Abstract

Penelitian ini merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem penunjang keputusan untuk menentukan besaran beasiswa. Latar belakang penelitian berkaitan dengan kompleksitas dan ketidakpastian dalam pengambilan keputusan beasiswa, yang memerlukan metode yang mampu menangani nilai linguistik. Metode Fuzzy Tsukamoto digunakan untuk menangani ketidakpastian, sementara Genetic Algorithm (GA) diaplikasikan untuk mengoptimalkan hasil perhitungan berdasarkan aturan fuzzy. Kombinasi metode ini menghasilkan sistem yang adaptif terhadap perubahan kondisi dan kebutuhan. Tujuan penelitian adalah menciptakan sistem efisien dan transparan dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan penentuan besaran beasiswa. Evaluasi sistem menggunakan korelasi Spearman menghasilkan nilai 0.88, menunjukkan hubungan positif dan kuat antara peringkat beasiswa hasil Fuzzy Tsukamoto dan GA. Sistem menyajikan hasil perhitungan beasiswa secara informatif melalui tabel dan grafik, memberikan pemahaman yang mudah bagi pengguna. Dengan implementasi menggunakan PHP dan bersifat web-based, diharapkan sistem ini dapat diakses dengan mudah dari berbagai perangkat. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah memberikan kontribusi pada efektivitas dan transparansi pengambilan keputusan dalam penentuan besaran beasiswa.

Abstract

Masjid tak hanya jadi sarana ibadah seperti salat semata, masjid juga berfungsi sebagai lokasi pusat pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan agama. Sampai saat ini, pengelolaan informasi terkait Masjid Al-Jihad masih disampaikan dengan format buku tulis berisi informasi pengelolaan data serta kegiatan yang dilaksanakan di area masjid Al-Jihad. Untuk mempermudah masyarakat dalam mendapatkan informasi terkait pengelolaan data dan kegiatan yang ada di Masjid Al-Jihad, akan dibangun sebuah sistem informasi berbasis web. Sistem ini memungkinkan pengurus masjid menyediakan informasi seperti jadwal adzan, bacaan al-quran, dan mengumpulkan donasi secara online via QRIS. Masyarakat ingin berdonasi ataupun hanya melihat-lihat bisa secara langsung mengakses website tersebut tanpa harus login terlebih dahulu. Jika ingin berdonasi, maka perlu siapkan data diri berupa nama, serta screenshoot pembayaran sebagai bukti telah melakukan donasi. Dengan sistem ini, pengurus Masjid bisa memonitoring laporan keuangan secara real time. Jamaah di sekitar masjid juga dapat mengakses informasi tentang kegiatan Masjid Al-Jihad setiap saat melalui laman web. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang akan digunakan adalah Metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Model Waterfall. Proses ini dimulai dari tahap perencanaan, analisis, perancangan, pengkodean, pengujian, hingga implementasi.. Web ini dikembangkan dengan bantuan framework atau kerangka kerja Laravel. Pada tahap pengujian, menggunakan metode Black Box Testing untuk melakukan pemeriksaan performanya. Pengujian Usability-nya menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) dalam bentuk kuesioer yang diserahkan pada responden yang telah mencoba menggunakan aplikasi web ini dan mendapatkan skor rata-rata 86,5.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze financial performance, tax effort and the elasticity of tax revenue in the parent region and expansion regions in Jambi Province. The novelty of this research is that it uses three analytical tools in assessing the autonomy of parent and expansion regions. The analysis used is financial performance analysis to assess regional financial performance, regional tax effort analysis to assess regional ability to absorb tax revenues, and tax revenue elasticity analysis to assess the productivity capacity of regional tax revenues. The research method is a quantitative method using secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency website, Bank Indonesia reports, as well as relevant literature.The research results state that the financial performance of the expansion regions and the parent Regency/City regions in Jambi Province is classified as non-autonomous. In terms of tax effort, the parent district/city area in Jambi Province for the 2009-2021 period is relatively high in terms of tax capacity, as well as efforts to find tax sources. Meanwhile, the district/city expansion areas in Jambi Province are classified as having high tax capacity and low effort to find tax sources. For the regional elasticity analysis, the level of elasticity of the realization of tax revenues from the parent region and the expansion regions towards GRDP at constant prices in 2010 in the Regency/City of Jambi Province during the research period on average shows an elastic category.

Abstract

This study aims to find out One Piece Anime so that it becomes popular culture among millennials in Bengkulu city. This study used communication theory, anime theory, cultural theory, popular culture theory, and millennial theory. This study also used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques in this study using the method of observation, interviews, documentation. In general, the results of the study conclude that how One Piece Anime becomes Popular Culture among Millennials in Bengkulu City which has been going very well. Based on the reciprocity of communication flows and cultural trends that arise in society created by One Piece anime fans which can exchange information and spread the culture. Thus, it makes people can accept the existence of this culture. Many people also follow cultural trends, for example imitating styles like characters in anime. For example, Monkey D Luffy who has a spirited character that doesn't complain, always fights to the maximum, makes friends with any race. This character can be applied in everyday life and affects the social community. Likewise with fashion, such as clothes, hairstyles and accessories, for example the shirt that Luffy wore in the Deseirosa Arc.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the framing of the news of sexual violence cases in the mass media Rakyat Bengkulu Online in 2021. This research is a qualitative research moving from the empirical field in an effort to build theory from data. The data collection process is carried out by visiting the research site, namely local media in Bengkulu Province by bringing a research format. The results showed that the news framing of sexual violence cases in the mass media Rakyat Bengkulu Online in 2021 where rakyetbengkulu.com tried to report on sexual harassment cases prioritized concern for preventing sexual harassment cases from happening again. In some news, rakyatbengkulu.com does not emphasize how the chronology of events, who are the victims. What is displayed is the number of cases, how it happened so that it still maintains the feelings of the victim, displays words that are only general but easy to understand by readers so as not to cause something that is sensitive to read, and does not harm victims. media becomes a safe space for survivors of sexual violence so that they can speak out without worrying about the confidentiality of their identity.

Abstract

The existence of MSMEs can be believed to reduce unemployment and crime rates in the community so MSME empowerment needs to be improved properly. Most of the residents of Sambeng Village are MSME actors, but in their MSME activities, only 3.02% have business licenses. Policies related to obtaining capital with government facilities, namely low-interest credit, require financial reports that comply with the SAK-EMKM standards. This study aims to explore more deeply the implementation of SAK-EMKM in MSME financial reports. The method is descriptive qualitative with primary data sources. A sample of 95 based on purposive sampling. The results of the study showed that many MSMEs in Sambeng District have not implemented financial reports by SAK-EMKM, namely 73% of 95 respondents. Factors that hinder MSME actors from implementing EMKM-SAK are education, literacy, and capital sources. Based on the questionnaire, MSME actors whose capital sources are loans from banks that implement EMKM-SAK and for their capital, on average do not implement.

Abstract

The Flexing phenomenon in TikTok celebs is not just a physical act of showing off wealth and based on several studies, TikTok celeb flexing is a form of symbolic communication. The purpose of this study was to determine the flexing performed by TikTok celeb Adelina Margareta as symbolic communication. This research uses a qualitative method with a semiotic analysis approach of the Roland Barthes model whose focus of attention is on the idea of two-stage signification (two orders of significations), namely analyzing the signifier and signified. Based on the results of the analysis of the 2 TikTok contents of Adeline Margaret with the Roland Barthes theoretical approach, it is known that the two contents analyzed contain denotative, connotative and mythical meanings to create audience perceptions on symbols of social status, financial success, or self-image that Adeline Margaret wants to project. The denotation of the act is a direct representation of the object shown, which is wealth. The connotation refers to the social values associated with luxury and fame. The hedonistic lifestyle and showing off luxury goods is a form of representation of the lives of the wealthy. Through her visual and narrative representations, Adeline Margaret builds an idealized self-image and inspires her followers to pursue a similar lifestyle.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the stages in therapeutic communication process are established between teachers and students with Down syndrome who are in SLB Karabela, Bengkulu city. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. In this study using data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that there is a practice of therapeutic communication at SLB Karabela, where this communication has four stages, namely the pre-interaction stage where this stage the teacher prepares himself to meet with students, the stage (orientation) Introduction stage where the teacher approaches students slowly, the work stage where the teacher is teaching children with Down syndrome by persuading students gently and the termination stage where the teacher sees the students’ development from beginning to end. In this study it is found that teachers in dealing to students with Down syndrome have different ways. This is because students with Down syndrome have different characters, so they require different actions.

Abstract

Violence is an act by individuals or groups that can cause victims to experience physical and non-physical pain. This study aims to analyze the representation of violence in the Korean drama The Glory committed by the cast in the Korean drama The Glory. This research uses a qualitative approach using the Roland Barthes semiotic analysis method with Sanford H. Khadis' theory of violence. Korean drama The Glory can represent 5 forms of violence according to Sanford H. Kadish's classification. In the Korean drama The Glory contains violence presented in 9 scenes contained in the scenes of the cast of this drama. Each form or type of violence represented in this drama shows a sign of denotation, connotation and myth in Roland Barthes' semiotics.

Abstract

Kepahiang Regency, Bengkulu Province has many beautiful and easily accessible tourist destinations, one of which is in Pagar Gunung Village, Kepahiang District. This village has a stunning natural tourist attraction, namely Curug Terambon with the charm of a waterfall that flows freely between piles of beautiful rocks. Developing tourism potential and increasing tourism promotion is an important priority program to be carried out in order to improve the economy of village communities. And to make all this happen, it is necessary to get support from all village communities, especially youth, by utilizing various digital platforms, namely increasing tourism promotion on social media. Therefore, Lecturers and Students of the Communication Science Study Program, Faculty of Social Sciences, Dehasen Bengkulu University carried out community service activities to help the youth of Pagar Gunung Village in their efforts to introduce the village's potential to the wider community through assistance in making digital-based tourism promotional videos. Through making this video, the charm of Curug Tarambon as a potential tourist attraction for Pagar Gunung Village can be explored. This activity went well and is expected to provide benefits, namely increasing the capacity of the youth of Pagar Gunung Village, especially the skills of making videos by utilizing the cellphone media they have, where the results of video production can be used as promotional media so that they can help introduce the village's potential to the wider community.
