Abstract

Ethnic and cultural diversity is not only a characteristic of Indonesia, but also part of national identity. Indonesia is known as a country with extraordinary tribes and cultures. Consisting of more than 300 ethnic groups and 700 regional languages. Indonesia is a clear example of the motto "Bhinneka Tunggal Ika" which means "Diverse but still one". This diversity is not a challenge, but rather a wealth and strength that makes Indonesia unique in the eyes of the world. However, amidst cultural richness, the challenge of maintaining social harmony is a necessity that cannot be ignored. These challenges include discrimination and intolerance, globalization and westernization, and so on. Providing the above resistance, efforts are needed to maintain harmony amidst diversity through multicultural education, intercultural dialogue, and also involving the government and mass media. However, sometimes these differences actually cause divisions between nations.

Abstract

The fluctuation of fuel prices (BBM) significantly impacts the national economy and public purchasing power. This study examines the dynamic relationship between fuel price adjustments, economic growth, inflation, and the socioeconomic conditions of society. The findings reveal that an increase in fuel prices often triggers a domino effect, including rising transportation and production costs, ultimately affecting consumer prices and reducing purchasing power. Conversely, the decline in fuel prices provides a short-term boost to public spending but may challenge government revenue if fuel subsidies increase. Policy recommendations include balancing fuel price adjustments with measures to protect vulnerable groups and maintain economic stability.

Abstract

Indonesia's dependence on oil and gas imports has become a significant challenge to the country's economic stability, with impacts on the trade deficit, global energy price fluctuations, and fiscal dependence. This study aims to evaluate the economic impact of efforts to reduce Indonesia's dependence on oil and gas imports, focusing on the implications for economic growth, trade balance, and national energy security. The methods used include secondary data analysis, macroeconomic modeling, and simulation of the impact of energy policies such as increasing domestic oil and gas production, energy diversification, and renewable energy development. The results show that reducing dependence on oil and gas imports has the potential to reduce pressure on the trade balance and foreign exchange reserves, and improve long-term energy security. However, the transition to domestic energy security requires large investments in the renewable energy sector, supporting infrastructure, and policies that support energy efficiency. This study suggests the need for an integrated policy strategy between the government, private sector, and society to achieve the goal of reducing oil and gas dependence and improving Indonesia's economic competitiveness.

Abstract

In the era of globalization that is full of challenges, the ability to think critically is becoming increasingly relevant. This research aims to examine how the integration of the trilogy of soul aspects (rasa, cipta, and karsa) in the learning process can foster critical thinking character in the younger generation. Through literature review and case studies, this research will identify learning strategies that are effective in stimulating students' critical thinking skills, as well as analyze their influence on overall character development. The results of the research are expected to contribute to the development of a more holistic curriculum and teaching practices, so as to produce a young generation that is not only intellectually intelligent, but also has a strong and competitive character. The formation of critical thinking character does not only involve the teaching and learning process in the classroom, but also needs to be balanced with real experiences outside the academic environment. Through a holistic approach, it is hoped that the younger generation will be able to develop critical thinking skills that are not only useful in the context of education, but also in everyday life. Education based on this trilogy of aspects of the soul will provide a strong foundation for young people to face global challenges and contribute positively to society. This trilogy includes intellectual understanding, emotional and values development, and practical skills that support each other. By integrating these three aspects, education will not only shape individuals who are intellectually intelligent, but also have social awareness and adaptability in a changing society. Character education has become a central issue in education today. This research proposes that integrating the trilogy of aspects of the soul can be an effective approach in building critical thinking character in the younger generation. By stimulating the trilogy aspects in a balanced manner, it is expected that they will be able to develop critical thinking skills that are not only logic-based, but also based on moral values and empathy. This research will test this hypothesis through experiments or case studies at an educational institution.

Abstract

Infark Miokard Acut (IMA) adalah suatu nekrosis miokardium yang diakibatkan oleh ketidak adekuatan pasokan darah akibat dari sumbatan akut pada arteri koroner. Tanda dan gejala khas yang dialami pada pasien IMA adalah nyeri dada seperti diremas-remas, ditekan, ditusuk, panas atau ditindih barang berat. Pemberian terapi farmakologi seperti oksigen, nitrogliserin dan aspirin dapat menurunkan nyeri IMA, akan tetapi ketika efek obat mulai berkurang atau hilang pasien masih merasakan nyeri, sehingga perlu terapi komplementer untuk membantu menurunkan nyeri pasien IMA. Tujuan dari penulis untuk menerapkan relaksasi benson untuk menurunkan nyeri dada pada asuhan keperawatan Infark Miokard Acut (IMA). Metode yang digunakan penulis adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan proses keperawatan yang melibatkan 2 subjek yaitu pasien yang mengalami nyeri dada karena infark miokard akut. Intervensi di lakukan sebanyak 1 kali sehari dalam 2 hari dengan lama intervensi 30 menit. Hasil evaluasi di dapatkan, adanya penurunan nyeri dari skala 5 menjad skala 2 pada pasien 1 dan nyeri skala 5 turun menjadi skala 1 pada pasien 2. Kombinasi terapi farmakologi dengan relaksasi benson efektif terhadap penurunan skala nyeri. Saran relaksasi benson dapat di gunakan sebagai terapi komplementer dalam menurunkan nyeri pasien IMA.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the use of Internet of Things (IoT) technology in the marketing strategy of the oil and gas industry in Indonesia, with a focus on aspects of compliance with applicable oil and gas laws and regulations. The use of IoT technology has brought significant changes in various industries, and the oil and gas sector is no exception. In this context, this research will investigate how IoT technology can be used in oil and gas marketing strategies to improve operational efficiency, supervision, and compliance with oil and gas law regulations in Indonesia. The importance of compliance with oil and gas law regulations cannot be separated from the broader legal framework, namely the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia (UUD 1945). The 1945 a Constitution is the Indonesian constitution which establishes the basic principles of the state, including the management of natural resources, including oil and gas, which are in the national interest. In this research, the use of IoT technology in oil and gas marketing strategies will be analyzed by considering the perspective of compliance with applicable oil and gas law regulations, which are part of the legal framework regulated by the 1945 Constitution and support state sovereignty in managing natural resources. Through literature analysis and case studies of the oil and gas industry in Indonesia, this research aims to provide a deeper understanding of the potential use of IoT technology in the oil and gas industry in Indonesia and its implications for compliance with oil and gas law regulations. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide valuable information for oil and gas companies, regulators, and other stakeholders in formulating effective marketing strategies and complying with applicable regulations. In addition, this research also has the potential to become the basis for further research in this field. By understanding and applying IoT concepts in oil and gas marketing strategies that comply with oil and gas law regulations and the principles set out in the 1945 Constitution, a more efficient, controlled, and sustainable oil and gas industry can be created in Indonesia.

Abstract

The era of digitalization has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including in security management. The wider application of digital technology requires an adaptive and innovative security approach to deal with evolving threats. In the context of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI), the implementation of national values in digital security management is very important. These values include unity, integrity, justice, democracy and diversity, which are the foundations of NKRI. This research aims to analyze the importance of security management in the digitalization era based on the NKRI's national values.The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, with a literature study approach and document analysis related to digital security policies in Indonesia. The analysis focused on how NKRI national values are implemented in security management strategies and practices to face digital security challenges. The results show that the integration of national values in digital security management plays an important role in strengthening national resilience in the digital space. The implementation of national values helps in building a digital security system that is not only technically robust, but also responsive to Indonesia's social and cultural dynamics. This includes the development of inclusive cybersecurity policies, digital security education for diverse communities, and strengthening collaboration between sectors to strengthen the national digital security ecosystem.

Abstract

Determinasi sistem manajemen sekuriti: Analisis objek vital, pengamanan file dan pengamanan cyber pada Yayasan Siber Publisher adalah artikel dalam ruang lingkup ilmu manajemen. Tujuan artikel ini yaitu membangun hipotesis peran antar variabel yang akan digunakan pada riset konsep manajemen sekuriti selanjutnya. Objek penelitian ini yaitu pada Yayasan Siber Publisher. Metode penulisan berupa library research, dari e-book dan open access e-journal, melakukan kuisioner kepada beberapa karyawan di Yayasan Siber Publisher serta beberapa penilaian risiko yang dilakukan peneliti. Hasil: 1) Objek vital berperan terhadap sistem manajemen sekuriti di Yayasan Siber Publisher secara parsial; 2) Pengamanan file berperan terhadap sistem manajemen sekuriti di Yayasan Siber Publisher secara parsial; 3) Pengamanan Cyber berperan terhadap sistem manajemen sekuriti di Yayasan Siber Publisher secara parsial; dan 4) Objek vital, pengamanan file dan pengamanan cyber berperan terhadap sistem manajemen sekuriti di Yayasan Siber Publisher secara simultan. Abstract

Higher education plays an important role in creating quality human resources in the future. As university students, our main task is not only to achieve academic achievements, but also to form strong, competent characters and be ready to face global challenges. Building a generation that is intelligent, characterized and competent as well as a process of self-maturation is an important step to prepare individuals who excel in science with integrity, leadership and good social skills. The intelligent generation has knowledge and skills according to the times, while the generation with character is able to integrate moral values, ethics and empathy in everyday life. In the context of higher education, this process is not only related to the formal curriculum, but also non-academic experiences that play a role in the personal growth of each student. The process of self-maturation in higher education trains students to be more independent, critical, and have a broad outlook on life and be responsive to various social problems. The formation of balanced character and competence will prepare students to contribute optimally in various aspects of life, including in the world of work, society and as responsible citizens. Therefore, it is important for every student to understand the essence of this process and commit to continuing to develop, both academically and personally, so that they can become a generation that is not only intellectually intelligent, but also has noble values ​​that can benefit the nation. and the world.
