Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui peran big five personality pada implementasi manajemen sekuriti mahasiswa dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Jumlah subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu 36 mahasiswa. Hasil uji asumsi menggunakan independen samples test menunjukkan hasil signifikansi 0,188 >? yang berarti tidak terdapat peran Big Five Personality pada implementasi manajemen sekuriti mahasiswa. Jika individu sudah memahami bagaimana cara melakukan manajemen pekerjaan, waktu, emosi, dan dapat bersikap secara profesional dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, maka yang bersangkutan mampu mengimplementasikan manajemen sekuriti dengan baik. Sedangkan individu yang belum atau tidak memahami bagaimana cara melakukan manajemen pekerjaan, waktu, emosi, dan bersikap secara profesional dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, maka yang bersangkutan tidak mampu mengimplementasikan manajemen sekuriti dengan baik. Jika yang bersangkutan tidak segera menyadari pentingnya memahami ilmu manajemen dan mengimplementasikannya maka akan cenderung berakibat pada depresi, percobaan bunuh diri, sampai tindakan bunuh diri.

Abstract

Coastal regions face significant challenges due to the dynamic interplay between waves and soil slopes, which can lead to instability and erosion. This study investigates the stability of coastal slopes under wave-loading conditions by integrating soil shear strength analysis with wave-induced forces calculation. The simplified slope stability analysis method serves as the framework for assessing slope stability, while wave characteristics such as height, period, and direction are considered to calculate driving forces induced by waves. Soil shear strength parameters, including cohesion and friction angle, are incorporated to determine the resisting forces within the soil mass. An example scenario illustrates the calculation process, demonstrating how wave shear stress and soil shear strength interact to influence slope stability. This research found that wave parameters such as height, period, and direction had a significant influence on the magnitude of the driving force acting on the coastal slope. The distribution of wave pressure and wave forcing is also described, showing a significant increase in pressure at certain depths. This research resulted in the integration of soil shear strength with calculations of forces caused by waves, which greatly influenced the stability of coastal slopes. This research shows that soil with higher shear strength has better resistance to forces caused by waves. Coastal slopes with a FoS value of more than 1 are considered stable, while slopes with a FoS of less than 1 indicate instability and potential failure. At a certain depth, driving forces are dominant, which increases the potential for slope failure. The main innovation of this research is the approach that combines hydrodynamic analysis with geotechnical analysis to assess coastal slope stability, the simplified slope stability method approach from Bea and Audibert (1981) to calculate FoS on coastal slopes, and the use of Historical Data and Numerical Modeling forForce Evaluation Wave.

Abstract

Neonates are newborns aged 0-28 days. One of the causes of neonatal death is caused by jaundice. The therapy applied is breastfeeding. One of the non-pharmacological approaches is baby field massage. This study aims to determine the effect of breastfeeding and baby field massage on the decrease in newborns' total bilirubin. Quantitative research with quasi-experimental design and one group pre and post-test design. The location of this research was carried out in the Perinatology Room from October to December. Infant bilirubin data is collected using secondary data, namely medical records. With breastfeeding and baby field interventions. Data analysis aims to describe the data being studied. With the Wilcoxone test type. Using a purposive sampling technique with a sample of 31 respondents with inclusion criteria: Babies born at full term on the 3rd to 28th day, jaundiced babies receive phototherapy, babies are given breast milk, Babies are given infant massage techniques. Exclusion criteria: Babies born under the moon, Babies born prematurely, Low birth weight, Very low birth weight of extra babies. The difference in total bilirubin levels before and after the intervention decreased with a significance value of p-0.000 less than 0.05. There is a significant difference in breastfeeding and baby field massage to lower total bilirubin in newborns Always support optimal breastfeeding for newborns and correctly learn baby field massage techniques.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh edukasi menggunakan media video dan konseling terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang anemia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah systematic review, dengan meninjau berbagai literatur yang relevan dari beberapa database ilmiah seperti ScienceDirect, Scopus, PubMed, dan SpringerLink, dalam rentang waktu Januari 2019 hingga Desember 2024. Kata kunci yang digunakan dalam pencarian adalah “video education” OR “video animation” AND “health animation” AND “animation media” AND “animation for education”. Dari hasil pencarian, sebanyak 10 artikel yang terdiri dari 2 artikel kualitatif dan 8 artikel kuantitatif dianalisis. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa media video animasi dan konseling sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang anemia. Video animasi terbukti menarik dan artistik, mudah dimengerti, serta efektif dan informatif dalam menyampaikan informasi kesehatan. Konseling, sebagai pelengkap, memberikan dukungan personal yang memperkuat pemahaman dan penerimaan informasi oleh ibu hamil. Simpulan dari studi ini adalah bahwa penggunaan media video animasi dan konseling sebagai metode edukasi kesehatan signifikan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang anemia. Tenaga kesehatan disarankan untuk memanfaatkan metode ini sebagai intervensi yang tepat dalam program edukasi kesehatan bagi ibu hamil. This study aims to evaluate the impact of education using video media and counseling on increasing pregnant women's knowledge about anemia. The method used in this research is a systematic review, by reviewing various relevant literature from several scientific databases such as ScienceDirect, Scopus, PubMed, and SpringerLink, within the time range of January 2019 to December 2024. The keywords used in the search were “video education” OR “video animation” AND “health animation” AND “animation media” AND “animation for education”. From the search results, a total of 10 articles, consisting of 2 qualitative article and 8 quantitative articles, were analyzed. The results of this study show that video animation media and counseling are very effective in increasing pregnant women's knowledge about anemia. Video animation is proven to be engaging and artistic, easy to understand, and effective and informative in conveying health information. Counseling, as a complement, provides personal support that strengthens the understanding and acceptance of information by pregnant women. The conclusion of this study is that the use of video animation media and counseling as health education methods significantly increases pregnant women's knowledge about anemia. Health workers are advised to utilize this method as an appropriate intervention in health education programs for pregnant women.

Abstract

Interest in learning is an important factor that influences learning success. This interest is influenced by internal factors, such as motivation and learning style, as well as external factors, such as parental support, facilities, and the school environment. Low interest in learning has a negative impact on student learning outcomes. Therefore, strategies are needed to improve it, such as the use of creative learning methods, active student participation, parental attention, and a conducive school environment. In addition, the hope of developing self-potential is an important aspect in the formation of adaptive and competitive characters. Its implementation involves education, training, motivation, and environmental support. Individual awareness of their strengths and weaknesses, access to resources, and guidance also play a role in self-development. A holistic approach in this process is important to realize individual potential that is beneficial to oneself and society.

Abstract

As the constitution of Indonesia, the 1945 Constitution (UUD 1945) serves as the basis for the drafting of laws governing various aspects of life, including health and occupational safety (K3). The 1945 Constitution does not explicitly regulate K3 but provides the foundation for the development of laws governing this field. Effective occupational health and safety (K3) practices help reduce workload and the risk of injuries in the workplace. This includes the identification, assessment, and control of potential hazards, as well as the enhancement of safety and health protection in the workplace. By implementing good K3 practices, companies can ensure that their employees work in safe and healthy environments, thus reducing workload and increasing productivity. The purpose of the study on Occupational Health and Safety (K3) Management and Workload is to analyze the relationship between K3 factors and employee workload, and to assess the impact of K3 programs on employee workload and overall health status. To address these challenges, collaborative efforts between the government, companies, labor unions, and K3 experts are required. Adequate resource provision, effective training, and inclusive safety culture promotion are key to enhancing K3 implementation. Additionally, technology can be utilized to strengthen risk monitoring and management systems in the workplace. In conclusion, the implementation of K3 in the workplace requires a comprehensive and sustainable approach to achieve a safe and healthy working environment for all employees. With strong cooperation among various stakeholders, it is hoped that a robust and sustainable safety culture can be established across various industrial sectors.

Abstract

Indonesian society is undergoing an epidemiological transformation as the burden of disease shifts from infectious diseases to non-communicable diseases. Hypertension has become a global problem and is one of the non-communicable diseases that requires special attention. The management of risk factors for hypertension is lifestyle. Rural and urban play an important role in lifestyle changes so that people in both places are at risk of hypertension. So it is necessary to see the differences in the lifestyles of urban and rural communities to prevent hypertension. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in lifestyle that occur in urban and rural communities in preventing hypertension. This research is a type of descriptive analytic with a cross-sectional design. The sample in this study were 150 respondents selected by stratified random sampling technique. The results of this study show there is a significant relationship between lifestyle in rural and urban communities. Rural and urban lifestyles affect the prevention of patients with hypertension.

Abstract

This journal reviews the implementation of national values based on the 1945 Constitution in facing regulatory challenges and problems in the Indonesian oil and gas industry. This research explores how the national values reflected in the 1945 Constitution can be applied in the complex context of the oil and gas industry. The analysis results show that the Indonesian oil and gas industry is faced with various challenges, including complex regulations and suboptimal governance issues. However, implementing national values in oil and gas industry regulations can strengthen the country's energy sovereignty. Steps to increase the implementation of these values include improving regulations that are oriented towards national interests, increasing transparent governance, and a commitment to protecting the environment and surrounding communities. This journal highlights the importance of cooperation between government, industry and society in achieving these goals. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of national values in the Indonesian oil and gas industry is faced with several challenges, such as complex regulations, suboptimal governance, and environmental and social issues that must be addressed. To overcome these challenges, efforts are needed to strengthen the implementation of national values in oil and gas industry regulations, such as improving regulations that are more oriented towards national interests, increasing transparent and accountable governance, and strengthening commitment to efforts to protect the environment and surrounding communities.

Abstract

The digital era brings major changes in various aspects of life, including in the field of national security. National security threats in the digital era no longer only come from military forces, but also from various forms of cyberattacks. Cyber threats become complex and diverse, and national resilience is tested by the emergence of various structured and organized cyber attacks. Pancasila is the basis of the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, which serves as the legal basis of the Indonesian state which mandates the implementation of national security to protect society. Security management is key in facing national security challenges in the digital era. This paper discusses the implementation of security management that can improve national security and cyber threats. This research aims to analyze the implementation of security management in national resilience in the digital era. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach.

Abstract

This research needs to be carried out because there may be disturbances in various fields such as economics, politics, defense and state security during the 2024 presidential and vice presidential general elections (PILPRES). Making Pancasila the State ideology to strengthen National Defense and Security in the elections president and vice president are the goals to be achieved. Library research was chosen as the method used in research by collecting legal sources. The data collection method used in this research was a literature survey. The legal data collected was analyzed qualitatively and the author used content analysis to classify legal materials. The results of this research will encourage the public and government to not only focus on holding presidential elections, but also pay attention to the impacts that may arise from this activity, specifically those related to National Defense and Security. By using the values ​​in Pancasila principles 1 to 5 as ideology, it can be concluded that this can strengthen the country's defense and security in the 2024 election.
