Abstract

This study analyzes the juridical aspects of Minister of Religious Affairs Regulation (PMA) Number 11 of 2019, which addresses the provision of performance allowances in the Ministry of Religious Affairs (Kemenag) from the perspective of the principle of tabadul manafi. Using a normative approach with qualitative descriptive analysis, the research examines how the regulation impacts employee motivation and performance. While the PMA has clearly outlined the mechanisms for performance allowances, including assessment criteria and procedures, it has not significantly improved work ethic and performance, particularly due to the standardized performance achievement requirement. Challenges such as uneven appraisals and insufficient socialization of the regulation have led to administrative inefficiencies. The study recommends periodic evaluations and increased transparency to ensure fair and effective implementation of performance allowances.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how child support is fulfilled based on the decisions of the Banda Aceh Syar'iyah Court, the factors that are taken into consideration by judges regarding child support after divorce. This research is normative legal research. By using two approaches, namely the statutory approach and the case approach, this research examines the decisions of 5 (five) judges from the Sharia Court. The research results show that in general the judges make child support decisions in the form of monthly support only, without including the child's health and education costs. Factors that influence the judge's consideration in deciding the type of child support are judicial considerations. Unfortunately, most of the judges' considerations are only based on the provisions for providing postdivorce child support from the marriage law. By ignoring child protection laws and the compilation of Islamic law, which in fact also provides provisions for fulfilling child support after divorce which provides more protection for children in terms of meeting needs from various aspects. This study recommends that the judicial authority make decisions regarding the fulfillment of child support after divorce more progressively by considering aspects that provide protection for children. Apart from that, the juridical basis of protection laws and KHI can also be adopted for the benefit of children. Keywords: Child Support, Judge's Decision, Child Protection

Abstract

This study aims to find out ihdad for women who are still in the iddah period of death by their husbands in the digital era. For women whose husbands die, they still actively use social media, of course this will contradict the classical rule that during the iddah period of four months and ten days, the wife expresses her grief by not wearing makeup, not blinking her eyes, not wearing perfume and not leaving the house except on certain business. Even though in fact she does not leave the house nowadays, by uploading photos or videos on social media pages, more people will see. The question is how to use social media when women are in the ihdad period. This research is qualitative with a normative study approach, which is research that is directed and focused on collecting library materials, which have to do with the problem of ihdad. The results of this study conclude that women who are left dead by their husbands are not allowed to use social media social media as a medium to express feelings, share daily activities, upload photos or videos of themselves for four months and ten days, to avoid negative things and can cause lust for men. Abstract

Kegiatan pendampingan dilakukan selama tahun 2022 dengan 6 kunjungan onsite dan salah satunya adalah dengan kegiatan workshop impelentasi kurikulum berbasis industri untuk program studi desain komunikasi visual (DKV). SMKN 1 Rangkas Bitung menadi salah satu SMK Pusat Keunggulan di tahun 2021 dan berlanjut di tahun 2022. Workshop ini menjadi salah satu agenda kegiatan yang harus dilakukan oleh SMK Pusat Keunggulan karena pentingnya penyelarasan dan implementasi kurikulum berbasis industri. Upaya yang dilakukan oleh SMK untuk mempersiapkan lulusan dengan kurikulum yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri. Pentingnya kegiatan ini implementasi kurikulum dengan industri maka perlu dilakukan pertemuan secara rutin antara SMK dengan industri mitra. Untuk ke depannya agar pihak SMK lebih banyak lagi mengundang industri sebagai narasumber, dan guru magang di industri dengan tujuan agar apa yang diajarkan di sekolah secara real mengadopsi industry, dan pada akhirnya lulusan benar-benar dipastikan siap kerja, melanjutkan studi dan berwirausaha.

Abstract

Masjid Tanjakan Indah saat ini dimanfaatkan semata-mata hanya sebagai tempat ibadah bagi umat Islam. Selain tempat beribadah, masjid difungsikan untuk pengajian TPA dan penerima serta penyalur zakat dan sodaqoh. Masjid belum dimanfaatkan untuk hal lain selain dari kedua hal tersebut.  Masjid terlihat sepi di saat jam-jam tertentu dan akan ramai kembali di waktu orang-orang muslim mengerjakan ibadah sholat. Banyak aktivitas yang dapat dilakukan di lingkungan masjid, pertemuan-pertemuan warga, diskusi, dan kegiatan ekonomi lainnya dapat dilakukan dan dikelola oleh para pengurus masjid. Memaksimalkan fungsi masjid sebagai tempat ibadah dan pusat ekonomi umat bukan hal yang mudah. Dibutuhkan sosialisasi dan pemahaman kepada seluruh warga dan pengurus masjid sebagai penanggung jawab. Sosialisasi dilakukan sebagai salah satu kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dosen dan mahasiswa Universitas Insan Pembangunan. Narasumber menyampaikan berbagai pengetahuan mengenai fungsi masjid sebagai tempat ibadah dan pusat ekonomi umat yang diikuti oleh masyarakat perumahan Tanjakan Indah. Sosialisasi melibatkan masyarakat di perumahan Tanjakan Indah kabupaten Tangerang, baik laki-laki maupun perempuan. Narasumber menyampaikan materi mengenai bagaimana mengelola keuangan masjid, lingkungan dan membentuk unit-unit sosial dan bisnis melalui kepengurusan DKM masjid. Memanfaatkan berbagai kegiatan ekonomi masyarakat di lingkungan masjid guna meningkatkan ekonomi umat melalui beberapa kegiatan dan membentuk koperasi masjid untuk memfasilitasi berbagai kebutuhan anak-anak yang belajar di TPA dan ibu-ibu majelis taklim. Sosialisasi ini diharapkan dapat menumbuh kembangkan peran masjid sebagai tempat ibadah sekaligus sebagai pusat ekonomi umat di perumahan Tanjakan Indah.

Abstract

This study aims to provide a comprehensive description of library management at SMP Sukma Bangsa Lhokseumawe, covering aspects of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating library services in supporting the learning process. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and document studies. The results show that library management has been carried out in accordance with modern management principles, including planning collections relevant to the curriculum, organizing human resources and facilities, and implementing services oriented toward the needs of students and teachers. Evaluations are conducted periodically to ensure service quality and collection development. However, several challenges were identified, such as budget limitations and the suboptimal use of technology. This study recommends increasing the budget, providing librarian training, and optimizing the use of information technology to improve the effectiveness of library management. With proper management, the library is expected to serve as a learning resource center that supports the achievement of educational goals at SMP Sukma Bangsa Lhokseumawe.

Abstract

Laundry is one of the operational facilities in hotels. Hotel guests can use the laundry service to wash their clothes when staying at the hotel. One of the guests staying at the hotel is Airline Crew from various airlines. The current laundry system is not running well because there are still problems that occur, namely hotel guests sometimes do not completely fill out the list form in the hotel room, such as not filling in the room number and incompletely filling in the clothes to be laundered and the quantity. So the laundry staff has difficulty when delivering clean clothes because there is no room number information. In addition, there are complaints from guests because the number of clothes received does not match the number of clothes originally laundered. This research produces a laundry application created using the Flutter application and the MySQL Lite database. The system created consists of 4 users: guests, laundry, checkers, and supervisors. This research uses the PIECES analysis research method, RAD (Rapid Application Deployment) development and testing using blackbox testing

Abstract

The ordering system at Café XYZ is still carried out conventionally where customers must come directly to the café so that service is slow if there is a long queue. The purpose of developing a Café menu ordering application is to simplify and speed up the café menu service and check order reports that can be done in real time. The data collection method is carried out by direct observation at Café XYZZ. The application development uses the Agile method, and a website-based system. Application testing is carried out using black box testing by testing the ease of use of the application and the completeness of the features. The cafer menu ordering application really helps customers in ordering menus and makes it easier for admins in terms of reporting and can reduce the length of the queue. The application will be developed in the future on a mobile basis to provide better service and convenience to customers

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of developing computational thinking skills for students in facing the challenges of the 21st century. Computational thinking is described as a thinking process in formulating problems and solving problems computationally through computers, humans or machines. Its skills can be measured during the learning process of students with the approach of basic computational thinking strategies as follows: Are students able to decompose complex problems into simpler problems? (Decomposition), can students create problem patterns? (Pattern recognition), are students able to focus on issues that are considered important? (Abstraction), and whether students can solve problems systematically (Algorithm) with SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, time-based). The research aims to improve students' computational thinking skills through the integration of technology in problem-based learning models on polymer topics. This study uses a quasi-experimental quantitative method with none equivalent control group design. The subjects in this study were students of SMAN 1 South Tangerang City, totaling 66 students of class XII. The results showed that the computational thinking skills of students increased after the implementation of the problem-based learning model integrated with technology. This is indicated by the average N-Gain Score for the experimental class which is 56.65%, which is included in the quite effective category, and based on the independent sample t-test. The Sig value is obtained. (2-tailed) 0.007. This indicates Sig. (2-tailed) <, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive effect of the use of technology integration in the problem-based learning model on polymer topics.
