Abstract

Kinerja menjadi faktor kunci dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Kinerja yang baik tidak hanya bergantung pada kemampuan individu, tetapi juga dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja. Dalam konteks ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan inovatif dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Serang. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan jumlah populasi sekaligus ditarik ke dalam sampel 75 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel total dengan metode kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh variabel kepemimpinan inovatif dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi secara teoritis terhadap literatur dalam konteks sumber daya manusia

Abstract

Di Indonesia telah terjadi beberapa kasus perusahaan manufaktur yang mengalami penurunan laba di Kabupaten Serang dan Kota Cilegon. Penurunan tersebut dapat dikaitkan dengan perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat dan maju di era saat ini, yang membuat persaingan di sektor bisnis semakin ketat. Peneliti bertujuan untuk menyelidiki hubungan antara informasi akuntansi manajemen, pengambilan keputusan manajerial, locus of control, dan kinerja perusahaan dengan model yang telah peneliti rumuskan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif kausalitas, yang menyelidiki dampak hubungan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Perusahaan Manufaktur di Kabupaten Serang dengan 135 perusahaan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, menggunakan 20 perusahaan dengan jumlah karyawan yang memegang jabatan seperti kepala divisi atau departemen dan supervisor. Jumlah sampel yang ditetapkan dari 20 perusahaan adalah 64 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala interval 1 sangat tidak setuju sampai 10 sangat setuju dengan studi lapangan sebanyak 64 responden. Data terkumpul, peneliti mengolah data dengan bantuan program smart pls versi 4.0 melalui evaluasi model pengukuran, inner model dan uji hipotesis dengan uji bootstrapping. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara statistik informasi akuntansi manajemen, pengambilan keputusan manajerial dan locus of control berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Locus of control dapat memediasi pengaruh informasi akuntansi manajemen terhadap kinerja perusahaan dan pengambilan keputusan manajerial terhadap kinerja perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menganalisis kinerja keuangan perusahaan PT.Mayora Tbk. terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2019-2022 yang diukur dengan Ratio Likuiditas dan ratio Profitabilitas, PT Mayora Indah Tbk  perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang Makanan dan minuman didirikan dengan Akta No. 204 tanggal 17 Februari 1977. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif karena data penelitian berupa angka-angka dan menggunakan analisis   statistik   dengan   menggunakan  Teknik  analisis   data menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dalam menganalisis rasio likuiditas dan Rasio Profitabilitas sebagia alat ukur kinerja keuangan Pada PT. Mayora Indah Tbk. yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode tahun 2018-2022. dimana rasio likuiditas untuk mengetahui kemampuan perusahaan dalam memenuhi kewajiban jangka pendeknya, sedangkan rasio profitabilitas untuk mengukur kemampuan perusahaan dalam mencari keuntungan. Obyek  dalam  penelitian  ini  meliputi  rasio  likuiditas dan  rasio  profitabilitas, Analisis rasio likuiditas yang digunakan adalah Current Ratio dan Quick Ratio, sedang analisis rasio profitabilitas yang digunakan adalah Net Profit Margin dan Return on Asset (ROA).

Abstract

literasi baca tulis sangat diperlukan untuk mengembangkan komunikasi siswa. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Implementasi literasi baca tulis di SDN 39 Raba Bima yang dilihat dari aspek 1) Jumlah variasi bahan bacaan di sekolah 2) peminjaman bahan bacaan di perpustakaan 3) kegiatan sekolah yang berkaitan dengan literasi baca tulis 4) kebijakan kepala sekolah yang berkaitan dengan literasi baca tulis  dan 5) Komunitas Baca di sekolah. penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif.  Pengambilan data menggunakan angket mendalam mengenai perkembangan literasi disekolah dan di bantu oleh wawancara  dilakukan kepada beberapa pegiat literasi disekolah seperti kepala sekolah, kepala perpustakaan dan ibu pembimbing literasi ibu Y untuk mendukung data. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif atau statistik deksriptif. Penarikan kesimpulan dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan hasil yang diperoleh dengan kategori nilai presentase menggunakan rumus likert skala 1 sampai 4. Hasil Implementasi Literasi Baca Tulis SDN 39 Raba Bima masuk dalam kategori sangat baik dengan aspek 1) Jumlah variasi bahan bacaan di sekolah dengan presentase 83% dengan kategori sangat baik 2) peminjaman bahan bacaan di perpustakaan dengan presenatse 88 % dengan kategori sangat baik 3) kegiatan sekolah yang berkaitan dengan literasi baca tulis dengan presentase 84% dengan kategori sangat baik 4) kebijakan kepala sekolah yang berkaitan dengan literasi baca tulis dengan presentase 88% dengan kategori sangat baik dan 5) Komunitas Baca di sekolah dengan presentase 92% dengan kategori sangat baik. Secara garis besar  Implementasi Literasi Baca Tulis SDN 39 Raba Bima sudah sangat baik akan tetapi masih harus meningkatkan kualitas implementasi literasi baca tulis dan harus dilakukan evaluasi literasi secara menyeluruh bukan saja hanya literasi baca tulis untuk mengetahui implementasi literasi secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate and assess the variables that, when combined with modifications to product innovation tactics and customer orientation via ambidexterity, might enhance the marketing performance of MSMEs. The 1,858 MSME implementers in Serang City who own food and beverage MSMEs make up the population of this study. The number of samples acquired using the 10 x 17 indicators was calculated using a purposive sampling method, yielding 170 respondents. Utilizing the SmartPLS Version 4.0 application, the analysis method applies the SEM strategy. The assumption test results indicate that product innovation has a big impact on marketing effectiveness, Organizational ambidexterity and product innovation both have a significant impact on marketing performance. However, the impact of organizational ambidexterity variables on marketing performance is not as strong as that of product innovation, and organizational ambidexterity variables can mediate the effect of market orientation and product innovation on marketing performance. Increasing product innovation and market orientation directly or through organizational ambidexterity are two ways to boost marketing performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to carry out a bibliometric analysis of marketing innovation in higher education using VOSviewer. This study uses a quantitative description method. The data used in this study are search results based on the keyword "Marketing Innovation" sourced from Google Scholar using publish or perish software. The search results found 981 articles published between 2018-2022. The results of the research show that research on marketing innovation has decreased in 2018-2022. In conclusion, this research needs to be carried out to show the importance of conducting bibliometric analysis, especially in the field of marketing innovation. It is hoped that this research can become a reference for further research in conducting and determining research themes, especially on the theme of marketing innovation. This research is expected to contribute theoretically to the literature in the context of marketing management

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and transformational leadership on organizational performance through organizational commitment. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with a causal approach. The object of this research is the regeneration of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Banten Province using a sample of 158 respondents. Questionnaire answers were measured using an interval scale of 1 – 10. Data were analyzed using the SmartPLS version 3.29 software. The results of this study stated that: 1). Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance. 2). Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance. 3). Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. 4). Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. 5). Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance. Organizational commitment can mediate between organizational culture and transformational leadership in partial mediation.

Abstract

Job training and work environment play an important role in improving employee performance in every company, especially at PT. Nikomas Gemilang. In the Personnel Department of the Nike Division, not only in this company, even throughout the world it is said that every worker will be paid by the employer, so that performance will increase. Employees will run smoothly if their job training and work environment are adequate, however, most companies in Indonesia pay little attention to their workers, thus the level of employee performance in these companies decreases. This research aims to find out: 1) To find out the effect of job training on employee performance levels. 2) To determine the influence of the work environment on employee performance levels. 3) To determine the effect of job training and work environment on employee performance levels. Abstract

This research aims to investigate the interaction between return on assets, current ratio, and price earning ratio in Indonesia's banking sector. The objective is to gain insight into how these factors interact and affect the price-earning ratio of companies in Indonesia's banking industry. This analysis uses quantitative methods based on financial data and relevant metrics for a sample of banking sector companies in Indonesia operating in Indonesia as many as 46 companies; with purposive sampling technique, the authors get a sample of 30 companies from 2020 - 2022. This study examines the relationship between return on asset profitability, liquidity current ratio and price earning ratio through statistical analysis and linear regression modelling techniques with SPSS version 26. The results showed that the return on assets hurts the earning ratio. Liquidity current ratio does not significantly affect the price earning ratio; return on assets and current ratio do not have a considerable impact simultaneously on the price earning ratio. The findings contribute to the literature on corporate valuation by providing empirical evidence specific to the banking sector in Indonesia. This research provides implications for policymakers, investors, and managers, as it offers valuable insights into the factors that drive the earning ratio, helping stakeholders make decisions and strategies to improve performance and competitiveness. Provides benefits in the context of financial management.

Abstract

Good electronic resources and student-lecturer interaction are essential to improve student satisfaction during online learning; e-learning satisfaction is a multifaceted construction that significantly affects student engagement and retention in online learning environments. This study aims to examine and evaluate a four-variable model, including E-learning, Perceived Ease of Use, E-learning Satisfaction, and Perceived Usefulness. Quantitative methods are used to test scales, research models, and hypotheses. These include testing scale reliability, testing the validity and consistency of the scale, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) for hypothesis testing. The sample used was an active student of the Faculty of Economics and Business in the odd semester of 2023/2024 who had used Edlink at Sahid University. The object was chosen because Sahid University has an e-learning site, namely Edlink, that supports teaching and learning activities and is already running. One hundred thirty-eight questionnaires were distributed directly through Google Forms to students who had used Edlink. The data analysis technique in this study uses SEM with SmartPLS version 4. Through the evaluation of the measurement model with a loading factor of >0.70, Composite Reliability > 0.70, Cronbuc's Alpha >0.70 and Average variances Extracted >0.50. Then, we use the hypothesis test with Bootstrapping to determine the direct and indirect influences. The results of the study showed that there was an Effect of Perceived Ease of Use on E-learning satisfaction, No Effect of Perceived Usefulness on E-learning satisfaction, Effect of E-Lerning on Perceived Ease of Use, Effect of E-Lerning on Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use did not mediate the Effect of E-Lerning on E-learning satisfaction, Perceived Usefulness mediated the Effect of E-Lerning on E-learning satisfaction.
