Abstract

The pandemic of Covid-19 has become a global event that has an effect on every aspect of life. Since the announcement of Covid-19 as a pandemic on March 11, 2020 by the World Health Organization (WHO), until the end of December 2020 the pandemic is still ongoing in various parts of the world, a number of studies related to the impact of Covid-19 have been published in various international journals. This research aims to examine 446 articles related to Covid-19 as a catalyst for digital transformation in various fields that have received the researchers’ attention. By using a systematic literature review methodology and a bibliometric analysis approach, the results of the Vosviewer software analysis divide the emergence of keywords in both article titles and abstracts as many as 14 clusters which are divided into three subject areas of concern to researchers, namely psychology and health, socio-economics, and education. From those three fields, various digital technologies are utilized for digital transformation purposes, such as the internet of things, artificial intelligence, biosensors, digital health, e-learning, and others that can be used for further development for the benefit of more specific fields.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Discovery Learning untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ilmu pengetahuan sosial (IPS) kelas VIII MTs Ash-shiddiqiyyah Cempaka. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen, populasi penelitian yaitu seluruh siswa MTs Ash-shiddiqiyyah Cempaka yang berjumlah 320 orang dengan sampel 60 orang siswa yaitu 30 siswa kelompok kontrol yang diterapkan pada kelas VIII dan 30 siswa di kelompok eksperimen yang diterapkan pada kelas VII. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian terdapat pengaruh dari model pembelajaran Discovery Learning untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di MTs Ash-shiddiqiyyah Cempaka.kelompok kontrol mencapai kategori rendah dan hasil belajar siswa kelompok eksperimen mencapai nilai rata-rata kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelompok kontrol dengan kelompok eksperimen, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran Discovery Learning memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa di MTs Ash-shiddiqiyyah Cempaka Kecamatan Plumbon Kabupaten Cirebon.

Abstract

This study aims to describe  service innovation, customer experience, and repurchase intention as well as the effect of service innovation and customer experience on repurchase intentions of 108 consumers of McDonald's Dago Bandung. The questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. The design of this research was cross sectional with an explanative approach through the explanatory survey method. The analysis technique used is an explanative technique using path analysis. Based on the research results, there is a positive and significant influence between service innovation and customer experience on on repurchase intention of consumers of McDonald's Dago Bandung. The variable that has the most dominant influence is the effect of customer experience. Explanatively, the data show that service innovation and customer experience have an effect on repurchase intention in the moderate category.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran inovasi layanan, pengalaman pelanggan, dan niat beli kembali serta pengaruh inovasi layanan dan pengalaman pelanggan terhadap niat beli kembali konsumen di McDonald's Dago Bandung yang berjumlah 108 responden. Kuesioner digunakan sebagai instrumen penelitian untuk mengumpulkan data dari responden. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional dengan pendekatan eksplanatif melalui metode explanatory survey. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik eksplanatif dengan menggunakan analisis jalur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara inovasi layanan dan pengalaman pelanggan terhadap niat beli kembali pada konsumen McDonald's Dago Bandung. Variabel yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan adalah pengaruh pengalaman pelanggan. Secara eksplanatif, data menunjukkan bahwa inovasi layanan dan pengalaman pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap niat beli kembali dengan kategori sedang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence and description of Islamic ethical behavior and customer satisfaction on customer trust at the Daarut Tauhiid Islamic Boarding School (PPM DT) students in Bandung. This study uses a descriptive and verification method with a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 200 respondents who were PPM DT students who had participated in the program for 1 year (PPM), 2 years (PPML) or less. The data was processed statistically with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results show that the variable Islamic ethical behavior has an indirect and significant effect on customer trust, customer satisfaction has a direct and significant effect on customer trust and Islamic ethical behavior has a direct and significant effect on customer satisfaction. These findings indicate that the application of good Islamic ethical behavior in student boarding schools will encourage customer trust through customer satisfaction for the students of the Daarut Tauhiid Islamic Boarding School Program in Bandung.

Abstract

Seiring dengan pertumbuhan industri fashion yang semakin pesat, hal tersebut menimbulkan persaingan pada bisnis fashion di Indonesia. Adanya persaingan yang ketat tersebut mengharuskan para pebisnis atau yang memiliki bisnis di industri fashion harus selalu memperhatikan dan memenuhi kebutuhan pasar, hal tersebut guna tercapainya competitive advantage di tengah ketatnya persaingan di industri tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan strategi yang digunakan oleh Clothessure. Untuk memenangkan persaingan dagang bersama kompetitor lain, Clothessure tentunya harus memiliki strategi pengembangan yang tepat untuk keberlangsungan perusahaan. Strategi pengembangan yang dimaksud dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa beberapa analisis diantaranya adalah analisis faktor internal dan eksternal, analisis IFE Matrix dan EFE Matrix. Jenis metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis data primer yang didapat dari pihak internal perusahaan bisnis Clothessure.Kata kunci: Analisis SWOT, IFE, EFE Matrix, Industri Fashion

Abstract

The convenience provided by information technology is beneficial for various business aspects. The pursuit of competition is very fast so that business people, especially fashion business people, must be active in formulating various strategies that involve broad market assessments. This article examines how large data sources, especially digital, provide many references to young people's behavior in fashion trends so that they can be utilized by business people in making or following their fashion trends. It was carried out using a qualitative method of interviewing a number of young people in fashion and how to get fashion references that come from digital media such as social media or platforms that provide the latest fashion images. The results of this study stated that young people tend to see things that are viral or what is called Out Fit of The Day and then exemplify it by looking at several online shopping platforms. So that it quickly makes the flow of fashion trends distributed to fashion business people, especially online business people.Keywords: Fashion Trend; Promotion media; Information Technology; Business Strategy; Big Data AbstrakKemudahan yang disuguhkan oleh teknologi informasi menguntungkan untuk berbagai aspek bisnis. Mengejar persaingan yang sangat cepat sehingga para pelaku bisnis khususnya pelaku bisnis fashion harus giat dalam merumuskan berbagai strategi yang melibatkan penilaian terhadap pasar secara luas. Artikel ini menelaah bagaimana sumber data yang besar khususnya digital dalam memberikan banyak referensi perilaku anak muda pada trends fashion sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan oleh para pelaku bisnis dalam membuat atau mengikuti trend fashionya. Dilakukan dengan metode kwalitatif mewawancarai sejumlah anak muda dalam berfashion dan cara mendapatkan referensi fashion yang berasal dari sebuah media digital seperti media sosial ataupun platform yang menyediakan gambar fashion yang terkini. Hasil dari Penelitian ini menyatakan anak muda cenderung melihat hal hal yang viral atau yang disebut dengan Out Fit of The Day lalu menyontohnya dengan melihat beberapa platform pembelanjaan online, sehingga dengan cepat membuat arus trend mode fashion terdistribusikan pada pelaku bisnis fashion terutama pelaku bisnis online.

Abstract

Risk fluctuations, including such changes in interest rates, exchange rates, and commodity prices, have a negative impact on business performance and can be mitigated by hedging. Derivative instruments are the preferred method for hedging. Internal hedging calculations take into account size, growth prospects, financial distress, leverage, and liquidity. This study's goal is to examine the variables that influence the hedging decisions of businesses. This study employs a descriptive qualitative methodology. The most influential factors in determining a company's hedging strategy are its size and growth prospects, according to the research. The greatest effect comes from the company's size and growth potential in order to influence the company's hedging policies. Other factors such as leverage, liquidity, financial distress, market depth risk are not so dominant in influencing the company's hedging decisions. However, several variables or factors that are not the dominant factor will be important according to the industry or line of business of each company.Recommendations for further research can be carried out by analyzing the company's external factors that influence hedging decisions.

Abstract

The fashion business is a promising business because fashion ranks at the top of sales in the current era. Along with the development of technology, producers are increasing in creating product innovations they make. The tight competition in fashion requires manufacturers to take advantage of existing opportunities. This study aims to determine the right and competitive strategy by first identifying, through internal business factors and external environmental factors that influence the business. This is done using the SWOT Analysis method (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat). SWOT analysis is an analysis used to identify opportunities and threats in the business environment as well as evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the internal business. The results of the research show that the strategy that can be applied is product development.

Abstract

Covid-19 disease has alarming public since early 2020 that on March 11, 2020 WHO has stated the coronavirus plague as global pandemic. The practice of social distancing policy is a tough choice for every country to prevent the covid-19 due to the negative impact of this policy on various aspects of life. College education is one of the areas affected by social distancing policies during the coronavirus pandemic. The government's decision to move the process of teaching and learning in campus to become at home suddenly creates difficulties for many parties. Moving on from these conditions, the authors conducted a study with the aim of analyzing and describing the implementation and evaluation of strategic management in an effort to maintain the continuity, effectiveness and quality of college education in Indonesia during the practice of social distancing. The research conducted is a qualitative research with descriptive method. Various adjustments need to be made by lecturers, students, and university stakeholder in overcoming problems during lecturing activities at home. And how this condition becomes an opportunity in the development of Indonesian education.

Abstract

Creative industries through Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Embroidery is the industry with the most business units in Tasikmalaya City. The majority of these make management have to do a competitive advantage to gain market share. Competitive advantage strategies can be done with differentiation and cost leadership or low cost. Differentiation strategies emphasize innovation and cost leadership emphasizes proactive management. The competitive advantage strategy is back on the performance of SME management. Research uses quantitative through verifiative descriptive methods. Research object on the population of embroidery business units registered in the Ministry of Peridustrian and Perdaganan (Disperindag) Tasikmalaya City. Sample techniques use rondom sampling through questionnaires. Analysis techniques use multiple linear regressions with the help of SPSS 20. The results showed that the competitive advantage of differentiation had a significant positive effect on the creative industry performance of Tasikmalaya Embroidery SMEs. Cost leadership's competitive advantage strategy also has a positive effect on the creative industry performance of Tasikmalaya Embroidery SMEs.
