Abstract

PT. Pertamina (Persero) isl a lState-Owned lEnterprise (BUMN) thatl produces raw materials such as fuel, kerosene, LPG (liquefied fuel gas), LNG (liquefied natural gas), and petrochemical products. Articlel 33 paragraphl (3) ofl the 1945l Constitution confirms thatl the learth, lwater, and naturall resourcesl containedl therein arel controlledl byl the statel andl usedl for thel greatest lprosperity of thel people. This lawl gives the state thel authority to manage natural resources in the public interest and the welfarel of alll people in relation tol the context ofl social justice. However, the implementation of this law requires strict and transparent supervision to ensure that natural resources are actually used appropriately and fairly for all stakeholders and that uncontrolled environmental damage does not occur. This studyl aims tol find outl how human lvalues, which are reflected inl the 1945l Constitution, Unitaryl State olf the Republicl of Indonesial (NKRI), and Bhinneka Tunggal Ika are implemented in the Health, lSafety, Security, andl Environment (lHSSE) program at PT. lPertamina. Focus is also given to efforts to ensure the effectiveness and smooth implementation of the policy. Law Numberl 13 ofl 2003 concerningl Manpower and Lawl Number 1l of 1970l concerning lOccupational Safety andl Health (K3) are described in the State Gazette. PT. Pertamina is committed to carrying out refinery, petrochemical and infrastructure project operations planned safely and environmentally by applying high standards to aspects of Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) in accordance with moral values, market demands, needsl and expectationsl of customersl and stakeholdersl to supportl thel achievementl of thel company's goals, visionl and mission. The methodl used inl this studyl is thel Literature Studyl approach. In the literature study, the datal used is secondary data in the form of article data from PT. Pertamina (Persero) and various other existing sources. Thel results ofl the study, thel HSSE functionl at PT Pertaminal (X1), and effective management of Natural Resources for prosperity (X2) have a positive relationship with thel 1945 Constitutionl (Y1), the Republicl of Indonesial (Y2), Bhinneka Tunggal Ika (Y3). By applying the value of the essence of nationality based on the 1945 Constitution, the Republic of Indonesia, and Bhinneka Tunggal Ika PT. Pertamina emphasizes equality, territorial unity, law compliance, focusing on independence, justice and mutual assistance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine implementation based on the Law (1945) as a technological change in improving business dynamics and marketing strategies for the oil and gas industry. This study examines document analysis as a research method. The research results show that the enactment of the Law (1945) opened up new opportunities in technological change which changed the business and marketing strategy paradigm of the oil and gas industry to better adapt to market and technological dynamics. These findings provide valuable information to stakeholders to develop responsive and innovative strategies to meet the challenges of the growth of the oil and gas industry.

Abstract

Background: Discharge planning in stroke patients represents a novel evidence-based intervention strategy when implemented in a systematic and comprehensive manner. The integration of several evidence-based standards or elements has the potential to enhance the clinical outcomes of stroke patients. The objective of this study was to ascertain the evolution of research on discharge planning in stroke patients over the past five years (2019-2024). Method: This research employed a literature review design with a database article search method on EBSCO, ScienceDirect, and PubMed. Result: The majority of the subjects studied were patients with acute stroke disease, and the results of the study demonstrated effective outcomes for the variables under investigation. Conclusion: The literature that indicate the potential of interventions to improve clinical outcomes and quality of life in stroke patients

Abstract

Cupping therapy is a complementary medical intervention for health that has been around for thousands of years. This research provides information about trends in future research topics related to cupping therapy treatment interventions for health regarding low back pain, reducing pain and migraine. Data analysis in this research uses bibliometrics. Search for used data on the Web via http://app.dimensions.ai. Journals or data have more than 142 million articles and are limited from 2020-2024, by filtering data based on app.dimensions.ai which focuses on the fields of health sciences, nursing, clinical sciences, public health and the types of articles in publications. The data was analyzed into a bibliometric map using VOSviewer. As a result of data identification via app.dimensions.ai, there were 20,566 recorded data, by sorting based on the type of article and type of document, the results found were 2,062 articles. The highest number of publications on trends in cupping therapy treatment interventions for health regarding low back pain, reduce pain and migraine occurred in 2022 and the lowest occurred in 2021. Research on trends in cupping therapy treatment interventions for health regarding low back pain, reduce pain and migrancy was carried out not only in the health sector, medicine, nursing and psychology but also in other fields. The trending topic of cupping therapy treatment interventions for health is a topic that needs to be developed further as a complementary therapy for health. Suggestions for other researchers to choose topics that fall under low visualization to find research updates.

Abstract

The offshore facilities to be developed include a submarine pipeline (SPL) along with a Single Point Mooring (SPM) System located in the waters around the RU-VI Balongan special port consisting of a Single Point Mooring System (Buoy, hawser, floating hose, underbuoy, chain , anchor, PLEM etc.) which are used for loading and unloading of 2 (two) products, with coordinate location plans of 06o 15' 51.52'' S and 108o 25' 13.04'' E. and two parallel onshore pipeline lines along approximately 2.5 km (from the RU-VI refinery boundary to landfall), followed by 2 (two) parallel submarine pipeline lines of approximately 11 km (from landfall to the SPM location). With the general scope of survey work consisting of: 1) Carrying out preparations, including obtaining survey permits; 2) Building a network of control points to support topographical survey work; 3) Conducting bathymetric surveys, subbottom profiling, sonar and magnetic side scans covering the marine pipeline corridor and the SPM area; 4) Carry out meteorological and oceanographic research (met-ocean) consisting of wind observations, air temperature observations, air humidity, tide observations, current observations, sea water temperature and salinity measurements; 5) Soil investigations at sea and on land; 6) Pipe routing; and 7) Data processing and preparation of reports on survey results. In this study, we focus more on the use of meteorological and oceanographic (met-ocean) data in studying economic analysis in the engineering design plans for the Pipeline Study and SPM.

Abstract

Dalam era e-commerce yang semakin berkembang, interaksi antara ulasan pelanggan online dan kualitas produk memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk keputusan pembelian konsumen di marketplace. Artikel ini membahas pentingnya pemahaman tentang hubungan ini dalam konteks pembelian online. Pendahuluan memberikan gambaran umum tentang e-commerce, pertumbuhan marketplace, dan peran ulasan pelanggan serta kualitas produk dalam keputusan pembelian. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis interaksi antara ulasan pelanggan online dan kualitas produk serta dampaknya terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan menganalisis literatur dan penelitian terkait yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ulasan pelanggan yang positif dapat memperkuat persepsi konsumen tentang kualitas produk dan membentuk citra merek yang baik, sementara ulasan negatif dapat mengurangi kepercayaan konsumen dan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Kualitas produk yang baik juga dianggap sebagai faktor utama dalam meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen, membangun reputasi merek yang kuat, dan mempengaruhi daya saing merek dalam pasar.

Abstract

Drilling mud is a critical fluid in the drilling process, serving to maintain wellbore stability, transport drill cuttings, cool and lubricate the drill bit, and control formation pressure. In this study, a formulation was developed using bentonite, barite, and xanthan gum in specific proportions: 22.5 grams of bentonite, 11 grams of barite, and 8-11 grams of xanthan gum. The objective was to optimize the mud properties for a particular formation. After preparation, the mud was subjected to a series of tests in accordance with API standards, including density, rheological properties, filtration loss, and mud cake formation. The results demonstrated that the mud met the API criteria, with a density range of 9-9.5 ppg, a plastic viscosity (PV) between 13-20 cp, a yield point (YP) between 20-25 lb/100ft², 10-second gel strength between 14-21 lb/100ft², 10-minute gel strength between 17-24 lb/100ft², filtration loss between 9-14.7 ml, and mud cake thickness ranging from 1.47-1.76 mm. These findings indicate that the formulated drilling mud is capable of effectively stabilizing the wellbore, lifting drill cuttings, and minimizing the risks of kicks and lost circulation, thereby enhancing the overall efficiency and safety of the drilling operation in the targeted formation.

Abstract

With the increasing use of information technology in various fields, including e-commerce, ensuring user data and privacy protection is crucial for companies like Tokopedia, one of the largest e-commerce companies in Indonesia. This research aims to identify Tokopedia's security management system and its challenges in protecting user data and privacy. The study utilizes a literature review methodology, analyzing various documents, books, and journals related to Tokopedia's security management system. The research objectives are to understand the system's effectiveness, challenges, and Tokopedia's efforts to improve data and privacy protection. Tokopedia has prioritized information security since its establishment, implementing tight security measures, and continuously improving them. Tokopedia Shield, a security feature introduced in 2015, has significantly reduced fraud risk in the platform. Additionally, the company has taken several steps to secure user data, such as data encryption, access restriction, and password quality enhancement. Tokopedia continuously develops its security system, incorporating the latest technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Big Data Analytics to detect potential threats early and improve the security system's responsiveness.

Abstract

Hipertensi memiliki dampak kesehatan yang signifikan karena dapat menyebabkan penyakit jantung koroner, stroke, dan gagal ginjal jika tidak dikelola dengan benar. Perilaku pengendalian hipertensi yang efektif sangat penting. Banyak pasien hipertensi yang tidak mengendalikan hipertensinya melalui perubahan perilaku untuk mengendalikan. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku pengendalian hipertensi salah satinya adalah deteksi dini komplikasi hipertensi. Orang yang dilakukan deteksi dini komplikasi hipertensi akan cenderung mempunyai perilaku pengendalian hipertensi yang lebih baik. Deteksi komplikasi hipertensi pada tahap awal adalah salah satu komponen penting yang dapat mempengaruhi perilaku pengendalian hipertensi. Mengetahui hubungan deteksi dini komplikasi hipertensi dengan perilaku pengendalian hipertensi pada pasien hipertensi di wilayah Puskesmas Sumber. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode metode analitik korelasi dengan pendekatan Cros Sectional. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 86 responden yang dipilih secara puposive sampling. Untuk menganalisis data menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil uji analisis Fisher's Exact Test (tabel 2X2) didapatkan nilai ? value 0,000 kurang dari 0,05. Maka hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan deteksi dini komplikasi hipertensi dengan perilaku pengendalian hipertensi pada pasien hipertensi di Wilayah Puskesmas Sumber.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has brought about significant progress across various sectors, while simultaneously introducing new risks, particularly in the realm of cybersecurity. Cybersecurity has become a critical concern for companies, including energy giants like Pertamina. In the context of Indonesia, adherence to cybersecurity within Pertamina must align with relevant legal frameworks, such as the 1945 Constitution (UUD 1945). This research aims to explore optimal approaches to implementing cybersecurity within Pertamina, with a focus on the legal underpinnings of the 1945 Constitution. Key attention is directed towards Article 27, paragraph (3) of the Constitution, which guarantees universal access to education, including information security training for employees—a crucial element in thwarting cyber threats. Furthermore, Article 28, paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution, safeguarding freedom of association, can be interpreted to endorse collaboration between Pertamina and external entities, like cybersecurity institutions and regulatory bodies, to bolster cyber defense capabilities. Integration of cutting-edge security technology is paramount, aligning with the principles outlined in Article 33, paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution, emphasizing the preservation of natural resources. This extends to safeguarding Pertamina's data and digital infrastructure through measures like encryption technology, robust network security protocols, and effective intrusion detection systems. By heeding the legal foundations provided by the 1945 Constitution, the implementation of cybersecurity at Pertamina must be comprehensive, encompassing employee education, technological upgrades, and collaborative efforts with external stakeholders.
