Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Untuk mengetahui potensi-potensi yang dikembangkan Ekowisata Taman Pinggir Nggawan (TPG) di Desa Pilanggede, Kecamatan Balen, Kabupaten Bojonegoro; (2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengembangan Ekowisata Taman Pinggir Nggawan (TPG) di Desa Pilanggede, Kecamatan Balen, Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Penelian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melibatkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam semua tahap penelitian. Pada tahap awal, penelitian ini melakukan studi kajian dokumen untuk mengetahui potensi-potensi yang dikembangkan oleh pengelola Ekowisata Taman Pinggir Nggawan (TPG). Selanjutnya, dilakukan wawancara mendalam dengan Kepala Desa Pilanggede, Ketua BUMDes Pilanggede Gemilang, Ketua Pokdarwis, dan masyarakat setempat yang terlibat dalam pengembangan Ekowisata Taman Pinggir Nggawan (TPG). Setelah data terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan menerapkan pendekatan tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola, temuan, dan rekomendasi yang muncul dari penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa potensi-potensi yang dikembangkan oleh pengelola Ekowisata Taman Pinggir Nggawan (TPG) menyangkut 4 hal yaitu : (1) Attraction atau daya tarik wisata yang meliputi wisata air, wisata edukasi, dan wisata sport and fun (2) Accessibility atau sarana dan infrastruktur yang memudahkan pengunjung saat datang ke lokasi ekowisata (3) Amenities atau fasilitas dalam ekowisata, dan (4) Ancillary atau pelayanan terhadap pengunjung melalui adanya kelembagaan dan organisasi. Partisipasi masyarakat dilakukan dalam setiap tahap pengembangan Ekowisata Taman Pinggir Nggawan (TPG) yang meliputi 3 hal yaitu : (1) Partisipasi masyarakat dalam perencanaan (2) Partisipasi masyarakat dalam pelaksanaan, dan (3) Partisipasi masyarakat dalam evaluasi. Partisipasi masyarakat memiliki peran penting dalam pengembangan Ekowisata Taman Pinggir Nggawan (TPG) karena melalui partisipasi aktif mereka ekowisata ini dapat tumbuh menjadi destinasi yang berkelanjutan baik secara ekonomi, sosial-budaya, dan lingkungan.

Abstract

Credit is a loan from a bank that needs to be repaid with interest. In practice, problematic credit or bad credit often occurs due to less thorough credit analysis in the credit granting process, or from bad customers. This research aims to predict creditworthiness using the Decision Tree Classification Algorithm and find a solution for determining it. This research uses the CRISP-DM (Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining) method. This research method tests the effects of using the decision tree, Support Vector Machine, and Naïve Bayes model with the Decision Tree Classification Algorithm. The decision tree classification algorithm accurately analyzed problem loans and non-problem debtors at 93.49%. The decision tree algorithm test results are better than the support vector machine by 3.45%, and naïve bayes by 13.03%. The results of our study were also 4.16% better than the previous study. This research has also implemented the selected model in the form of website application deployment.

Abstract

This study aims to design digital learning media in the form of 3D animated videos presenting the CAKRA mascot, which represents Malang State University (UM). This media will be uploaded on SIPEJAR as a supporting media for Pancasila Education. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) based on the ADDIE model comprises the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. It is articulated systematically at every stage by the outcome of learning needs analysis of both students and lecturers. Therefore, covered scripting and storyboarding for interactivity plus 3D animation production in Blender and Adobe Premiere Pro. The media developed was validated by subject matter experts, media experts, and language experts on a pilot test with 116 students. The results of the assessment prove that this learning media is effective at inspiration, raising motivation, and deepening students understanding as well as participation in learning about the values of Pancasila. Consequently, the use of educational mascots coming from cultural identity proves to be an innovative learning strategy for strengthening character education in digitalization.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana strategi pengembangan Benteng Portugis di Jepara sebagai tempat wisata sejarah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, dimana data dikumpulkan melalui berbagai teknik, termasuk observasi langsung, wawancara dengan informan, serta pengumpulan dokumen seperti foto, gambar, dan dokumen pribadi. Hasil penelitin ini menunjukkan bahwa, Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Jepara telah berhasil menerapkan banyak strategi beberapa strategi, meskipun masih ada kendala yang dihadapi dalam proses penyusunannya. Strategi yang diterapkan mencakup promosi yang lebih intensif, perbaikan infrastruktur, dan peningkatan fasilitas pendukung wisata. Transformasi ini tidak hanya menjaga nilai sejarah benteng tersebut, tetapi juga memberikan kontribusi ekonomi melalui peningkatan jumlah wisatawan. Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Jepara terus berupaya mengatasi kendala yang ada untuk memastikan bahwa Benteng Portugis tetap menjadi tujuan wisata yang menarik dan edukatif bagi pengunjung dari berbagai kalangan.

Abstract

Keabsahan norma hukum (hukum syari) bukanlah keabsahan formal yang ditentukan oleh suatu norma lain lebih tinggi yang mengotorisasi penciptaan norma tersebut seperti halnya dalam teori keabsahan formal norma hukum. Artikel ini berusaha menggali secara mendalam bagaimana pertingkatan norma dan penemuan hukum Islam (pendalaman dan rekontruksi konsep). Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan metode studi literatur yang menganalisis teori, konsep, atau fenomena yang sudah ada sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertingkatan norma di dalam hukum Islam dapat dirumuskan berikut: Pertama, prinsip-prinsip dasar hukum Islam/Nilai-nilai dasar hukum Islam (al-mabadi al-asasiyyah/al-qiyam al-asasiyyah), Kedua, asas-asas umum/prinsip-prinsip umum hukum Islam (al-usul al-kulliyyah), dan Ketiga, ketentuan-ketentuan hukum detail/konkret (al-ahkam al-faraiyyah). Adanya teori pertingkatan norma dalam hukum Islam ini menjawab permasalahan-permasalahan hukum Islam yang tidak hanya dari sudut pandang ketentuan-ketentuan hukum taklifi dan wadi saja yang merupakan peraturan hukum syariah yang detail dan konkret, akan tetapa juga harus dilihat dari sudut pandang dari asas-asas umum hukum dan prinsip-prinsip universal.

Abstract

Implementation of Function-Based Responsibility Accounting is a system used to determine the level of responsibility carried out by managers and employees in controlling production costs. This study aims to determine the implementation of function-based responsibility accounting for determining burdens, measuring performance, evaluating, and knowing the awards given by the company to employees. This study is located at PT.TIMW Bawen Unggaran. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative by collecting data through interviews with managers and heads of production along with documentation of related documents. The analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results obtained that the implementation of function-based responsibility accounting at PT.TIMW in determining burdens, measuring performance, evaluating and awards is good, but needs to be improved so that its performance is optimal.

Abstract

This research described garlic planting partnership program, described farmers’ perception on garlic planting partnership program, and analysed factors which influenced farmers’ perception on garlic planting partnership program. Basic method of the research used was quantitative with survey technique. The research location was in Nglebak Village and Sepanjang Village, Tawangmangu Sub-district, Karanganyar Regency, with Gapoktan consideration in Nglebak Village and Sepanjang Village that was one of Gapoktan followed garlic planting partnership program with Fajar Mulia Trasindo Ltd. The sampling used technique of purposive random sampling that consisted of 60 respondents. The data analysis used multiple linear regression test with SPSS Statistics 25.0 program. The research result showed that: (1) garlic planting partnership program that was done by Gapoktan in Sepanjang Village and Nglebak Village, Tawangmangu Sub-district with private party namely Fajar Mulia Trasindo Ltd. has occured since 2017. This program was based on partnership principle in order to be mutually beneficial between two parties. (2) farmers’ perception on garlic planting partnership program with Fajar Mulia Trasindo Ltd. in Tawangmangu Sub-district included in bad category, it was due to unsatisfactory result that was obtained by farmers in garlic planting partnership program which have been implemented, among others, the lateness of seed supply, the low quality of seeds given so that it influenced their garlic harvest. (3) partially or together in independent variable (self-concept, needs, experience, hope, novelty, intensity, and proximity) it did not be significantly influenced towards dependent variable (farmers’ perception on garlic planting partnership program).

Abstract

The Expected Value of Information and Opportunity Cost methods have become increasingly popular tools in strategic decision-making. In the context of decision-making, comprehensive information is crucial. If the information is incomplete or based on assumptions, decision-makers will struggle to make precise and clear decisions. Therefore, the concept of probability or likelihood needs to be applied to align with future consequences. Decision-making involves challenging aspects, such as responses to competitors and inflation indices that can affect various aspects within an organization. One form of decision-making involves conditions of risk that must be prepared for. In this scenario, two main criteria exist: Expected Value and Opportunity Loss, providing consistent results. This implies that the application of both methods has been utilized to make the best decisions and can enhance the decision-making process in various contexts. In the analysis of the expected value of information, we explore how the collection of additional information can influence the final decision. On the other hand, in the concept of opportunity cost, we measure the cost of alternative decisions not taken. The integration of these two methods offers a comprehensive and holistic perspective on the decision-making process.

Abstract

In everyday life, every human being is faced with problems where he must make decisions. Starting from simple things such as deciding to extend the morning sleep time with all the risks that will be faced, to difficult and even complex things. These decisions can be personal or social or short-term or long-term that inevitably must be decided. This study uses the literature review method and in discussing several theories used, case studies are conducted. Every decision-making will always face four conditions, namely Certainty, Uncertainty, Risk and Conflict. The EV value is obtained from the multiplication of Payoff with its probability. The largest EV value is the decision that must be taken. The EOL results show that the lowest is C, so stock C can be recommended for purchase by investors such as case 1. From the EVPI value of 108,056, the cost for analysts is 21,611, investors still get additional profit of Rp86,445 compared to if investors do not get perfect information. A high EV value is the best decision. (b) paying attention to the best opportunity loss (expected opportunity loss – EOL). The value with the lowest EOL is the best decision, (c) paying attention to perfect information (expected value of perfect information – EVPI). EVPI pays attention to the perfect information factor so that it can optimize the level of profit

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and organizational commitment on employee retention in the education service sector. In an era of competition and increasingly high dynamics in the world of work, educational institutions face great challenges in retaining qualified educators and administrative staff. This study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 75 respondents from educators and administrative staff at Ibn Khaldun University. The results of multiple regression analysis showed that both work motivation and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on employees' decisions to stay at the institution. This study provides practical recommendations for education management in developing strategies to increase HR motivation and loyalty
