Abstract

Di Bali, kebutuhan listrik berdasarkan data PLN 446.172 MW. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan beban ini, PLN Bali mengandalkan empat pembangkit listrik berbeda di Pesanggaran, Gilimanuk, Pemaron, dan Pontianak. Sebagian besar pembangkit listrik di Bali menggunakan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Gas. Pada pembangkit gas generasi Bali terjadi kerusakan pada bagian turbin. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kerusakan tersebut, dilakukan penelitian. Dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa hubungan antara efisiensi dan kinerja suatu turbin gas adalah jika performansi naik maka efisiensi akan meningkat. Temperatur masuk turbin dan temperatur keluar turbin akan mempengaruhi kinerja turbin.In Bali, electricity demand is based on PLN data of 446,172 MW. To meet this load requirement PLN Bali relies on four different power plants in Pesanggaran, Gilimanuk, Pemaron, and Pontianak. Most electricity generation in Bali uses Gas Power Plants. In the gas generation of the Bali generation there is damage in the turbine section. To find out the effect of this damage, a study was conducted. From this study it is known that the relationship between efficiency and the performance of a gas turbine is that if the performance rises, efficiency will increase. Abstract

Power plan has an important role in the electricity supply bussiness, one of them is PLTU Asam Asam which is Unit Pelaksana Pembangkitan Asam Asam. By using fuel coal fired type, this work continously to generate maximum power in generating electricity. In terms working to have maximum power continuously in boiler, Boiler have equipment Primary Air Heater (PAH) to repairing the efficiency. To get best performance Primary Air Fan (PAH) is doing routine maintenance.The Effect is routine maintenance for repairing, abrasive and corrosive material Primary Air Fan (PAH) to be air leakage. This final project aims to know performance before and after repairing compare commissioning perform. In this final project compiling, the using methods are literature study, observation, data processing, data analyzing, and conclusion. Literature study is searching of source for reference, then the observation is done by collecting data based on the parameters required. These data are analyzed to derive conclusions from the object being observed.The result of final project research shows that different escalation occurred after repairing. This can proven by calculation and analysis of data which obtained before repairing the efficiency 68,5% and work 68,6%, and Air leakage reduce 83,18%% and work 70,55%. Keywords: Efficiency, Performance, Boiler, Heat Loss Method

Abstract

Pemanas udara adalah salah satu peralatan tambahan yang sangat penting dalam penggunaan perpindahan panas dalam boiler, di mana peralatan ini berfungsi untuk memanaskan udara untuk pembakaran dengan menggunakan panas dari sisa gas panas dari pembakaran sebelum dikirim ke cerobong asap. Untuk menjaga kinerja pemanas udara, maka analisis efektivitas perpindahan panas pada pemanas udara dilakukan dengan uji kinerja menggunakan metode ASME PTC 4.0 dan ASME PTC 4.3. Pada data commissioning, SAH unit 1 memiliki efisiensi sebesar 58,69%. Namun, dari hasil analisis penelitian perpindahan panas di Secondary Air Heater unit 1 pada 2 Maret 2018, efisiensi dihitung sebesar 38,96%, terjadi penurunan sebesar 19,73%, hal ini disebabkan oleh slagging on permukaan elemen dalam SAH dan kebocoran pada pipa SAH. selanjutnya, perbaikan dilakukan dengan melakukan jelaga dan melakukan pengelasan pada pipa bocor menggunakan teknik pengelasan TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas). Setelah itu analisis dilakukan dengan tes kinerja yang diadakan pada 21 Maret 2018 dan mendapat peningkatan 11,34% menjadi 50,3%. Air heaters are one of the auxiliary equipment that are very important in the use of heat transfer in a boiler, where this equipment serves to heat the air for the combustion by using heat from the residual hot gas from the combustion before sending it to the chimney. To maintain the performance of air heater, then the analysis of the effectiveness of heat transfer on air heater is carried out with a performance test using the ASME PTC 4.0 and ASME PTC 4.3 methods. On commissioning data, SAH unit 1 has an efficiency in amount of 58.69%. However, from the result of a research analysis of heat transfer in Secondary Air Heater unit 1 on March 2 2018, the efficiency was counted in amount of 38.96%, there has been a decrease of 19,73%, this was caused by slagging on the surface of the element in SAH and leakage on SAH pipes. subsequently, repairs are carried out by doing soot blowing and perform welding on the leaking pipe using the TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding technique. Afterwards the analysis is carried out with a performance test was held on March 21, 2018 and got an increase of 11.34% to 50.3%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan penggunaan penambahan katalis berbentuk keramik pada saluran pembuangan kendaraan bermotor Satria F 150. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah gas CO2, CO, HC. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kantor lingkungan Banjarmasin dengan menggunakan alat analisa gas dan juga dilakukan di bengkel plug and play Banjarmasin dengan menggunakan dinamometer. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah variasi dalam rpm, campuran dan dimensi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: catalytic converter dengan variasi dimensi 2 cm dan 3 cm, tingkat pengurangan emisi CO2 maksimum adalah 21,91% dalam komposisi C rpm 5000, tingkat pengurangan emisi CO adalah 61,71 % dalam komposisi C rpm 5000, dan tingkat pengurangan emisi HC adalah 83,14% dalam komposisi C rpm 5000. Dengan menggunakan catalytic converter dengan variasi dimensi 2 cm menghasilkan tenaga 11,44 hp dan torsi 10,12 Nm dan untuk konverter katalitik dengan Dimensi 3 cm menghasilkan daya 11,30 hp dan torsi 10,01 Nm. The purposeTof this study was to determine the use of ceramic-shaped catalyst additions to the exhaust channel of the Satria F 150 motorized vehicle. This study used the experimental method. The data in this research were CO2 gas, CO , HC. This research was carried out in the banjarmasin environment office using a gas analyzer and was also carried out in the Banjarmasin Banjarmasin plug and play workshop by using a dynamometer. The technique used in data collection was variations in rpm, mixtures and dimensions. The results of this study are: forming a catalytic converter with variations in dimensions of 2 cm and 3 cm, the maximum CO2 emission reduction level is 21.91% in the composition of C rpm 5000, the level of CO emission reduction is 61.71% in composition C rpm 5000, and the level of HC emission reduction is 83.14% in the composition of C rpm 5000. By using a catalytic converter with variations in dimensions of 2 cm produces power of 11.44 hp and torque of 10.12 Nm and for catalytic converters with Dimensions of 3 cm produce power of 11.30 hp and torque of 10.01 Nm.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan sintesis cetane improver berbahan baku biodiesel yang berasal dari minyak Jarak pagar. Sintesis dilakukan dengan cara nitrasi biodiesel menggunakan campuran pereaksi asam nitrat dan asam sulfat. Proses nitrasi dilakukan selama 4 jam pada temperatur 10-20 oC. Produk hasil nitrasi dikarakterisasi gugus fungsi, flash point dan angka setana. Selanjutnya aditif hasil nitrasi juga dikarakterisasi menggunakan mesin diesel satu silinder untuk menentukan efisiensi termal, BSFC (Brake Spesific Fuel Consumtion), dan nilai smoke. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan FTIR diketahui bahwa produk hasil nitrasi mengandung gugus nitro dan nitrat. Selanjutnya berdasarkan hasil pengujian pada mesin diesel secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada putaran 1200 rpm unjuk kerja mesin (efisiensi termal, BSFC, dan nilai smoke) dari formulasi S0,25% s/d S1,25% tidak lebih baik dibandingkan dengan Solar. Hal ini terjadi pada hampir semua variasi waktu injeksi. Sedangkan pada kecepatan putaran 2200 rpm unjuk kerja formulasi S0,25% s/d S1,25% relatif lebih baik jika dibandingkan dengan solar saja, terutama pada penggunaan aditif dengan konsentrasi sebesar 0,50% (v/v). Penambahan aditif sebanyak 0,10 % dan 0,50% (v/v) tidak merubah nilai flash point, sementara pada nilai angka setana terjadi peningkatan dari 46,3 menjadi 47,1 dan 48,5. Melalui uji aditif secara road test dapat diketahui bahwa penambahan aditif pada bahan bakar solar mampu memberikan penghematan pada penggunaan minyak Solar sebesar 10,4%. Abstract

Studi secara sistematik menggunakan difraksi sinar-X pada senyawa interlogam nikel-timah (Ni3Sn2) dibuat dengan metode termokimia yang sederhana dari bahan baku bukan organologam telah dilakukan. Larutan nikel klorida heksahidrat (3,6 mmol) dalam air dan larutan timah klorida dihidrat (2.4 mmol) dalam etanol dicampur dan dihomogenkan pada temperatur 323 K selama 18 jam. pH campuran divariasi dari 2-12 dengan cara menambahkan larutan NaOH, kemudian dilakukan hidrotermal pada temperatur 423-523 K dan waktu hidrotermal 6-72 jam dan terakhir reduksi dengan gas H2 pada 673 K selama 1,5 jam. Pengaruh kondisi pembuatan seperti temperatur hidrotermal, lama waktu hidrotermal, dan penyesuaian pH larutan bahan baku sebelum hidrotermal berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kristalinitas dan kemurnian interlogam Ni3Sn2 yang terbentuk. Kondisi terbaik pembuatan interlogam Ni3Sn2 dengan kristalinitas dan kemurnian yang tinggi adalah 423 K, 24 jam, dan pH 12. Abstract

Covid-19 or Corona pandemic, which has entered Indonesia since the last three months, has changed many of the religious behaviors of Indonesian people who are predominantly Muslim. Starting from praying in congregation at home, Friday prayers at home, Eid prayer at home, changing sentences on some words in the call to prayer to cancel the departure of the pilgrims. This has changed the religious traditions and religious behavior of the community in general. This study uses theoretical conceptions according to Peter L. Berger with the conception of social construction with three components, namely externalization, objectivation and internalization. This study uses a qualitative approach with the aim of uncovering a phenomenon of religious behavior that occurred in the community during the Covid-19. The conclusions in this research are, externally the community made social changes because of information related to the Covid-19 pandemic, both through a task force formed by the government, as well as news that circulated on television and social media. From that, people make objectivation by implicit behavior formation in response to government regulations and news circulating on social media. Internalization is carried out by the public by picking wisdom in every situation that occurs. Furthermore, from the socio-religious construction the perspective of Sufism during the pandemic resulted in patterns of religious behavior: patient, gratitude, tawakal and muhasabah Keywords: Covid-19, Social Construction, Tasawuf, Society

Abstract

Violence cannot be separated from the role of humans as the perpetrators. One of the many cultural activities owned by Madurese tribe in Kaliboto Kidul, Jatiroto, Lumajang is carok, a deeply rooted culture that has become a tradition. Inspired by A Latief Wiyata's thoughts, the problem that will be raised in this research is how the role of local ulama to resolve such problem. This study employs qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Its orientation is to understand the meaning of the indications and phenomena that occur in Kaliboto Kidul, Jatiroto, Lumajang. In the process of retrieving data, researchers uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study shows that carok in this area is described as an attempt to kill each other which is committed by men using sharp weapons in the form of celurit. The causing issues are self-esteem harassment, inheritance and revenge actions. Key words: Ulama, Carok, and Criminal Law

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the use of brass plate catalysts in the exhaust channel of Suzuki Shogun Axelo 125 in 2010. This study used an experimental method. The population in this study was a Suzuki Shogun Axelo 125 motorbike in 2010, the research data was a number showing gas content remove CO2, CO, HC. This research was carried out in the banjarmasin environment office using a gas analyzer and was also conducted at the Banjarmasin plug and play workshop by using a dynamometer. The technique used in data collection was the variation in rpm and number of plates. (1) The results of this study are: Forming a catalytic converter with plate variation 8 (eight) so that the level of CO2 emission reduction is maximum of 52,7%, the level of CO emission reduction is 82.23%, and the level of HC emission reduction is 74,08%. The form of catalytic converter with plate variation 6 (six), the maximum CO2 emission reduction level is 29,56%, the level of CO emission reduction is 49.32%, and the level of HC emission reduction is 82,92%. (2) By using catalytic converters with plate variation 8 (eight) to produce power of 8.045 hp and torque of 8,833 n / m and for catalytic converters with plate variation 6 (six) producing power of 7.661 hp and torque of 8.493 n / m.
