Abstract

The problem in this study is the low performance of teachers in South Lampung District Elementary Schools. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between teachers' perceptions of the principal's leadership type and teacher discipline with teacher performance in South Lampung District Elementary Schools. This research uses a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental design. The sampling technique with multistage random sampling so that the number of samples is 50 teachers in South Lampung Regency Elementary Schools. Data collection techniques use questionnaire techniques. First hypothesis testing through material validation and design performed First hypothesis testing and second data analysis using simple correlation techniques. Testing the third hypothesis  using  multiple correlation analysis tests  The results of the study obtained were (1) There was a significant relationship between teachers' perceptions of the principal's leadership type and teacher performance, (2) There was a significant relationship between discipline and teacher performance, and (3) There was a significant relationship between      Teachers' perceptions of the principal's leadership type and  teacher discipline simultaneously  with teacher  performance

Abstract

The education quality development model is a systematic approach designed to enhance the quality of education within a learning institution. Its primary objective is to elevate the standards and effectiveness of teaching, thereby creating a more conducive learning environment for students, educators, and other stakeholders in education. Several widely employed models aim to enhance educational quality, including Total Quality Management (TQM), Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA), Six Sigma, the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, and Edward Sallis. The main focus of this essay is to provide an in-depth definition and understanding of Edward Sallis and explore topics closely associated with the educational quality development model from his perspective.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and explain the learning leadership of talk, walk and be the caddy principals. This type of research was qualitative with a descriptive method and character it is natural because the object that is developed as it is not manipulated and the presence of the author has no effect on the object. Retrieval of data sources by means of purpose sampling and snowball sampling. The research subjects were principals, school committees, educators, staff, parents of students and students. The object of the research is a descriptive study of the principal’s learning leadership in developing learning leadership. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and interviews. The research instrument used observation sheets, documentation and interview guidelines. Data analysis techniques from collecting data, raw data description, data reduction, data categories and relationships between categories. Test the validity of the data using credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability tests. Abstract

The objective of this study is to determine the effect of Work Facilities, Work Discipline, and Motivation on the Service Quality of the Kadidi Village Office Apparatus, Sidrap Regency. In this research, the method used is the quantitative analysis method which is implemented by using an analytical tool, namely Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) that the work facilities are not correlated and have no effect on the quality of service of the apparatus, 2) the work discipline, both Korean, partial and simultaneous, has a significant relationship and has a significant effect on the service quality of the apparatus in PancaRijang Village, Sidenreng Regency. Rappang. 3) Work motivation, either in correlation or partially, is not related and affects Service Quality, although simultaneously it has a significant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and to examine the influent of visionary leadership and total quality management through organizational culture on the competitive advantage of education quality at Private Islamic Junior High Schools (MTs.) in Pringsewu Regency, Lampung. This research includes quantitative research of the ex-post facto type with a sample of 205 teachers through proportional random sampling. The data collection through documentations and questionnaires, then the results were analyzed by using correlational research methods through regression analysis, path analysis, and Sobel test. The results showed that both directly and indirectly, the variable: visionary leadership, total quality management, and organizational culture partially and simultaneously have the positives and the significant influents on competitive advantage. In percentage terms, competitive advantage is influenced by: visionary leadership is 34.2%, total quality management is 48.8%, organizational culture is 79.8%, and of the three variables are 91.2%, if visionary leadership, total quality management, and organizational culture increase, so that the competitive advantage will also increase.

Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively analyze the impact of principal leadership, work motivation, and work discipline on the performance of educational staff in state junior high schools within Tulang Bawang Regency. The research employs an ex post facto quantitative approach with a population of 153 educational staff members. Through proportional random sampling, 111 participants were selected for the study. Data collection involved the use of questionnaires, and subsequent analysis included prerequisite regression tests such as normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and linearity. The findings reveal noteworthy outcomes: (1) Principal leadership significantly and positively influences the performance of educational staff. (2) Work motivation exhibits a positive and significant impact on the performance of educational staff. (3) Work discipline similarly demonstrates a positive and significant influence on educational staff performance. (4) Simultaneously, principal leadership, work motivation, and work discipline collectively exert a positive and significant influence on the performance of educational staff. This research contributes valuable insights to educational management literature by establishing the crucial role of leadership, motivation, and discipline in enhancing the performance of educational staff. Based on these findings, recommendations are made for educational institutions to focus on strengthening these factors to optimize staff performance, ultimately improving overall educational quality.

Abstract

Masalah penelitian ini yaitu menyangkut kinerja pendidik yang masih dalam kategori relatif rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui efektivitas pengembangan instrumen kompetensi pedagogik terhadap kinerja pendidik Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode R & D atau metode penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development). Pengembangan mengacu pada teori Borg & Gall. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pendidik SDN 1 Sumber Agung yang berjumlah 50 pendidik. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 44 dari 50 orang pendidik. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen tes yang valid dan reliabel. Hasil analisis data kevalidan menunjukkan instrumen kompetensi pedagogik sangat valid untuk digunakan.  Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup dengan skala likert 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa signifikan antara kompetensi pedagogik terhadap kinerja  pendidik sebesar 78,2%. Berdasarkan penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa instrumen kompetensi pedagogik yang dikembangkan valid dan efektif untuk menilai kinerja pendidik Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi membawa transformasi dunia bisnis dan kewirausahaan. Menjadikan strategi sebagai elemen krusial untuk meraih profit, pertumbuhan, dan keberlanjutan usaha. Banyak startup baru bermunculan, tetapi tidak sedikit wirausaha baru mengalami kegagalan akibat kurangnya kemampuan membuat perencanaan dan penciptaan nilai produk. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, Business Model Canvas (BMC) muncul sebagai alat bisnis yang efektif. Workshop dan kompetisi BMC dirancang khusus untuk mengajarkan mahasiswa mengenai pentingnya kewirausahaan serta penerapan BMC secara praktis. Dalam workshop ini, mahasiswa diperkenalkan dengan elemen-elemen kunci BMC, baik dari aspek internal maupun eksternal. Melalui metode klasikal dan presentasi yang disampaikan oleh narasumber berpengalaman, peserta kegiatan diberikan berbagai perencanaan pengembangan bisnis berbasis digital, peluang, serta pengembangan dan tantangannya. Abstract

Design thinking inside the field of education is used as one way that can help teachers and students in measuring a problem and finding possible alternative solutions. This study aims to determine how much influence Design education has on the interest in entrepreneurship at SMAN 1 Simpenan, this research uses Quantitative method and includes the type of causal associative research. The population of this study are students of class XII Social SMAN 1 Simpenan who have already implemented entrepreneurship learning. Sampling in research using techniques saturated sampling of 46 students. Data collection techniques using techniques observation, documentation and questionnaires. The analysis technique uses the assumption test, namely test normality, linearity test, and hypothesis testing using simple linear regression and using the t test to look for significance.

Abstract

Pendidikan memberikan berbagai perubahan positif bagi manusia. Perubahan tersebut dapat diperoleh apabia dalam pelaksanaan pedidikan dilakukan secara tetap. Salah satu problem terletak pada persoalan pemerataan pendidikan, ditambah kondisi saat ini pada pasca covid-19. Tujuan penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman terkait pemafaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran online dimasa pandemi untuk meningkatkan mutu proses blendead learning pasca covid-19. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualiatif dengan jenis observasi alami (natural observation). Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas X dan XI SMA Negeri 4 Bandar Lampung yang berjumlah 71 peserta didik dengan teknik sampling adalah purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian ini meliputi lembar observasi kegiatan pembelajaran dan tes hasil belajar. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi sangat menunjang proses pembelajaran pasca pandemi covid-19.
