Abstract

This research takes the title Analysis of Customer Purchase Interest Through Cash On Delivery Sales System Case Study of Kemazena Boutique in Mamuju Regency. The purpose of the research is to find out how the customer's buying interest is in the cash on delivery sales system at the Kemazena Boutique, Mamuju Regency and to find out the implementation of the cash on delivery online sales system at the Kemazena boutique, Mamuju Regency. The results showed that the customer's buying interest in the cash on delivery system at the kamazena boutique, Mamuju Regency, that the average boutique consumer showed interest in buying after knowing the boutique implemented a cash on delivery system, this was marked by the high enthusiasm of consumers who wanted to shop at the boutique without must go directly to the place. And the implementation of an online cash on delivery system at the Kemazena boutique is able to meet consumer expectations by providing solutions to several problems that occur, boutique owners are able to provide trust which has been a factor of doubt over the online shopping experience on the internet, such as cases of rampant fraud. This is happening now. With the presence of a cash on delivery system, it is easier for consumers at Kemazena boutiques and it has an impact on profits for the seller or boutique owner.

Abstract

The Mambi Health Center is one of the first-level health service facilities that plays an important role in the national health system with a working area consisting of 2 sub-districts and 11 villages namely Mambi Sub-District, Sendana Village Sondonglayuk Village, Bujungmanurung Village, Tapalinna Village, Talipukki Sub-District, Rantebulahan Village, Saludurian Village , Salualo Village, Salumaka Village, Pamoseang Village, Salubanua Village and Indobanua Village. In its activities, the Mambi Health Center faces a number of problems related to employee performance that is not optimal, which is allegedly the result of inadequate work facilities available and low employee discipline. This study aims to determine the effect of work facilities and work discipline on employee performance at the Mambi Health Center. The research method used is a quantitative method with primary data obtained using a questionnaire. The population is all employees of the Mambi Health Center and a sample of 38 people with proportional random sampling. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing t test and f test. The results showed that work facilities and work discipline had a partial and simultaneous effect on the performance of Mambi Health Center employees.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Labor Force Participation Rate, population quality, and the level of open response to economic growth in North Sumatra Province. This research uses secondary data from 2017-2021. The model used is the panel data regression model with three types of estimation, namely the commond effect model, the fixed effect model and the random effect model. To determine which model is best for use in the test through three tests Chow test, Hausmant test and LM test. Based on the test results that have been carried out, the selected model is the fixed effect model. The partial results show that the Variable Labor Force Participation Rate has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in North Sumatra, while the quality of the population and the level of open response have a negative and significant effect on economic growth in North Sumatra and together (simultaneously) the labor force participation rate. population quality, and the level of open damping have a positive effect on economic growth in North Sumatra Province. As well as the test results for the coefficient of determination obtained by the R Square value showing a value of 0.351 or 35.1% indicating that the ability of the independent variable to explain the effect on the dependent variable and the remaining 64.9% can be explained by other variables outside the research variables. Recommendations for the election of the government of North Sumatra can provide training to job seekers so that they have skills, and the government has achievements in opening jobs so that it will reduce action and can increase economic growth.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Robekan perineum merupakan robekan yang terjadi saat bayi lahir, baik itu terjadi secara spontan atau disebabkan oleh tindakan atau penggunaan alat. Robekan ini terjadi di sepanjang garis tengah perineum dan bisa menjadi lebih luas jika kepala bayi lahir dengan cepat. Tindakan non farmakologi yang untuk mengatasi pencegahan robekan jalan lahir adalah pijat perineum dan senam hamil. Tujuan: dari studi kasus ini untuk mengetahui efektifitas pijat perineum dan senam hamil terhadap pencegahan robekan jalan lahir pada ibu primigravida di PMB R Kabupaten Serang Tahun 2023 Metode Penelitian: Studi kasus ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, dimana penelitian metode studi kasus adalah peneliti melakukan eksplorasi secara mendalam terhadap program, kejadian, proses, aktivitas, terhadap satu atau lebih orang Hasil: Dari hasil studi kasus dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Pijat Perineum berpengaruh Terhadap Pencegahan Robekan Jalan Lahir dimana tidak terjadi ruptur dan yang diberikan senam hamil pada saat melahirkan dan terjadi ruptur derajat 1. Saran : Diskusikan dengan bidan manfaat serta risiko dari pijat perineum dan senam hamil dalam mencegah ruptur perineum. Ini akan membantu membuat keputusan yang lebih terinformasi. Jika memilih untuk melakukan salah satu atau kedua perawatan ini, penting untuk konsisten dan melakukannya dengan benar sesuai instruksi yang diberikan oleh bidan atau profesional kesehatan

Abstract

Kegiatan pelelangan ikan di TPI Jembatan Puri berlangsung setiap hari demikian juga dengan limbah hasil pelelangan ikan sebagai hasil sampingan terbuang ke daerah sekitar TPI. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menekan beban lingkungan yang disebabkan oleh limbah yang berasal dari TPI Jembatan Puri, Kota Sorong dengan tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi limbah yang dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan pembuatan tepung ikan dan pellet ikan yang bersumber dari limbah TPI. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen meliputi pembuatan tepung ikan dan pembuatan pellet berbahan limbah ikan dari TPI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tepung berbahan limbah ikan berdasarkan jenis ikan diperoleh kandungan yang berbeda. Pada tepung berbahan limbah ikan tuna (A) diperoleh rata-rata protein 40,69%, ikan cakalang (B) 62,60, ikan teri (C) 47,43%, dan ikan sarden (D) 58,69%. Berdasarkan standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) kadar air terbaik terdapat pada perlakuan C dengan kandungan rata-rata sebesar 4,57%, selanjutnya berturut-turut perlakuan B, Perlakuan D, dan Perlakuan A. Untuk kadar protein dengan kategori mutu I yaitu 65% terdapat pada perlakuan B dengan nilai rata-rata 62,60%, kemudian berturut perlakuan D yaitu rerata 58,70%, perlakuan C rerata 47,34%, dan terakhir pada perlakuan A yaitu rerata 40,69%. Kadar abu dengan nilai 20% untuk mutu I di jumpai pada perlakuan B yaitu 9,96% dan Perlakuan D sebesar 12,64%, lalu perlakuan C yaitu 47,34%, dan perlakuan A yaitu 38,59%. Kadar lemak adalah 8% diperoleh perlakuan terbaik pada perlakuan C, kemudian Perlakuan A. Sedangkan untuk kadar karbohidrat dengan mutu I yaitu 1,5%. Perlakuan yang mendekati adalah perlakuan A. Untuk pellet berbahan limbah ikan, nilai kandungan pada perlakuan A didapatkan rata-rata protein 21,66%, perlakuan B yaitu 31,66%. Perlakuan C yaitu 25,06%. Serta perlakuan D yaitu 29,87%. Dari hasil penelitian tepung berbahan limbah ikan berdasarkan jenis ikan tuna, ikan cakalang, ikan teri dan ikan sarden layak untuk digunakan sebagai bahan baku pakan pellet ikan.

Abstract

The study aimed to evaluate the influence of blanching methods to the quality of oyster mushroom flour. The treatments were non-blanching, hot water blanching and steam blanching at 3 replications. The amount of mushroom used for each treatment was about 500g. The mushroom was cut into cube shape sizing approximately 1cm. The drying process was conducted by using solar tunnel dryer type Hohenheim Aceh. The temperature and relative humidity were recorded by using proportional integral derivative (PID) controller connected to the outlet fans. The moisture was analyzed by using a moisture analyzer XY105MW, while color was examined by using a colorimeter LS171. The protein content of mushroom flour was determined by Kjeldahl method, and the ash content was identified by dry ashing method at temperature of 400-550C. Data were analyzed by using analysis of variance (ANOVA). Results showed that the blanching method could cut the drying time approximately for 3h. The ANOVA had shown a significant influence of blanching methods to the moisture, yield, ash content and whitness index (WI). However, there is no significant influence of treatments to the protein content. This study suggests the hot water blanching in processing the oyster mushroom flour because it produced the best performance of oyster mushroom flour i.e moisture of 5.78%, yield of 6.26%, protein content of 19.32%, ash content of 4.99% and whitness index of 63.88. Further study is necessary to determine the best combination of temperature and drying time in order to increase the yield.

Abstract

The digital era is an era in which all human life can be carried out easily, one of which is in the process of communication and information dissemination. The widespread use of social media as a tool for disseminating information and communication has had many positive impacts. In addition to the positive impact, many also have a negative impact on its users. One of the impacts that is increasingly being felt these days is cyber bullying or bullying through cyberspace. Therefore, to find out how existing regulations in Indonesia view cyber bullying cases, this research is more specific and based on MUI Fatwa No. 24 of 2017. The method used in this research is a library study type. research. This type of research is carried out by observing various sources and literature related to the problem to be studied. The results of this study are in fatwa no. 24 of 2017, the Indonesian Ulema Council regulates the use of the internet for social media purposes. Instead, the contents of this fatwa emphasize the wise use of social media to avoid namimah, bullying, slander, slander, and hoaxes. However, the use of the internet by e-commerce for trading purposes is only one aspect of the overall picture. In fact, according to a 2016 survey, more people use the internet for e- commerce than they use social media. MUI's response to the needs of the community in dealing with muamalah in the online world is another important aspect.

Abstract

This research takes the title The Effect of Market Service Charges and Parking Service Fees on Increasing Regional Original Income in Mamuju Regency. The purpose of this research is to analyze the significance of the effect of market service levies and parking service fees partially on increasing Mamuju Regency's Original Regional Revenue and to analyze the significance of the effect of market service levies and parking service levies simultaneously on increasing Mamuju Regency's Original Revenue. The results showed that the variables of Market Service Charges and Parking Service Charges partially had no significant effect on Regional Original Revenue of Mamuju Regency, because the average contribution of Market Service Charges each year was only 1.19 percent, and the average contribution of Parking Service Charges each year only 0.22 percent. Based on the results of the f test, it can be stated that both the market service levy variable and the parking service levy simultaneously or simultaneously can be stated that it has an effect but is not significant on Mamuju Regency's Original Revenue

Abstract

This research takes the title Impact of Ecotourism Development Blessings of Tapandullu Beach on Community Economic Improvement in Tapandullu Village, Simboro District. The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of the development of Eco Tourism Blessings of Tapandullu Beach on the economy of the community in Tapandullu Village, Simboro District. The results of research and discussion on the impact of developing eco-tourism with the blessing of the Tapandullu beach on the economy of the community in Tapandullu Village, Simboro District, concluded that the development of Eco-tourism with the blessing of the Tapandullu beach has a positive impact on income, namely people who work in tourist areas as food, beverage traders and wood craftsmen who work in the tourism area. services used for the manufacture of tourist facilities have increased economic income. Village infrastructure is an access road to the village there is a change in the form of road repairs. Furthermore, the West Sulawesi Provincial Government paid more attention to the previous area and made Tapandullu Village easy to reach by four-wheeled vehicles. Then increase the number of visitors, develop and improve tourist attraction facilities. So that with this increase, visitors will be more comfortable and interested in traveling on the Tapandullu beach.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengambil judul efektivitas pelaksanaan panduan teknis pembentukan pengelola kegiatan masyarakat Eks program nasional pemberdayaan masyarakat mandiri perdesaan menjadi badan usaha milik desa Bersama. Mengkaji dan menganalisis permasalahan Sejauh mana efektivitas panduan teknis pembentukan badan usaha milik desa bersama (BUMN Desma) dari pengelola kegiatan dana bergulir masyarakat eks program nasional pemberdayaan masyarakat mandiri perdesaan (PNPM Mpd) dalam implementasinya di lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1. Pemerintah daerah belum memanfaatkan otonomi daerah seluas-luasnya sebagaimana penjelasan UU No. 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah, yang dibuktikan dengan belum adanya himbauan atau rigulasi baik dari pemerintah provinsi maupun pemerintah kabupaten yang mendukung kegiatan tersebut. 2. Unsur-unsur yang terlibat dalam menjalankan peran sesuai tugas dan fungsi masing-masing serta dalam mematuhi waktu tahapan belum maksimal berdasarkan Surat Direktorat Jenderal Pengembangan Ekonomi dan InvestasiDesa, daerah Tertinggal, dan Transmigrasi, Nomor 191/PRI.02/IV/2022 Tanggal 06 April 2022 hal Penyampaian panduan teknispembentukan badanusaha milik desa bersama pengelola kegiatandana bergulir masyarakat eks program nasional pemberdayaan masyarakat mandiri perdesaan. 3.
