Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem pemesanan dan penjualan produk pakaian yang sedang berjalan pada Toko Icha sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam melakukan pengembangan sistem yang akan dilakukan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi metode grounded research, metode wawancara, dan metode observasi (pengamatan). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi Clothing Market pada Toko Icha berbasis Android yang ditulis dengan bahasa pemrograman Kotlin menggunakan editor Android Studio. Dari hasil aplikasi yang telah dibuat, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pihak toko dipermudah dalam melaksanakan proses penjualan dan pemesanan produk pakaian dengan mengimplementasikan aplikasi yang telah dirancang dan dibangun secara tersistem dan terstruktur, sehingga tingkat kehilangan dalam proses pelaksanaan penjualan dan pemesanan produk pakaian dapat teratasi.

Abstract

The practice of gratification, which involves receiving rewards or gifts by state administrative officials, can undermine the foundations of good governance principles. The implications of gratification practices can damage the government's image, reduce public trust, and affect the effectiveness of public policy. This phenomenon creates challenges in various aspects, including public ethics, public trust, and the effectiveness of legal institutions. Apart from that, the dynamics of gratification can also penetrate the administrative decision-making process. Objective considerations in decision making can be disturbed by the influence of gratification, resulting in policies that are not in line with the public interest. This opens up gaps in inequality in public services and inefficient use of public resources. The high complexity of this problem requires an in-depth understanding of the dynamics of gratification in the practice of State Administrative Law. Especially solutions to overcome the problems of awareness and ethics of state administration administrators, internal and external supervision of perpetrators of gratification, environmental conditions of work organizations and active participation from various stakeholders to prevent and eradicate can involve various parties, especially law enforcement officials, the media and the public to proactively reveal , urge and report behavior that leads to gratification. This article explores the phenomenon of gratification in the context of state administrative law practice. Through in-depth analysis, we explain the dynamics behind gratification, its impact on the effectiveness of the state's administrative legal system, and efforts that can be made to overcome this problem. Our research concludes that a deep understanding of gratification is critical to enhancing the integrity and credibility of the country's administrative legal system.

Abstract

Canva is an online application that can be used to create graphic designs for various needs such as logos, social media content, banners, posters and flyers. This study aims to describe the utilization of the canva application in online business promotion to increase sales. This research is qualitative research. based on TerenceShimp's Marketing Communication Dimensions Theory (2003). The results of this study indicate that the utilization of the canva application has been effective and has contributed to increasing sales and strengthening marketing strategies for online business owners in the city of bengkulu, especially for MSMEs. The results of individual sales of the canva application are an effective tool for creating attractive and professional promotional materials. Its use includes selecting backgrounds, editing designs with text, images, and other design elements, changing colors, fonts, and layouts as needed. Advertising that Canva has an advantage in creating advertising designs compared to other applications. Sales promotion where Canva helps them create professional designs, increase buyer confidence, build a strong visual identity, and visually communicate product benefits to buyers. Sponsorship marketing where wise use of Canva in a larger marketing strategy can contribute significantly to sales growth and brand awareness, Publicity, Canva provides a useful tool for creating attractive promotional designs. Thus, this strategy can be an effective step in growing the business of the business owner. and communication at the point of purchase Canva application is an invaluable tool for MSMEs and small businesses to improve quality and efficiency in the field of design and promotion.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the communication behavior of Tik Tok social media users, especially non-verbal communication behavior, especially among Communication Science students at Dehasen University Bengkulu. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and observations of active students of the Communication Science Study Program who use Tik Tok. This research uses the S-O-R theory, namely Stimulus, Organism, and Response. The results showed that Communication Science students tend to dominate non-verbal communication behavior on Tik Tok. They often access videos according to interests and trends, creating content inspired by what they watch. Although the content varies, the main trends include traveling, cooking, selling, news, vlogging, thrift clothes and family drama. Participation was dominated by female students, with varied responses after using Tik Tok, including being entertained, inspired and wanting to exist through comments. Non-verbal student communication behaviors included facial expressions and gestures, clothing, visual effects, camera movements and editing, as well as reactions and interactions with other content. Students often use their creativity to attract attention, share ideas and engage in community interaction on Tik Tok.

Abstract

Cultural diversity gave birth to many different cultures in Bengkulu Province, one of which is in Kedataran Village, Maje District, Kaur Regency. In the communication process between people of different cultures, a more comprehensive understanding is needed so that it does not become a conflict. This underlies the research conducted in Kedataran Village, with the aim of describing the intercultural communication process that occurs between indigenous people and transmigration communities in this area. This type of research is field research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were interviews with key and main informants, as well as observation and documentation. This research uses the theory of intercultural communication (Ting-Toomey, 1985) which includes symbolic exchange, proces, different cultural communities, interactive situation, negotiate shared meanings, and societal embedded system. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it is concluded that 1) the use of intercultural communication symbols in Kedataran Village is the language used, namely Kaur, Javanese, and Indonesian, 2) although there are cultural differences but people are able to understand each other so that the communication process is quite harmonious, 3) different cultural communities between people coexist by applying mutual tolerance and mutual respect for differences, 4) interactive situations of intercultural communication during weddings, official village forums, and social activities, 5) negotiation of meaning is related to the substance of the issues conveyed such as conflicts due to differences in viewpoints and assessments of other cultures, 6) systems embedded in society shape the process as well as the results of intercultural encounters between indigenous and transmigration communities.

Abstract

News is the latest information or information about something that is happening. News is usually presented through print, broadcast, internet or by word of mouth to third parties and the general public. This research aims to find out and analyze the critical discourse of kriminal news on Rakyat Bengkulu.Com (Study of Kriminal News by Police Officers Cabuli Young Women), this research is qualitative research. The results of this research show a critical discourse analysis of kriminal news on Rakyat Bengkulu.Com (Study of Kriminal News by Police Officers Obscuring Young Women) that in the analysis of the kriminal news text on Rakyat Bengkulu.Com, it can be seen that the text reflects a case of alleged immoral acts involving a police officer and a woman. From this analysis, it was found that the news described the case situation, chronology of events, investigation steps, and the victim's request for accountability. Furthermore, in discursive (mesostructural) analysis, it is shown that the mass media has ideological considerations and journalists' work routines in determining how news is presented. In the context of the Rakyat Bengkulu.Com news, this discursive aspect includes the production, dissemination and consumption of news which influences readers' understanding and reactions to the case. Finally, in socio-cultural (macrostructural) analysis, it was found that this case had situational, institutional and social dimensions that influenced various aspects of the victim's life, the responsibilities of the police institution and broader social issues. This shows the role of the media in shaping opinions and responding to relevant social and legal issues.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived convenience, risk, attitude, subjective norms, knowledge, benefits and trust on interest in transacting using financial technology. This research is a quantitative research with data collection techniques using questionnaires to undergraduate students at UNISNU Jepara. The population in this study were undergraduate students at UNISNU Jepara. The sampling method in this study was simple random sampling method because the population size was known and the researcher used the slovin formula to determine the sample size for use in this study, namely a total sample of 98 students. The results showed that Perceived Convenience, Risk, Attitudes, Subjective Norms, and Trust had a positive effect on Interest in transacting using fintech among UNISNU Jepara students. While Risk, Effectiveness, Knowledge, and Benefits have no effect on Interest in transacting using fintech for UNISNU Jepara Students. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.975. This explains that 97.5% of the variation in Interest in Transactions Using Financial technology can be explained through this regression. While the remaining 2.5% is explained by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

Sekolah-sekolah Muhammadiyah di Kota Tegal menghadapi berbagai masalah penyusunan laporan keuangan, terutama terkait pemahaman dan penerapan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan terbaru seperti ISAK 35. Permasalahan utama mencakup kurangnya pemahaman, tantangan implementasi, keterbatasan sumber daya, ketidakpastian dalam interpretasi standar, serta kekhawatiran terkait akuntabilitas dan transparansi. Pemilihan topik ini penting karena penyusunan laporan keuangan yang baik dan sesuai standar merupakan fondasi utama transparansi dan akuntabilitas, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan kepercayaan dari stakeholders. Tujuan kegiatan PkM adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pengelola keuangan sekolah-sekolah Muhammadiyah di Kota Tegal dalam menyusun laporan keuangan sesuai ISAK 35. Metode yang digunakan meliputi presentasi, workshop interaktif, studi kasus, diskusi kelompok, dan pendampingan. Peserta terdiri dari 22 pengelola keuangan dari 10 sekolah Muhammadiyah di Kota Tegal dan 2 orang dari Majelis Dikdasmen PNF PDM Kota Tegal. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta. Sebanyak 80% melaporkan peningkatan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang ISAK 35, 75% berhasil mengembangkan keterampilan praktis dalam menerapkan standar tersebut, dan 85% peserta merasakan peningkatan akuntabilitas dan transparansi dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan. Keseluruhan, kegiatan telah berhasil memberikan kontribusi yang berarti dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pengelola keuangan sekolah Muhammadiyah di Kota Tegal, yang diharapkan berdampak positif pada pengelolaan keuangan sekolah secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

The Central Bureau of Statistics reports that there is currently more waste in Indonesia for four reasons: (1) Indonesia now has a population of 261.89 million, up from 206.26 million in 2000; (2) Economic growth is accelerating, with the industrial sector contributing 2,739.4 trillion to GDP in 2014; (4) The development of people's consumption habits. This increased from only 2,739.4 trillion in 2000. This condition causes an increase in waste in terms of quantity, type, and quality. Waste problems also occur in Sipak Village. The lack of facilities and equipment to handle waste in Sipak Village, as well as the lack of community understanding of environmental management and sanitation, especially related to waste, are some of the causes of the accumulation of waste. Solutions that we can provide to our partners in this service activity include inviting the community to clean up the surrounding environment and providing waste management advice, establishing a waste bank, and processing waste into products that have selling value such as handicrafts, bricks, paraffin, and fuel (BBM).

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat yang dilakukan di Kota Singkawang bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan pengelolaan usaha UMKM di Kota singkawang dengan benggunaan aplikasi digital. Saat ini dunia usaha dituntut untuk bergerak lebih cepat, dan pergerakan yang cepat gtersebut harus didukung oleh system informasi berbasis teknologi yang mampu memberikan masukan informasi yang sangat bermanfaat dalam pengambilan keputusan. Kota Singkawang kami pilih karena Kota Singkawang adalah daerah di provinsi Kalimantan Barat yang kami nilai memiliki tingkat pertumbuhan ekonomi yang baik. Pertumbuhan   ekonomi yang dicapai ini tentu saja tidak lepas dari peranan UMKM terutama dalam menopang Masyarakat kelas menengah ke bawah untuk mampu bertahan. Untuk itu perhatian yang lebih intensif mutlak diperlukan guna membantu UMKM untuk tumbuh dan berkembang secara berkelanjutan.
