Abstract

The development of world telecommunications is growing very rapidly occur today, requires the telecommunications provider to provide a means of expanding the reach of mobile phone signal and internet signal in the form of 2G, 3G and 4G. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, menganalisis dan menginterpretasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja, kepemimpinan, pengendalian diri (locus of control), terhadap kinerja pegawai dan untuk mengetahui peran kepuasan kerja dalam memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja, kepemimpinan, pengendalian diri (locus of control) terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Pangkep dengan menggunakan quesioner untuk 65 responden, teknik analisis yang dipergunakan adalah teknik analisis jalur (parth analysis) dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja, kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan dan berhubungan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja sedangkan pengendalian diri (Locus of Control) tidak berpengaruh signifikan namun berhubungan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan namun berhubungan posi-tif, Lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan namun berhubungan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan dan berhubungan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja. Lok-us Kendali (Locus of Control) tidak berpengaruh signifikan namun berhubungan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Kepemimpinan, Pengendalian Diri, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai This study aims to examine, analyze and interpret the influence of the work environment, leadership, self-control (locus of control) on employee performance and to determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence of work environment, leadership, self-control (locus of control) on employee performance. This research was conducted at the Department of Communication and Information of the Pangkep Regency using a questionnaire for 65 respondents, the analysis technique used was a path analysis technique (parth analysis) using the SPSS program version 25.0 for windows. The results showed that the variable work environment, leadership has a significant effect and positively related to job satisfaction while self-control (Locus of Control) has no significant effect but is positively related to job satisfaction. Job satisfaction does not have a significant effect but is positively related, the work environment does not have a significant effect but is positively related to employee performance through job satisfaction. Leadership has significant influence and positively related to employee performance through job satisfaction. Full locus of control does not have a significant effect but is positively related to employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the implementation of online learning conducted by teachers to provide the best service to students. This can be seen from health, fitness, spirit, duration of services related to education, applications used, signal conditions, teacher readiness in providing services outside the provisions of working hours, available learning facilities, and several other online learning activities Covid-19 pandemic. This study involved 254 vocational school teachers in Solo Raya. Quantitative data is netted through questionnaires that are disseminated using Google Form facilities. Meanwhile, we obtained qualitative information from interviews designed using WhatsApp and telephone facilities. The results showed that 52.2% of teachers admitted to agreeing not to have any health complaints. Teachers are always fit for online learning, with 58.9% agreeing. Teachers were always excited when they were online, with 68.4% answering agreed. The implementation of online learning requires more service time. 64.9% of teachers provide services about 14 hours per day. 64.1% of teachers agreed that they are ready to provide online services to students outside the working hours. Teachers have RPP as a sign of online learning, with 68.8% of teachers agreeing

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the performance of employees after the implementation of the remuneration policy to the Higher Education and identify the reward policy and performance patterns with the pattern payroll employee remuneration and employee satisfaction levels. This study uses secondary data from the financial statements and the primary data in the form of interviews using questionnaire with the selected respondents in the sample, the academic staffs who have earned a salary based on the pattern of a single salary. The results showed that the financial performance in the achievement of 90.11% of payroll pattern showed a good indicator, but there are 0.89% of the budget that is not absorbed, which means the percentage of the expected performance can not be achieved. Analysis of the performance behavior indicate that there are changes in the behavior of post-implementation performance of the employee remuneration. Variance test results indicate that there are significant differences in the pattern of implementation of the remuneration in universities in Indonesia, which is indicated by the indicator system and the implementation of remuneration policies

Abstract

Pelaksanaan suatu proyek konstruksi, tidak pernah terlepas dengan pengetahuan akan pengendalian material. Maka ada tiga hal yang harus diperhatikan. Yaitu waktu pelaksanaan, biaya pelaksanaan dan sumber daya. Dalam pelaksanaan proyek, masalah terbatasnya sumber daya dapat mengakibatkan terlambatnya pelaksanaan proyek tersebut. Seperti yang kita ketahui untuk keberhasilan suatu proyek harus disertai dengan manajemen konstruksi yang baik agar suatu proyek dapat berjalan sesuai dengan yang direncanakan. Salah satu faktor utamanya adalah pengendalian terhadap material. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat Program Pengendalian Material Proyek yang di laksanakan di Pembangunan PT GHS Grompol Surakarta. Sehingga dengan program tersebut kita bisa dengan cepat mengetahui, bagaimana pemakaian material antara rencana dengan yang terjadi di lapangan dan kita bisa kontrol deviasi yang terjadi dengan peranan manajemen konstruksi. Untuk penelitian Pengendalian Material menggunakan metode pendekatan Managemen Konstruksi yang merujuk kepada BSN SNI 2008, dan data yang digunakan adalah Rencana Anggaran Proyek PT GHS Grompol Surakarta. Olah data menggunakan Program Microsoft Excel versi 2010. Dari hasil penelitian ini penulis dapat membuat program yang dapat menyimpulkan bahwa telah terjadi penyimpangan yaitu penggunaan bahan dilapangan berbeda dengan yang direncanakan proyek. Hasil perencanaan proyek (Mx Design Beton K-225) pemakaian dilapangan, untuk Kegiatan Rencana Pengecoran bahan adalah 1.228.05 m3 sedangkan realisasi kegiatan pengecoran 1.243.69 m3. terjadi deviasi sebesar 15.64 m3 dari jumlah yang terjadi. Penggunaan bahan di lapangan meningkat dari yang di rencanakan. Maka dari itu perlu di lakukan pengawasan yang baik yaitu dengan pendekatan Managemen Konstruksi mengikuti aturan SNI yang berlaku.

Abstract

The aim of this service activity is to support efforts to improve the quality of village officials in their knowledge of drafting Village Regulations through the Legal Drafting model. To achieve this goal, the activities that will be carried out are conducting socialization and training as well as assistance related to the preparation of village regulations as well as discussion space regarding the preparation of regulations in Campurjo Village, Wonomulyo District, Polewali Mandar Regency. By holding this activity, our hope as a service team is that village officials, in this case the Village Head and Village Representative Body, understand the importance of drafting Village Regulations in assisting the implementation of Village Government. This community service activity uses methods in the form of socialization and skills training through lectures, demonstrations and questions and answers with training participants. Before the material is given, the village service team carries out a free test to find out the extent of the Village Officials' knowledge regarding the preparation of Village Regulations.

Abstract

Sasaran akhir dari setiap pembangunan bermuara pada peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM). SDM merupakan subyek dan sekaligus obyek pembangunan, mencakup seluruh siklus kehidupan manusia. Oleh kerena itu pembangunan kualitas manusia harus menjadi perhatian penting. Perlu adanya suatu upaya untuk memberikan solusi alternatif yang mampu meningkatkan kinerja guru pondok pesantren. Selain itu juga, diperlukan kegiatan yang dapat menambah semangat dan keterampilan serta kepedulian kepada para guru pondok pesantren. Adanya transfer teknologi kepada masyarakat dengan mengadakan pelatihan statistika deskriptif menggunakan Excel bagi guru pondok pesantren sebagai masyarakat mitra. Tujuan diadakannya pengabdian masyarakat kali ini adalah peserta diperkenalkan dasar Microsoft Excel kemudian statistika deskriptif menggunakan Microsoft Excel, dan mengenalkan cara mengoperasikan Microsoft Excel secara mudah dan dapat dipahami. Adapun metodologi pada kegiatan pengabdian ini dengan memberikan pelatihan membuat data statistik menggunakan Microsoft Excel melalui metode pembelajaran dengan cara penyampaian melalui ceramah, tanya jawab, dan praktek. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan ini dapat menambah pengetahuan guru di Pondok Pesantren                                                                      Fajrul Karim mengenai Microsoft Excel.

Abstract

This research aims to examine: (1) the influence of self-efficacy on academic cheating of FKIP UNS students, (2) the influence of the level of religiosity on academic cheating of FKIP UNS students, (3) the influence of self-efficacy and level of religiosity on academic cheating of FKIP UNS students. This type of research is causal quantitative research. The population in this study were all students from the 2021 class of FKIP UNS, Kentingan campus with a total sample of 313 respondents. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire. The research results show: (1) there is a negative influence of self-efficacy on academic cheating of FKIP UNS students as evidenced by the t test results of 2.093 > 1.649 and a significance value of 0.037 < 0.05. (2) there is a negative influence of the level of religiosity on FKIP UNS students' academic cheating as evidenced by the t test results of 9.642 > 1.649 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. (3) there is a joint negative influence between self-efficacy and the level of religiosity on academic cheating of FKIP UNS students as evidenced by the F test results of 95.271>2.63 and a significance value of 0.00<0.05.

Abstract

Air merupakan senyawa kimia yang sangat penting bagi kehidupan manusia dan makhluk hidup lainnya serta fungsinya bagi kehidupan tidak dapat digantikan oleh senyawa lain. Sulitnya memperoleh air yang berkualitas masih menjadi permasalahan di beberapa daerah. Masyarakat yang memanfaatkan sumur sebagai sumber air terkadang masih mengalami permasalahan terhadap kualitas air yang dihasilkan. Air yang belum layak pakai terutama untuk dikonsumsi harus diolah terlebih dahulu dengan cara memprosesnya sehingga layak untuk dikonsumsi dengan menggunakan berbagai jenis media proses penyaringan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penurunan kadar besi (Fe), menggunakan media filter zeolit, arang aktif dan pasir silika dengan variasi waktu kontak 0 menit, 20 menit, 40 menit dan 60 menit. Data hasil penelitian dan pemeriksaan laboratorium kemudian diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode penyaringan dengan media filter dapat meningkatkan kualitas air untuk parameter fisika dan kimia, sehingga dapat memenuhi syarat kesehatan. For humans and other living things, water is a chemical compound that is essential to existence and cannot be substituted by any other substance. Some regions continue to struggle with access to clean water. Even in communities that rely on wells for their water supply, issues with the water's quality can occasionally arise. Water that is not yet fit for use, particularly for drinking, must first be treated using different kinds of filtering process media to make it fit for consumption. Using zeolite filter media, activated charcoal, and silica sand with contact time variations of 0 minutes, 20 minutes, 40 minutes, and 60 minutes, the aim of this study was to ascertain the decrease in iron (Fe) levels. Descriptive statistical tests were subsequently used to process and interpret data from study findings and laboratory examinations. The study's findings suggest that using filter media in the filtering process can raise the physical and chemical characteristics of water quality to meet health standards.

Abstract

Increasing the ability of builders to apply ferrocement technology as a building material is a very urgent activity. The use of visual presentations that represent Off the job training methods and job instruction training that represent On the job training as training methods for builders needs to be further investigated for their level of effectiveness. This research was conducted to measure the effectiveness of the two training methods using different tests. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the visual presentation method compared to job instruction training. The results of the research show that there are real differences in the indicators of skilled builders stripping plaster, skilled builders installing woven wire stands and knowing their sizes, skilled builders installing woven wire, skilled builders installing binding wire, understanding the sequence of implementation and understanding every detail. the size of each step in implementing ferrocement technology. The research results also stated that there was no difference in the ability indicators for Skilled Builders to Install Plaster using the Visual Presentations or Job Instruction Training methods.
