Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the implementation of the OFPISA learning model in the mathematics learning of vocational high school students. The method used in this study is a combination method. Two schools were used as research samples with a focus on learning the OFPISA model. The research data use triangulation techniques, namely by observation, interviews, and documentation. The test is used to analyze whether or not there is an increase in students' mathematics learning outcomes after implementing OFPISA learning. The results showed that the OFPISA model in mathematics learning for Vocational High School students could empirically improve students' creative thinking skills, increase students' enthusiasm and motivation to learn so that their learning outcomes also increased drastically, were able to find goals, facts, problems, ideas, solutions, and student admissions.

Abstract

Keterserapan lulusan SMK belum dapat memenuhi kebutuhan IDUKA, sehingga masih banyak pengangguran setelah lulus dari SMK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis manajemen prakerin sebagai salah satu usaha untuk meningkatkan keterserapan lulusan siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan pada SMKN 1 Katapang dan SMKN 1 Soreang Kabupaten Bandung. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang menghasilkan data deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan di SMKN 1 Katapang dan SMKN 1 Soreang Kabupaten Bandung dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dokumensi, wawancara, dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, menampilkan data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil dari implementasi manajemen melalui 1) perencanaan praktik kerja industri terbukti telah dilakukan secara baik sesuai dengan pendayagunaan dari hasil yang telah direncanakan, 2) pengorganisasian praktik kerja industri dikembangkan dengan mengutamakan prinsip-prinsip manajemen berbasis sekolah, melalui pendayagunaan sumber daya manusia, sarana dan prasarana serta pembiayaan yang ada di sekolah dan dunia usaha/dunia industri, 3) pelaksanaan praktik kerja industri dilaksanakan berdasarkan komitmen bersama, meliputi kesepakatan bersama tentang waktu yang digunakan, tempat pelaksanaan praktik kerja industri, kompetensi yang diperoleh peserta didik selama praktik kerja industri, 4) proses evaluasi telah dilaksanakan dengan baik melalui rapat kepala sekolah dengan waka hubin, ketua program keahlian dan guru produktif untuk memperbaiki kekurangan selama pelaksanaan praktek kerja industri, 5) keterserapan lulusan pada industri dunia usaha kerja merupakan wujud terciptanya program link and match, dan sehingga mampu untuk keterserapan lulusan sudah mencapai diatas 40%-50% persen.Kata Kunci: Manajemen, Praktik kerja industri, Keterserapan Lulusan

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe and describe, vocational proficiency education in Boarding Schools. Grand Teory in this study uses the theory from Terry (1958) dividing the four basic functions of management, namely Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling. The results showed that vocational skills education in an effort to improve the entrepreneurial spirit in boarding schools is still not maximal. It is proven that only a few Boarding Schools graduates have an entrepreneurial spirit. Vocational proficiency education in boarding is more likely to provide theory than practice so that the learning stategi provided is less comprehensive, innovative, and creative.

Abstract

Implementing education in madrasas requires financial management because it has powerful potential and is inseparable from education management. Grand Theory research uses the theory of George R. Terry, into some of the essential functions of management, into Planning (Planning), Organizing (Organizing), Actuating (Implementation), and Controlling (Supervision). The results showed that the management of education financing to improve the quality of learning in Madrasah Aliyah was still not optimal. It is proven that the quality of learning has met the standard of the learning process and seen from the teaching staff's readiness to prepare the learning process by the format of the national education quality standard. However, let's look closely at the occurrence of learning interactions between educators and students. Some educators need to increase their ability to stimulate stimulus responses from students in encouraging motivation, interest, and serious attention in developing and mastering learning materials.

Abstract

The gap in the quantity and quality of education between regions, discrimination, and injustice in access and education services is exacerbated by the dichotomy of only and non-superior schools widening the gap in the quality of education in Indonesia. To increase the distribution of quality and equitable quality education services to students, a zoning system PPDB management is needed. On that basis, this study aims to describe the PPDB management of the zoning system to equalize the quality of education services for students at the Tasikmalaya Regency State Senior High School, which includes planning, organizing, preparing personnel, implementing, coordinating, reporting, and budgeting. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. The research location is SMA Negeri 1 Ciawi, SMA Negeri 1 Karangnunggal and SMA Negeri 1 Cikalong, Tasikmalaya Regency. This study resulted in that: 1) Planning for the zoning system PPDB includes setting goals, formulating current conditions, identifying facilities and obstacles, and developing a series of activities. 2) Organizing the zoning system PPDB includes preparing the organizational structure, dividing workloads, and determining the lines of coordination and authority. 3) Preparation of PPDB personnel for the zoning system includes needs analysis, recruitment of committees according to the main tasks and functions, and training of organizing committees to work according to their duties and functions. 4) Implementation includes PPDB registration, data verification, and selection of prospective students, meeting to determine PPDB selection results, the announcement of PPDB results, and re-registration. 5) Coordination includes coordination with internal schools and coordination with external schools. 6) Reporting includes reports on recapitulation of re-registration received and re-registration, class division, submission of student files to BP/BK and student affairs, evaluation, and preparation of reports. 7) Budgeting includes budget planning and realization of budget use. 8) Obstacles can be seen from technical and non-technical constraints. 9) Solutions and improvement efforts can be seen from technical solutions and non-technical solutions.

Abstract

Salah satu tujuan pendidikan bagi anak tunagrahita ringan adalah mempersiapkan anak untuk memperoleh pekerjaan . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen pembelajaran keterampilan sebagai persiapan pekerjaan di SLB Sukagalih dan SLB ABC YPLAB Lembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi serta diskusi kelompok terpumpun (Focus Group Discussion/FGD), perolehan data diolah dan dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; guru-guru di 2 SLB telah melaksanakan prinsip-prinsip manajemen pembelajaran. Akan tetapi, dalam pelaksanaannya belum optimal, penyusunan bahan ajar masih memakai pola-pola umum. Guru-guru menyatakan telah melakukannya pengorganisasian bidang studi, akomodasi kurikulum dilakukan melalui duplikasi, substitusi, modifikasi, omisi, dan program individual, serta urutan materi dan karakteristik materi pelajaran. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran belum ada bimbingan belajar secara individual yang sesuai dengan kemampuan dan irama belajar anak. Beberapa kesulitan dihadapi guru-guru dalam menerapkan prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran baik secara umum maupun secara khusus. Namun, berbagai upaya telah dilakukan guru untuk mengatasi kesulitan tersebut, akan tetapi hasilnya belum sesuai harapan.

Abstract

Forming an ASN figure is not as easy as imagined, especially in the era of globalization as it is today. An ASN is expected to have toughness and professionalism as a state servant and public servant, especially in service to the community. The formation and development of a change leader model in this PKP is certainly not an easy process. The challenges for the education and training organizers include changing the mindset of the PKP participants after the training in implementing change actions within the police organization. The purpose of this study is to find the concept of supervisory leadership training management to improve the performance quality of implementing change actions within the Police organization. The educational theory that is used as the basis for this dissertation is Dewey's educational theory which holds that education is growth, development, life; Edward Sallis's theory of quality is that quality must be implemented in an integrated manner, involving all components of the organization, to continuously improve quality in order to satisfy customers. Management theory George R. Terry divides four basic functions of management, namely planning (planning), organizing (organizing), implementation (actuating) and assessment (evaluating). The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method, with the aim of maintaining the integrity of the subject, the data collected is studied as an integrated whole. Data collection techniques were carried out by (1) Observation, (2) Interview and (3) Documentation. The results of the research show that the management of education and training has beencarried out although there is still a need for a better arrangement from time to time and experience in the implementation of training which is certainly sustainable. PKP policies and programs need to be restructured and re-functioned in the post-training monitoring and evaluation section so that they are fully functional in the context of implementing change actions. Implementation will motivate participants to do something if they feel confident that they will be able to, believe that the work will benefit them. Learning assessment conducted for training participants is a stage to measure abilities as input in making specific decisions. The problem of improving the quality of action for change and public service innovation in its implementation does not always run smoothly because there are many challenges and obstacles to be faced. Actualization of the basic values of quality commitment in carrying out the duties of the apparatus as a solution that can encourage the creation of a superior work climate or culture that can foster courage to display creativity and innovation for change actions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan kurang optimalnya pembelajaran biologi. Pembelajaran biologi disajikan dengan metode yang konvensional dan cenderung kurang mengaktifkan siswa, pemahaman guru dengan pendekatan Problem Based Learning dalam kurikulum 2013 yang kurang baik dari segi perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasinya berdampak negatif terhadap mutu pembelajaran baik dilihat dari sisi proses maupun hasil pembelajaran. Tujuan umum penelitian ini untuk mengetahui manajemen peningkatan mutu pembelajaran biologi menggunakan pendekatan Problem Based Learning di MAN Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perencanaan pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru adalah menyusun RPP yang menjabarkan langkah kegiatan pendekatan Problem Based Learning. Guru sudah melaksanakan pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan Problem Based Learning meliputi merumuskan masalah, mengidentifikasi masalah, merumuskan hipotesis, mengumpulkan data, pengujian hipotesis dan merumuskan rekomendasi pemecahan masalah. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran tersebut belum maksimal. Kendala yang dialami guru dalam pelaksanaan pendekatan Problem Based Learning meliputi kendala dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian pembelajaran. Yang menjadi faktor solusi pelaksanaan pendekatan Problem Based Learning adalah: 1) Kebijakan Kepala Madrasah; 2) Guru yang kreatif; 3) media pembelajaran, sedangkan yang menjadi faktor kendala pelaksanaan pendekatan Problem Based Learning untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran diantaranya: kurikulum yang berubah-ubah; kesiapan siswa; dan waktu.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the activities of the implementation of industrial work practices (prakerin) SMK YPIB Tanjungsari Sumedang Regency and determine the response of the Business World / Industrial World (DUDI) to the competence of students at the time of the implementation of the SMK YPIB Tanjungsari in Sumedang Regency. This type of research is qualitative which produces descriptive data. The research was conducted at SMK YPIB Tanjungsari, Sumedang Regency and DUDI as a pre-engineering partner institution. Data collection is done by document analysis, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis is carried out inductively. The results showed: 1) the implementation of industrial work practices in SMK YPIB Tanjungsari Sumedang Regency managed by the working group (Pokja) apprenticeship in charge of preparing all administrative tools needed for the implementation of internship; 2) the implementation of the internship is carried out in four stages, the first stage is preparation, the second briefing, the third implementation, the fourth withdrawal and evaluation; 3) DUDI's response to the implementation of the YTPIB Tanjungsari Vocational Training prakerin of Sumedang RegencyKeywords: Management prakerin, Graduates Competence AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kegiatan pelaksanaan praktek kerja industri (prakerin) SMK YPIB Tanjungsari Kabupaten Sumedang dan mengetahui tanggapan Dunia Usaha/Dunia Industri (DUDI) terhadap kompetensi peserta didik pada saat pelaksanaan prakerin SMK YPIB Tanjungsari Kabupaten Sumedang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah kualitatif yang menghasilkan data deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan di SMK YPIB Tanjungsari Kabupaten Sumedang dan DUDI sebagai institusi pasangan prakerin. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan analisis dokumen, wawancara, dan angket. Analisis data dilakukan secara induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) pelaksanaan praktek kerja industri SMK YPIB Tanjungsari Kabupaten Sumedang dikelola oleh kelompok kerja (Pokja) prakerin yang bertugas menyiapkan seluruh perangkat administrasi yang diperlukan untuk pelaksanaan prakerin; 2) pelaksanaan prakerin dilaksanakan dalam empat tahap, tahap pertama ialah persiapan, kedua pembekalan, ketiga pelaksanaan, keempat penarikan dan evaluasi; 3) tanggapan DUDI terhadap pelaksanaan prakerin SMK YPIB Tanjungsari Kabupaten SumedangKata Kunci: Manajemen Prakerin, Kompetensi Lulusan

Abstract

Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran dan analisis implementasi program penguatan pendidikan karakter (PPK) melalui kegiatan ketarunaan di SMK mulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan program PPK. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan yang dilakukan menunjukan aspek-aspek perencanaannya telah dijalankan menyesuaikan dengan kondisi dan kemampuan sekolah (SMK) yang bersangkutan, 2) Pengorganisasian menunjukan sesuai dengan azas-azas pengorganisasian, 3) Pelaksanaan sudah masuk kriteria program-program dalam pelaksanaan PPK, 4) Pengawasan sudah sesuai dengan prosedur yang ditetapkan. Pengawasan dilakukan setiap minggu oleh Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat, Pengawas Bina dan oleh kepala sekolah, bahkan juga diawasi oleh orangtua peserta didik, 5) Hambatannya adalah kurangnya perhatian guru terhadap peserta didik dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ketarunaan dan kurangnya kesadaran dari para peserta didik dalam menjalankan kegiatan ketarunaan dan fisik peserta didik yang belum siap dalam menjalankan kegiatan ketarunaan, 6) Solusinya adalah menyelesaikan kendala dengan cara kuratif atau cara yang baru dan berbeda seperti biasanya serta sekolah lebih meningkatkan pembinaan melalui pendekatan afektif, kognitif, dan psikomotorik. Pembahasan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian ini telah menggambarkan peran manajemen dalam mengatur suatu kegiatan mulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan terbukti telah memberikan dampak baik bagi pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut. Simpulan pada penelitian ini adalah implementasi program PPK melalui kegiatan ketarunaan, telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan ketentuan. Dalam pelaksanaannya sangat mendukung peningkatan kedisiplinan dan tanggung jawab peserta didik
