Abstract

Penelitian ini secara spesifik bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh Tingkat Pendidikan orang tua terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di MINU 37 Hidayatul Ulum Candi. penelitian ini termasuk penelitian asosiatif atau hubungan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan yang menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik statistik regresi linier sederhana, Pengambilan Sample menggunakan Random Samplimg. Sampel yang diambil yaitu siswa kelas 1-6 dengan 30 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan satu variabel Independen Tingkat Pendidikan Orang Tua ( X ) dan Satu Variabel Dependen Yaitu Prestasi Belajar Siswa ( Y ). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data premer dengan 30 respoden dan data skunder berupa nilai rata-rata rapot. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengujian hipotesis, diperoleh hasil yakni terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara antara tingkat pendidikan orang tua dengan prestasi belajar siswa dengan hasil nilai signifikansi < 0,05 ( 0,008 < 0,05) dan nilai pearso correlation > r tabel ( 0,474 > 0,374). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.

Abstract

This research is aligned with the advancement of Financial Technology (FinTech) in Indonesia. FinTech provides a convenient option for the general public to carry out financial transactions online, including meeting the financial needs of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). One of the challenges faced by MSMEs is difficulty in accessing traditional financial institutions. This problem can be resolved through the advancement of FinTech in Indonesia, namely through the establishment of FinTech Shariah as a startup that offers a platform for connecting funders and entrepreneurs seeking money using the sharia system. This research methodology employs qualitative descriptive research by observing the website of a FinTech Peerto-Peer (P2P) lending company in Indonesia, specifically focusing on seven companies listed in the Financial Services Authority. Additionally, interviews with UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) are conducted to gather information pertaining to the utilization of Sharia-compliant FinTech by MSMEs. The research findings revealed that out of the 50 informants who were thoroughly analyzed, only 2% utilized Fintech peer-to-peer lending shariah as their corporate lending institution. Additionally, the majority of the informants were unaware of and lacked understanding regarding the application of fintech peer-to-peer lending shariah for their corporate financing needs. There should be a boost in Sharia FinTech financial literacy for MSMEs in order for them to fulfill their financing requirements through Sharia Fintech Peer-To-Peer Lending (P2P).

Abstract

This study examines the comparison of labor productivity during normal working hours and overtime in the ceramic installation work of the Transit Office renovation project of the Ministry of Finance in Balikpapan City.The main issue is how the value of labor productivity differs between normal working hours and overtime, and its impact on the decline in productivity and the increase in wage costs.The research method was conducted through direct observation in the field over 10 days during normal working hours (08:00–16:00) and overtime hours (19:00–22:00), focusing on the productivity of ceramic workers using 60cmx60cm ceramic tiles.The research results show a significant difference in labor productivity between normal working hours and overtime, where productivity during overtime decreases due to fatigue, which also leads to an increase in labor wage costs.In conclusion, although overtime can accelerate project completion in the short term, the implementation of overtime hours in the long term negatively impacts productivity and cost efficiency. Therefore, proper management of overtime hours is necessary to maintain a balance between time, cost, and quality in construction projects.

Abstract

Abstract— This study systematically investigates the application of Microwave-Assisted Extraction (MAE) and Ultrasonic-Assisted Extraction (UAE) to extract natural pigments from Coleus atropurpureus L. Benth leaves, using water as a green solvent. These advanced techniques were selected over conventional methods due to their well-documented advantages, including shorter extraction times, higher extraction efficiencies, and reduced environmental impact through lower solvent consumption. Importantly, MAE and UAE are particularly suitable for isolating thermolabile compounds such as plant pigments, as they minimize thermal degradation while enhancing yield. Key extraction parameters (feed-to-solvent ratio (F/S), particle size, extraction time, temperature, microwave power, and ultrasonic frequency) were systematically varied to evaluate their influence on extraction performance. Additionally, an air flow system was integrated into both setups to study the effect of controlled airflow (1 to 4 L/min) on pigment yield. For MAE, optimal conditions included 400 W microwave power, an F/S ratio of 0.01 g/mL, particle size greater than 40 mesh, 40 minutes extraction time, and an airflow rate of 1 L/min. In the case of UAE, maximum yield was achieved at a frequency of 40 kHz, extraction temperature of 60°C, F/S ratio of 0.01 g/mL, 25 minutes extraction time, and an airflow rate of 1 L/min. The resulting extracts were characterized using phytochemical screening, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and gas chromatography (GC). Kinetic modeling, employing first- and second-order equations, demonstrated that the second-order kinetic model provided a better fit for both MAE and UAE processes, indicating complex interactions between solute and solvent. Overall, this study highlights the potential of MAE and UAE as efficient, eco-friendly alternatives for pigment extraction from Coleus leaves.

Abstract

Children are entrusted as well as gifts from God who are obliged to receive affection in their proper growth and development, regardless of their parents' backgrounds. However, in real life, there are some children who are born out of a legal marriage (registered by the state), this is often the target of discriminatory treatment, both from a social and legal perspective. This research aims to explore in depth the form of protection and legal status of children outside marriage based on the perspective of Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection. This research is a normative research with a legal approach and theories that are relevant to the research problem, and the results of the study show that according to the laws and regulations regarding the guarantee of every child to obtain legal protection and recognition, at the practical level there are still legal vacancies, especially related to the recognition of the civil status of children outside of marriage, such as inheritance rights and legal relations with biological fathers. For this reason, collaboration between the legal apparatus, state institutions, and the collective consciousness of the community is needed to ensure the fulfillment of children's rights in a fair and free manner from discrimination.

Abstract

Interest in learning history among students, especially in rural areas of Indonesia, has decreased significantly, so that only about 35% of students show high interest in the subject. This condition has the potential to threaten their understanding of culture and national identity. This study aims to examine the use of the Japanese Fortress located in Badean Village as a source of history learning to increase the learning interest of MTs Nurul Iman students. A qualitative approach with an exploratory design is applied to explore the experiences and perceptions of students, teachers, and the community through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and focused group discussions. The results of the study revealed that visits and hands-on learning at the Japanese Fort site were able to increase students' interest and understanding of history. Interactive and contextual learning experiences encourage deeper emotional engagement of students. In addition, the use of these local historical sites helps students identify and live the cultural values inherent in their communities. These findings show the effectiveness of the Japanese Fortress as a historical educational medium in strengthening the cultural identity and learning motivation of MTs Nurul Iman students. The research recommends the need for adequate education policy support, special training for teachers, and improvements to the physical facilities of the site to optimize the use of local historical heritage. The integration of historical sites into the formal curriculum is also suggested as a strategic step in improving the quality of history learning in Indonesia as a whole.

Abstract

Penerapaan program swakelola dalam pembangunan berbasis masyarakat semestinya mengedepankan partisipasi dan kemandirian masyarakat itu sendiri. Adanya dugaan tindak pinana korupsi yang dilakukan oleh oknum anggota DPRD Provinsi Jawa Timur bersama pihak-pihak terkait melalui pemanfaatan kelompok masyarakat. Pokmas yang diinisiasi yakni “Srikandi Situbondo”, dugaan kuat tersebut terjadi dalam program Wawasan Kebangsaan (Wasbang). Pembentukan Pokmas yang direkayasa oleh pihak tak bertanggung jawab guna meloloskan proposal dan mencairkan dana negara senilai kurang lebih 1,2 miliar rupiah dengan kegiatan fiktif. Pengajuan proposal, pembuatan rekening bank, serta penyusuna laporan pertanggungjawaban disusun tanpa adanya keterlibatan substantif oleh kepengurusan Pokmas Srikandi Situbondo yang sah. Untuk menjamin akuntabilitas dan supremasi hukum, perlu dilakukan penegakan melalui ketentuan Undang – Undang Tindak Pidana Korupsi serta Kitab Undang – Undang Hukum Pidana. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif yang berfokus pada peraturan perundang undangan relevan dengan topik yang diteliti. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga memanfaatkan studi literatur sebagai pengumpulan data sekunder. Melalui analisis peran dan tantangan ini, penulis berupaya memberikan perspektif komprehensif mengenai penegakan tindak pidana korupsi dan menuntut respons hukum yang tegas dari aparat penegak hukum.

Abstract

This community service initiative was designed to enhance parents’ awareness of the importance of introducing moral education to early childhood. The program adopted a structured extension approach through counseling sessions aimed at equipping parents with both conceptual understanding and practical strategies to support their children’s character formation. The implementation followed three main stages: preparation, counseling, and evaluation. During the preparation stage, participants’ needs and parenting challenges were identified. The counseling activities were then carried out using lectures, discussions, and interactive dialogues, fostering active participation and shared learning. Evaluation was conducted through questionnaires and observation to assess participants’ comprehension and behavioral intentions. Findings indicate that parents developed a stronger awareness of their pivotal role in nurturing children’s moral values, such as honesty, discipline, respect, and empathy. Moreover, the counseling provided a reflective forum for exchanging parenting experiences. Overall, the extension approach proved effective in promoting moral education awareness and parental involvement in early childhood character building.

Abstract

Purpose: Employee engagement is a key factor in the operational success of retail businesses, particularly amidst high employee turnover and customer service pressures. However, many retail companies still rely on hierarchical leadership styles that offer limited participatory space. This conceptual research aims to develop a theoretical model explaining how inclusive leadership can enhance employee engagement through the mediating role of psychological safety. Research Methodology: A systematic literature review was conducted on 11 studies related to human resource management, leadership, and the retail sector (2010–2024). The study integrates Social Exchange Theory and Psychological Safety Theory to build a conceptual framework. Results: The findings propose three key theoretical propositions: 1. Inclusive leadership positively relates to psychological safety in retail environments. 2. Psychological safety mediates the relationship between inclusive leadership and employee engagement. 3. Employee engagement is higher in retail stores with an inclusive culture compared to those with a hierarchical culture. These propositions suggest that inclusive leadership fosters an environment where employees feel safe to engage, leading to greater emotional and cognitive involvement in their roles. Limitations: The study is conceptual and does not provide empirical validation. Future research is needed to test the model through primary data collection, such as surveys or case studies in retail companies. Additionally, the study focuses primarily on frontline employees, and further exploration is needed to include the role of middle management in the process. Contribution: This study contributes to the theoretical understanding of the internal mechanisms of inclusive leadership in the retail sector, with practical implications for the development of human-centric leadership training programs.

Abstract

The southwestern coast of Aceh Province is among the areas vulnerable to heavy metal pollution originating from human activities, including mining, agriculture, and household waste. Chue snails (Faunus ater) are among the aquatic organisms that can be used as a bioindicator of water pollution. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate the content of Lead (Pb), Cadmium (Cd) and Mercury (Hg) in F. ater snails originating from seven estuary areas in the southwestern coast area of Aceh Province. Analysis was also carried out to determine the environmental factors affecting metal accumulation and potential risks to public health. Sampling was performed in various areas, including the Jembatan Kembar River (Aceh Singkil), Trumon River (South Aceh), Kuala Lama Tuha (Southwest Aceh), Peunaga Cut Ujong River (Nagan Raya), Suak Ribe Puteh (West Aceh), Teunom River (Aceh Jaya), and Leupung River (Aceh Besar). This study used a laboratory analysis method with Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (AAS) instruments to measure metal concentrations in F. ater tissue. The results showed that all samples from seven areas were contaminated with Pb, Cd, and Hg at levels ranging from 0.691 - 1.575 mg/kg, 0.285 - 0.311 mg/kg, and 0.001 0.030 mg/kg, respectively. Pb and Cd content showed high heavy metal content, which exceeded the safe threshold according to the Food and Drug Administration (BPOM), Republic of Indonesia, with the greatest concentration found in the Southwest Aceh Regency. These results showed that the consumption of F. ater had the potential to endanger public health.
