Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based New Student Admissions (PPDB) application that simplifies the registration process, improves administrative efficiency, and ensures the accuracy of prospective student data. The development method used is Agile, which allows for iterative system design with user input at every stage of development. Data was collected through application trials with respondents consisting of school staff and prospective students, and analyzed using quantitative and qualitative approaches to assess ease of use, efficiency, and user satisfaction. The results showed that 90% of respondents considered the application to simplify registration, 85% of staff reported reduced administrative time, and 87% of users were satisfied with the available system. The system successfully collected and verified prospective student data with up to 92% accuracy, and generated registration reports quickly and accurately. These findings confirm that the application of Agile methods in the development of a web-based PPDB application is effective in meeting school administrative needs and improving user experience, while providing a basis for the development of similar systems in other educational institutions.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the Hot Standby Router Protocol (HSRP) as a gateway redundancy mechanism within the Cisco-based network of Perusahaan XYZ Tbk to mitigate the risk of a single point of failure. The integration of HSRP with EIGRP, DHCP, VLAN, and ACL is applied to enhance routing efficiency, automate IP addressing, and strengthen overall network security. The research methodology includes observation, interviews, literature review, and network simulation using PnetLab. Initial testing on the existing network reveals connection failures when the primary gateway becomes unavailable due to the absence of a backup path. In contrast, testing on the proposed network shows that the failover mechanism successfully shifts traffic from the active router to the standby router without generating a Request Time Out (RTO), although a brief transition delay of up to 6.443 ms occurs. These findings indicate that HSRP effectively maintains network availability and service continuity. Furthermore, the application of EIGRP improves route exchange, DHCP simplifies IP management, and VLAN along with ACL enhances traffic segmentation and network security. Overall, the proposed design provides higher reliability and performance than the existing network.Keywords: HSRP, Failover, Redundancy, EIGRP, Network

Abstract

This study aims to develop an integrated assessment instrument that measures environmental literacy and problem-solving skills based on system thinking in the context of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 6: Clean Water and Sanitation. Using the Borg and Gall R&D framework, the instrument was constructed in five phases involving preliminary analysis, planning, item development, field testing, and revision. The instrument consisted of five contextual essay questions with fourteen sub-indicators aligned to environmental literacy dimensions, systems-thinking components, and Polya’s problem-solving stages. The subjects were 132 tenth-grade high school students enrolled in Biology classes on the topic of Environmental Change from four different schools in Cirebon. The developed instrument consisted of five contextual essay questions with fourteen sub-questions. Content validity was analyzed using Aiken’s V, construct validity using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), and reliability using Cronbach’s Alpha. The results showed an Aiken’s V value of 0.86 (highly valid), KMO value of 0.60, and significant Bartlett’s Test (p < 0.05). Four main factors were identified, consistent with Polya’s problem-solving stages, with a Cronbach’s Alpha of 0.83. The average student score was 61.4, with 2% in the high category, 35% moderate, and 63% low. These results indicate that the developed instrument is feasible to assess students’ environmental literacy and problem-solving skills in the context of tenth-grade Biology learning on Environmental Change related to SDG 6. The overall low student performance suggests that learners have not yet developed a deep understanding of environmental concepts, system interactions, and structured problem-solving processes. This also reveals an instructional gap, particularly in providing opportunities for inquiry-based learning, systems thinking, and contextualized environmental analysis. Therefore, the instrument is valuable for teachers as it not only diagnoses specific weaknesses in students’ competencies but also guides the refinement of instructional strategies to better integrate SDG 6 issues into biology learning.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct a sentiment analysis of user reviews of the Honor of Kings game on Google PlayStore using the Naive Bayes (NB) algorithm and Support Vector Machine (SVM) as a machine learning approach. The research gap raised in this study lies in the lack of comparative studies that quantitatively measure the performance of the two classic algorithms on Indonesian-language mobile game review data, as well as the absence of numerical mapping of sentiment distribution that describes user perceptions proportionally. The dataset used consisted of 1000 reviews, which after the manual labeling process was divided into 780 positive reviews (52%), 540 negative reviews (36%), and 180 neutral reviews (12%). The quantitative objective of this study was to measure and compare the levels of accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and AUC of the two models to determine the most effective algorithm in classifying user opinions. The test results showed that the SVM model produced an accuracy of 75.3% with an AUC value of 0.82, while the NB model obtained an accuracy of 71.1% with an AUC of 0.78. Based on the confusion matrix, SVM is able to reduce misclassification of negative and neutral sentiments, which are generally difficult to distinguish due to the distribution of sparse text features. Scientifically, this study contributes by showing that SVM is more optimal than NB in handling unbalanced review data, and confirms the importance of feature weighting and AUC validation as indicators of model reliability. Practically, the results of this study can be used by the developers of Honor of Kings to evaluate aspects of the user experience based on the sentiment patterns identified, especially in improving server stability, character balance, and player satisfaction.Keywords— Sentiment Analysis, Naive Bayes, Support Vector Machine, Honor of Kings, Google PlayStore.

Abstract

Pengembangan dilakukan dengan merubah struktur terhadap model dasar. Terdapat lima buah skenario model yang dapat dikembangkan yaitu Jarak Tempuh Pengiriman (1), Waktu Tempuh Pengiriman (2), Pesanan Pengiriman (3), Biaya Pengiriman (4), dan Biaya Angkutan (5) Dari hasil kelima pengembangan model skenario tersebut, diintegrasikan dengan model dasar kemudian disimulasikan, dan hasilnya didapatkan variabel-variabel apa saja yang akan mempengaruhi skenario dari model dasar. Dari hasil pengembangan model dasar hasil skenario, maka dapat diambil kesimpulan untuk penggunaan pemodelan sistem dinamik, didapatkan lima buah skenario model yang perlu perusahaan ketahui dan dari setiap skenario menghasilkan data rata-rata dalam periode satu tahun yaitu jarak tempuh pengiriman (7615,867 Km), waktu tempuh pengiriman (259,7459 Jam), pesanan pengiriman (131,75 Unit), biaya pengiriman (Rp. 863.609.391,3), dan biaya angkutan (Rp. 1.323.367.834). Untuk biaya Alternatif/Optimal yang harus perusahaan keluarkan perbulan ialah Rp. 863.609.391,3 dari total pesanan 131,75 Unit dan jarak tempuh 7615,867 Km.

Abstract

Banyak antrian disaat penerimaan bahan baku kelapa sawit menyebabkan para supir merasa tidak nyaman sehingga dibutuhkan suatu sistem antrian atau model untuk menangani masalah antrian. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kasus adalah penelitian dilakukan secara intensif, terinci dan mendalam terhadap objek suatu organisme, lembaga atau gejala – gejala tertentu yang diteliti. Adapun kasus yang dibahas mengenai kebijakan system antrian kendaraan pengangkut kelapa sawit untuk kelancaran produksi pada PT. Sumber Indah Perkasa. Analisis model antrian yang cocok untuk sistem antrian yang digunakan pada PT. Sumber Indah Perkasa adalah model Multi Channel – Single Phase. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai dari rata-rata truk pengangkut sawit dalam antrian (????????) adalah 0.0350, sedangkan jumlah rata-rata truk pengangkut sawit dalam sistem (????????) adalah,0.0175. Adapun waktu menunggu rata-rata truk pengangkut sawit dalam antrian (????????) adalah 1,05 menit dan waktu menunggu rata-rata truk pengangkut sawit dalam sistem (????????) adalah 0,5 menit dan sistem antrian dapat dikatakan optimal.

Abstract

The study in this article is the digitization of ports in supporting agro-industrial logistics in Lampung Province. In writing this article, the research method used is the study of literature and secondary sources through a qualitative approach. Multi-modal transportation means that logistics in Lampung Province involves more than one type or mode of transportation. Data from the Ministry of Industry noted that Indonesia's logistics costs reached 24 percent of GDP. High logistics costs make Indonesia's Logistic Performance Index (LPI) rank low, at 46 in 2018. Indonesia is still losing to Malaysia at 41, Vietnam at 39, Thailand at 32, and Singapore at 7. Utilizing information technology, logistics can be accomplished. So it is hoped that with digitization, the delivery time of agro-industrial products and the costs incurred will be more efficient. The conclusion obtained is that the long waiting time experienced by agro-industry entrepreneurs when shipping goods through the port to the destination area can be reduced, one of which is through digitizing the port by utilizing information technology. Through port digitization, it is hoped that it will reduce dwell time and realize logistics connectivity through the development of multimodal logistics access (land and sea).

Abstract

Di tengah perkembangan era digital, kebutuhan akan jaringan yang efisien dan aman menjadi hal penting bagi setiap perusahaan. PT Asia Megantara Sejati mengalami berbagai permasalahan dalam sistem jaringan WLAN yang digunakan, antara lain tingginya lalu lintas broadcast, belum adanya pemisahan jaringan antar divisi, serta lemahnya pengamanan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem jaringan WLAN dengan menerapkan konsep Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN) sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi serta pengelolaan jaringan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) yang terdiri dari tahapan inisialisasi, perencanaan, desain, implementasi, pengujian, hingga dokumentasi. Hasil perancangan mencakup penggunaan switch yang dapat dikonfigurasi (managed), pembagian VLAN berdasarkan fungsi divisi, konfigurasi Access Control List (ACL), serta integrasi DHCP server terpusat dan sistem pemantauan jaringan. Proses simulasi dilakukan melalui aplikasi Cisco Packet Tracer untuk menguji struktur jaringan dan memastikan segmentasi VLAN serta pembatasan akses berjalan sesuai rencana. Dengan penerapan desain jaringan berbasis VLAN ini, PT Asia Megantara Sejati diharapkan memiliki infrastruktur jaringan yang lebih aman, tertata, dan mudah dalam pengelolaannya seiring perkembangan teknologi informasi.

Limited equipment and limited skills are hindering the promotion of the Kesuma Bangsa Herbal Garden Agrotourism. Lack of knowledge of modern production techniques and efficient practices leads to low capacity. Furthermore, inconsistent quality is a challenge due to inefficient introduction and marketing. The lack of a clear and measurable business plan, particularly in terms of manual financial record-keeping, poses a risk of errors in cash management, which ultimately negatively impacts business sustainability. Limited knowledge of marketing and promotion, limited access to markets and distribution networks, and less than optimal use of digital marketing methods. Consequently, the Kesuma Bangsa Herbal Garden Agrotourism market access is limited. Through this community service, the Kesuma Bangsa Herbal Garden Agrotourism market will be expanded not only locally but also nationally. The Kesuma Bangsa Herbal Garden Agrotourism still faces limitations in digital marketing, particularly in understanding information technology that can be used to improve its business. This limitation impacts partners' lack of digital marketing skills. The Kesuma Bangsa Herbal Garden Agrotourism product lacks a clear branding strategy to differentiate its products in the market. This makes it difficult for the business to grow and compete, especially with other MSMEs that already have their own unique offerings. The problem formulation must be stated concretely and clearly in the introduction. Explain the objectives to be achieved through the community service activities with measurable and realistic targets. Also outline the expected benefits of the community service activities for both the target audience and the development of knowledge.

Abstract

This study aims to design a hybrid entrepreneurship model based on digital marketing tailored to the needs of small-scale woodcraft MSMEs in rural areas. A mixed-methods approach was employed through a survey of 75 respondents and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs). The findings indicate that while entrepreneurs exhibit strong motivation and basic managerial capabilities, their digital literacy and use of online marketing channels remain limited. This reveals a readiness gap between intention and digital competence. In response, a conceptual model was formulated at Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 2, comprising four components: internal entrepreneurial readiness, integration of hybrid marketing channels (offline and online), mechanisms for training and mentoring, and strategic outcomes in the form of increased literacy and competitiveness. The model was developed modularly and grounded in field data, offering a framework for targeted interventions in training programs and policy design for digitally empowered MSME development.
