Abstract

Real work lecture is one of the activities that aims to increase student participation in assisting community development, especially in the social and religious fields. This article discusses efforts to optimize social and religious activities in Muara Laung II Village through the KKN program. This activity involves students in various work programs and religious guidance in accordance with the needs of the local community. The results of this program show an increase in community participation in social and religious activities, an improvement in the quality of life, and an awareness of the importance of developing local potential. Optimization of this activity is expected to become a sustainable model of village community empowerment, with a positive impact on the social and spiritual welfare of the Muara Laung II community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine The Effect of Work Motivation and Career Development towards Employee Performance at PT. Tri Mandiri Selaras Gading Serpong Tangerang Regency Branch partially and simultaneously. The research method used was a quantitative approach. The type of data used was Primary data, namely the distribution of questionnaires. Data collection at the company PT. Tri Mandiri Selaras Gading Serpong Tangerang Regency Branch, with a population of 112 and a sample of 88. Data analysis using descriptive test analysis, Validity Test, Reliability and classical assumption test including normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient analysis, hypothesis test including partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (f test). The results of this study are that there is a significant positive influence and Motivation on employee performance at PT Tri Mandiri Selaras Gading Serpong Tangerang Regency Branch with a t count of 12.805> t table 1.987, and reinforced by a determination coefficient value of 65.6%. Career development has a significant and positive effect on employee performance at PT Tri Mandiri Selaras Gading Serpong Branch with a t-count of 15.137 > t-table 1.987, and reinforced by a determination coefficient of 72.7%. Work motivation and career development have a significant and positive effect on employee performance at PT Tri Mandiri Selaras Gading Serpong Tangerang Regency Branch with a F-count of 130.137 > F-table 3.10, and is reinforced by a determination coefficient of 75.4%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan: (1) adanya pengaruh kebiasaan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar matematika, (2) adanya pengaruh minat belajar terhadap prestasi belajar matematika, dan (3) adanya pengaruh kebiasaan belajar dan minat belajar terhadap prestasi belajar matematika. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VIII semester II SMP Negeri se-Kecamatan Tegal Barat tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 sebanyak 820 peserta didik dari empat SMP Negeri. Sebagai sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 247 peserta didik yang diambil dengan teknik Proposional Cluster Random Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik dokumentasi dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi sederhana dan uji regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) ada pengaruh kebiasaan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar matematika pada peserta didik kelas VIII semester II SMP Negeri se-Kecamatan Tegal Barat Kota Tegal tahun ajaran 2016/2017, yaitu sebesar 25,35%, (2) ada pengaruh minat belajar terhadap prestasi belajar matematika pada peserta didik kelas VIII semester II SMP Negeri se-Kecamatan Tegal Barat Kota Tegal tahun ajaran 2016/2017, yaitu sebesar 18,79%, dan (3) ada pengaruh kebiasaan belajar dan minat belajar terhadap prestasi belajar matematika pada peserta didik kelas VIII semester II SMP Negeri se-Kecamatan Tegal Barat Kota Tegal tahun ajaran 2016/2017, yaitu sebesar 28,49%.

Abstract

Ethical leadership encourages positive employee behavior and enhances organizational performance by emphasizing ethical dimensions in management. The key elements of ethical leadership include honesty, integrity, trust, and fairness. Ethical leaders integrate moral principles into their values, beliefs, and actions while respecting the rights and dignity of others. This study aims to analyze the ethical leadership factors that influence corporate performance. Multiple regression analysis is used to evaluate the relationship between ethical leadership and employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II (Persero) Regional I. The Saturation Sampling method is applied to determine the sample. The tests conducted include classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, and data quality tests. The study results indicate that the telling and selling leadership styles do not significantly affect employee performance. Conversely, participative and delegative leadership styles have a positive impact. The simultaneous significance test shows that independent variables collectively influence the dependent variable, with the F-calculated value exceeding the F-table value and a significance probability below 0.05. This indicates that ethical leadership involving participation and delegation is more effective in improving employee performance.

Abstract

Sebuah organisasi kelas dunia dengan kinerja unggul setidaknya memiliki lima karakteristik utama, yaitu memiliki kompetensi, kemampuan beradaptasi, budaya kualitas, inovasi, dan jiwa kewirausahaan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi penerapan manajemen strategis dalam pengembangan lembaga pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan lembaga pendidikan melalui manajemen strategis di SMK Muhammadiyah Tangerang dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai pendekatan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan relevansi pendidikan. Beberapa langkah yang dapat diambil meliputi analisis lingkungan dan kebutuhan, perumusan visi dan misi yang jelas, pengembangan kurikulum, peningkatan kualitas pendidik, penyediaan sarana dan sumber daya, kerja sama dengan industri dan lembaga terkait, evaluasi dan umpan balik yang berkelanjutan, serta pemasaran dan promosi yang efektif. Dengan menerapkan langkah-langkah manajemen strategis tersebut, SMK Muhammadiyah Tangerang memiliki potensi untuk bertransformasi menjadi lembaga pendidikan yang lebih responsif terhadap perubahan dan kebutuhan di dunia pendidikan maupun dunia kerja.

Abstract

In the era of globalization that threatens the sustainability of local culture, pencak silat as a traditional Sundanese martial art has a strategic urgency in maintaining the cultural identity of the community. This study aims to analyze the reciprocal relationship between pencak silat and Sundanese culture, as well as to reveal the cultural values ​​reflected in the movements and rituals of pencak silat. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with ethnographic methods, the study was conducted at traditional silat schools in Garut and Tasikmalaya through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that pencak silat not only functions as a sport, but also as a symbolic system that represents values ​​such as respect, patience, and spirituality, as well as a medium for cultural inheritance through narratives, music, and ceremonies. These findings strengthen the understanding of pencak silat as a complex and meaningful intangible cultural heritage. This study suggests the need for integration of pencak silat in local education and support for community-based cultural preservation policies. Further studies are recommended to expand the scope of the area and a multidisciplinary approach to enrich perspectives

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of sport sociology in the practice of coaching and leadership of soccer coaches, especially in the context of multicultural teams. Through a qualitative approach and in-depth interviews with a number of soccer coaches, it was found that understanding the social background, culture, and individual values ​​of players is very important in creating effective interpersonal relationships in the team. The results showed that coaches who have intercultural communication skills and adaptive leadership styles tend to be successful in building strong social cohesion and solidarity among players. Social integration in a soccer team is a dynamic process, where the coach acts as a socialization agent who is able to balance diversity without causing internal conflict. These findings contribute to the development of more inclusive and socially value-oriented coaching strategies. This study also emphasizes the importance of coaching training that includes social and cultural aspects in the management of modern sports teams.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of sports on the mental health of students at SMKN 2 Pandeglang. Mental health is an important aspect in supporting the learning process and the development of adolescents, while sports are believed to have a positive impact on students' psychological well-being. The study uses a qualitative approach with observation and in-depth interviews conducted with students and physical education teachers at the school. The data were analyzed descriptively to understand students’ perceptions and experiences regarding sports and their mental well-being. The results show that regular participation in sports activities contributes to reducing stress, improving mood, and enhancing students’ learning concentration. In addition, sports also strengthen social relationships among students, which further supports better mental health. This study concludes that sports play a significant role in improving the mental health of secondary school students, thus schools need to encourage and facilitate sports activities optimally.

Abstract

This study analyzes a cheating incident that occurred during the 2025 National Badminton Circuit (Sirnas) in the Riau Archipelago, where a young athlete was suspected of deliberately damaging the shuttlecock before serving. A qualitative method was employed through video analysis, semi-structured interviews with 10 stakeholders (athletes, referees, coaches), and a review of official documents. The findings reveal that the act of cheating was driven by competitive pressure, suboptimal referee oversight, and the athlete's mental fragility. The consequences included damage to the reputation of the athlete and their club, as well as a decline in public trust in the integrity of the sport. The discussion highlights the need for reforms in monitoring systems, enhanced character education, and strict sanctions by the Indonesian Badminton Association (PBSI). This study recommends the integration of instant replay technology and ethics-based simulation training to prevent recurrence.

Abstract

Masih rendahnya tingkat kemandirian anak usia dini di berbagai lembaga PAUD di Indonesia menjadi perhatian serius dalam pengembangan metode pembelajaran yang tepat. Kemandirian merupakan aspek penting dalam perkembangan anak, yang dapat memengaruhi kemampuan mereka dalam menghadapi tantangan di masa depan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara teoritis peran metode Montessori dalam pembentukan sikap mandiri pada anak usia dini melalui pendekatan studi literatur. Analisis dilakukan dengan pendekatan tematik dan sintesis naratif terhadap berbagai sumber ilmiah, termasuk buku, artikel jurnal, dan hasil penelitian yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa metode Montessori, dengan prinsip kebebasan dalam batasan dan lingkungan belajar yang disiapkan secara khusus, dapat meningkatkan kemandirian anak. Beberapa studi empiris mendukung temuan ini, seperti penelitian oleh Damayanti (2019) yang menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemandirian anak setelah penerapan metode Montessori di Bright Star Makassar School Namun, beberapa literatur juga mengkritisi keterbatasan metode ini, seperti kebutuhan akan pelatihan guru yang intensif dan adaptasi kurikulum yang sesuai dengan konteks lokal Dengan demikian, metode Montessori memiliki potensi dalam membentuk kemandirian anak usia dini, namun implementasinya memerlukan pertimbangan kontekstual dan dukungan yang memadai.Kata Kunci: kemandirian anak, montessori, pendidikan anak usia dini, studi literatur
