Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memotret dan menganalisis penerapan learning organizational untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumberdaya manusia di lingkungan Telkom Corporate University. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriktif kualitatif, yaitu untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai penerapan learning organization yang terjadi secara obyektif yang diteliti melalui pengumpulan data. Sedangkan tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah tipe fenomenalogi yaitu melakukan pengamatan dengan maksud melihat sistem atau proses penerapan Learning Organization di Telkom Corporate University. Adapun alat ukur yang digunakan adalah model learning organziational menurut Peter Senge (1990). Ia menjelaskan tentang faktor-faktor organisasi pembelajaran yang terdiri dari lima faktor, yaitu : keahlian pribadi, mental model, visi bersama, tim pembelajaran, sistem pemikiran sebagia model untuk mengantisipasi perubahan lingkungan eksternal meliputi politik, ekonomi, hukum, sosial dan teknologi serta persaingan yang sangat cepat dan kompetitif, sehingga perusahaan yang memiliki kapabilitas yang kuat akan mampu bersaing dan unggul dari pesaing agar kelangsungan hidup organisasi tetap terjaga.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview, knowledge and describe about integrated learning in a pesantren-based school at SMA Terpadu Darussalam Rajapolah Tasikmalaya. The main result of this research is that integrated learning in a pesantren-based school at SMA Terpadu Darussalam Rajapolah Tasikmalaya uses an integrated one-lesson learning model that stands alone and integrates with the integrated curriculum, twenty-four hour parenting and learning time in the lesson schedule. The conclusion is that integrated learning in pesantren-based schools at SMA Terpadu Darussalam Rajapolah Tasikmalaya uses an integrated one-lesson learning model that stands alone and integrates with integrated curriculum, twenty-four hour parenting and learning time in the lesson schedule. Integrated learning emphasizes the integration of general learning which refers to the 2013 curriculum by integrating the salafi pesantren curriculum and KMI Gontor. Supported by an integrated 24-hour upbringing of students in Islamic boarding schools and schools, integration of learning hours, educators and integration of learning materials to foster the noble character of students.

Abstract

The development of higher education quality becomes primary activities that are not negotiable. Various government policies on the development of higher education continue to be issued, such as the Laws of Higher Education, Quality Assurance System of Higher Education, and the National Standards for Higher Education. One of responsive behavior to the development of quality higher education that is the Learning Organization. Through learning organization, every policies relating to the development have been discussed formally as well as becoming the means of improving the capacity of human resources in higher education adaptively and generatively. Learning organization originated from the culture of individual and team learning. This has led to shape the betterment of the quality of higher education, and also in responding to the policies of the development of quality higher education. The authors propose the alternative tools for that matter, that is the fifth disciplines of learning organization from Peter Senge, et al., namely: (1) Systems Thinking, (2) Personal Mastery; (3) Mental Models; (4) Shared Vision; and (5) Team Learning. Approach of Learning Organization in response to the policy of the development of quality higher education is done through internal dynamics, analysis of daily problems, self renewal capacity, building competitiveness in a cooperative and, build healthy higher education in the midst of rapid environmental changes, complex, and dynamic.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini berupa fenomena kepala sekolah yang belum memberikan perhatian khusus dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru PAI. Hal ini disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, seperti kemampuan kepala sekolah yang masih rendah dalam melaksanakan peran kepemimpinannya terutama dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja tenaga kependidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) mengetahui perencanaan kompetensi manajemen; (2) pelaksanaan kompetensi manajemen; (3) dan evaluasi kompetensi manajemen kepala sekolah SMP Nurul Ihsan Banjaran  Kabupaten Subang dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru. Manfaat penelitian terdiri dari manfaat teoritis dan praktis. Secara teoritis mendapatkan khasanah ilmu pengetahuan dalam bidang pendidikan khususnya manajemen pendidikan bidang kepemimpinan pendidikan dan profesionalisme guru sedangkan manfaat secara praktis bermanfaat bagi guru, siswa dan lembaga. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian diskriptif kualitatif. Subyeknya yaitu kepala sekolah. Adapun informannya yakni wakil kepala sekolah dan guru. Teknik pengumpulan data (1) observasi, (2) wawancara dan (3) dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dilakukan pemeriksaan keabsahan data, menggunakan triangulasi, dengan verifikasi dan pengecekan mengenai kecukupan referensi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Perencanaan kompetensi manajemen yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah SMP Nurul Ihsan Banjaran  Kabupaten Subang meliputi: (a) Perencanaan berdasarkan visi, misi, tujuan sekolah, dan kebutuhan (need assesment); (b) Melibatkan seluruh unsur civitas akademika sekolah; (c) Melakukan rekrutmen guru GTT baru dan melakukan analisis jabatan pekerjaan; (d) dilakukan dalam rapat kerja. (2) Pelaksanaan kompetensi manajemen dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah SMP Nurul Ihsan Banjaran  Cibogo Kabupaten Subang meliputi: (a) Mengikutkan dalam diklat, seminar, maupun workshop; (b) Studi lanjut; (c) Revitalisasi MGMP; (d) Membentuk forum silaturrahim antar guru; (e) Meningkatkan kesejahteraan guru; (f) Penambahan fasilitas penunjang; (g) Mengoptimalkan bimbingan konseling; (h) Studi banding ke sekolah lain, dan (i) sertifikasi guru. Sedangkan (3) evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah SMP Nurul Ihsan Banjaran  Cibogo Kabupaten Subang meliputi: (a) melakukan supervisi, baik secara personal maupun kelompok; (b) Teknik yang digunakan adalah secara langsung (directive) dan tidak langsung (non direcvtive); (c) Aspek penilaian dalam supervisi adalah presensi guru, kinerja guru di sekolah, perkembangan siswa, RPP, dan silabus.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh lulusan SMK tidak sesuai kompetensinya dengan yang diharapkan oleh dunia kerja. Oleh sebab itu, perlu adanya manajemen penguatan praktek kerja lapangan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan siswa SMK kompetensi keahlian Desain Pemodelan dan Informasi Bangunan Desain Pemodelan dan Informasi Bangunan (DPIB) untuk menghadapi Dunia Kerja (Studi Kasus di SMKN 9 Garut). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran dan menganalisis tentang Perencanaan Penguatan Praktek Kerja Lapangan Dalam Meningkatkan Keterampilan Teknis Siswa SMK Untuk Menghadapi Dunia Kerja pada kompetensi keahlian Desain Pemodelan dan Informasi Bangunan Desain Pemodelan dan Informasi Bangunan (DPIB) SMKN 9  Garut.Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Abstract

Learning that was originally with the face-to-face method has now been changed to online learning. This raises problems, especially the implementation of learning for early childhood. Learning is carried out using communication technology media, one of which is a smartphone. In its application, parental assistance is needed because early childhood cannot learn on their own without assistance from parents. The concept of online learning that can be implemented in a learning process is the basic concept initiated by George R. Terry known as POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controling). The specific objectives of this study were to obtain an overview of: 1) Planning, 2) Organizing, 3) Implementation and 4) Assessment of parental assistance models in the use of smartphone media to improve the quality of learning. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The research data were collected by using observation, interview, documentation, and triangulation techniques. The research locations were PGTK Pasim Ar-Rayyan, KB/PAUD An-Najwa and RA Lijamul Athfal Sukabumi. The theory that underlies this research is the model of parental assistance and the quality of learning. The results of this study include: 1) The learning planning carried out by the institution refers to the emergency curriculum and is designed flexibly or adapted to conditions; 2) The organization of learning materials that have been designed is made as creative as possible and involves all parties; 3) The implementation of learning is carried out on the learning method while playing and the Institute cooperates with parents in the implementation of learning; 4) Assessment of the learning process according to the required data, students collect assignments, attendance so that principals and tutors can evaluate the learning process of students. Conclusions of research results 1) Research subjects carry out lesson plans that refer to the emergency curriculum and design flexible learning plans; 2) Organizing early childhood learning, namely organizing time, human resources and teaching materials; 3) The implementation of learning is carried out through indirect learning using supporting media, namely smartphones; 4) Assessment by collecting data and information on activities carried out by children on a daily basis. Pembelajaran yang semula dengan metode tatap muka kini diubah menjadi pembelajaran daring/online. Hal tersebut menimbulkan problematika khususnya pelaksanaan pembelajaran bagi anak usia dini. Pembelajaran dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan media teknologi komunikasi salah satunya smartphone. Dalam penerapannya, diperlukan pendampingan orangtua karena anak usia dini tidak dapat belajar sendiri tanpa adanya pendampingan dari orang tua. Konsep belajar secara daring/online yang bisa diimplementasikan dalam sebuah proses pembelajaran yaitu konsep dasar yang digagas oleh George R. Terry yang dikenal dengan POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controling). Tujuan khusus penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang: 1) Perencanaan, 2) Pengorganisasian, 3) Pelaksanaan dan 4) Penilaian model pendampingan orangtua dalam penggunaan media smartphone untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran. Metode penilitian menggunakana pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan triangulasi. Lokasi penelitian di PGTK Pasim Ar-rayyan, KB/PAUD An-Najwa dan RA Lijamul Athfal Sukabumi. Teori yang melandasi penelitian ini adalah model pendampingan orangtua mutu pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian ini diantaranya : 1) Perencanaan pembelajaran yang dilakukan lembaga mengacu pada kurikulum darurat dan dirancang secara fleksibel atau disesuaikan dengan kondisi; 2) Pengorganisasian materi pembelajaran yang telah dirancang dibuat sekreatif mungkin dan melibatkan semua pihak; 3) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dilaksanakan pada metode belajar sambal bermain dan Lembaga bekerjasama dengan orangtua dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran; 4) Penilaian proses pembelajaran sesuai data yang diperlukan, peserta didik mengumpulkan tugas, kehadiran sehingga kepala sekolah dan tutor dapat mengevaluasi proses pembelajaran peserta didik. Simpulan hasil penelitian 1) Subyek penelitian melakukan perencanaan pembelajaran yang mengacu pada kurikulum darurat dan merancang perencanaan pembelajaran secara fleksibel; 2) Pengorganisasian pembelajaran anak usia dini yaitu melakukan pengorganisasian waktu, SDM dan bahan ajar; 3) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dilakukan melalui pembelajaran tidak langsung menggunakan media penunjang yaitu smartphone; 4) Penilaian dengan mengumpulkan data dan informasi kegiatan yang dilakukan anak sehari-hari.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi karena kualitas dan kinerja guru rendah dalam menghadapi perkerjaan guru mengalami kejenuhan, ketegangan, dan bahkan mengalami stress yang muncul dari beban kerja yang terlalu sulit, berat dan berlebihan, waktu dan peralatan kerja yang kurang memadai, mengakibatkan stress pada guru-guru. Tujuan umum penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis tentang manajemen penilaian kinerja guru (PKG) dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru SMP di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode deskriptif analisis dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Peraturan MENPANRB No. 16 Th. 2009, menyatakan bahwa: “Penilaian tiap butir kegiatan tugas utama guru dalam rangka pembinaan karier, kepangkatan dan jabatannya.” G.R. Terry. “Manajemen merupakan proses yang khas bertujuan untuk mencapai suatu tujuan dengan efektif dan efisien.” Kompetensi adalah pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kemampuan yang dikuasai oleh seseorang yang telah menjadi bagian dari dirinya sehingga ia dapat melakukan perilaku-perilaku kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik dengan sebaik-baiknya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan menunjukan aspek-aspek perencanaannya telah dijalankan menyesuaikan dengan kondisi dan kemampuan sekolah (SMP) yang bersangkutan, 2) Pengorganisasian menunjukan sesuai dengan azas-azas pengorganisasian, 3) Pelaksanaan sudah masuk kriteria program-program dalam pelaksanaan kinerja guru, 4) Evaluasi sudah sesuai dengan prosedur yang ditetapkan dengan cara pada akhir pembelajaran fasilitator melakukan penilaian (supervisi), 5) Kendalanya adalah kurangnya kemampuan kepala sekolah mengadakan supervisi secara efektif dan kurangnya motivasi dari guru itu sendiri, 6) Solusinya adalah kepala sekolah memberikan motivasi dan dorongan kepada para guru agar semangat dalam meningkatkan kinerjanya. Simpulan pada penelitian ini adalah manajemen penilaian kinerja guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru SMP di Kota Bandung telah dilaksanakan dengan baik dan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru.

Abstract

The present study reports the first comprehensive study on the freshwater macroinvertebrates and its habitat preferences in Bilah River, the largest riverin the Northern Sumatra. The riverside is characterized by the presence of anthropogenic and industrial activities which may alter the macroinvertebrate assemblage and biodiversity. Five months of investigation on 10 sampling stations from December 2016 to October 2017 was conducted based on the river flow in Bilah River. Principal component analysis indicated a decrease in trophic status from upstream to downstream of the river. A total of 27 taxa were recorded, with the most abundant group The developmental task of a child is something that appears at a certain period in the life span, if one phase fails it will cause various difficulties in completing the next phase of development. This is experienced by students with special needs (PDBK). Currently, the reality of teachers in the field is that they do not understand how to identify and assess these developmental phases for GDPK, which is a prerequisite for supporting success in the academic field. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of developmental assessments in the two inclusive organizing schools, Ibnu Sina and Mutiara Bunda, in finding the actual GDPK profile through the “Daming Cycle” management theory approach from W. Edward Daming. In particular, this study describes and analyzes (1) plan, (2) Do, (3) Check and (4) action on developmental assessment using Sallis Edward's quality theory and Huvinggurst's developmental theory. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Collecting data by conducting observations, interviews, and study of documentation and validation of research results by conducting FGD (forum group discussion). The results of the study indicate that the management of developmental assessments at the inclusive schools of Ibnu Sina and Mutiara Bunda has been carried out by adjusting the existing concept rules, although in its implementation there are still obstacles, especially in terms of parental commitment and teacher understanding in GDPK confectionery.

Abstract

The role of private universities in improving quality must accommodate all aspects of the performance of the tridharma of higher education. The rapid development of higher education institutions must be ready to change, changes that occur in the global business environment also trigger the increasing intensity of competition between higher education service providers, so that each higher education service provider will try to offer high performance higher education services. The purpose of this research is to see how far the implementation of BSC in improving the performance of private universities. Specifically, this study describes four perspectives, including: (1) financial perspective, (2) customer perspective, (3) internal business process perspective (4) learning and growth perspective.This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach and data collection by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation studies. From the research results indicate that the implementation of the BSC has been applied in a systematic, measurable and planned manner so that the Vision, Mission and objectives are achieved. In implementation there is a balance between financial and non-financial.

Abstract

Governance or personnel management is a part of management that deals with people. Personnel management is a field of scienc that studies how to provide a facility for development, work, and also a sense of work participation in an activity or activity. Employee competency development provides a very large advantage for a company because employees who have good competence according to needs will create work effectiveness and efficiency so that company/organization goals will be achieved as much as possible. However, some companies have not shown seriousness in carrying out personnel management properly so that the presence of employees seems to receive less serious attention. Whereas the employee element is the thing that determines the success of a company. For this reason, personal management needs to be managed as well as possible in a professional manner. Based on the above, it is very interesting to discuss how to manage personnel in a company/institution. This paper will discuss personnel management at the Center for the Development and Empowerment of Educators and Education Personnel (PPPPTK) for Kindergarten and Special Education (TK and PLB). With this paper, it is hoped that it will provide an overview of how to carry out personnel management so that it becomes a reference in managing the personnel of an institution
