Abstract

Verifikasi pengukuran dilakukan untuk menjaga validitas data hasil pengukuran. Pada penelitian ini telah dilakukan verifikasi pengukuran radioaktivitas 153Sm menggunakan alat dose calibrator dengan lima tipe yang berbeda, yaitu dose calibrator Atomlab 100, Atomlab 300, Atomlab 400, Atomlab 500, dan Capintec CRC-tr5. Parameter verifikasi meliputi akurasi, presisi, kelinieran, Limit of Detection (LOD), dan Limit of Quantification (LOQ). Pada pengujian akurasi, alat dose calibrator Atomlab 300 ditetapkan sebagai alat standar untuk menguji akurasi hasil pengukuran alat yang lain. Hasil verifikasi menunjukkan bahwa semua alat ukur memiliki error akurasi kurang dari 3%, namun setelah dilakukan uji t, ternyata hanya dose calibrator Atomlab 400 yang nilai thitung kurang dari ttabel, sedangkan Atomlab 100, Atomlab 500, dan Capintec CRC-tr5 thitung lebih besar daripada ttabel. Pada uji presisi diperoleh hasil bahwa kelima tipe alat dose calibrator memiliki presisi yang baik. Kelima alat tersebut memiliki nilai kelinieran yang baik untuk pengukuran Sm-153 radioaktivitas 20-140 mCi. Nilai LOQ dose calibrator Atomlab 100 = 8,48 µCi, Atomlab 300 = 5,08 µCi, Atomlab 400 = 8,66 µCi, Atomlab 500 = 8,78 µCi, dan Capintec CRC-tr5 = 7,23 µCi. Nilai LOD Dose calibrator Atomlab 100 = 2,54 µCi, Atomlab 300 = 1,52 µCi, Atomlab 400 = 2,59 µCi, Atomlab 500 = 2,64 µCi, dan Capintec CRC-tr5 = 2,17 µCi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kelima alat tersebut memiliki validitas pengukuran yang baik dengan kepercayaan pengukuran 95%, namun untuk Atomlab 100, 500, dan Capintec CRC-tr5 hasil pengukurannya perlu dikalikan faktor koreksi.Kata kunci: Dose calibrator, verifikasi, radioaktivitas, 153Sm

Abstract

The activity aimed to help school to determine whether the schoolfurniture which were provided to the students match with theirdimensions. The evaluation focused on students from Grade 1-3. Byusing ergonomics criteria and students’ anthropometry, the chair anddesk were evaluated. Results showed that most students’ did not matchwith the chair available to them. The height of chair were too high forthe majority of students with percentage are ranging from 12.5% (Boysin Grade 3) to 87.5% (Girls in Grade 1). Meanwhile, the height of deskwas not appropriate for all students from Grade 1 to Grade 3 (100%percentage). Findings from this activity suggested that the schoolauthority should evaluate the used of their school furniture.

Abstract

The community service aimed to a group of housewives in the Sampora village empower their household economy through the establishment of food stalls. The housewives who participated in this study were those who have been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. They had been involved in previous community service activities which were organized by Faculty of Engineering, Atma Jaya Catholic University so that they already had the ability to process catfish into various types of food. The stage to establish the selling stalls used the PDCA method including the plan, do, check and action. This activity hopefully increase the household income for them

Abstract

The film "Gadis Kretek" highlights the issue of discrimination against women. This analysis employs Roland Barthes' semiotic approach to dissect how signs and symbols in the film reflect social realities. The film presents an engaging narrative that mirrors the social dynamics, particularly concerning gender roles in the kretek industry. Using a qualitative method with a critical paradigm, data were collected through observation and documentation, and analyzed using Barthes' semiotic technique, focusing on denotative, connotative, and mythic signs. The denotative analysis highlights the facial expressions of female characters, dialogues, and the depiction of women in the kretek factory environment. The connotative analysis examines visual and narrative symbols portraying the limited roles of women in society at that time, through elements such as clothing colors, specific symbols, and scene layouts. The mythic analysis addresses societal stereotypes and beliefs about women's roles in the tobacco industry, as well as the film's efforts to challenge these views. The findings indicate that "Gadis Kretek" successfully depicts the complex social reality surrounding women's roles in the kretek industry, including discrimination and stereotypes that are still relevant today. Through semiotic analysis, the film provides a profound insight into inequality, role limitations, and women's struggle against patriarchal norms. These insights contribute to understanding how films can serve as tools for conveying social messages and highlighting issues of gender discrimination. "Gadis Kretek" not only entertains but also educates its audience on the ongoing issues of gender inequality, making it a significant work in both cinematic and social contexts.

Abstract

The research aims to explain and describe the efforts of the school in minimizing student disciplinary behavior at Al-Mardliyyah Tagangser Laok Waru Pamekasan Islamic Junior High School. The research method used a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection was done through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data processing involved reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was ensured through credibility and confirmability. The research results show forms of disciplinary behavior such as arriving late to school, not participating in learning activities, leaving before time, not adhering to uniform regulations, bringing mobile phones to school, and being absent without explanation. The role of the class teacher includes being a parent figure, guidance counselor, motivator, administrator, and communicator. Discipline enforcement is carried out through a system of violation point weights which are socialized at the beginning of each new academic year packaged with the Student Introduction Period activities. A WhatsApp group facilitates communication between class teachers, guidance counselors, and the student affairs department. Collaboration between class teachers and guidance counselors involves formulating guidance procedures, compiling summaries, assigning home visit tasks, and monitoring and evaluation.

Abstract

Financial reporting via the internet is the disclosure of financial information using the company's own website. With the development of information technology, all work and human activities can be completed effectively and more efficiently. Financial reporting via the internet is expected to improve a company's communication with external and internal parties of the company, as well as other parties related to the company. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the independent variable namely Profitability on the dependent variable, namely Internet Financial Reporting on the company manufacturers listed on the IDX for the 2019-2020 period. The type of research used is explanatory research with data collection techniques using secondary data. The object of this research is a manufacturing company listed on the IDX for the 2019-2020 period. The number of samples in this study were 72 companies using SPSS. The data analysis technique used in the study uses simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the profitability variable has no effect on Internet Financial Reporting.

Abstract

Public relations strategy really needs to be carried out by an organization or agency to form a positive image of the company. The importance of public relations apart from being a liaison and conveying information to the public, is also a good environmental shaping tool for public understanding of information and company policies. PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Unit Padang Pelawi in building a positive image in the partnership program. The purpose of this study was to determine the public relations strategy in running the partnership program at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Unit of Padang Pelawi. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, by making descriptions and descriptions in a systematic, factual and accurate manner regarding the facts and characteristics and relationships between the phenomena being investigated by collecting data and then analyzing it to obtain conclusions. The data collection technique was done by means of interviews, observation and documentation. From the results of this study, it can be said that the public relations strategy in running the partnership program at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Unit of Padang Pelawi very good, this is because policies related to implementation guidelines, work methods, procedures and regulations carried out by the company are in accordance with the company's standard operating procedures, in addition to the partnership fund assistance program as well as information and technology assistance, which have a positive impact on company employees (internal) and society (external).

Abstract

The enactment of the Employment Copyright Constitution automatically participates, including those related to broadcasting, like it or not, we have to be ready to welcome digitalization. For broadcasting industry players, migrating to digital TV is like leaving your own home. In this case, the government and the regional Indonesian broadcasting commission (KPID) can socialize and educate people who still lack knowledge, therefore the author wants to continue in scientific writing with the aim of this research aims to determine the migration of television digitization broadcasting 2022 in Bengkulu Province, this study uses descriptive qualitative method with interview, observation and documentation data collection tools. The results of the study show, in general, that local television has stated its readiness firmly, only there are still many obstacles and doubts regarding the technical way the broadcast will be carried out, in terms of regulation the KPID also still needs further information from the Ministry of Communication and Information regarding the use of the setting box and distribution system to society.

Abstract

Body Shaming is physical violence that has an impact on psychology or mentality that can affect a person's life, both for individuals and groups. The large number of perpetrators who lead to body shaming causes negative impacts on victims, including depression, sadness and shame, and even withdrawal from social interactions. This study aims to determine the phenomenon of body shaming among students at Dehasen Bengkulu University. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Based on the research results, researchers analyzed the phenomenon of body shaming among female students at Dehasen University Bengkulu through a critical approach to the theory of objectification of women. In this study the research informants were students at Dehasen University, Bengkulu City, who had shapes in the Body Shaming category, such as fat, tall thin, short fat (bontet), black skin, spotty faces. Through analysis of the data that has been obtained, researchers found that the act of body shaming experienced by the informant was the result of intersection between students, both classmates and close friends. The researcher saw that some informants experienced body shaming and had different impacts, namely creating the habit of monitoring their bodies regularly on themselves, feeling embarrassed, feeling insecure, becoming stressed thinking about this talk and distancing themselves from friends.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the phenomenon of using the instagram stories feature as a medium to express student self-existence. In the digital and media era, Instagram stories are one of the platforms used by Dehasen University's 2020 Communication Science students for various aspects of their lives. The results showed that students actively use the instagram stories feature to describe their identity and self-existence. Their stories postings include a variety of content, such as pictures, videos, short stories, quotes, and daily activities. Through content analysis, this study identifies patterns in the way students construct their self-existence on this social media. This research also discusses the impact of using Instagram Stories on students' social interactions and self-perception. This research uses Qualitative research methods. The subjects of this study consisted of 4 informants from the Dehasen University Class of 2020 Communication Science Study Program. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that this platform plays an important role in building social relationships, increasing self-confidence, and providing opportunities to express their interests, values, and aspirations.
