Abstract

Kurikulum SMK membekali siswa dengan kewirausahaan melalui mata pelajaran produk kreatif dan kewirausahaan, tetapi belum maksimal dalam menyiapkan lulusan yang memiliki intensi berwirausaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis: (1) kontribusi entrepreneurial passion terhadap entrepreneurial intention, (2) kontribusi self-efficacy terhadap entrepreneurial intention, (3) kontribusi entrepreneurial passion dan self-efficacy simultan terhadap entrepreneurial intention. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif jenis survei yang  dilaksanakan tahun 2021 pada SMK kompetensi teknik pemesinan di Provinsi Gorontalo. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 162 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 118 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup dan hasilnya dianalisis dengan teknik deksriptif kuantitatif dan regresi. Penelitian ini berkesimpulan bahwa: (1)  entrepreneurial passion berkontribusi positif terhadap entrepreneurial intention siswa SMK Teknik Pemesinan sebesar 31,7%, (2) self-efficacy berkontribusi positif terhadap entrepreneurial intention siswa SMK Teknik Pemesinan sebesar sebesar 12,1%, dan (3) entrepreneurial passion dan self-efficacy secara simultan berkontribusi positif sebesar 41,2% terhadap entrepreneurial intention siswa SMK Teknik Pemesinan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts of teachers to improve teacher pedagogical competence in the learning of children with special needs in the inclusive city of Surakarta. The subjects of this study were a class teacher and a subject teacher in ten inclusive schools in the city of Surakarta. This study uses a qualitative case study method, with data collection using interview techniques from aspects of pedadogic competencies and documents of children with special needs as individual teaching programs then technical data analysis using descriptive analysis. The results of this study that based on teaching experience and educational background, teachers still need to increase efforts to improve pedagogical competence in the learning of children with special needs in inclusive schools

Abstract

Kebutuhan akan fleksibilitas dan akses yang cepat menjadikan aplikasi berbasis mobile semakin banyak digunakan, termasuk dalam bidang pendidikan dan literasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan metode Scrum dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak mobile dengan mengkaji peran strategis Scrum Master. Scrum dikenal sebagai metode pengembangan aplikasi yang dinamis dan adaptif. Adapun tahapan dalam Scrum terdiri dari fase analisis kebutuhan sistem, design sistem, pengujian sistem, dan penerimaan produk. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara sebagai cara pengumpulan data. Hasil wawancara kemudian direduksi, dianalisis dengan analisis dari literature, kemudian disajikan, dan disimpulkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 88 Jakarta sebagai lokasi penerapan aplikasi perpustakaan online berbasis Android. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran strategis Scrum Master diantaranya adalah mengelola ekspektasi roles, perubahan resistensi, menepati jadwal, permintaan perubahan yang mendesak, dan pendistribusian tim. Peran strategis ini menjadi dasar untuk penunjukan atau pemilihan Scrum Master hendaknya mempertimbangkan dan dikualifikasi berdasarkan poin-poin tersebut

Abstract

West Sumatra is one of the disaster-prone areas in Indonesia, due to geographical, climatic, geological and other factors. Padang Pariaman is one area that is often affected by disasters, especially earthquakes. One of the vulnerable groups directly affected by the disaster is school-age children. Psychological problems in school-age children can affect life in the future. This area-based community service activity aims to increase independence, increase health status and community welfare by increasing the ability of school-age children to reduce the prevention of post-disaster psychosocial problems through group supportive therapy and Play Therapy. The target of this activity is school-age children and teachers, totaling 37 people. This activity is carried out from May to November 2021 in Padang Pariaman. The method of activity is education and simulation divided into three stages: (1) planning stage, (2) implementation stage, (3) evaluation stage. There is an increase in the understanding and skills of the community, especially school-age children in the prevention of post-disaster psychosocial problems, as well as an increase in the network of collaboration between the Health Polytechnic, the Ministry of Health of Padang and the District Government of Padang Pariaman.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the size of the legislature, the level of dependence of the local government, and the level of wealth of the local government on the Effectiveness Ratio of the Financial Performance of the Regency / City Government of SUMBAGSEL Province. The type of research used in this research is associative research. The population in this study was 60 regencies/cities in the provinces of South Sumatra, Lampung, Bengkulu, Jambi, and Bangka Belitung Islands, with the sample method determined was the saturated sample. The data used is secondary data in the form of LKPD in 2018-2020. The data collection method in this research is the documentation method. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistical analysis method, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression, as well as data processing in this research using SPSS 26.0 (Statistical Product and Service Solution) statistical computer program. The results of this study can be concluded that partially (t test) shows that the size of the legislature and the level of dependence of the local government have no effect on the ratio of the effectiveness of the financial performance of the district/city government of SUMBAGSEL Province, while the level of local government wealth has a significant effect on the ratio of the effectiveness of the financial performance of the district/city government. city of SUMBAGSEL Province.

Abstract

Since 2003 year the technic of agroforestry with alley cropping systems has been implemented at the forest areas in Pejarakan Village, District Gerokgak, Regency of Buleleng Province of Bali. These activities are expected to support the progress of welfare for farmers, eventhough they have been neglected to preserve forest around village. After the research it was cleared that the result of activities didnt fulfilled to its expectation. The analysis about the compositions and structures of vegetations in this research shows that the dominant type of species which are mainly cultivated have character of Importance Value Index, the balance of species among Diversity Index are still low at all of the communal forest areas and even at the these slope sides. The composition and the structure of species were still few, and the vegetation itself was disturbed by people, in order to illegal loggings, cuttings top branches or twigs often occur, and these activities bring out obstacle growth of trees in communal forest areas. It is concluded that the technic of agroforestry at the communal forest areas has few compositions of species and structure of vegetations, so the diversity of species become very poor and not stable either for plants in forestry or for agricultural crops. The researcher could not determine that what species of vegetations superior at this area. So it necessary to enough time for intensive observations and research at this communal forest areas.

Abstract

ABSTRACTTerrorism is one of extraordinary crimes. The extraordinary of this crime is not only because it can cause serious impacts on the community life in general, but it also because of its ability to establish regeneration. This terrorist organization is quite successful in recruiting new members. This effectively encourages the willingness and the commitment of their members in conducting serious crimes in relation to terrorists conducts. In this circumstance, it is quite reasonable that all parties are encouraged to respond critically by deconstructing those terrorists’ regenerations.  Keywords: Terrorism, Regeneration, Deconstruction, Society, Nation  ABSTRAKTeroris merupakan salah satu jenis kejahatan isimewa (extraordinary crime). Keistimewaan kejahatan ini bukan semata disebabkan dampaknya yang serius terhadap kehidupan bermasyarakat dan berbangsa, tetapi juga dari sepek kemampuannya dalam membangun regenerasi. Organisasi teroris ini tergolong sukses dalam melakukan pembimbitan kader, sehingga untuk menjalankan modus operandi yang tergolong mengerikan, ada saja kader yang mau melaksanakannya. Berdasarkan kondisi ini, logis jika semua pihak dituntut melakukan dekonstruksi terhadap kaderisasi teroris.Kata Kunci: Terorisme, Kaderisasi,  Dekonstruksi, Masyarakat, Negara.

Abstract

Abstract Various new problems emerged after history learning which is currently carried out online due to the Covid-19 virus pandemic. Thes new problems make the promblems in history learning more diverse after conventional history learning also experiences many problems. Various problems that arise in online history learning such as students who are easily bored and tired, student who increasingly do not understand the material presented, students who are inceasingly not interested in online history learning, students do not always pay attention and are not easy to monitor after learning online history. The purpose of this research is to overcome various problems that occur due to online history learning through the use of the Digital History Catalog learning media. This study uses a research method in the form of descriptive qualitative research. The result showed that uses of appropriate, innovative, interactive learning media and being able to adapt to online learning was needed both by students and by the teachers themselves. Media such as the Digital History Catalog can overcome the problems that occur due to online history learning. Digital History Catalog Media can adjust the material to be delivered according to those listed in the KI and KD of history learning. Abstrak Berbagai permasalahan baru muncul setelah pembelajaran sejarah yang saat ini dilakukan secara online akibat terjadinya pandemi virus Covid-19. Masalah-masalah baru tersebut membuat masalah dalam pembelajaran sejarah semakin beragam setelah pembelajaran sejarah secara konvensional pun mengalami banyak permasalahan. Berbagai masalah yang muncul dalam pembelajaran sejarah online seperti misalnya siswa yang mudah cepat bosan dan lelah, siswa yang semakin tidak paham tentang materi yang disampaikan, siswa yang tidak tertarik dengan pembelajaran sejarah online, siswa tidak selalu memperhatikan dan tidak mudah untuk dipantau setelah dilakukannya pembelajaran sejarah online. Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan ini ialah untuk mengatasi berbagai permasalah yang terjadi akibat pembelajaran sejarah online melalui sebuah penggunaan media pembelajaran Katalog Digital Sejarah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian berupa penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran yang tepat, inovatif, dan interakitf serta mampu menyesuaikan dengan pembelajaran online sangat dibutuhkan baik oleh siswa maupun oleh guru sendiri. Media seperti Katalog Digital Sejarah dapat mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan yang terjadi akibat pembelajaran sejarah online. Media Katalog Digital Sejarah dapat menyesuaikan materi yang akan disampaikan sesuai dengan yang tercantum dalam KI dan KD pembelajaran sejarah. Abstract

ABSTRACTIndonesian constitution is the foundation of law which regulates the society, nation, and state of people in this country. One thing to highlight in the constitution is in relation with the life concession towards diversity (kebhinekaan) and non-diversity. Every citizen has the right to diversity so that this right demands everyone and anyone for respect. However, there are still several people who do not respect this right to diversity in the society. It could be proven by many people imposing their opinion, attitude, and behavior to others even though it is evident that this shows the practice of unconstitutionality. Based on these problems, it is necessary to have a discussion regarding how to ground the Indonesian constitution as an effort to safeguard the right to diversity. Constitutionality means that there is recognition, that every Indonesian citizen has the right to diversity, so that this right requires every person or party to respect him, and not harass or play with him.Key words: Diversity, Rights, Constitution, Citizen ABSTRAKKonsitusi Indonesia merupakan hukum dasar yang mengatur kehidupan bermsyarakat, berbangsa, dan bernegara bagi rakyat di negara ini. Salah satu yang digariskan dalam konstitusi adalah mengenai pengakuan hidup atas keragaman (kebhinekaan), dan bukan keragaman. Setiap warga negara mempunyai hak kebhinekaan, sehingga hak ini menuntut setiap siapapun atau pihak manapun untuk menghormatinya. Sayangnya, di tengah masyarakat, masih banyak pihak yang tidak menghormati hak kebhinekaan ini. Terbukti tidak sedikit pihak yang memaksakan pendapat, sikap, dan perilakunya pada orang lain untuk mengikutinya, meskipun jelas-jelas ini merupakan wujud praktik inkonstitusionalitas. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka perlu adanya pembahasan terkait bagaimana cara untuk membumikan konstitusi indonesia sebagai upaya menjaga hak kebhinekaan. Secara konstitusionalitas berarti ada pengakuan, bahwa setiap warga negara Indonesia mempunyai hak kebhinekaan, sehingga hak ini menuntut setiap siapapun atau pihak manapun untuk menghormatinya, dan bukan melecehkan atau mempermainkannya.Kata kunci: Kebhinekaan, Hak, Konstitusi, Warga Negara

Abstract

Abstrak Konstitusi merupakan pijakan dasar atau norma yuridis fundamental yang mengatur kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara dalam kondisi apapun, termasuk saat menghadapi pandemi Covid-19. Urgensinya konstitusi ini akan bisa dirasakan oleh setiap warga negara melalui proses pendidikan (pembelajaran).  Mengingat kondisi masyarakat yang terkena pandemi Covid-19 ini sangat pluralistik, sementara setiap warga negara secara konstitusionalitas mempunyai hak atas kebinekaan, maka setiap pihak, khususnya kalangan penyelenggara pendidikan untuk melakukan masifikasi pendidikan konstitusi, yang model ini diidealisasikan dapat menegakkan keadilan sosial dan mencegah disparitas dan radikalitas  di tengah  masyarakat.Kata kunci: masifikasi, pendidikan, konstitusi, proteksi, hak, kebinekaan Abstract The constitution is the basic foundation or fundamental juridical norms governing the life of the nation and state in any condition, including when facing the Covid-19 pandemic. The urgency of this constitution will be felt by every citizen through the process of Education (learning). Considering that the condition of the people affected by the Covid-19 pandemic is very pluralistic, while every citizen constitutionality has the right to diversity, then each party, especially the education providers to carry out the constitutional education masification, which this model is idealized can uphold social justice and prevent disparity and radicality in the community.
