Abstract

ABSTRACT Furosemide has a low solubility in water and leads to absorption profile this drug is highly variable after oral administration. Self-nano emulsifying drug delivery system (SNEDDS) is a drug delivery system that can be developed for furosemide to improve its absorption profile. Selection of oil phase, surfactant and cosurfactant has an important role in furosemide SNEDDS. The solubility of furosemide performed in the oil phase: oleic acid, red palm oil, and olive oil. The solubility of furosemide was also measured in a surfactant: tween 80, tween 20 and cremophor RH40 and the cosurfactant: propilenglikol (PG), polyethylene glycol (PEG) 400 and glycerol. The solubility test was performed at a temperature of 37°C and furosemide levels in the oil phase, surfactant and cosurfactant were determined by a spectrophotometer. Furosemide solubility in the oil phase of oleic acid, red palm oil, and olive oil are (158, 80 and 32) mg/mL respectively. Meanwhile, furosemide solubility in surfactant tween 80, tween 20 and cremophor RH40 are (278.889; 202.527 and 237.250) mg/mL respectively. In addition, the solubility of furosemide in a cosurfactant PG, PEG 400 and glycerol are (92.0; 1374.867 and 225.044) mg/mL respectively. This study concluded that the greatest furosemide solubility in the oil phase, surfactant and cosurfactant respectively is oleic acid, tween 80 and PEG 400. These materials can be selected as a component of furosemide SNEDDS. Key words: furosemide, SNEDDS, oil phase, surfactant, cosurfactant

Abstract

ABSTRACT Decreased oxygen supply and necrosis in the heart muscle cells can lead to acute myocardial infarction. Free radical compounds can lead to oxidative stress in the heart muscle and lead to myocardial infarction. Isoproterenol is a non-selective β-adrenergic agonist can lead to acute myocardial infarction in large doses. The purpose of this study was to validate the model of acute myocardial infarction. This study using male Wistar rats aged two months as the test animal. Male Wistar rats divided into two groups: control group and treatment group. The control group treated with physiological saline and the treatment group treated with isoproterenol 85 mg/kg BW. Isoproterenol administered subcutaneously for two doses with an interval of 24 hours. After 48 hours of the isoproterenol first administration, rat heart rhythm's records with an electrocardiogram (ECG). Furthermore, the rats sacrificed and performed a necropsy. The left ventricle part in the cross section for the macroscopic observation (extensive infarction) with triphenyl tetrazolium chloride (TTC) staining, microscopic observation of infarction with hematoxylin-eosin staining (HE) and immunohistochemical (IHC) to observe the expression of caspase-3. The ECG of isoproterenol group showed elevation in the ST segment. TTC staining shows the expansion of the infarct area. The HE staining showed the typical image of myocardial infarction and the IHC staining results showed an increase in the expression of caspase-3. The results showed that isoproterenol can be use as a model myocardial infarction with parameters of infarction are ECG changes, TTC staining of infarct broad macroscopic image, a histopathological image of heart and apoptosis with the expression of caspase-3. Abstract

Taekwondo is a martial art that requires mental toughness and high self-confidence. The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) Taekwondo organizational system in Sukoharjo Regency, (2) Taekwondo sports management management in Sukoharjo Regency, (3) Taekwondo athlete development in Sukoharjo Regency. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Sources of data in this study came from taekwondo administrators in Sukoharjo district: taekwondo coaches, athletes, and taekwondo members in Sukoharjo district. Data collection techniques using interviews, observations, and documents. The technique of taking research subjects was purposive sampling with a sample of six people. The results of this study are that the organizational system for coaching taekwondo athletes that has been going on from 1993 until now has produced many achievements, this is because the taekwondo athlete coaching system in Sukoharjo Regency has been running according to the predetermined household budget. All members of the taekwondo organization have carried out their duties according to their respective sections.

Abstract

Abstract: The research was aimed to determine the effect of healtheducation about cervical cancer to the interest in VIA examination ofmother group recitation in Dusun Kramatan Gamping SlemanYogayakarta. The method used in this research was pra-eksperimenwith one group pretest-posttest design. Respondents were 25 motherstaken by purposive sampling. Paired t-test result show that p value =0,000 (0,0000,05) which means that there were a significant differencesin interest in VIA examination before and after health education.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a model of passing practice based on biomechanics studies in futsal ball games for high school / vocational students in Boyolali Regency. The research method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D). Sources of data in this study were researchers, coaches, athletes, futsal practitioners, multimedia experts, and biomechanics experts. The population comes from high school / vocational students in Boyolali Regency. The samples taken in this study were 6 samples for small group trials, 12 samples for large group trials, the group product effectiveness test with exercise media based on biomechanics studies used 10 samples, the group without exercise media based on biomechanics studies used 10 samples. Data collection techniques used in this study are qualitative and quantitative data collection. The instruments used in data collection were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and tests/tests. The types of data in this study are qualitative and quantitative data. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results of the research on the results of the effectiveness test obtained that the experimental group data was 33% - 48.0% and the control group was 16.0% - 43.0%. So based on these results, it can be concluded that the product of the passing technique training model based on the study of biomechanics in futsal for high school students in Boyolali is declared effective and feasible.Keywords: Media, Futsal, Beomechanics

Abstract

West Java Province has the highest level of disaster vulnerability in Indonesia, which is dominated by landslides, floods and fires. The group that is most vulnerable to disasters is children. Elementary school student spends an average of 7 hours in school. So, the school can be categorized as a disaster-prone place. Disasters can occur at any time, including when students are in school. School children must have resilience in facing the threat of disaster. School Watching is one method that can assist students in improving disaster preparedness through activities carried out in schools and the surrounding environment. This study aims to determine the effect of the school watching method on the preparedness of elementary school students in dealing with disasters in Cicendo District, Bandung City. The research design used a quasi-experimental approach with a Pre-Post test control group design approach. The sample of this study was fifth grade elementary school students in Cicendo District. The sample size is 39 people for the intervention group and 39 people for the control group. The sampling technique is proportional random sampling. The intervention was given in 5 meetings. Intervention activities include: providing materials on disaster, observations, mapping, discussions and presentations. Analysis of the data used for the paired group using a statistical test T test dependent because the data is normally distributed. Meanwhile, for the unpaired group, the Mann-Whitney test was used because the data were not normally distributed. The results showed that there was an effect of the school watching method on the preparedness of elementary school students in dealing with disasters because the p value was 0.000. Therefore, it is suggested to the person in charge of the school health program to apply the school watching method to reduce disaster risk in the school community.

Abstract

The study aimed to obtain the optimum dose of Al2(SO4)3 coagulant, which would be added to the coagulation-flocculation process to redesign a liquid waste treatment plant at a diagnostic center in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The redesign aims to reduce the content of Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) contaminants based on Provincial Decree number 65/Y1999 which concerns the Liquid Waste Quality Standards for Health Service Activities in the Province of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The case was studied at the diagnostic center on Dr. Soetomo street, Bausasran Village, Yogyakarta City. The research method used is quantitative, with data collection techniques in the form of primary and secondary data through survey activities on the research objects in the field. The test and analysis were carried out at the environmental laboratory in Yogyakarta. Based on the jar-test analysis, the redesign process may significantly decrease the COD pollutant from 471.94 mg/liter to 140.763 mg/ liter or 70.17%. By getting the optimum dose of the Al2(SO4)3 coagulant.

Abstract

Desa Walikukun adalah salah satu desa yang termasuk zona orange dengan persebaran covid– 19 resiko sedang. Pembelajaran di Desa Walikukun dilakukan dengan pembelajaran jarak jauh secara daring. Beberapa permasalahan timbul akibat proses pembelajaran daring, antara lain: 1) siswa tidak mampu memahami materi pelajaran secara mandiri, 2) dukungan fasilitas sangat kurang, 3) keluarga merasa sangat terbebani baik material maupun beban mental. Oleh karena itu melalui Program Kuliah Kerja (KK) FKIP melakukan kegiatan pendampingan belajar siswa di masa pendemi covid-19 untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa di Desa Walikukun, Kecamatan Widodaren, Kabupaten Ngawi provinsi Jawa Timur. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah siswa Sekolah Dasar (SD) dan siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP).Jumlah siswa yang respon mengikuti pendampingan adalah 14 siswa SD dan 7 siswa SMP. Kegiatan pendampingan di laksanakan selama 6 minggu dengan 3 kali pertemuan per minggu. Tahapan pelaksanaan pendampingan belajar ini meliputi, 1) observasi masalah, 2) perencanaan kegiatan, 3) penyusunan jadwal kegiatan, 4) pelaksanaan pendampingan, 5) tahap evaluasi. Hasil pendampingan belajar menunjukkan bahwa, 1) siswa sangat antusias dalam proses pendampingan belajar, 2) semua tugas Sekolah dapat di kerjakan dengan baik, 3) hasil belajar siswa di Sekolah meningkat.  Respon orang tua menunjukkan rasa senang karena meringankan tugas orang tua siswa dalam membimbing belajar anaknya. Kesimpulan: program pendampingan belajar daring di masa pendemi covid-19 memberikan dampak posituf terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Pada pembelajaran IPA hendaknya siswa dapat berperan aktif. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengukur keaktifan siswa adalah dengan melakukan percobaan atau eksperimen. Kegiatan percobaan atau eksperimen tersebut dapat dituangkan dalam bahan ajar yang digunakan oleh guru dan siswa. Dengan demikian penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan mengembangkan bahan ajar berbasis laboratorium dan mengukur kelayakan bahan ajar berbasis laboratorium untuk memahami tekanan zat siswa kelas VIII SMP/ MTs yang layak dan valid. Spesifikasi produk yang dikembangkan meliputi: (1) berorientasi pada kegiatan praktikum; (2) bahan ajar yang dikembangkan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan siswa melalui kegiatan praktikum; (3) bahan ajar yang dikembangkan sesuai dengan kurikulum 2013 revisi yang mencangkup dua KD 3.8 dan KD 4.8 kelas VIII; (4) terdiri dari buku guru dan buku siswa. Model pengembangan dan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu 4-D yang terdiri dari 4 tahap, yaitu Define (pendefinisian), Design (perancangan), Develop (pengembangan), dan Disseminate (penyebaran), namun pada penelitian ini hanya sampai tahap Develop (pengembangan). Kelayakan produk diperoleh dari hasil validasi oleh validator ahli dan uji keterbacaan oleh siswa kelas VIII dan guru IPA SMP. Berdasarkan hasil validasi buku siswa dan buku guru masing-masing diperoleh persentase 78,27 persen dan 78, 13 persen. Pada uji keterbacaan oelh guru dan siswa diperoleh hasil persentase sebesar 85,30 persen dan 92,17 persen. Berdasarkan persentase kelayakan yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar berbasis laboratorium untuk kegiatan siswa memahami tekanan zat siswa kelas VIII SMP/ MTs telah memenuhi kriteria layak untuk diterapkan dalam pembelajaran IPA.

Abstract

Penelitian Pengembangan ini memiliki tujuan untuk instrumen asesmen pemahaman konseptual dapat memonitori jawaban tebakkan siswa. instrumen asesmen pemahaman konseptual pada materi zat aditif dan zat adiktif serta akibatnya terhadap kesehatan yang terdapat di sekolah berdasarkan analisis produk masih pada bentuk soal pilihan ganda karena termasuk tes objektif oleh sebab itu tes objektif  mempunyai beberapa kelemahan seperti siswa yang memiliki kemampuan bernalar tidak dapat dilihat, akan mendapat keuntungan siswa yang menduga jawaban sehingga siswa oleh jawaban tebakkan tersebut tidak dapat memantau pemahaman secara utuh. Oleh sebab itu, dibutuhkan butir soal pada aspek yang diukur adalah sama tetapi jenis susunannya beda, di mana jenis bentuk soal ini dapat memantau jawaban tebakkan dari siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan angket yang disebarkan kepada sepuluh orang siswa dan kepada tiga orang guru. Menggunakan metode kajian literatur dan penyebaran angket yang bertuju pada siswa dan guru dalam instrumen penilaian pemahaman konseptual pada materi zat aditif dan adiktif serta akibatnya terhadap kesehatan. Berdasarkan kajian literatur dilakukan penelitian pengembangan,  maka diperoleh solusi yang  ideal dalam  pemecahan  masalah dengan pengendalian jenis butir soal berdasarkan aspek yang diukur sama tetapi jenis susunannya berbeda, yaitu dengan jenis  soal  selected  respons item dan  constructed  respon  item.
