Employee performance is an essential factor influencing success. In an organization, this is one of the most critical functions of a company. This study aims to determine the variables that affect employee performance and develop a theoretical basis and research model. This study used an associative descriptive quantitative method with a population of 51 respondents drawn into a sample using non-probability sampling, saturated sampling / total sampling method, and data analysis techniques using linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 26. The results of this study show that the first hypothesis is that the work environment affects employee performance. Thus, the second hypothesis states that compensation does not significantly impact employee performance. The third hypothesis is that employee performance is influenced by the work environment and balance that can simultaneously improve employee performance. This research is expected to make theoretical contributions to the literature in this context, certainly in the context of human resource management.

Human resources are an essential factor influencing success. In an organization, this is one of the most critical functions of a company. This study aims to determine the variables that affect employee performance and develop a theoretical basis and research model. This study used the associative descriptive quantitative method with a population of 36 respondents drawn into samples using non-probability sampling using saturated sampling / total sampling methods. Data analysis techniques using linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 26. The results of this study show that the first hypothesis of competence does not affect employee performance. Thus, the second hypothesis states that job satisfaction significantly influences employee performance. The third hypothesis is that employee performance is influenced by competence and job satisfaction, which can simultaneously improve employee performance. Employee performance is an essential factor influencing success. In an organization, this is one of the most critical functions of a company. This study aims to determine the variables that affect employee performance and develop a theoretical basis and research model. This study used an associative descriptive quantitative method with a population of 35 respondents drawn into a sample using non-probability sampling, using saturated sampling / total sampling method. Data analysis techniques using linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 26. The results of this study show that the first hypothesis of job satisfaction does not affect employee performance. Thus, the second hypothesis states that work discipline significantly influences employee performance. Effective management, thinking about the importance of human resources. Employee job satisfaction is an essential factor influencing success. In an organization, this is one of the most critical functions of a company. This study aims to determine the variables that affect employee job satisfaction and develop a theoretical basis and research model. This study used the associative descriptive quantitative method with a population of 40 respondents drawn into samples using non-probability sampling using saturated sampling / total sampling methods. Data analysis techniques using linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 26. The results of this study show that the first hypothesis states that employee job satisfaction is influenced by leadership style; the more influential the leader is in making decisions, the more employee job satisfaction increases. The second hypothesis states that work motivation affects employee job satisfaction. The third hypothesis is that employee performance is influenced by leadership style and employee work motivation, which can simultaneously increase employee job satisfaction. This research is expected to make theoretical contributions to the literature in this context, certainly in the context of human resource management.

Organizations can achieve success through their resources, especially human resources. Therefore, employees become locomotors who contribute to the organization's success sustainably. Of course, only employees with optimal performance can achieve such success. However, to maximize employee performance, there must be a strategy to improve it. This study used an associative descriptive quantitative method with a population of 50 respondents drawn into samples using non-probability sampling and saturated sampling / total sampling methods. Data analysis techniques using linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 26. The results of this study show that the first hypothesis states that employee performance is influenced by employee job satisfaction, meaning that the higher the job satisfaction felt by employees, the higher employee performance. The second hypothesis states that workload shows no influence on employee performance. The third hypothesis is that employee performance is influenced by employee job satisfaction and workload, which can simultaneously improve employee performance. This research is expected to make theoretical contributions to the literature in this context, certainly in the context of human resource management.

A country's high level of finance will encourage the development of its economy. Internal and external factors cause high and low financial management behavior. This study aims to develop a model that examines the three variables that the author has analyzed to determine the factors that can improve student financial management behavior. This study used an associative descriptive quantitative method with a population of 73 respondents drawn into samples using non-probability sampling and saturated sampling / total sampling methods. Data analysis techniques using linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 26. The first hypothesis is that lifestyle significantly affects student financial management behavior, and the second hypothesis is that financial experience partially impacts student management behavior; the third hypothesis is that lifestyle and financial expertise together can affect financial management behavior. This research is expected to make theoretical contributions to the literature in this context, including in the context of economic and banking management.
