Abstract

Abstrak Masa Orde Baru merupakan peristiwa penting bagi Indonesia, karena merupakan masa gejolak dan ketidakstabilan baik dalam pemerintahan maupun perekonomian. Di bidang sastra sendiri, peristiwa-peristiwa yang terjadi pada periode ini mempengaruhi para sastrawan-sastrawan yang menajamkan penanya untuk menarik perhatian pada puisi-puisi yang ditulis pada periode ini dengan penekanan pada sindiran, protes, dan perlawanan terhadap penguasa. Studi ini bertujuan mengkaji praktik kekuasaan Orde Baru dalam karya puisi Wiji Thukul dengan menggunakan pendekatan mimetik. Penelitian ini melibatkan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan mimetik untuk mendapatkan landasan penguatan tentang hubungan puisi Peringatan dengan sosial konteks pada masa Orde Baru dan kajiannya terhadap mengkaji hubungan puisi Peringatan dengan kenyataan di luar sastra.. Berdasarkan analisis ditemukan bahwa Orde Baru merupakan pemerintahan yang otoriter, represif, dan pemerintahan yang menindas. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa puisi Peringatan karya Wiji Thukul adalah karya puisi yang memiliki nilai dan mengandung semangat juang yang tinggi dalam menggugurkan kekuasaan Orde Baru yang sedang berlangsung dan berusaha memperjuangkan adanya keselarasan antara pemerintah dengan rakyatnya serta aspirasi dan kebebasan berpendapat harus ditegakkan. Kata Kunci: Resistensi, Orde Baru, Puisi Peringatan, Wiji Thukul Abstract The New Order period was an important event for Indonesia, because it was a time of turmoil and instability in both government and the economy. In the field of literature itself, the events that occurred in this period influenced writers who sharpened their pens to draw attention to the poetry written in this period with an emphasis on satire, protest, and resistance to the authorities. This study aims to examine the practices of New Order power in Wiji Thukul's poetry using a mimetic approach. This research involves a qualitative descriptive research method with a mimetic approach to obtain a strengthening basis for the relationship between Warning poetry and the social context of the New Order era and the study examines the relationship between Warning poetry and reality outside of literature. Based on the analysis, it was found that the New Order was an authoritarian government, repressive, and oppressive government. From this research it can be concluded that the poem Warning by Wiji Thukul is a work of poetry that has value and contains a high fighting spirit in overthrowing the ongoing New Order power and trying to fight for harmony between the government and its people and aspirations and freedom of opinion must be upheld. Abstract

Abstract Many people know about the poem 'Karawan Bekasi' by Cairil Anwar, but only a few know the events behind the creation of Cairil Anwar's legendary poem. If we can understand and interpret the meaning of the poem Karawang Bekasi by Charil Anwar, then we can understand the situation of the Karawang Bekasi Front during the Physical Revolution to Defend Independence (1945-1949) and the fighters at that time made such choices. The Karawang-Bekasi Front fought against NICA (Netherlands Indian Civil Administration). The poems created by Cairil Anwar are the inner experiences felt by Cairil Anwar based on the situation and conditions at that time, thus allowing him to express his imagination and thoughts, and the legendary Karawang Bekasi poems were created with the theme of patriotic nationalism. Keywords: Karawang Bekasi, Chairil Anwar, Independence, Fighter, Experience Abstrak Banyak orang yang mengetahui tentang puisi 'Karawang Bekasi' karya Cairil Anwar, namun hanya sedikit yang mengetahui peristiwa di balik penciptaan puisi legendaris Cairil Anwar tersebut. Makna puisi Karawang Bekasi karya Charil Anwar, situasi Front Karawang Bekasi pada masa Revolusi Fisik Mempertahankan Kemerdekaan (1945-1949) dan para pejuang pada saat itu membuat pilihan seperti itu. Front Karawang-Bekasi berperang melawan NICA (Netherlands Indian Civil Administration). Puisi-puisi yang diciptakan oleh Cairil Anwar merupakan pengalaman batin yang dirasakan Cairil Anwar berdasarkan situasi dan kondisi saat itu, sehingga memungkinkan ia mengekspresikan imajinasi dan pemikirannya, dan puisi-puisi legendaris Karawang Bekasi diciptakan dengan tema patriotik nasionalisme. Abstract

Abtrak Artikel ini menelusuri nilai-nilai patriotisme dan kebangsaan yang terkandung dalam cerita "Piloe" karya Soeman HS, seorang penulis sastra Indonesia. Dengan memperhatikan aspek-aspek kebersamaan, kejujuran, dan semangat keceriaan dalam cerita tersebut, artikel ini mengupas bagaimana karya sastra dapat memperkuat semangat cinta tanah air dan kebangsaan. Melalui analisis mendalam terhadap karakter-karakter dan alur cerita, artikel ini menjelaskan bagaimana cerita “Piloe” dapat menjadi cerminan dari nilai-nilai patriotisme dalam konteks sastra Indonesia. Artikel ini juga membahas bagaimana nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam “Piloe” dapat memperkaya pemahaman akan semangat kebangsaan dan patriotisme di kalangan pembaca, khususnya generasi muda. Dengan menyoroti aspek-aspek kecil dalam cerita yang mencerminkan semangat persatuan, pengorbanan, dan kejujuran, artikel ini bertujuan untuk menggugah rasa nasionalisme dan kecintaan terhadap Indonesia. Diharapkan bahwa melalui analisis mendalam terhadap karya sastra, pembaca akan lebih memahami dan menghargai nilai-nilai kebangsaan yang terus relevan dalam konteks sosial dan budaya Indonesia. Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the process of processing chicken meatball products and (2) determine the process of developing chicken meatball products using the QFD (Quality Function Deployment) method in the Hasnia Chicken Meatball Business in Rahandouna Village, Poasia District, Kendari City. The determination of the sample is done by purposive sampling. The results showed that the process of producing chicken meatballs in the Hasnia Chicken Meatball business contained eight stages, which were in accordance with the literature. The eight stages were: raw material preparation, chicken cleaning, chicken meat crushing, dough making, dough forming, cooking, product cooling, and product packaging. Hasnia Chicken Meatball product development obtained 26 attributes, obtained 6 main priority attributes in fulfilling needs with the highest value of each type of attribute, (1) include the expiration date with a value of 16.28 (7.23%), (2) delicious aroma of chicken meatballs and appetizing with a value of 8.57 (3.81%), (3) chicken meatball products have a superior taste compared to other places with a value of 8.14 (3.61%), (4) chicken meatball products sold are superior to other products with a value of 7.71 (3.42) %), (5) the price of chicken meatballs corresponds to the price with a value of 7.33 (3.26%), (6) the texture attribute of the chicken meatballs is chewy with a value of 7.26 (3.22%).

Abstract

Literary works are works composed of the author's thoughts and feelings which describe imaginative thoughts and then express them into a work in oral or written form. Poetry is a text consisting of lines. The mimetic approach is an approach that views fictional prose as a human creation written based on materials taken from the universe. The aim of this research is to find out the meaning in Chairil Anwar's poetry and to improve the writer's understanding of the mimetic approach. The research method used in analyzing this poetry is the qualitative descriptive method. Based on the results of the analysis of the poem "Sunja Di Pelabuhan Kecil" it can be concluded that this poem contains the meaning of sadness about loss and the lesson taken from this poem is that as humans we must remain sincere about all destiny because in this world nothing is eternal.

Abstract

Chili is a commodity that often triggers inflation at certain times or periods due to sudden price increases. The reason is that the availability of chilies is not sufficient for market demand due to production inefficiencies. This research aims to determine the factors that influence cayenne pepper production and determine the efficiency of using production factors using the Cobb-Douglas production function. The results of the research show that seeds and labour have a significant effect on increasing cayenne pepper farming, while land area, fertilizers, and pesticides do not have a significant effect on production. The use of production factors has not yet reached the maximum level of efficiency. Production factors that are not yet efficient are land area and labour so their utilization needs to be increased. Meanwhile, inefficient production factors are seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides so their use does not need to be increased or reduced.

Abstract

The research entitled "Language Problem Solving in Children and Its Relationship to Reading Skills and Neuropsycholinguistic Disorders" aims to find out whether there is a relationship between language problem solving in children and children's reading skills and neuropsycholinguistic disorders. This research focuses on language problems, reading skills, and neuropsycholinguistic disorders in children. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods, this method aims to describe systematically, actual and accurately. Data analysis was carried out by observation, interviews, and then recording as a data collection technique. The subjects of this research were children aged 7 to 10 years who experienced neuropsycholinguistic disorders and delays in reading and speaking. The results of the research show that language problem solving in children is related to their reading skills and neuropsycholinguistic disorders.

Abstract

Neuropsycholinguistics is a science that combines psychology, neurology and linguistics, and can be used to analyze language disorders, and is a combination of psycholinguistics and neurolinguistics. Language disorders in children occur due to brain development and are also due to the influence of learning language from other people and producing words that are sometimes pronounced in different ways. This research used a qualitative approach by collecting data through observation, interviews and recording on 3 students with language disorders at MIN 7 Tapanuli Tengah which were then analyzed using Neuropsycholinguistic theory by connecting it to the Coastal Languages of Sibolga- Tapanuli Tengah. Research found that the main cause of language disorders in 3 children could be identified through Neuropsycholinguistic theory, namely disrupted mental and brain development due to health conditions in the past which then had to be overcome through appropriate teaching methods and special attention to the child's psychological condition. The Coastal Languages of Sibolga- Tapanuli Tengah, which contains many words with changes, reductions and additions of phonemes from Indonesian, will disturb children with language disorders so they must receive special attention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of farmer groups and the level of productivity of rainfed wetland rice farming in Keisio Village and to determine the relationship between the role of farmer groups in efforts to increase the productivity of rainfed wetland rice farming in Keisio Village, Lalolae District, East Kolaka Regency. Determination of the location is done intentionally (Purposive) with several considerations, namely Keisio Village is one of the villages with the majority of people working as rainfed wetland rice farmers, and is also the one that has rice fields with an area of approximately 300 hectares. The population in this study were all farmers who were members of farmer groups, namely 225 people, with a research sample of 34 people. The results showed that the role of farmer groups in increasing the productivity of paddy rice farming in Keisio Village, Lalolae Subdistrict, East Kolaka Regency went well as seen from the role of farmer groups as a learning class in the high category (67.64%), as a vehicle for cooperation in the high category (70.58%), and only as a production unit in the medium category (70.58%). The productivity of wet-rice farmers in Keisio Village in 2022 can be said to be high, namely 4.73 tons/ha. The role of farmer groups on the productivity of paddy rice farming has a close relationship with a correlation coefficient value of 0.780 with a significant level of 0.000. So that the better the role of farmer groups, the better the productivity level of paddy rice farming.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pelaksanaan penanganan pasca panen kakao dan menganalisis pengaruh dari teknologi pasca panen terhadap kualitas biji kakao di Desa Benua, Kecamatan Benua, Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu seluruh petani kakao yang ada di Desa Benua yang berjumlah 234 petani, dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin diperoleh 71 responden sebagai sampel penelitian. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan penanganan pertama pasca panen sortasi dan pemeraman buah tidak dilakukan oleh petani karena dalam proses pemanenan buah langsung dipecah hal ini juga menyebabkan biji kakao yang memiliki mutu yang tinggi bercampur, selanjutnya pemecahan buah dilakukan secara manual menggunakan alat seperti golok atau sabit untuk membukan dan memisahkan kotoran maupun biji yang cacat. Tahap fermentasi membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama, dengan alasan tersebut hanya beberapa petani kakao di Desa Benua yang melakukan proses fermentasi, selanjutnya penjemuran/pengeringan biji kakao untuk menurunkan kadar air < 7,5% dilakukan dengan dijemur melalui sinar matahari langsung dan beberapa petani menggunakan solar dryer dari bantuan pemerintah, sedangkan pengemasan dan penyimpanan tidak dilakukan oleh petani kakao di Desa Benua karena langsung dijual ke pedagang. Penelitian ini juga menemukan penanganan pasca panen tahap fermentasi (X1) dan pengeringan (X2) memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas mutu biji kakao di Desa Benua Kecamatan Benua Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. This study aims to determine the process of post-harvest handling of cocoa and analyzing the effect of post-harvest technology on the quality of cocoa beans in Benua Village, Benua District, South of Konawe Regency. The population of this study is all cocoa farmers existing in the village of Benua totaling 234 farmers, using the Slovin formula obtained 71 respondents as a sample of research. Data analysis used is a descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed the first post-harvest handling. Sorting and ripening of fruit is not done by farmers because in the process of harvesting the fruit directly broken down it also causes of cocoa beans have high quality mixed. Furthermore, the breakdown of the fruit is done manually using tools such as cleaver or sickle to opening and separating impurities and fermentation-resistant defective bins takes time long enough, with the reason that only beherana cocoa farmers in the village of do continent fermentation process, then the drying of cocoa beans to reduce the moisture content < 7.5% done by drying through direct sunlight and some farmers use solar dryer dar government assistance, while packaging and storage is not done by farmers cocoa in the village of Benua because it is directly sold to traders. The study also found puddles post-harvest stage of fermentation (Xi) and drying (X2) has a positive influence and significant to the quality of cocoa bean quality in Benua Village, Benua District, South of Konawe.
