Abstract

Penelitian ini memusatkan perhatian pada pertanyaan esensial mengenai pengaruh ketersediaan sumber bahan bacaan fikih pada perpustakaan IAIN Madura terhadap penyelesaian tugas akhir skripsi mahasiswa prodi Hukum Keluarga Islam. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian lapangan ini, dengan melibatkan 58 responden mahasiswa yang sedang dalam proses pengerjaan skripsi. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui instrumen angket, sementara analisis data memanfaatkan teknik regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menyoroti adanya hubungan yang bermakna antara ketersediaan koleksi sumber bahan bacaan fikih dan penyelasaan skripsi. Meskipun tingkat pengaruhnya relatif rendah, analisis regresi mencatat nilai sebesar 0,302, mengindikasikan adanya pengaruh positif. Validitas dan reliabilitas data penelitian telah teruji secara memadai. Uji regresi menyuguhkan nilai signifikan sebesar 247.491, dengan nilai thitung mencapai 5,634, menunjukkan korelasi positif yang tercatat sebesar 30%, sementara 70% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang perlu ditelusuri lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini menyumbangkan pandangan yang relevan terkait hubungan antara ketersediaan sumber bahan bacaan fikih dan penyelesaian skripsi mahasiswa prodi Hukum Keluarga Islam. Sebagai rekomendasi, perluasan koleksi buku fikih serta peningkatan aksesibilitasnya menjadi langkah penting, sambil menjelajahi faktor-faktor lain yang mungkin memengaruhi penyelesaian skripsi mahasiswa prodi Hukum KeIuarga Islam

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana proses pengembangan karakter tanggung jawab individu serta sosial peserta didik di SMA Negeri 43 Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) proses pengembangan karakter tanggung jawab individu peserta didik di SMA Negeri 43 Jakarta seperti adanya pemberian penugasan serta instruksi kepada peserta didik dalam ketiga kegiatan melalui kegiatan pembelajaran, ekstrakurikuler, serta pembiasaan. (2) Proses pengembangan karakter tanggung jawab sosial peserta didik adalah dengan adanya sikap kooperatif atau saling bekerjasama satu sama lainnya baik di dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, ekstrakurikuler, maupun kegiatan pembiasaan. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) proses pengembangan karakter tanggung jawab individu peserta didik dilakukan melalui beberapa kegiatan seperti proses kegiatan pembelajaran, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, serta kegiatan pembiasaan; (2) Proses pengembangan karakter tanggung jawab sosial peserta didik di SMA Negeri 43 Jakarta juga dilakukan melalui kegiatan pembelajaran, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, serta kegiatan pembiasaan karakter tanggung jawab peserta didik

Abstract

This study aims to discover the process of determining the direction of the qibla by Sunan Kalijaga (one of Walisongo), employing a mystical and intuition (divine inspiration) method. This study is a qualitative field research using a socio-cultural approach. The research objects are the Baiturrahim Gambiran Pati Mosque and Demak Grand Mosque, Central Java. These mosques were built by Sunan Kalijaga. The results of this study revealed why the people of Gambiran Pati and Demak Grand Mosque still use the Sunan Kaljaga version of the qibla direction compared to the qibla direction using scientific technology. Some factors that influence include, first, the historical value factor of the Baiturrahim Mosque and Demak Grand Mosque as the guardian mosque and also the legendary figure of Sunan Kalijaga. Second, The socio-cultural characteristics of the Gambiran Pati and Demak communities are familiar with the mystical Kejawen.Contribution: This research contributes to understanding the method of determining the direction of the qibla by Sunan Kalijaga using mystical and intuitive approaches. It focuses on two historical mosques, the Baiturrahim Mosque in Gambiran Pati and the Grand Mosque of Demak, considering their historical, religious, and socio-cultural factors.

Abstract

The synergy between educational philosophical streams and the thoughts of Ki Hajar Dewantara is crucial in developing the concept of the "Merdeka Belajar" curriculum in Indonesia. This literature study aims to explore the fusion between relevant educational philosophical streams with the vision and principles advocated by Ki Hajar Dewantara in the context of developing the "Merdeka Belajar" Curriculum. The method used is descriptive analysis through a literature review drawn from relevant and credible academic texts to trace Ki Hajar Dewantara's thoughts and comprehend the fundamental concepts of educational philosophy underlying it. The findings from this analysis indicate that the synergy between educational philosophy and Ki Hajar Dewantara's thoughts within the "Merdeka Belajar" Curriculum holds immense potential in transforming Indonesia's educational system. By integrating philosophical principles and embracing Ki Hajar Dewantara's ideas, educators can create a curriculum that nurtures individuals with broad perspectives equipped with the skills and values necessary for thriving in the 21st century. The integration of these values in the "Merdeka Belajar" Curriculum can foster an inclusive, progressive learning environment oriented towards character development and individual potential. The application of synergy between educational philosophical streams and Ki Hajar Dewantara's thoughts in the "Merdeka Belajar" Curriculum can reinforce the essence of holistic and continuous education. Recommendations include the necessity of developing concrete strategies to integrate educational philosophical values with Ki Hajar Dewantara's principles in every aspect of the curriculum, providing training for educators to implement this approach, and conducting further research to evaluate the effectiveness of the "Merdeka Belajar" Curriculum implementation inspired by this synergy

Abstract

Infrastructure development is one of the top priorities for the Indonesian government to achieve sustainable economic growth and enhance the quality of life for its people. Infrastructure plays a significant role in driving economic growth, as the availability of adequate infrastructure in a region contributes to the economic development of that area. However, it's acknowledged that financing large-scale and complex infrastructure projects requires substantial funds. Currently, government sukuk has become a popular choice for the Indonesian government to obtain funds aimed at financing infrastructure development. Economic growth serves as one of the indicators to assess the outcomes of past development efforts and determine the direction of future development. In other words, positive economic growth indicates an improvement in the economy, while negative economic growth signifies a decline. Funding sourced from foreign debt and infrastructure project development in Indonesia has consistently been a recurring issue over the years, given their interconnected nature. The government has taken various measures to ensure infrastructure continues to progress without adding to the burden of foreign debt for the country. One suitable option that can serve as a way out of the limitations in funding sources is through the issuance of Shariah Sovereign Securities or SBSN by the government.

Abstract

This article explores the intricate dynamics among Sufi elites in Cibingbin, highlighting the significant tensions within this distinctive group. The Sufi community is deeply divided, engaging in intense debates and frequent confrontations with each other. Central to these disputes are issues surrounding the Nasab dialectics, an ideology associated with the habaib that stresses the concept of voluntarism among the Sufi elite. These internal debates are most intense between the habaib faction, known as Kanzus Sholawat Cibingbin, and the local religious authorities, referred to as Kyai Kampung. As each group digs in and solidifies their doctrinal positions, the struggle for dominance in the public sphere becomes more pronounced. This phenomenon, which aligns with Habermas's theories regarding the legitimacy of power in public spaces, has unexpectedly fueled the momentum of the Laskar Walisongo movement. Despite the apparent weakening of the habaib's defensive stance, both the habaib and the Kyai Kampung have maintained considerable local influence. The ongoing power struggle highlights the complex interplay between belief, influence and control within this segment of the Sufi community. Ultimately, they have made public spaces an arena not just for collective imagery, but also the most vital part of the organisation’s sustainability or spirit.

Abstract

This research aims to explain and describe the implementation of fiqih learning in madrasah ibtidaiyah Semarang which includes subject matter of fiqih learning, fiqih learning process, and result of learning fiqih. The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis, namely describing the data accompained by critical analysis. The result of the research can be concluded in general that the implementation of fiqih learning in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah is carried out by teachers very well and efficiently, this can be proven from several things, namely: 1) Fiqih learning consists of affective, cognitive and psychomotor subject. 2) The fiqih learning process in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah uses a constructivist approach, this makes learning very well and efficient because many indicators show that students can follow the lesson well. 3) The students learning outcomes obtained good result because the learning carried out is contextual learning and problem solving.

Abstract

Kesadaran sosial mengalami penurunan di kalangan siswa usia Sekolah Dasar. Hal ini disebabkan antara lain karena rendahnya interaksi sosial dan tantangan era modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penanaman kesadaran sosial siswa dalam pembelajaran PAI. Analisis mencakup: penanaman kesadaran sosial siswa serta implikasinya terhadap perilaku sosial keagamaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersandar pada data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber data melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru, siswa dan orangtua di SDN Tambakaji 05, SD Al Madina dan SDIT Insan Mulia. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga proses analisis data yaitu reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penanaman kesadaran sosial pada siswa dilakukan melalui bacaan dan pola pembiasaan sehinga menghasilkan kesadaran sosial siswa yang cenderung baik. Sejalan dengan itu, penanaman kesadaran sosial siswa dalam pembelajaran PAI berimplikasi positif terhadap perubahan perilaku sosial keagamaan siswa. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan untuk dilakukan pengukuran secara kuantitatif pada aspek hasil kesadaran sosial peserta didik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of theocentric humanism-based learning in shaping the mental and spiritual of students at MA Banat Tajul Ulum Grobogan, identify supporting and inhibiting factors for its implementation, and provide strategic recommendations for improving the quality of learning. The research method is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis was done using thematic analysis techniques of reduction, data presentation, and conclusion extraction. The study results indicate that the theocentric humanism approach applied at MA Banat Tajul Ulum has successfully integrated humanistic and spiritual values into learning. This is reflected in increased empathy, responsibility, and tolerance of students and decreased cases of violence by 70% in the last two years. The main supporting factors for this program's success are the principal's commitment, routine training for teachers, and student involvement in activities based on spiritual values. However, the implementation of this program still faces obstacles such as limited resources, including special modules provided and limited time for intensive training. This study offers something new by developing a theocentric humanism-based learning model that integrates religious and humanistic values synergistically. This approach is relevant to building students' mental and spiritual, but can also be adopted by other educational institutions to create holistic and sustainable education. The results of this study are that learning based on theocentric humanism can be an effective solution in forming the character of religious, tolerant, and integrity students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dari penerapan strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi terhadap penguasaan konsep jati diri bangsa dan nasional pada peserta didik kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 1 Ciledug tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2024. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen dan menerapkan desain pre-test and post-test control group. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari penerapan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling. Data tersebut diperoleh melalui instrumen tes. Penelitian ini berlokasi di SMP Negeri 1 Ciledug dengan populasi kelas VIII sebanyak 275 peserta didik. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 60 peserta didik yang terdiri dari dua kelas, yaitu kelas VIII F sebagai kelas kontrol dan VIII H sebagai kelas eksperimen. Kesimpulan diperoleh pada penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh antara strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi terhadap penguasaan konsep jati diri bangsa dan nasional. Besaran pengaruh yang didapat dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah large (tinggi) mengacu pada interpretasi effect size dengan rumus Cohen’s. Dengan melihat nilai signifikansi pada uji Wilcoxon dan nilai asymp sig. (2 tailed) 0.001 yang artinya lebih kecil dari tingkat alfa 5% (0,05) maka dengan hasil ini dapat dikatakan bahwa H_o ditolak, dan H_a diterima.
