Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh metakognitif terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi melalui efikasi diri. Pengukuran metakognitif menggunakan the metacognitive assessment inventory (MAI) yang mengukur pengaturan kognisi dan pengetahuan kognisi. Pengukuran hasil belajar menggunakan nilai Ujian Akhir Semester (UAS) mata pelajaran Ekonomi. Pengukuran efikasi diri mencakup magnitude atau level, strength, dan generality. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas XI IPS SMA di Bandung. Sampel sebanyak 362 siswa diambil dengan menggunakan teknik proporsional random sampling. Metode penelitian adalah survey menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dianalisis dengan analisis jalur (path anlysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Sebagian besar siswa kelas XI IPS SMA di Bandung memiliki: tingkat metakognitif tinggi, tingkat efikasi diri tinggi, dan hasil pembelajaran ekonomi dalam kategori sedang; (2) Metakognitif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efikasi diri; (3) Metakognitif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung (melalui efikasi diri).

The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of implementing knowledge management strategies on the performance of educational institutions in the face of the industrial revolution 4.0. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study is the academic community in one of the private universities in Serpong. The data analysis technique used in the study was Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results showed that the application of knowledge management strategies was proven to significantly affect the performance of educational institutions. Knowledge management strategies have also been shown to have a strong influence in improving human relations among students. Relationships among humans can be a mediating variable for the relationship between knowledge management strategies and educational institution performance and have the same influence as the direct influence of knowledge management strategies on the performance of educational institutions.

The study focuses on fashion Small Medium Entreprises (SMEs) in Indonesia utilizing strategies and efforts to develop value creations. It is generated by co-creation and collaboration strategy which are supported by market attractiveness and dynamic capabilities. The objectives of this study are to perform analysis on co-creation, collaboration strategy and value creations of SMEs in fashion industry. The research method is descriptive and explanatory survey. The sample size are thirty one SMEs in Bandung and Partial Least Square (PLS) technique was used to test the hypothesis model. The unique findings is co-creation and collaboration strategy have influence on value creations. Market attractiveness or potential profitability be a major input in formulating and implementing both strategies. The phenomena depicted that optimizing market attractiveness and dynamic input capabilities can help SMEs formulate and implement co-creation and collaboration strategy more effectively to create value for customers (value creations). This research gave theoritical recommendation for fashion industry to enhance their value creations process and to develop co-creation and collaborations strategy.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan apakah ada hubungan antara nilai-nilai wirausaha dan kinerja kewirausahaan pada sektor ekonomi informal serta apakah motivasi karyawan memediasi hubungan tersebut. Survei dilakukan di Kota Pangkalpinang, Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 351 responden melalui teknik convenience sampling pada Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM). Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan cara Structural Equation Model (SEM) menggunakan aplikasi Smart PLS. Hasil dari uji hipotesis menunjukkan hubungan positif yang signifikan antara nilai-nilai wirausaha dan kinerja kewirausahaan. Selain itu, motivasi secara signifikan memediasi hubungan antara nilai-nilai wirausaha dan kinerja kewirausahaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, direkomendasikan bahwa Usaha Kecil dan Menengah harus berusaha untuk memperoleh keterampilan tentang cara mengubah motivasi sepenuhnya menjadi keuntungan bisnis dan bagaimana menggunakan nilai-nilai wirausaha sebagai alat untuk memasarkan bisnis.

Tujuan penelitian – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh strategi diferensiasi dan karakteristik perbankan terhadap kinerja perbankan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan sektor finansial perbankan yang terdaftar indeks LQ45 Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2020. Desain/Metodologi/Pendekatan – Sampel sebanyak 30 yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan purposive sampling. Analisis data dengan teknik regresi linier berganda. Temuan – Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi diferensiasi yang diproksikan dengan SG&A/Sales memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perbankan yang diproksikan dengan Return On Asset (ROA. Karakteristik perbankan yang diproksikan dengan ukuran perbankan (LnTotal Asset) juga memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perbankan. Hal ini berarti bahwa manajemen memerlukan dana yang besar dalam pengelolaan strategi diferensiasi secara efektif sehingga mengakibatkan kinerja perbankan rendah. Perbankan lebih berhati hati dalam menerapkan strategi diferensiasi produk apalagi pada saat kondisi perekonomian tidak stabil seperti masa pandemi covid 19 karena dapat menimbulkan risiko pembiayaan yang besar dan menurunnya kinerja perbankan. Keterbatasan penelitian – Pengaruh strategi diferensiasi dan karakteristik perbankan yang negatif bisa menjadi penelitian selanjutnya dengan perusahaan dan proksi yang berbeda. Originality/value – Penelitian ini mengabungkan tentang teori manajemen strategik dan manajemen keuangan yang diukur dengan strategi diferensiasi, karakteristik perusahaan dan kinerja perusahaan, dengan pembahasan pada bank-bank yang terdaftar di LQ45 dengan pengujian variabel secara terpisah.

This research aims to examine and explain the role of self-efficacy in improving student's metacognitive skills. The population of this study is the total number of students in class XI IPS in Bandung State High School 2017/2018 academic year. Instruments used (1) the scale of self-efficacy (2) the scale of metacognitive. This study uses an exploratory study type with a combination of surveys and literature reviews. The results showed that self-efficacy has an important role to show the confidence or confidence in the ability possessed by students in regulating the process of thinking and knowledge in using appropriate learning strategies related to metacognitive learning. Students who have a high level of self-efficacy will be followed by a high level of metacognitive skills.

The entrepreneurial orientation that affects the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Jember is a research objective. The study population was 172 micro, small and medium enterprises in Jember. This research uses 100 respondents with simple random sampling technique. The research respondents were the owners of the MSME as informants. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The collected data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The results showed that the autonomous dimension had a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs, while the other dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation: innovation, proactivity and risk had no significant effect.

Kemampuan teknologi informasi dalam konteks bisnis digital diharapkan dapat mempengaruhi kinerja usaha kecil dan menengah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kapabilitas TI mempengaruhi kemampuan proses bisnis kecil dan menengah dan bagaimana kapabilitas proses membantu bisnis kecil dan menengah mencapai tujuan bisnis. Survei online dilakukan terhadap 150 usaha kecil dan menengah di kota Bandung. Metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Semua konstruksi pertama kali diuji melalui Analisis Faktor Konfirmatori (CFA) sebelum menguji hipotesis. Temuan studi ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan eksternal TI berkontribusi pada pengembangan fleksibilitas proses. Sedangkan infrastruktur teknologi informasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap fleksibilitas proses. Selain itu, fleksibilitas proses juga berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja usaha kecil dan menengah. Temuan ini menyiratkan peran penting kapabilitas TI dalam memfasilitasi usaha kecil dan menengah untuk mengembangkan kompetensi bisnisnya dalam lingkungan bisnis yang dinamis.

Covid-19 disease has alarming public since early 2020 that on March 11, 2020 WHO has stated the coronavirus plague as global pandemic. The practice of social distancing policy is a tough choice for every country to prevent the covid-19 due to the negative impact of this policy on various aspects of life. College education is one of the areas affected by social distancing policies during the coronavirus pandemic. The government's decision to move the process of teaching and learning in campus to become at home suddenly creates difficulties for many parties. Moving on from these conditions, the authors conducted a study with the aim of analyzing and describing the implementation and evaluation of strategic management in an effort to maintain the continuity, effectiveness and quality of college education in Indonesia during the practice of social distancing. The research conducted is a qualitative research with descriptive method. Various adjustments need to be made by lecturers, students, and university stakeholder in overcoming problems during lecturing activities at home. And how this condition becomes an opportunity in the development of Indonesian education.

Creative industries through Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Embroidery is the industry with the most business units in Tasikmalaya City. The majority of these make management have to do a competitive advantage to gain market share. Competitive advantage strategies can be done with differentiation and cost leadership or low cost. Differentiation strategies emphasize innovation and cost leadership emphasizes proactive management. The competitive advantage strategy is back on the performance of SME management. Research uses quantitative through verifiative descriptive methods. Research object on the population of embroidery business units registered in the Ministry of Peridustrian and Perdaganan (Disperindag) Tasikmalaya City. Sample techniques use rondom sampling through questionnaires. Analysis techniques use multiple linear regressions with the help of SPSS 20. The results showed that the competitive advantage of differentiation had a significant positive effect on the creative industry performance of Tasikmalaya Embroidery SMEs. Cost leadership's competitive advantage strategy also has a positive effect on the creative industry performance of Tasikmalaya Embroidery SMEs.
