Abstract

Digital transformation in the health sector is a response to the demand for efficient, fast and accurate services. This study aims to systematically review the scientific literature related to the application of information technology in health service management in Indonesia. Through a review of ten scientific articles published in 2021-2024, it was found that digital technology has been applied in the form of web-based information systems, mobile applications, telemedicine, as well as information systems for non-communicable diseases and Posyandu for the elderly. These applications have contributed to improving operational efficiency, service accessibility, data-based decision-making, and community participation. However, a number of challenges are still faced, such as limited infrastructure, low digital literacy of health workers, not optimal protection of patient data, and not integrated systems between units. This study concludes that digital transformation demands technological readiness, human resources, and supportive policies. Recommendations are directed at strengthening infrastructure, increasing human resource capacity, drafting adaptive regulations, and developing integrated information systems.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of resilience, job embeddedness, and workload on employee performance. Employing a quantitative approach with an explanatory design, primary data was collected through questionnaires from 60 permanent employees. Data analysis involved instrument quality tests (validity and reliability) and classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity), followed by multiple linear regression analysis. The findings indicate that resilience, job embeddedness, and workload, both partially and simultaneously, have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The constructed regression model explains 61.6% of the variation in employee performance. These findings underscore that developing psychological resilience, strengthening employee attachment to their jobs and the organization, and effectively managing workload are crucial factors in enhancing productivity and achieving company objectives in the construction sector.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of Car Free Day Samota in supporting the welfare of micro-entrepreneurs. The type of research used in this study is descriptive research. The population in the study were all micro-entrepreneurs in the Samota car-free day. The number of samples in this study was 30 micro-entrepreneur respondents. Data analysis in this study was Paired sample t-test used to see if there was a significant difference between the two data groups. It should be emphasized here that the two data groups came from the same sample group. The calculation result of the t statistic value was 7.514 while the critical t value at the 5% significant level was 2.045. When compared between the t statistic and the critical t, it is known that 7.514> 2.045, so it can be seen that there is a significant difference between the net income or business profit of micro-entrepreneurs after the Car Free Day Samota program and before the Car Free Day Samota program. Based on the table above, it can also be seen that the t statistic value is 6.665 while the critical t value at the 5% significant level is 2.045. When comparing the t statistic with the critical t, it is known that 6.665 > 2.045, so it can be seen that there is a significant difference between the turnover of micro-business actors after the Samota Car Free Day program and before the Samota Car Free Day program.

Abstract

The use of artificial intelligence (AI)-based technology is increasingly widespread. This includes the use of chatbots. Chatbots are used in various sectors including education, health, and technology. This study aims to analyze research related to chatbots in the 2022-2024 period. The research method used is a bibliometric analysis approach. Collection of articles from Google Scholar using Harzing's Publish or Perish software and analysis using VOSviewer software. The word "chatbot" is used as a keyword in the search for the article. The results obtained were 999 relevant publications with 30705 citations and 15352 cites/years discussing chatbots. The results of the analysis show that there are nine main clusters related to chatbots. This includes research on the use of chatbots during the Covid-19 pandemic. This article also provides information on research topics that have not been widely discussed such as GPT, educational chatbots, and medical chatbots. This is expected to be used as a reference by other researchers to discuss this topic in further research.

Abstract

Objective– This study aims to analyze the balance between rice availability and rice demand across 28 districts in Bojonegoro Regency in 2024 by using the availability-to-demand (A/D) ratio as an indicator of local food security. Design/methodology/approach – Using a quantitative descriptive method, this study utilizes secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the National Food Agency. The analysis includes rice production, population data, and consumption levels to calculate rice availability, rice demand, and A/D ratios in each district. Findings – The results show that 26 districts (92.86%) are in a rice surplus condition, while 2 districts (7.14%), Bojonegoro and Sekar are in deficit. Kalitidu district recorded the highest A/D ratio of 14.20, while Bojonegoro and Sekar had the lowest at 0.79 and 0.67 respectively. These disparities highlight the uneven spatial distribution of food availability. Research limitations/implications – This study focuses solely on rice as a staple food and uses regional-level data from Bojonegoro Regency in 2024. Future research can expand the scope to include other staple commodities and multiple time periods for longitudinal analysis. Practical implications – The A/D ratio serves as an effective tool for identifying surplus and deficit regions, which can inform local food distribution policies, emergency stock planning, and targeted agricultural development. Originality/value – This study contributes to the literature by applying the A/D ratio as a spatial indicator for food security assessment at the district level, offering practical insights for policymakers in managing surplus and deficit conditions more effectively.

Abstract

The hospitality industry in Indonesia, as a crucial component of the tourism sector, faces significant challenges in efficiently managing food supplies. This study aims to design an application that connects hotels with food suppliers, addressing the key issues of supply and resource management. The research methodology employed is qualitative descriptive, which includes literature review and interviews with various stakeholders in the hospitality industry. Findings indicate that the COOK LINK application has great potential to enhance hotel operational efficiency with standout features such as online payments, real-time stock tracking, and more effective customer complaint management. The analysis further demonstrates that by integrating technology into the management of food supplies, hotels can reduce the risk of shortages and ensure optimal quality of raw materials. The implications of this research are vital for developing differentiation strategies within the hospitality industry and creating opportunities to leverage technology to meet market competition. With the implementation of this application, it is anticipated that customer satisfaction will improve and lead to sustainable growth within the hospitality sector, ultimately supporting the advancement of the tourism industry in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of dynamic innovation capabilities, information technology, and digital leadership on employee performance, by considering digital workplace dynamics as a mediating variable and digital leadership as a moderating variable. A quantitative approach is used with the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that dynamic innovation capabilities, information technology, and digital leadership have a significant effect on employee performance, both directly and indirectly through digital workplace dynamics. Dynamic innovation capabilities and digital leadership are proven to be the most dominant factors in improving performance, while information technology capabilities play an important role in forming an efficient and collaborative work ecosystem. Digital workplace dynamics function as a mediator that connects innovation and technology with improved performance, although its influence is smaller than the direct effect. In addition, the role of digital leadership as a moderating variable strengthens the relationship between innovation and technology on employee performance. This means that leaders who are adaptive to technology and able to facilitate organizational change strategically contribute significantly to driving the achievement of organizational goals in the digital era. This finding emphasizes the importance of synergy between innovation, technology, and leadership in supporting performance in the digital era. The theoretical and practical implications of this study contribute to the development of digital-based human resource management strategies.
