Abstract

This study investigates the influence of work-life balance and work environment on organizational commitment, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable, at Ananda Purwokerto General Hospital. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 130 healthcare workers selected through accidental sampling. The Slovin formula with a 5% margin of error was used to determine the sample size. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach via SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results show that work-life balance and work environment both have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Moreover, job satisfaction significantly influences organizational commitment and mediates the relationship between work-life balance, work environment, and organizational commitment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Work Life Balance, Perceived Organizational Support, and Intrinsic Motivation on Employee Performance at PT MC (Mutiara Cahaya) Slawi in Tegal Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling technique involving 98 contract employees with a minimum of 6 months of work and permanent employees. Data collection was carried out online on Google from, and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method on SmartPLS 3.0 Software to test the relationship between variables. The results of this analysis indicate that work life balance has a positive but insignificant effect on performance, Perceived Organizational Support does not affect employee performance, while Intrinsic motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. With this research, the company is expected to create a balance of daily life and organizational support where the organization assesses contributions and cares about the welfare of employees. The implications of this study for supermarket management, the need to design policies that support intrinsic motivation of staff and provide work life balance in providing continuous improvement of employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of Transformational Leadership Style, Motivation, Non-Physical Work Environment, and Non-Financial Compensation on employee loyalty. This research employs a quantitative approach with a random sampling technique involving 107 employees. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method to test the relationships between variables. The results show that Transformational Leadership Style and Non-Financial Compensation do not have a significant effect on employee loyalty. Meanwhile, Motivation and Non-Physical Work Environment have a positive and significant influence on employee loyalty. These findings highlight the importance of providing motivation to employees and creating a supportive non-physical work environment to foster and enhance employee loyalty within the company. This study also affirms the relevance of social exchange theory in explaining how non-material interactions in the workplace can play a crucial role in building long-term employee commitment to the organization.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors influencing the interest in revisiting outpatients at Amelia Pare Hospital. Specifically, it analyzes the impact of service quality, facilities, and satisfaction on the interest in repeat visits, with satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research uses a quantitative approach, with a population of patients who revisited the hospital and a sample of 180 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Smart-PLS 4.0. The findings indicate that service quality (X1) has a direct effect on the interest in revisiting outpatient services (Y), while facilities (X2) also directly influence the interest in repeat visits (Y). Additionally, service quality (X1) directly affects patient satisfaction (Z), and satisfaction (Z) has a direct impact on the interest in repeat visits (Y). Moreover, service quality (X1) indirectly influences the interest in repeat visits through satisfaction (Z), indicating partial mediation, and facilities (X2) also indirectly influence repeat visit interest through satisfaction (Z). Based on these results, it is recommended that Amelia Pare Hospital enhance its service quality to improve patient satisfaction and increase the likelihood of repeat visits.

Abstract

This research aims to (1) develop display media from inorganic waste materials, (2) determine the validity, practicality and effectiveness of developing display media from inorganic waste materials. This research uses research and development methods with the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). The subjects of this research were class V students at SD Negeri 2 Banyumudal. Data collection techniques use interview methods, test methods, questionnaire methods, and documentation methods. The learning instruments are in the form of a syllabus and teaching modules, while the assessment instruments are validation sheets from media experts, materials and practitioners, and student response questionnaires. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that (1) a product is produced in the form of display media which can be used as reference material and learning media, (2) the validity of the display media results in an average of 3.6 with valid criteria, (3) the practicality of the display media is seen from Student responses at the extensive trial stage received a percentage of 89.55% in the very practical category. (4) the effectiveness of display media seen from the evaluation value at the extensive trial stage received an average of 87.2 in the very effective category. So, it is concluded that display media made from inorganic waste materials can be categorized as valid, practical and effective as a learning resource for elementary school learning.

Abstract

The transformation of education in the digital era demands rapid adaptation from teachers, both in pedagogical practices and professional performance. In this context, transformational leadership and organizational culture play a vital role in enhancing teacher performance. This article aims to analyze the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational culture in improving teacher performance within digital-based educational environments. Using a literature review approach, this study synthesizes findings from relevant research published over the past five years. The analysis reveals that transformational leadership contributes to fostering work motivation, individual development, and teachers’ readiness to embrace technological change. Concurrently, an inclusive and innovative organizational culture strengthens collaborative spirit and workplace stability. Furthermore, the study finds a synergistic relationship between transformational leadership and organizational culture that collectively supports improved teacher performance. These findings suggest that enhancing the quality of digital education requires an integrated strategy that aligns leadership practices with the development of an adaptive organizational culture. The study recommends systematic implementation of transformational leadership and reinforcement of adaptive organizational values in schools.

Abstract

In the context of education, needs assessment serves as a basis for developing relevant and priority development plans. This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of data-driven needs assessment in the development planning process of SMAN 1 Sampanahan. Effective educational planning should begin with an accurate assessment of needs to ensure that school policies and programs align with the actual conditions of the educational unit. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that SMAN 1 Sampanahan has utilized various assessment tools such as internal surveys, academic performance data, and program evaluation results to identify priority needs. The assessment process involves school principals, teachers, and the school committee as key stakeholders. However, challenges remain in data integration and consistency of need reporting across departments. These findings highlight the importance of data literacy capacity to support needs-based planning at the school level. This study recommends strengthening digital-based assessment systems and providing data-driven decision-making training for educators and school personnel.

Abstract

Pembiasaan literasi Islam merupakan kegiatan membaca dan memahami bacaan-bacaan Islami secara rutin dengan tujuan menanamkan nilai-nilai keagamaan kepada peserta didik. Literasi Islam tidak hanya berfokus pada membaca buku-buku bertema keislaman, tetapi juga memahami isi bacaan yang mengandung ajaran moral, akhlak, dan pengetahuan yang bermanfaat sesuai dengan tuntunan agama. Kegiatan literasi Islam di SD Alam Muhammadiyah Kedanyang dilaksanakan sebagai bagian dari program pembinaan keagamaan yang dirancang agar peserta didik terbiasa membaca, memahami, dan menginternalisasi nilai-nilai Islami sejak dini, sehingga membentuk karakter religius dalam diri mereka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan literasi Islam dilaksanakan secara rutin setiap pagi melalui kegiatan morning activity dengan pola pembiasaan yang terstruktur, pendampingan guru, serta evaluasi berkala. Kegiatan ini memberikan pengaruh positif bagi peserta didik, terlihat dari sikap religius yang berkembang seperti kedisiplinan, sopan santun, tanggung jawab, serta kepedulian terhadap sesama.Kesimpulannya, pembiasaan literasi Islam melalui morning activity di SD Alam Muhammadiyah Kedanyang berhasil menjadi sarana yang efektif dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai keagamaan dan membentuk karakter religius peserta didik secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

A supervisor must be competent research and development to improve the quality of education in schools or madrassa. Supervisors should also be able to assist teachers in preparing classroom action research, in addition he himself should also do research oversight. Supervisors are conducting research and development in order to fulfill their duties is a professional watchdog. The role of supervisors in implementing research and development in addition to conducting research for itself seeks a teacher in conducting action research.

Abstract

Problem Based Learning merupakan model pembelajaran yang inovatif dalam pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hasil belajar pada materi menulis kalimat sederhana peserta didik kelas II di SD Negeri Bendungan yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model Problem Based Learning Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif komparatif yang berupa presentase dari hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia antara pra siklus dan setelah siklus. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan model Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar. Sebanyak 28 peserta didik kelas II SD Negeri Bendungan menjadi peserta penelitian. Ukuran ketuntasan kelas minimal 60. Hasil sebelum dilakukan tindakan yaitu pada pra siklus hanya 16 peserta didik atau 57% yang tuntas, pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 22 peserta didik atau 79% yang tuntas belajar, dan pada siklus II meningkat lagi menjadi 26 siswa yang tuntas atau 93%. Penelitian ini dikatakan berhasil karena mencapai indikator kriteria ketuntasan klasikal yaitu ≥ 85% dari seluruh peserta didik.
