Abstract

Tuberculosis and COVID-19 are infectious diseases, both of which cause respiratory problems. Treatment adherence is interpreted as what is instructed in treatment should be followed properly. The methods in this study use analytical observational research design with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study is the same as the population of BTA+ pulmonary Tuberculosis patients who re-treat tb and mandatory treatment for 6 months in 2021, as many as 85 people. Because ≥100 then use 10-15% or 20-25% or more of the existing population. Meanwhile, if the population ≤100 all existing populations are sampled (Arikunto, 2014). Because the number of samples in this study ≤100, the sample was taken in total sampling, namely all TB patients as many as 85 people. Statistical test using the Chi Square test. The results showed 85 respondents (100%), respondents with a less compliant category of 49 respondents (57.6%) and respondents with a compliant category of 36 respondents (42.4%), found that there was a meaningful relationship of attitude (p value = 0.000< 0.05), health services (p value = 0,002< 0.05), otherwise there was no meaningful relationship between treatment with OAT (p value = 0.118 > 0.05).

The data was collected using a questionnaire that was filled in via a google form and some of it was distributed manually. Statistical test using chi square test. The results of this study indicate that there is no relationship between knowledge and anxiety (p Value = 0.376 > 0.05), there is a relationship between attitude and anxiety (p Value = 0.027 < 0.05) and there is no relationship between mass media and anxiety (p Value = 0.107 > 0.05). Abstract

Psychosomatic is a physical disorder in which psychological factors play a role in helping the emergence or cause of the appearance of a physical disorder as a result of excessive physiological activity in reacting to emotional symptoms.  The Directorate of Mental Health of the Ministry of Health shows that about 30% of visitors from one of the health centers in Jakarta are psychosomatic patients. This study aims to find out the relationship of mental health (fear, stress, and sleep disorder) with the onset of psychosomatic symptoms of COVID-19 in Halu Oleo University students in 2020. This study used observational analytics with Cross Sectional Study approach using Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique of 391 people. Sampling is done online using the google form platform. Statistical test using chi-square test with the results showed 96 (24.6%) respondents experienced psychosomatic symptoms, it was found that there was no significant association between fear and psychosomatic symptoms (p value = 0.503 > 0.05) and variable stress with  psychosomatic symptoms (p value = 0.444 > 0.05), on the contrary there was a significant association between sleep disorder variables and psychosomatic symptoms  (p value = 0.018 < 0.05). The conclusion of this study variable fear and stress did not have a significant relationship with the onset of psychosomatic symptoms in students, otherwise the variable sleep disorders had a significant association with the onset of psychosomatic symptoms in students. students are expected to add insight related to psychosomatic symptoms so that students can be more aware of their own mental health, because it can make the onset of psychosomatic symptoms

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries in the world that is also experiencing the Covid-19 virus pandemic. The government has also taken countermeasures to prevent the transmission of the Covid-19 virus, namely by complying with health protocols and carrying out the Covid- 19 vaccination program which aims to reduce the transmission of Covid-19 and achieve herd immunity. The existence of the Covid-19 vaccination program has made the entire population of Indonesia raise various responses in the community. There is a lot of negative news about the Covid-19 vaccination program which makes people refuse to take part in the Covid-19 vaccination program. This refusal to participate in the Covid-19 vaccination program also occurred in the people of Konawe Regency. This is because there are people who easily accept hoax news, do not believe in the effectiveness of vaccines, and the lack of public knowledge that makes them afraid and hesitant to take part in the Covid-19 vaccination program. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the refusal to participate in the Covid-19 vaccination program in the work area of the Unaaha Health Center, Konawe Regency in 2021. This research method uses an analytical observational type of research with a cross sectional study approach and the sampling technique uses proportionate stratified random sampling. The results of the study concluded that there was a relationship between self-efficacy (p value = 0.000), public communication (p value = 0.001), and anxiety about side effects (p value = 0.004) with refusal to participate in the Covid-19 vaccination program.

Abstract

Reception of COVID-19 vaccination in each district/city in Southeast Sulawesi Province received different coverage. When compared to other regencies/cities, Muna Regency received very low vaccination coverage, namely 23.39% (stage 1) and 12.66% (stage 2). While in Mantobua Village the percentage of COVID-19 vaccine coverage as of October 14, 2021 is 6% (stage 1) and 2% (stage 2). This could be due to influencing factors such as the knowledge of the community itself. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge, family support and perception with the acceptance of the COVID-19 vaccine in Mantobua Village, Lohia District, Muna Regency in 2021. The research design used was observational analytic with a cross sectional study design. The population in this study is people who have not received the COVID-19 Vaccine, aged 12-60 years who live in Mantobua Village with a total population of 2,262 people, the number of samples in this study is 110 respondents. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate using the chi square test. With a 95% confidence level, the research results show that there is a relationship between knowledge (p-value = 0.000), family support (p-value = 0001), perception (p-value = 0.003) and acceptance of the COVID-19 vaccine
