Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Attention, Interest, Desire and Action models on consumer buying interest as one of the marketing strategies carried out by companies through advertising on Instagram. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis to test the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. Attention, Interest and Desire variables have no effect on buying interest where the significance value of each variable is greater than 0.05. Action variable has a significant effect on buying interest where the significance value is 0.041 or less than 0.05.The results of the questionnaire, the Action variable obtained the largest average value in the eighth question, where consumers will buy skin care products as needed. Thus it can be concluded that the skin care products that are in demand by consumers are closely related to the level of consumer needs. Therefore, product innovation is needed according to market or consumer needs. Social media as a means of marketing activities can certainly be the right choice for companies in promoting their skin care products.can provide problem solving solutions to the achievement of a company's marketing activities in the digital era.

Abstract

Strategi harga pada industri teknologi pendidikan (edtech) merupakan salah satu kunci sukses bagi penyedia layanan. Kompetisi yang tinggi dan kebutuhan akan kejelasan dan transparansi dalam penetapan harga layanan menjadikan rumit proses pengambilan keputusan strategi harga. Perusahaan edtech harus berhati-hati dalam memilih model strategi harga. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi harga dan model pendapatan yang diimplementasikan perusahaan edtech Indonesia. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah analisis isi website perusahaan. Dimensi Scope dan Formula dari model SBIFT digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi harga dan dimensi Temporal Rights digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi model pendapatan. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan edtech umumnya menggunakan strategi per unit price dalam menentukan harga. Pay-per-use dan subscription digunakan sebagai model pendapatan. Artikel ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk memperluas pemahaman tentang bagaimana proses penetapan harga oleh perusahaan

Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of Brand Equation on E-Word of Mouth E-commerce in Indonesia. In addition, brand love was studied as a mediator of Brand Equity and E-Word of Mouth activities. Data was collected from a total of 160 Shopee E-commerce users in Indonesia through a structured questionnaire and hypotheses were examined using the PLS model. The results validate that Brand Equity activities have a significant influence on Brand Love directly. E-Word of Mouth is directly influenced by Brand Love. In addition, Brand Love completely mediates the relationship between Brand Equity activities and E-word of mouth has an indirect influence. First, the sample size was limited to 160 respondents, most of whom came from Jabodetabek, Indonesia. It is recommended that future research use larger sample sizes and include individuals from various industry scenarios. Second, this research only focuses on brand equity, e-word of mouth through the mediation of brand love in the e-commerce retail industry. These research suggestions will help the e-commerce retail sector build consumer trust, which will grow Shopee's user base and enable it to better understand its customers' needs through several improvements that will increase customer engagement. Apart from that, it also increases the level of customer involvement itself by creating games, or vision and mission which can later be exchanged for various kinds of promotions tailored to user needs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas implementasi pelatihan digital marketing yang ditujukan untuk UMKM Binaan Dinas Koperasi Dan Usaha Mikro di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. UMKM Binaan Dinas Koperasi Dan Usaha Mikro memiliki peran krusial dalam perekonomian lokal, namun banyak di antaranya masih menghadapi kesulitan memahami dan memanfaatkan potensi digital marketing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi efektivitas pelatihan digital marketing yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan masing-masing UMKM. Metode penelitian melibatkan survei awal untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat pemahaman dan kebutuhan UMKM terkait digital marketing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman UMKM tentang strategi digital marketing, menghasilkan peningkatan penjualan online yang substansial, serta meningkatkan visibilitas produk mereka di platform digital. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan sumbangan penting dalam pengembangan ekonomi lokal dengan meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di pasar digital. Implikasi praktisnya adalah memberikan panduan bagi pemerintah daerah dan lembaga pendidikan dalam merancang program pelatihan serupa untuk sektor UMKM lainnya. Sebagai hasilnya, penelitian ini bukan hanya menguntungkan para pelaku bisnis UMKM, tetapi juga memberikan manfaat kepada masyarakat dan pemerintah daerah dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal melalui pemanfaatan strategi digital marketing yang efektif. Kata kunci— Pengabdian Masyarakat, Pengembangan Ekonomi Lokal, Digital Marketing Abstract This research discusses the implementation of digital marketing training aimed at MSMEs assisted by the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises in Sidoarjo Regency. MSMEs assisted by the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises have a crucial role in the local economy, but many of them still face difficulties understanding and utilizing the potential of digital marketing. This research aims to design, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing training tailored to the needs of each MSME. The research method involves an initial survey to identify the level of understanding and needs of MSMEs regarding digital marketing. The research results show a significant increase in MSMEs' understanding of digital marketing strategies, resulting in a substantial increase in online sales, as well as increasing the visibility of their products on digital platforms. The findings of this research provide an important contribution to local economic development by increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital market. The practical implication is to provide guidance for local governments and educational institutions in designing similar training programs for other MSME sectors. As a result, this research not only benefits MSME business actors, but also provides benefits to the community and local government in supporting local economic growth through the use of effective digital marketing strategies. Keywords— Community Service, Local Economic Development, Digital Marketing

Abstract

This study is a type of investigation into the impact of co-creation value on gamer loyalty. This study aimed to analyze the effect of co-creation value on gamers' loyalty in Indonesia. This case study focuses on the Mobile Legend game players in Indonesia. The survey technique used in data collection was a questionnaire with the measurement using an interval scale. The data collection technique used was purposive sampling, with a total of 345 respondents. The analytical method used in this study was carried out using structural equation modeling (SEM) and partial least squares (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The findings show that the co-creation value variable affects gamers' loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the strategy carried out by the XYZ Store in order to increase sales of its clothing products, where this is to get customer satisfaction and profit from sales that have been made, the output of the seller will get increased sales of clothing in the form of shirts, pants, and jackets which has a large size. This study qualitative research. The type of research used is the descriptive method, the object of research is one store that is in e-commerce which is a large-sized clothing store. The result showed that the 7P marketing mix became the basis for XYZ Stores to market its clothes to satisfy consumers. Based on the SWOT matrix that has been carried out, described through SO, Consumers can make clothes according to the basic materials and models they want. WO because the price of cloth is unpredictable, so sometimes the seller doesn’t get too big a profit. ST in the form of advertising prices found in e-commerce. WT, in the form of an order in a certain amount, will get an attractive discount from XYZ Store.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors influence customer satisfaction that can create customer loyalty itself. The type of research used in this study is explanatory research or explanatory research with a quantitative approach using survey methods. This study uses a multivariate analysis method (Partial Least Squares) which describes the relationship between exogenous variables, namely user experience during Flash Sale promos through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable to endogenous variables (customer loyalty). The number of samples used in this study were 260 e-commerce consumer respondents in the East Bandung area. The results of research from several aspects, namely usable, useful, valuable, and credible aspects have a positive influence in increasing e-commerce customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the internal and external environment of Badatancy Toys and determine a good business strategy for Badatancy Toys in order to compete in the market. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. Power collection techniques using interviews and observation both directly and indirectly. The data obtained were analyzed using the IFE, EFE, CPM, TOWS, SPACE, and Grand Strategy matrices. From the research results, it is known that the results of the IFE Matrix are 2.74 and the EFE Matrix is ​​2.56. The final results of the analysis of the CPM Matrix, TOWS, SPACE Grand Strategy show that alternatives that can be applied to the Badatancy Toys business are increasing product promotion, maintaining customer service, expanding market share, developing products, and penetrating the market.

Abstract

Although Indonesia is recorded as the third-largest country in terms of mobile shopping application installations globally, the level of mobile shopping activity remains low. This study employs a quantitative research design to analyze the roles of personalization, direct marketing, and hedonic value in shaping behavioral intentions and their impact on the usage behavior of mobile shopping applications. Data were collected through a survey using a purposive sampling technique, involving 282 Gen Z respondents in Indonesia. The questionnaire underwent measurement model testing through Outer Loading, Construct Reliability and Validity, and Discriminant Validity to ensure reliable results, followed by hypothesis testing using SEM-PLS data analysis techniques. The analysis reveals that direct marketing, personalization, and hedonic value have a significant direct influence on behavioral intentions, explaining 93.2% of the variance. Additionally, behavioral intention is found to directly affect usage behavior, although this model accounts for only 37.4% of the variance. Most importantly, behavioral intention mediates the influence of direct marketing, personalization, and hedonic value on usage behavior. These findings suggest that personalization, direct marketing, and hedonic value are crucial factors in fostering behavioral intentions among Gen Z in Indonesia, thereby enhancing the usage of mobile shopping applications.

Abstract

Loyalty is recognized as a key indicator that can show a company's success in a competitive market competition. Activities related to customer and company contacts can maximize the realization of customer loyalty, activities referred to as customer relationship management in which in technological developments there is the concept of e-CRM. The emergence of various online transportation platforms is a phenomenon that we have encountered over the past decade. This intense industry competition makes Gojek need to plan various strategies to be able to maintain its existence. This study intends to analyze the influence of customer relationships and involvement on customer loyalty among Gojek users. The results of hypothesis testing show that there is a direct significant effect of e-CRM on customer loyalty, e-CRM on customer engagement, customer engagement on customer loyalty, and indirectly there is a significant influence of e-CRM on customer loyalty through customer engagement.
