Abstract

This research aims to analyze: the positive effect of location and facilities on patient satisfaction, the positive effect of location and facilities on patient loyalty, and the positive effect of patient satisfaction on patient loyalty. Data collection was carried out using questionnaire. The target population of this research were outpatients with an age of at least 18 or above at An-Nisa Hospital Tangerang, who are willing to be respondents of this study, and have used outpatient services at An-Nisa Hospital Tangerang at least twice and within the period of November 2021. The number of samples were determined to be 300 samples. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Partial Least Square-Structural Equation modeling (PLS-SEM) is applied as a statistical analysis to this study. The results of data analysis showed that the location has a positive effect on patient satisfaction. In addition, facilities have a positive effect on patient satisfaction. Meanwhile, location does not have a positive effect on patient loyalty and facilities do not have a positive effect on patient loyalty. Finally, patient satisfaction has a positive effect on patient loyalty.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the effect of location, price, and service quality on patient’s satisfaction in X Hospital in West Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach using purposive sampling technique. There were 200 respondents included in the study. The data were collected by using questionnaire with a Likert scale and then processed with the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis technique utilizing the SmartPLS 3.0 program. This study showed that there are positive and significant effect from location, price, and service quality on patient’s satisfaction in X Hospital at West Jakarta. This finding indicates that hospitals with qualified services, together with adequate location and affordable price can optimize patient’s satisfaction.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to analyze the positive association between qualities of health services towards patient satisfaction, analyze the positive association between servicescape towards patient satisfaction, and analyze the association between socio-demographic factors towards patient satisfaction. In this study, data were collected using a questionnaire. All patients visiting in the outpatient of X Clinic were recruited between July until August 2021, and 160 respondents were obtained using the convenience sampling method. Data were analyzed for descriptive and inferential statistics using the SMARTPLS program. Results of the data analysis showed that there was a significant positive association between quality of health services towards patient satisfaction, a significant positive association between servicescape towards patient satisfaction, and a significant association between socio-demographic factors towards patient satisfaction. These findings implicated the need to improve the quality of health services, servicescape, and socio-demographic factors in the clinical managerial process.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction is defined as a patient assessment of the expectation and reality received by the patient at a health care facility. This study was conducted to determine the effects of service time, facility, location, and price affordability on patient satisfaction at dr. Ranny Clinic. This research used quantitative methods and the data collection technique by distributing questionnaires, using non probability sampling method with convenience sampling technique. The samples of this research were 220 respondents. The data were obtained and processed using partial least square- structural equation modeling (PLS- SEM) with the Smart-PLS software. The result of this study shows that the facility and price affordability has a positive effect on patient satisfaction. However, location and service time does not have a positive effect on patient satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of  this study was to analyze the  positive influence of service  quality, price fairness, and food quality positive effects on customer satisfaction.   The target population of the study is all customers of Japanese restaurant 3 Wise Monkeys Jakarta.  As for determining the sample using  purposive sampling techniques. The specified sample number is 200 samples that are customers of  Japanese restaurant  3 Wise Monkeys.  The data is collected by distributing questionnaires. The data was analyzed using the partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) model.  The results showed that service  quality, price fairness, and food quality had  a positive influence on  customer satisfaction at  Japanese restaurant 3 Wise Monkeys.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of quality of work life and job satisfaction on the performance of lecturers at private universities in Tangerang with mediated by knowledge sharing. This study used 120 respondents. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale of 1-5 and obtained using google form with convenience sampling. The data processing in this study uses the Smart PLS application, where the results show that the quality of work life does not significantly effect to performance of lecturers. Job satisfaction significantly effect to performance of lecturers. The knowledge sharing significantly effect to the performance of lecturers. Knowledge sharing can mediate effect of quality of work life on the performance of lecturers. While knowledge sharing does not able to mediate effect of job satisfaction on the performance of lecturers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze whether trust, price fairness and service quality have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. This study uses a survey method. Data was collected using a questionnaire instrument. The target population in this study were all patients who had visited the dental studio clinic. The sampling method used is convenience sampling. The number of samples determined was 160 samples. The sampling technique was done by convenience sampling. Data analysis using PLS-SEM with SmartPls program. The results showed that trust (p-value 0.002), price fairness (P-value 0.000) and service quality (P-value 0.004) had a positive effect on patient satisfaction. Of the three variables, price fairness has the most dominant effect on patient satisfaction at the dental studio clinic.

Abstract

With the Covid-19 pandemic in early March 2020 to 2021, it has changed the learning patterns of students in high school and students at universities or in higher education. This study was conducted to examine the factors that influence online learning from students at higher education universities, besides that in this study also to test whether the self-efficacy factor affects students at the university. This study uses a quantitative method, by taking primary data 112 primary data from universities, and distributed using google form. After the data is collected, using the confirmatory Composite Analysis method and also using PLS-SEM, to test whether there is a high correlation between factors or not. After knowing the components that affect online learning, the results show that Self Efficacy meets the criteria for confirmatory composite analysis testing, so that Self Efficacy becomes a reliable and valid dimension in Online Learning, and ranks first with an R2 of 0.821 which has an effect on Online Learning. In this study, online learning also has a major effect on WOM, which is 0.816 and can also be seen from R2 of WOM, which is 0.665 which is included in Moderate Predictive Accuracy, so it can be concluded that Online Learning has a strong influence on WOM of students who are studying during a pandemic, so that very influential on the marketing of the college.
