Abstract

This study aims to analyze the security management system with ISO/IEC 27001 and 27002 standards at PT Jasa Marga. This study uses a literature search study method with an ISMS approach. Information security management system (ISMS) means a form of process organization based on a business risk approach for planning (Plan), implementation and operation (Execute), monitoring and inspection (Check), and maintenance and improvement or development (Act) of security gossip, ISO/IEC 27000, 27001 and 27002 companies are accepted and adapted using standards. Based on the results of the study, companies that use the ISO/IEC 27001 standard receive ISMS/SMKI professional benefits from third parties who have assessed the security and available evidence. PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk as the first and largest toll road operator in Indonesia continues to improve services for road users, especially in the field of information and technology that continues to increase and develop. It can be concluded that the information security management system at PT. Jasa Marga has complied with the established standards.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui peran big five personality pada implementasi manajemen sekuriti mahasiswa dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Jumlah subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu 36 mahasiswa. Hasil uji asumsi menggunakan independen samples test menunjukkan hasil signifikansi 0,188 >? yang berarti tidak terdapat peran Big Five Personality pada implementasi manajemen sekuriti mahasiswa. Jika individu sudah memahami bagaimana cara melakukan manajemen pekerjaan, waktu, emosi, dan dapat bersikap secara profesional dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, maka yang bersangkutan mampu mengimplementasikan manajemen sekuriti dengan baik. Sedangkan individu yang belum atau tidak memahami bagaimana cara melakukan manajemen pekerjaan, waktu, emosi, dan bersikap secara profesional dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, maka yang bersangkutan tidak mampu mengimplementasikan manajemen sekuriti dengan baik. Jika yang bersangkutan tidak segera menyadari pentingnya memahami ilmu manajemen dan mengimplementasikannya maka akan cenderung berakibat pada depresi, percobaan bunuh diri, sampai tindakan bunuh diri.

Abstract

Juvenile delinquency is something that is considered commonplace among young people today. Juvenile delinquent behavior is caused by 2 factors, namely factors from the teenager himself (internal) and from outside (external). The aim of this research is to identify factors that influence juvenile delinquency in the era of globalization. Research designs on juvenile delinquency in the era of globalization can be carried out using qualitative or quantitative methods. Based on the research results obtained on factors regarding the impact of globalization on juvenile delinquency, namely the bad influence of globalization on teenagers, technological developments, the challenges of globalization, the increasingly declining moral values of teenagers. Among these factors, the factors that most influence juvenile delinquency in the era of globalization are the influence of a bad environment and the influence of peers. This can be caused by the majority of them receiving bad behavior from their parents. Therefore, every parent is expected to provide a gentle and humorous attitude towards their teenage children and continue to control their teenage children's activities so that they are kept away from juvenile delinquency. Abstract

Education is an important thing that cannot be ignored throughout human life. In the current digital era, character education is very important to be implanted and taught massively to students. The aim of this research is to explore the importance of character education in learning to improve the quality of education in the digital era. The research method used is literary research. Literary research is a research method carried out using collect data and take notes, evaluate documents or reading. Literary research can be obtained from various sources such as books, magazines, internet, libraries and documents. We hope that the results of this research can provide encouragement to all parties, including educational institutions, families and society, so that this can be done on a large scale to help make character education teachable and achievable, giving birth to a generation of people with personality and playing a role in improving the quality of education in the digital era.

Abstract

To find out the role of students in the security of the campus environment and find out the factors that cause security and comfort in the campus environment. This research method uses qualitative research with a case study approach which aims to obtain a picture of the actual situation at the location through collecting existing data. Based on research results, students play an important role as agents of change and social control in social life, especially in the campus environment. Students as agents of change must be able to champion changes in the security of the campus environment. Therefore, in this case, students as agents of change can make changes by going directly into the community to help solve various social problems faced by society, especially in the campus environment. and also from the results of our research we found efforts to maintain campus security from acts of theft, namely that security guards can give warnings and carry out controls every day, and security guards can also take action if the perpetrator of the theft is known to have committed theft and the perpetrator is caught by the security guard. Apart from security guards, students also play an important role in maintaining the security of the campus environment, but in reality students lack awareness in maintaining campus security. The security guard's job in protecting the campus environment will run well if there is good cooperation with students so that they can maintain campus security and as a last resort, the campus can also install more CCTV so that the perpetrators feel free to carry out their mission.

Abstract

Humans are social creatures who really need interaction with each other in their lives. The presence of virtual communities makes interaction between individuals and groups easier. Any kind of interaction, whether in the form of production, distribution and consumption of messages in a virtual community, has the potential to cause conflict. Social conflict is conflict between members of society, in this case the object is teenagers. The presence of this virtual community is also a center for disseminating information and hoaxes (Fake Information) which can cause conflict in virtual communities among teenagers. This research aims to investigate the causes of conflict in virtual communities and how to resolve them. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data was collected through online participation, interviews, documentation and literature studies relevant to this research. This research found that social conflict in virtual communities among teenagers is caused by misunderstandings in understanding texts or opinions, sensitivity to symbols, time and function of the community, cyberbullying, posting about SARA issues and, egoism regarding the different backgrounds of members in the community. This conflict divided virtual community members into three groups, namely conservatives, liberals and silent readers. There are several ways to resolve virtual conflicts that occur, including conciliation between conflict actors, mediation, changing the conversation or sending pictures that can invite laughter from other members.

Abstract

Coastal regions face significant challenges due to the dynamic interplay between waves and soil slopes, which can lead to instability and erosion. This study investigates the stability of coastal slopes under wave-loading conditions by integrating soil shear strength analysis with wave-induced forces calculation. The simplified slope stability analysis method serves as the framework for assessing slope stability, while wave characteristics such as height, period, and direction are considered to calculate driving forces induced by waves. Soil shear strength parameters, including cohesion and friction angle, are incorporated to determine the resisting forces within the soil mass. An example scenario illustrates the calculation process, demonstrating how wave shear stress and soil shear strength interact to influence slope stability. This research found that wave parameters such as height, period, and direction had a significant influence on the magnitude of the driving force acting on the coastal slope. The distribution of wave pressure and wave forcing is also described, showing a significant increase in pressure at certain depths. This research resulted in the integration of soil shear strength with calculations of forces caused by waves, which greatly influenced the stability of coastal slopes. This research shows that soil with higher shear strength has better resistance to forces caused by waves. Coastal slopes with a FoS value of more than 1 are considered stable, while slopes with a FoS of less than 1 indicate instability and potential failure. At a certain depth, driving forces are dominant, which increases the potential for slope failure. The main innovation of this research is the approach that combines hydrodynamic analysis with geotechnical analysis to assess coastal slope stability, the simplified slope stability method approach from Bea and Audibert (1981) to calculate FoS on coastal slopes, and the use of Historical Data and Numerical Modeling forForce Evaluation Wave.

Abstract

Background: One of the main factors causing work accidents due to human error is work fatigue. Every year around the world, millions of accidents occur, ranging from the mildest to the most severe. These losses are incredibly severe. Work fatigue in hospitals includes fatigue caused by physical factors such as temperature, lighting, microorganisms, chemicals, noise, and circadian rhythm (the sleep-wake cycle that repeats approximately every 24 hours, especially in night shift nurses), while non-physical fatigue is caused by psychosocial factors both at work and at home or in the surrounding community. Purpose: To determine the influence of gender, age, and wor experience on work fatigue among emergency room nurses at RSI. Sunan Kudus in 2024. Objective : The type of research used is correlational analytic research with a cross-sectional time approach. This study uses Total Sampling. Researchers used this technique because the population of nurses in the RSI Sunan Kudus Emergency Department in 2025 was 37 respondents. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire. The collected data was then analyzed using multivariate, univariate, and bivariate analysis, while the Spearman Rank Test was used to test the hypotheses. Result : The research results indicate a relationship between age range, gender, marital status, and work experience and work fatigue in emergency room nurses at RSI Sunan Kudus in 2024, with p-values of 0.038 < α = 0.05 for age range, 0.047 < α = 0.05 for gender, and 0.050 < α = 0.05 for marital status. The correlation coefficient values are 0.189 for gender with weak strength, 1.00 for age range with very strong strength, 0.690 for marital status with strong strength, and 0.00 for work experience with no relationship. Conclusion : Between gender, age range, and marital status, there is a relationship with work fatigue in ER nurses at RSI Sunan Kudus in 2024, while work experience has no relationship with work fatigue in ER nurses at RSI Sunan Kudus in 2024.
