Abstract

This study aims to construct the concept of Green Citizenship and Green Law value-based Tallasa Kamase-Masea in Pasang ri Kajang in order to support Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Indonesia. The background of this research is based on the urgency ecological reform that relies not only on formal regulations, but also on ecological citizenship awareness and laws based on local wisdom. By using the approach qualitative and legal hermeneutics and ethnography, this study explores the meaning, symbol, and practice the ecology of the Kajang indigenous community in Bulukumba Regency, South Sulawesi. Results research shows three main things: (1) Tallasa Kamase-Masea describing the paradigm ecological, placing humans and nature in an egalitarian cosmic relationship; (2) values the aforementionned become the conceptual basis for Green Citizenship, namely citizenship active, reflective, and responsible for environmental sustainability; as well as (3) Pasang ri Kajang serves as Green Law customary-based, which regulates the ethics of ecological interactions through the principles of simplicity, non-exploitation, and respect for natural habitats. These findings imply the strengthening of environmental law policies and education on citizenship with an ecological perspective as a strategic foundation for achieving SDGs at the local and national levels.

Abstract

Qualitative research was used in this study, aiming to describe and describe events and phenomena that occurred in Kebo Village, Lilirilau District, Soppeng Regency, including transparency in the planning, implementation, and supervision of Village Fund Budget (ADD) financial management. The results of the study indicate that the village government is committed to implementing accountable and regulatory-compliant governance. The implementation of transparency not only increases public trust but also strengthens the effectiveness of the financial planning process that is responsive to village needs. The Kebo Village Government has complied with laws and regulations when conducting accountability reports. Compliance with regulations indicates that the village government has implemented the final measure of transparency, namely a legal system that guarantees openness in financial management.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology in recent years has created significant opportunities for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to improve operational efficiency, expand market reach, and strengthen competitiveness amid increasingly dynamic and competitive market conditions. Banggai Regency, as one of the regions experiencing rapid MSME growth, has also felt the impact of these changes. However, this progress is accompanied by various challenges, particularly the low level of digital literacy, limited access to capital, and the ability of business actors to adapt to new technologies. This study aims to analyze relevant and effective digital-based MSME development strategies to enhance the competitiveness of business actors in Banggai Regency. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews with MSME actors, officials from the Office of Cooperatives and MSMEs, and business facilitators within the region. This method was chosen to obtain a comprehensive understanding of field conditions and the actual needs of MSMEs in their digital transformation process. The findings indicate that MSME strengthening strategies must focus on comprehensive digital transformation, including training on e-commerce platforms, optimization of social media for marketing, enhancement of digital branding, and the utilization of digital financial services such as e-wallets and fintech lending. Furthermore, collaboration among local governments, MSME communities, financial institutions, and private stakeholders plays a crucial role in building a sustainable digital ecosystem. Based on these findings, this study recommends the development of an integrated digital ecosystem in Banggai Regency, the establishment of local business incubators to provide continuous assistance to business actors, and the acceleration of technology-based access to capital. These efforts are expected to strengthen the adaptive capacity of MSMEs and improve their competitiveness in the digital economy era.

Abstract

This research highlights the importance of research into socio-economic inequality in Indonesia, particularly in Maluku Province, with a focus on Buru Village. This research uses qualitative methods, namely observation and interviews, to explore the impact of economic equalization policies on socio-economic inequality at the local level. From September 2022 to March 2023, there was a decrease in the Gini Ratio, which shows a positive indication of economic equalization efforts. However, the impact of this decline was unevenly distributed between urban and rural areas. The results of this study show that although Maluku Province is classified as low in economic inequality by World Bank standards, there are significant challenges that need to be addressed to prevent a potential increase in inequality in the future. The analysis highlights that factors such as access to resources, economic opportunities, and infrastructure differences between urban and rural areas are key elements affecting economic distribution in Maluku. The research provides policy recommendations to improve inclusiveness in economic growth, with the aim of achieving more equitable and sustainable development across the province. Recommendations include improved access to education and training, better economic infrastructure in rural areas, as well as policies that support the development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) as a key driver of local economic growth. As such, this research not only provides a deeper understanding of the dynamics of socio-economic inequality in Maluku but also offers concrete solutions to redress existing economic disparities and promote inclusive growth for all communities in the region

Abstract

This community service activity entitled “Assistance for the Revitalization of Sasi as an Effort to Strengthen Social-Ecological Resilience in Negeri Lima” was conducted in Negeri Lima, Leihitu District, Central Maluku Regency. The activity was motivated by the declining implementation of sasi values, weakening community participation in coastal environmental management, and increasing social-ecological pressures caused by environmental degradation and climate change in coastal areas. The purpose of this program was to strengthen the social-ecological resilience of coastal communities through the revitalization of sasi as a local wisdom-based coastal resource management system. The implementation method used a participatory and collaborative approach involving village government, customary leaders, youth groups, women groups, and coastal communities. The stages of activities included problem identification, socialization, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), institutional strengthening assistance, and program evaluation. The results of the activity showed an increase in community understanding regarding the role of sasi as an instrument for natural resource management, social control mechanism, preservation of local cultural values, and strengthening social solidarity. Community participation in discussions and environmental awareness activities also increased significantly. In addition, stronger coordination was established between the village government and customary institutions in supporting community-based coastal management. The program also produced recommendations for strengthening customary regulations, participatory environmental monitoring, youth involvement, and local culture-based environmental education. Overall, the revitalization of sasi contributed positively to strengthening the social-ecological resilience of the coastal community in Negeri Lima and became an initial model for sustainable local wisdom-based coastal governance.

Abstract

The study aims at examining the effect of financial accountability, public monitoring, and local head tenure on local government performance in Indonesia. Employing secondary data obtained from the governing bodies in Indonesia, the research generates 508 local governments during 2018-2019 with total of 1016 observations analyzed with panel data regression. Overall, the local governments in Indonesia in average has been able to reach high level performance despite there are still several local governments with only medium level. The empirical analysis reveals that local government financial accountability and public monitoring have positive effect on local government performance. However, local head tenure has no significant effect on local government performance. The study provides several recommendations to improve local government performance. Firstly, local governments should put various efforts in realizing proper financial accountability by improving the governance from budgeting, realization, and financial reporting while also having adequate internal control and procedures. Secondly, the public should have considerable attention on local government activities in performing its functions and responsibilities in which public participation and democratic environment should be maintained.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of teacher pedagogical competence on the effectiveness of the learning process in accounting productive subjects at SMK Karanganyar Regency in distance learning. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. Samples were taken as many as 30 teachers at SMK Karanganyar District. The sample was taken using the Cluster Random Sampling technique. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis tech nique used descriptive statistical analysis and simple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the pedagogic competence of teachers in distance learning has a positive and significant influence on the effectiveness of the learning process of productive accounting subjects at SMK Karanganyar Regency. This is indicated by a simple regression test that produces a model Y = 35.826 + 0.645X and the resulting significance value is 0.008 (0.008 <0.05). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 30 guru di SMK Kecamatan Karanganyar. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik Cluster Random Sampling. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of financial knowledge on risky credit behavior mediated by self-efficacy. The type of research was quantitative. The population in this study consisted of Accounting Education and Economic Education students at FKIP UNS. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total of 130 respondents. The data collection technique employed was a questionnaire through Google Forms. The data analysis technique used in the study to test the direct influence was path analysis, which included path coefficient regression tests (t-test) and coefficient of determination analysis (R²), and to test the indirect influence through the Sobel test. The results of the study showed that (1) there was a  positive and significant direct influence of financial knowledge on self-efficacy; (2) there was a negative and significant direct influence of self-efficacy on risky credit behavior; (3) there was a negative and significant direct influence of financial knowledge on risky credit behavior; (4) there was a negative and significant indirect influence of financial knowledge on risky credit behavior.Keywords: Financial Knowledge, Self-Efficacy, Risky Credit Behavior AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan keuangan terhadap perilaku kredit berisiko yang dimediasi oleh efikasi diri. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi dan Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP UNS. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipakai adalah purposive sampling dengan total sampling sebanyak 130 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner melalui google form. Teknik analisis data yang dipakai dalam penelitian untuk menguji pengaruh langsung adalah path analysis yang berupa uji regresi koefisien jalur (uji t) dan analisis koefisien determinan (R2), dan untuk menguji pengaruh tidak langsung melalui uji sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung pengetahuan keuangan terhadap efikasi diri dengan; (2) terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan secara langsung efikasi diri terhadap perilaku kredit berisiko; (3) terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan secara langsung pengetahuan keuangan terhadap perilaku kredit berisiko; (4) terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan secara tidak langsung pengetahuan keuangan terhadap perilaku kredit berisikoKata kunci: Pengetahuan Keuangan, Efikasi Diri, Perilaku Kredit Berisiko

Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to describe the improvement of students’ learning motivation. It was a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study were 17 students of Class XI Accounting and Financial Institution (AKL) at SMK in Karanganyar. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The validity of the instruments was tested using source triangulation, method triangulation, and construct validity. The data analysis techniques used were quantitative data analysis. The results of the study showed that the implementation of the gamification learning model improved students’ learning motivation. In the pre-action stage, 7 students (42%) had low learning motivation. In the first cycle, 12 students (70%) showed high learning motivation. In the second cycle, the number of students with high learning motivation increased to 14 students (83%). Therefore, it was concluded that the implementation of the gamification learning model improved students’ learning motivation.Keywords: Classroom Action Research, Gamification Learning Model, Students' Learning Motivation. AbstrakPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa. Studi ini termasuk Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan melalui dua siklus, dengan tiap siklus mencakup tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, serta refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini ialah siswa kelas XI Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga (AKL) salah satu SMK di Karanganyar dengan total 17 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipergunakan yakni observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas instrumen yang dipergunakan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi metode, serta validitas konstruk. Teknik analisis data mempergunakan kuantitatif. Temuan studi memperlihatkan bahwasanya penerapan model pembelajaran gamifikasi mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Dalam tahap pra tindakan proporsi siswa yang mempunyai motivasi belajar rendah sebanyak 7 siswa (42%). Pada tahap siklus I proporsi siswa yang mempunyai motivasi belajar tinggi sejumlah 12 siswa (70%). Pada tahap siklus II proporsi siswa yang mempunyai motivasi belajar tinggi meningkat menjadi 12 siswa (83%). Untuk itu bisa diambil simpulan bahwasanya penerapan model pembelajaran gamifikasi bisa meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa.Kata kunci: Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, Model Pembelajaran Gamifikasi, Motivasi Belajar Siswa

AbstractThis research aims to examine the effect of digital literacy and self-regulated learning  on the accounting learning outcomes of students of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. This research is a descriptive quantitative method. The sample was taken by random sampling as many as 84 students. The data collection technique used a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique was carried out by descriptive analysis, prerequisite test analysis, and hypothesis testing using SPSS Version 23 software. The results of this study are (1) there is a significant influence between digital literacy on the accounting learning outcomes of students of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. This is evidenced by the Sig. or p-value of 0.000 <0.05; (2) there is a significant influence between self-regulated learningon the accounting learning outcomes of students of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo.
