Abstract

Humanist management is management that originates from a sense of happiness for each member of the group. The aim of the research is to build a humanist management model to achieve innovation in teacher performance, for example building a work environment that suits employee satisfaction so as to create a comfortable working atmosphere. This type of research is quantitative with a survey method on elementary school teachers in the city of Cilegon . This research includes the mediating variable satisfaction as a predictor between the independent variables (leadership and mentoring) on the feeling of happiness in employees. The research results include 1) there is an influence of leadership on satisfaction. 2) there is an influence of leadership on feelings of happiness 3) there is an influence of mentoring on satisfaction 4) there is an influence of mentoring on feelings of happiness 5) there is satisfaction on feelings of happiness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa ekspresif anak-anak berusia 5 hingga 6 tahun melalui metode bercerita di TK Visi Insan Cendekia, Serang–Banten. Latar belakang penelitian ini berasal dari rendahnya kemampuan anak dalam menyampaikan ide, menjawab pertanyaan yang kompleks, serta menceritakan kembali kisah yang telah mereka dengar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) menurut model Kemmis dan McTaggart, yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 15 anak dari kelompok B. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan penerapan metode bercerita yang menggunakan media buku bergambar pada siklus pertama dan media audio visual pada siklus kedua, terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kemampuan bahasa ekspresif anak. Hal ini terlihat dari peningkatan skor rata-rata dan persentase pencapaian indikator perkembangan anak dari kategori mulai berkembang dengan skor 64,0% menjadi berkembang sesuai harapan‖ serta berkembang sangat baik dengan skor 80,7%. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa metode bercerita adalah strategi yang efektif untuk merangsang kemampuan bahasa ekspresif anak pada usia dini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi manajemen pendidikan yang diterapkan oleh SMAN 9 Pandeglang dalam meningkatkan kualitas lulusan di era digital. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SMAN 9 Pandeglang menerapkan beberapa strategi utama, yakni transformasi digital dalam proses pembelajaran, peningkatan kompetensi guru melalui pelatihan teknologi, penerapan penilaian autentik berbasis proyek, serta kolaborasi dengan institusi eksternal dan pelibatan orang tua. Strategi-strategi tersebut berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan literasi digital, kreativitas, dan karakter siswa. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya manajemen pendidikan yang adaptif dan kolaboratif dalam menjawab tantangan pendidikan di era digital.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership on the performance of early childhood education (PAUD) educators in Taktakan District. Transformational leadership is considered capable of boosting educator motivation, commitment, and performance through inspirational and empowering influences. This study used a quantitative method with a causal comparative approach and a survey method. The sample size was 31 respondents, drawn from a total population of 151 early childhood education (PAUD) educators in Taktakan District. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on educator performance, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.832 and a significance level of 0.001 (p < 0.05). This indicates that 83% of the variation in educator performance can be explained by transformational leadership, thus transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on educator performance. Thus, transformational leadership is a crucial factor that needs to be continuously developed to improve the quality of early childhood education.

Abstract

Teacher performance constitutes a primary determinant of educational quality; however, variations across schools indicate the need to identify the most influential organizational and instructional factors. This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership and learning effectiveness on teacher performance, with work motivation serving as a mediating variable, at public senior high schools under Branch Office XI in Garut Regency. A quantitative approach with a correlational–explanatory design was employed. The sample consisted of 93 teachers selected through proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings reveal that learning effectiveness has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (? = 0.726; p < 0.001) and work motivation (? = 0.689; p < 0.001). Work motivation significantly affects teacher performance (? = 0.195; p = 0.010) and partially mediates the relationship between learning effectiveness and teacher performance. In contrast, transformational leadership does not exert a significant effect on either work motivation or teacher performance within the sampled context. The model demonstrates strong predictive power for teacher performance (R² = 0.834). These results suggest that strengthening effective instructional practices and motivation-enhancement strategies plays a more decisive role than leadership style alone in improving teacher performance. The study is limited by its cross-sectional design, reliance on self-reported data, and focus on a single regional context; therefore, generalization should be undertaken with caution.

Abstract

Study purpose. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the State Administrative Court (PTUN) in Regional Personnel Disputes, especially in Banten Province, related to the Selection of Regional Secretary of the Banten Provincial Government in 2025. The assessment of the State Administrative Decision (KTUN) in the selection of the Regional Secretary of the Banten Provincial Government in 2025 is intended to be used as an instrument to measure the application of the General Principles of Good Governance or 'AUPB' such as the principle of the ASN merit system, transparency/openness, and independence/impartiality of the Selection Committee. Materials and Methods. This research combines a juridical-normative approach (analysis of the State Administrative Court Law, the Civil Servant Law, the Government Regulations on Civil Servant Management, and the Supreme Court Regulation) and a juridical-empirical approach (tracing the chronology of administrative efforts and lawsuits at the State Administrative Court, as well as documented coverage of the hearings). The theoretical basis uses the theory of legal effectiveness and administrative justice, where effectiveness depends on the substance of norms, enforcement structures, legal culture, and means of execution. Results. The study shows that related to Regional Personnel Disputes, especially in Banten province, specifically related to the Selection of the Regional Secretary of the Banten Provincial Government in 2025, has been appropriately resolved through the procedural legal mechanism in the form of litigation at the relevant PTUN. However, dynamics are still found at the implementation level, including: (i) The case related to the Banten Regional Secretary is registered at the Jakarta PTUN and the trial is recorded as having been postponed because the defendant's answer is not ready (agenda September 23, 2025) and is still ongoing, (ii) the emergence of polemics on the merit system and transparency of the Selection Committee has emerged in local media reports, and (iii) as a precedent, the dispute over the position of Regional Secretary in Banten was also tested at the Serang PTUN in 2022 (case: 15/G/2022/PTUN.SRG related to the dismissal of the Regional Secretary), showing a pattern that strategic personnel issues in Banten repeatedly become the object of TUN disputes. Conclusion. Settlement of regional personnel disputes through legal mechanisms such as litigation at the State Administrative Court (PTUN) remains the formal means of resolving cases. However, several recommendations can be made to strengthen this process, including strengthening transparency standards for the selection of High-Leading Positions (JPT), optimizing the role of the National Civil Service Agency (KASN), and ensuring compliance by the parties in implementing PTUN decisions. The findings are progressive because the 2025 case is still ongoing, so the results section is continuously updated following the official trial agenda.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memiliki peran penting dalam menentukan kualitas pembelajaran di tingkat Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD). Fenomena rendahnya motivasi dan kinerja guru PAUD di Kecamatan Mancak menjadi tantangan utama dalam meningkatkan mutu lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap motivasi dan kinerja guru PAUD di Kecamatan Mancak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif korelasional dengan populasi seluruh guru PAUD di Kecamatan Mancak, dan sampel sebanyak 30 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner terstandar, dan analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana serta uji F simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi dan kinerja guru. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t yang menunjukkan nilai thitung (10,089 dan 10,442) lebih besar dari ttabel (2,048), dan hasil uji F simultan menunjukkan Fhitung (9,174 dan 10,667) lebih besar dari Ftabel (4,20) dengan nilai signifikansi < 0,05. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kepala sekolah dengan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional mampu meningkatkan semangat kerja, tanggung jawab, dan profesionalitas guru PAUD.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap persepsi orang tua tentang kualitas PAUD di TK Mulya Insani. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif asosiatif dengan populasi dan sampel sebanyak 40 orang tua. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dengan uji asumsi klasik meliputi uji normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, dan autokorelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap persepsi orang tua tentang kualitas PAUD dengan nilai t_hitung sebesar 9,596 > t_tabel 2,024 dan nilai signifikansi <0,001. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh adalah Y = 7,911 + 0,946X dengan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,708 atau 70,8%, menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah mampu menjelaskan 70,8% variasi persepsi orang tua tentang kualitas PAUD, sedangkan sisanya 29,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi lembaga PAUD dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan melalui penguatan kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah.

Abstract

Teacher performance is a fundamental factor in determining the quality of education and the effectiveness of the learning process in schools. In the context of private schools, improving teacher performance is a strategic challenge because it is influenced by organizational dynamics, communication patterns, leadership quality, and competency development systems. This study aims to analyze the influence of interpersonal communication, leadership style, and training on teacher performance in Private Senior High Schools in Serang Regency. The study used a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey design. The population was 137 teachers with a sample of 58 respondents determined using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire that had met validity and reliability tests, then analyzed using multiple linear regression in SPSS version 26. The results showed that partially interpersonal communication had no significant effect on teacher performance, while leadership style and training had a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, the three variables had a significant effect on teacher performance with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.903, indicating that 90.3% of the variation in teacher performance can be explained by the research model. These findings confirm that strengthening principal leadership and optimizing ongoing training programs are priority strategies in improving teacher performance. This research provides an empirical contribution for school managers in formulating evidence-based human resource development policies.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low development of fine motor skills in early childhood. This study aims to improve fine motor skills in early childhood through coloring activities. This research is motivated by the low level of fine motor skills in students, which impacts learning outcomes. Students who should have begun to be able to hold a pencil well, but at PAUD BKB Al-Muzdalifah still have difficulty holding a pencil. Therefore, the researcher provides a solution to improve fine motor skills in early childhood through coloring activities. This study is a classroom action research using two cycles of three meetings. Data collection techniques used observation, documentation, and data analysis. The results obtained an average increase in fine motor skills in each meeting using coloring activities. From this study, it can be concluded that there is an increase in fine motor skills in early childhood through coloring activities.
