Abstract

The International Community Service Team between UPN Veteran Jakarta Lecturers and Students in Kuala Lumpur chose Azaib Holdings Sdn Bhd as a partner in implementing a community service program, which aims to empower the community through a premium chocolate company development strategy. Azaib Holdings, a Malaysian SME focused on healthy and high-quality chocolate products, faced funding constraints but sought to increase production capacity to face competition in the premium chocolate market. This program uses the method of direct visits to production sites at Mara Refinery (KIMAR), interviews with management, and operational observations to provide solutions in improving efficiency and resource utilization. The results show that with the merger of Azaib Holdings with KIMAR, the company has succeeded in reducing operational costs related to facility maintenance and waste management, which is now the responsibility of KIMAR. The program also contributes to upskilling local communities, strengthening their role in the chocolate industry, opening up new job opportunities, and increasing the competitiveness of local products in the international market

Abstract

Supervision, both internal and external, plays a crucial role in organizational control in both public and private sectors. In the public sector, the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) includes Inspectorates of Ministries/Agencies, the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP), and Inspectorates of Provinces/Districts/Cities, while external supervision is carried out by the Supreme Audit Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (BPK-RI). Over time, the concept of internal supervision has undergone significant transformation. The definition of internal audit now encompasses both assurance and consulting activities, aimed at adding value to the auditee organization. Internal auditors now act not only as error watchdogs but also as partners providing solutions to organizational issues. Achieving effective internal supervision and delivering tangible benefits requires internal auditors to provide value-added recommendations and integrate risk management as a key component. Additionally, fostering integrity between auditors and auditees is essential to dispel the negative stigma that internal auditors only bring bad news. Therefore, understanding the modern concept of the internal auditor's role is crucial for leaders, internal auditors, and all auditees. Effective implementation of risk management by auditees will assist internal auditors in establishing effective controls and operational oversight, thereby fostering a healthier and more efficient organizational environment

Abstract

This research uses the PRISMA 2020-based Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach to analyze the role of Human Resources (HR) in building a marketing team that is responsive to global market changes. This research aims to explore how HR management can improve the ability of marketing teams to adapt quickly to market changes, as well as to identify the skills and competencies required by marketing team members. A literature search was conducted through databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, and ScienceDirect. The results show that HR strategies that integrate technologies such as Data-Driven Decision-Making and blockchain, as well as the development of adaptation skills and responsive leadership, are highly effective in enhancing the marketing team's ability to respond to global market dynamics. In addition, continuous training and the development of a flexible organizational culture play an important role in creating innovative and responsive marketing teams. Challenges such as inequality in technology adoption, international regulatory differences, and limitations of the research methodology still pose barriers to the practical application of these findings. This study suggests that future research should delve deeper into the influence of innovative technologies in HRM and strategies that can overcome real-world implementation challenges.
