Improving the quality of education requires a management approach that integrates leadership, school culture, service quality, achievement, and stakeholder participation. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Power Five-P Program to enhance the quality of education at Senior High School 4 in Bima City. The research uses a mixed-methods approach with an embedded design, in which qualitative data serve as the primary source and quantitative data provide support. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, document analysis, and analysis of school achievement data, involving 36 informants, including the principal, vice principals, teachers, education staff, students, and representatives of parents' and school committees. The results show that the Power Five - P Program serves as an integrated school quality management model through five interrelated dimensions: Profile, Appearance, Service, Achievement, and Participation. Quantitative findings show a 100% graduation rate during the 2017–2024 period, about 85% of graduates accepted into state universities, more than 90% continue to higher education, and an increase in the number of applicants from around 350 students in 2021 to over 500 students in the 2024/2025 academic year. The school climate survey also showed a good category in terms of security (73.47%) and diversity (67.37%). Qualitative findings indicate that strong leadership, data-based management, a collaborative culture, and stakeholder involvement contribute to improving education quality. The novelty of this research lies in the development of the Power Five - P Program as a form of operationalizing Total Quality Management (TQM) principles adapted to local policy and cultural contexts. Theoretically, this research offers an integrated school-quality management model that emphasizes the synergistic relationships among organizational culture, leadership, stakeholder participation, and continuous quality improvement in the educational context.

This study reconstructs a religion- and culture-integrated model of curriculum management at Al-Ishlahuddiny Islamic Boarding School in West Lombok, where Islamic values and reconstructed Sasak culture are managed as one educational system rather than as separate programs. The research used a qualitative intrinsic case study within a constructivist and interpretive paradigm. Data came from pesantren leaders, principals, teachers, dormitory supervisors, santri, alumni, parents, and community figures through in-depth interviews, participant observation, document analysis, and focus group discussions. Analysis followed the interactive model of open, axial, and selective coding, and trustworthiness was maintained through triangulation, member checking, peer debriefing, reflexivity, and audit trails. The findings yielded three connected constructs. The Integrated Religious-Cultural Curriculum System functions as the value foundation, the Integrated Religious-Cultural Curriculum Management Cycle operates as a collaborative and adaptive management process, and the Integrated Religious-Cultural Transformation Outcomes place independent santri as the core result that links graduate quality, community trust, and institutional sustainability. Their synthesis forms the RICIS model, which treats curriculum as a living educational ecosystem. The model implies that Islamic institutions can modernize curriculum management and strengthen santri independence without eroding religious identity or local culture.

This study is motivated by issues in conventional learning, which remains input-based and is often considered less objective in evaluating student learning outcomes. The Outcome-Based Education (OBE) approach is viewed as a relevant alternative to replace traditional assessment models, particularly through the use of structured and measurable rubrics. This research employs a qualitative approach with a library research design and content analysis technique to examine related literature. The findings indicate that OBE enhances educational quality by emphasizing concrete learning outcomes that align with contemporary needs and promote more flexible, active, and innovative learning. This approach can be implemented across all levels of education, including primary education, with rubrics serving as objective evaluation tools. The study affirms that rubrics within the OBE framework are highly applicable to the Akidah Akhlak subject in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, as they enable more structured and fair assessment of students’ affective domains. The implication is that implementing OBE from early education opens opportunities for learning evaluation that balances both process and outcome orientation. Furthermore, the study recommends further research to explore practical implementation and the contextual assessment of student character using more applicable instruments.

AbstrakPendidikan Anak Usia Dini memiliki faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam menentukan tingkat kesuksesan dalamprogram pembangunan nasional secara menyeluruh. Program pembangunan nasional bertujuan untuk mencapai tingkat kesejahteraan dan keadilan dalam meningkatkan hajat hidup manusia. Permasalahan yang mendasar di POS PAUD Kelurahan Bakalan Krajan Kota Malang diantaranya adalah proses yang dilakukan masih menggunakan cara manual sehingga perlu waktu yang cukup lama dalam memprosesnya dan diperlukan tingkat ketelitian yang cukup rumit. Hak tersebut sering dijumpai laporan manajemen yang dilakukan tidak akurat dan terdapat kesalahan khususnya dalam manajemen pengelolaan terintegrasi. Selain itu juga membutuhkan banyak kertas dalam menghasilkan laporan manajemen pengelolaan PAUD. manajemen PAUD dikelurahan Bakalan Krajan mengenai pelayanan PAUD Holistik integratif maka diusulkan program pelatihan pengelolaan pelayanan terpadu di POS PAUD di Kelurahan Bakalan Krajan Kecamatan Sukun Kota Malang berbasis. Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Output yang menjadi target utama adalah mempermudah dalam pengelolaan Pelayanan PAUD Holistik Integratif serta menghasilkan laporan manajemen yang memiliki tingkat akurasi cukup bagus. Selain itu juga dapat menghemat biaya operasional karena semua report secara paperless. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat menggunakan pendekatan prototype. Dari hasil implementasi website menunjukkan tingkat usabilitas website mencapai 85 %.AbstractEarly childhood education has important factors in improving the quality of human resources in determining the level of volunteer action in the national development program as a whole. The national development Program aims to achieve the level of welfare and justice in improving human life. The basic problem in POS PAUD Bakalan Krajan Village Malang is a process that is done using the manual way so it takes a long time to process it and required a level of precision that is quite complicated. These rights often encountered management reports are inaccurate and there is a particular error in integrated management. It also requires a lot of paper in generating PAUD management reports. Management of PAUD in the class of Bakalan Krajan about the service of integrative holistic PAUD then proposed an integrated service management training program in POS PAUD in Kelurahan Bakalan Krajan Sukun Malang city-based. Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The main target Output is to make it easier to manage holistic integrity PAUD services and generate management reports that have a pretty good level of accuracy. It can also save on operational costs because all reports are paperless. In the activities of Community devotion using the prototype approach. From the results of the website, implementation shows a website's ability rate reaches 85%.

Aqidah Akhlak learning plays an important role in shaping students' faith, attitudes, and character. However, its implementation still tends to focus on the cognitive aspect, so that the development of the affective domain is not optimal. In addition, the use of less varied learning methods can reduce student motivation and engagement. This study aims to explore students' affective experiences in using Kahoot! gamification in Aqidah Akhlak learning and analyze the influence of the competitive element on the internalization of spiritual values. The study used a qualitative case study approach involving 28 seventh-grade students of MTs Al-Ma'arif as participants. Data were collected through learning observations, documentation of Kahoot! game results, and written reflections. Data validity was carried out through triangulation of techniques and sources, while data analysis used thematic analysis. The results showed that Kahoot! was able to increase students' enthusiasm, learning motivation, active participation, and emotional involvement. The competitive element elicited various affective responses, such as joy, confidence, and enthusiasm for learning, although some students experienced pressure due to rankings and scores. Research findings show that gamification can support the internalization of Aqidah Akhlak values if balanced with teacher guidance that emphasizes spiritual meaning and character building. Abstrak Pembelajaran Aqidah Akhlak memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk keimanan, sikap, dan karakter peserta didik. Namun, pelaksanaannya masih cenderung berfokus pada aspek kognitif sehingga pengembangan ranah afektif belum optimal. Selain itu, penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang kurang variatif dapat menurunkan motivasi dan keterlibatan siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengalaman afektif siswa dalam penggunaan gamifikasi Kahoot! pada pembelajaran Aqidah Akhlak serta menganalisis pengaruh unsur kompetisi terhadap internalisasi nilai-nilai spiritual. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif dengan melibatkan 28 siswa kelas VII MTs Al-Ma’arif sebagai partisipan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi pembelajaran, dokumentasi hasil permainan Kahoot! dan refleksi tertulis siswa. Keabsahan data dilakukan melalui triangulasi teknik dan sumber, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kahoot! mampu meningkatkan antusiasme, motivasi belajar, partisipasi aktif, dan keterlibatan emosional siswa. Unsur kompetisi memunculkan respons afektif yang beragam, seperti rasa senang, percaya diri, dan semangat belajar, meskipun sebagian siswa mengalami tekanan akibat peringkat dan skor. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gamifikasi dapat mendukung internalisasi nilai-nilai Aqidah Akhlak apabila diimbangi dengan pendampingan guru yang menekankan makna spiritual dan pembentukan karakter.

This study aims to analyze students' learning experiences in using the Educandy application as a learning evaluation medium for Islamic Cultural History (ISH), with a focus on the trial and error process that occurs during the evaluation. The study uses a qualitative phenomenological approach to deeply reveal the meaning of students' subjective experiences (lived experiences). Participants consisted of 23 students of class VII B MTsN Batu who were purposively selected based on the criteria of active attendance during the evaluation process from a total of 30 students. Data collection was carried out through in-depth semi-structured interviews, open-ended questionnaires based on Google Forms, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed using Moustakas' phenomenological technique through the stages of epoche, horizontalization, grouping of meanings, and textural and structural descriptions, with visualization of findings presented using RStudio as a data representation tool. The results show that the use of Educandy produces a learning experience dominated by positive perceptions, where the trial and error process becomes the main learning mechanism that encourages a reflective attitude, perseverance, and courage to face mistakes. Different from previous studies that generally focus on the effectiveness of media quantitatively, this study reveals that trial and error in the digital context is not mechanistic, but rather reflective-constructive. Thus, Educandy functions not only as an evaluation tool but also as an interactive learning space that facilitates the formation of a holistic learning experience, encompassing cognitive, affective, and behavioral dimensions simultaneously. Further research is recommended using a mixed methods approach to expand the validity of the findings, examine the role of media interface design on student learning behavior, and explore the emotional dynamics and pedagogical role of teachers in facilitating digital-based evaluation in SKI learning.
