely the draft Village Regulation on APBDesa as referred to in article (2), namely the village secretariat submits the draft Village regulation on APBDesa to the Village Head and submitted by the village head to the Village Consultative Body for discussion and mutual agreement no later than in October of the year walk". however, for Desa Air Dingin it cannot be carried out in October 2018 but on March 18, 2019.

Managing family finances is important, because family finances in quantity and quality can be beneficial for the family to the maximum to achieve a prosperous family that is fulfilled materially and spiritually and all family members can develop potential in accordance with their respective talents and abilities. Managing family finances means managing all income / receipts both routine and non-routine receipts and routine expenses and non-routine expenses. The importance of household financial planning makes us a community service team to organize training in the introduction of financial literacy and family financial management for 1 month in the RT.12.RW.04 Community located on The Umbrella Island road, the location is very close to the tourist attractions of Kumayan Island. This training method is carried out by tutorial methods and FGD so that participants recognize the problems of household financial planning respectively, demonstrations of household financial planning followed by all participants, education of financial grouping with the method "POS MAP KK" to help allocate household needs according to their needs. This Devotion Program is expected to provide knowledge and training to residents of RT.12.RW.04 Umbrella Island surabaya village of Bengkulu city about managing good finances, preparing family financial priorities, preparing family planning, helping the implementation of financial planning of housewives.

Utilization of land Yard is open land that is around the house. During the pandemic, most people are tired of staying at home. To overcome this boredom, one of which can be done by utilizing the yard of the house. Utilization of yard land will provide benefits for family life such as: a source of food and also as a source of income. One of the agricultural technologies that can be applied to utilize the yard is hydroponic technology. Hydroponics is a technique of cultivating plants without using soil as a planting medium. The advantage of plants cultivated by the hydroponic method is that the results of Forgetfulness are higher with better yield quality. The prospects for developing a hydroponic business are very good, especially in urban areas, because land in urban areas is very narrow as a result of land conversions such as for housing, offices, shops and roads. Narrow land is suitable for agricultural businesses using hydroponic technology. The awareness of city people is getting higher to maintain their health by consuming good quality vegetables and fruits. Several types of vegetable plants that can be cultivated with a hydroponic system include: lettuce, celery, cauliflower, pakchoy, takecay and so on. This is very profitable for the community, especially housewives on Jl. Merawan 14 in order to be able to utilize the yard as a source of additional income and for daily needs.

To find out the influence of work ability, work motivation, and performance on employee performance in the Employment and Transmigration Office of Bengkulu Province. The sampling technique in this study used the Slovin method That's 67 respondents.Determination test results of 0.678 or 67.8%. This shows that work ability and work motivation affect employee performance in the Employment and Transmigration Office of Bengkulu Province by 67.8%, while the rest (100 - 67.8% = 32.2%). Work ability and work motivation together had a significant influence of 0.000 less than 0.05.

This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Researchers find knowledge that describes the outline of the position, organizational structure, vision and mission, as well as what is required in writing. Data collected from respondents' responses can be used as research information. Sources of data were obtained from customers and Bank BRI Kelutum Pino Raya with the required documents complete. Two types of data were collected in this study: primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. This study aims to determine the joint effect of Financial Performance Analysis on Credit Provision Decisions at BRI Kelutum Pino Raya Bengkulu Selatan. From the discussion above, it can be concluded that the credit application submitted is accepted by several factors, namely:1. Collateral submitted by customers is in accordance with the amount of credit they want.2 Checking BI Checking which shows the customer has smooth credit and is not on the Blacklist. 3 The customer has a business license. 4 Customers also provide honest data in conducting interviews with BRI. This study aims to determine the implementation of financial report preparation based on Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM) at Bengkulu Barbie Salon Micro Business which is engaged in beauty care services. The analytical method used in this research is comparative descriptive analysis. The results of the study are based on the presentation of financial reports consisting of daily and monthly financial reports that only show monthly net expenses and income and do not make reports that are in accordance with the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM) which consists of finance position report, income statement and notes to financial statements. This study suggests that the Barbie Salon should make a financial position report, profit and loss statement and notes on financial statements so that the financial statements at the end of each year are listed in accordance with the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM).

The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which service quality and trust influence customer satisfaction in using BRI Mobile (BRImo). This research is a qualitative descriptive research that is quantified. The method used is a questionnaire. The sample of this research is 85 respondents. The results showed that multiple linear regression obtained Y=27.918+0.251(X1)+0.186(X2)+4.174, meaning that there is a positive or unidirectional relationship between Service Quality (X1) and Trust (X2) on customer satisfaction in using BRI Mobile (BRImo). The results of the service quality test (X1) show t count 3.438>t table 1.989 and significance 0.000 <0.05, then the results of the hypothesis Ha are accepted and Ho are rejected, meaning that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in using BRI Mobile. The results of the Trust test (X2) show t count 2.896>t table 1.989 and significance 0.000<0.05, then the results of the hypothesis Ha are accepted and Ho are rejected, meaning that Trust has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in using BRI Mobile. Furthermore, the result of the f table value is 9.190>2.71, it is concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, meaning that there is a simultaneous influence between service quality (X1) and Trust (X2) on customer satisfaction variable (Y) in the use of BRI Mobile in Arga Makmur city. This can be seen at the significance level of 0.000 <0.05
