Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) explore new opportunities to gain profits and optimize existing resources. The presence of operational ambidexterity can focus on exploiting existing resources and exploring market opportunities. This study shows the influence of factors that can improve MSME marketing performance by adjusting product innovation strategies and customer orientation through ambidexterity during the covid-19 pandemic. The population of this research is MSME food and beverage in Serang, totalling 1,858 MSMEs. The number of samples is 170 respondents with the purposive sampling method. The analysis method uses a structural equation model (SEM) approach with the SmartPLS applications. The results showed that product innovation, market orientation, and organizational ambidexterity positively and significantly affected marketing performance. Product innovation and market orientation positively and significantly affected organizational ambidexterity. Organizational ambidexterity can mediate the effect of product innovation and market orientation on marketing performance. The results of this study can complement the existing theory. Then the results of this study can also be used as a reference for MSMEs in improving marketing performance by increasing product innovation and market orientation directly or through organizational ambidexterity.

Abstract

Growing public involvement in government decision-making processes requires employees to have strong interpersonal and communication skills. This study aims to examine the relationship between workplace culture, employee commitment, job satisfaction, and employee performance in the operational context of the Cilegon City Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs. This study used quantitative methodology. The study population consisted of 536 employees, consisting of 396 State Civil Apparatus employees and 140 non-State Civil Apparatus employees. The researchers used proportional stratified random sampling, basing the sample size on the number of variable indicators: 20 indicators multiplied by 8, resulting in 160 respondents. The findings of this study reveal that organizational culture has an impact on employee performance with a t-statistic value of 5.530 > 1.96 and a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05, while organizational commitment does not with a t-statistic value of 1.632 < 1.96 with a p-value of .103 > 0.05. In addition, organizational culture on job satisfaction has a t-statistic value of 3.435 > 1.96 t-table significance 0.000 < 0.05 and organizational commitment affects employee job satisfaction with a t-statistic value of 4.173 > 1.96 t-table significance value 0.000 < 0.05. The third hypothesis confirms that job satisfaction affects employee performance with a t-statistic value of 4.704 > 1.96 t-table with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Finally, job satisfaction functions as a mediating variable, increasing the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance with partial mediation. By using a quantitative approach and rigorous data analysis, this study aims to provide a comprehensive insight into the factors that shape employee performance and provide practical implications for organizational management to improve work effectiveness and efficiency.

Abstract

Kecerdasan emosional memiliki peranan penting dalam pendidikan masa kini, dan pendidik berfungsi sebagai teladan, pendorong dan penilai dalam mendukung siswa untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional mereka. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peranan guru dalam meningkatkan kecerdasaan emosional siswa seta untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian Kualiatif studi kasus yang mewawancarai beberapa guru di SDN 35 Nungga Kota Bima yang dipilih secara Purposive sampling serta menganalisis data dengan cara Miles dan Huberman yaitu mengumpulkan data, mereduksi sampai menarik kesimpulan. Adapun hasil penelitian di dapatkan Elemen yang mendukung perkembangan kecerdasan emosional siswa meliputi faktor fisik, psikologis dan lingkungan. Lingkungan yang kondusif dapat membantu siswa merasakan keamanan dan penerimaan sosial, serta meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam mengelola emosi dan berinteraksi pada orang lain. Guru berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional siswa tetapi ada faktor penghalang seperti variasi status sosial dan keberagaman budaya. Diperlukan pemahaman yang lebih lengkap dan usaha yang berfokus untuk memperkuat posisi guru dalam konteks ini. Pemahaman tentang soiknifikansi peran guru dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional siswa dapat memberikan dampak postif dalam pembentukan generasi yang lebih seimbang dalam emosional.

Abstract

Guru merupakan salah satu komponen dalam kegiatan pambelajaran memiliki posisi yang sangat menentukan keberhasilan pembelajaran, karena fungsi  guru ialah merancang, mengelola, melaksanakan dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana proses pembelajaran interaktif di SDN 2 Boro dan melihat peran guru saat implementasinya. Di samping itu, kedudukan guru dalam kegiatan pambelajaran juga sangat strategis dan menentukan. Strategis karena guru yang akan menentukan kedalaman dan keluasan materi pelajaran, sedangkan bersifat menentukan karena guru yang memilah dan memilih bahan, metode, dan media pembelajaran yang akan disajikan kepada peserta didik. Guru memang mempunyai peranan yang paling penting dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga guru mendapat predikat figur sentral. Tulisan ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan guru dalam meningkatkan kinerja di SDN 2 Boro. Metode tulisan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif.  Subjek tulisan ini adalah guru. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah wawancara. Adapum hasil penelitian yang didapatkan  (1) Pembelajaran Interaktif di SDN 2 Boro berjalan dengan baik. (2) Guru sebagai motivasi, untuk mendorong siswa untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Perkembangan dan kemajuan teknologi informasi telah membawa perubahan yang sangat signifikan pada berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dunia usaha dan pemasaran. Kemajuan jaringan internet, perangkat mobile, serta hadirnya berbagai aplikasi berbasis digital membuka peluang yang luas bagi masyarakat dan pelaku usaha untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar tanpa terbatas oleh ruang dan waktu. Permasalahan yang dialami oleh BUMDES atau UMKM Desa Mbawi yang belum mampu mengoptimalkan teknologi IT ataupun platform digital untuk promosi dan penjualan komoditi dan olahan Warga Desa Mbawi, dengan kata lain SDM terhadap pengelolaan IT (pemasaran digital) masih rendah. Tujuan dari pengabdian dan pelatihan ini untuk peningkatan kemampuan (terampil) dalam pengelolaan platform digital media sosial dan website e-commerce. Metode yang diterapkan yaitu metode demonstrasi dan interaktif yang melibatkan 15 orang Pengurus BUMDES/UMKM. Tahapan kegiatan meliputi (1) Pemberian instrument tes awal; (2) Workshop Penerapan IT terkait Promosi dan Penjualan secara digital (Media Sosial dan Web E-Commerce); (3) Pelatihan secara mandiri dan kelompok terhadap pengelolaan platform digital (4) Evaluasi pelatihan IT melalui pengisian instrument untuk mengetahui peningkatan pengelolaan IT dan keterampilan pengurus BUMDES/UMKM. (5) Mengetahui Tingkat kepraktisan terhadap Web E-Commerce yang dibuat dalam menunjang Pemasaran Digital. Hasil Workshop IT menunjukan peningkatan yang signifikan. Rata-rata skor tes awal sebesar 60,70 menunjukkan masih rendahnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan pengurus BUMDES/UMKM, sementara skor rata-rata tes akhir mencapai 82,67. Sementara Tingkat kepraktisan terhadap Web e-Commerce dengan rata-rata 85.  Hal ini membuktikan bahwa metode demonstrasi dan interaktif melalui workshop IT / Pemasaran Digital, diskusi individu/kelompok dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pengelolaan IT terhadap BUMDES/UMKM.

Abstract

Ideally junior high school students should demonstrate awareness and concrete practices such as reducing plastic waste, maintaining cleanliness, reusing waste materials, and actively participating in greening activitiesThe objectives of this study are: (1) to determine the effect of using the Android-based E-Raso media to enhance students’ environmental care character, and (2) to identify the factors that influence students’ environmental care character. This research employs a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental method and a One-Group Pretest-Posttest design. The study was conducted at SMPN 1 Kota Bima with a sample of 33 students. Data collection techniques included both test and non-test methods. The test instrument consisted of pretest and posttest questions, while the non-test instrument consisted of documentation. The results showed a significant increase in the average score, rising from 59.50% on the pretest to 86.83% on the posttest. The paired-sample t-test yielded a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), confirming a significant effect of using the Android-based E-Raso media in improving students’ environmental care character. Therefore, the Android-based E-Raso media proved to be influential and effective, serving as one of the supporting factors for enhancing this ability.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelajahi strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dengan fokus pada peningkatan kepuasan pegawai dan penguatan disiplin kerja di lingkungan kerja PT Nippon Seiki. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Dengan sampel 64 responden dan teknik analisis menggunakan SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kepuasan pegawai berpengaruh signifikan terhadap lingkungan kerja. disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap lingkungan kerja. kepuasan pegawai berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai diterima.

Abstract

Objectives: The phenomenon of turnover intention should be a concern for the company or organization owners. The phenomenon of turnover intention can be detrimental to the organization's survival. This study examines how the role of transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and perceived organizational influence turnover intention and how these roles modify organizational commitment.Methodology: This research uses quantitative research with a causality approach, with the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis method. The reason is that PLS-SEM can predict complex latent variables from a study. This research was conducted on J & T Cargo expedition employees in Tangerang Regency and a total sample of 131, testing the inner model and outer model and bootstrapping tests to test the mediation of organizational commitment.Finding: As formulated in the hypotheses, the results are consistent, where transformational leadership and employee job satisfaction significantly affect turnover intention, but perceived organizational support has no significant impact on turnover intention. Similarly, transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and perceived organizational support significantly impact organizational commitment. Thus, organizational commitment mediates the significant effect of transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and perceived organizational support on turnover intention. Theoretical and practical implications are presented.Conclusion: Organizations that emphasize developing transformational leadership qualities and prioritizing employee satisfaction will be better positioned to avoid turnover intention. By recognizing and acting on these insights, organizations can build positive employee engagement, retention, and success cycles. In summary, transformational leadership and job satisfaction significantly affect turnover intention, as satisfied employees are less likely to consider leaving their current organization.

Abstract

This study investigates the interaction between capital structure, net profit margin, and company value in the manufacturing sector in Indonesia. The goal is to gain insight into how these factors interact and affect the overall value of a company in a particular region and industry. This analysis uses quantitative methods based on financial data and relevant metrics for a sample of 30 manufacturing companies operating in Indonesia. This study examines the relationship between capital structure, net profit margin, and company value through statistical analysis and linear regression modeling techniques with SPSS version 26. The results showed that capital structure net profit margin significantly affected the company's value in the manufacturing industry. The capital structure reinforces the effect of the net profit margin on the company's value. The findings contribute to the existing literature on company valuations by providing empirical evidence specific to the manufacturing sector in West Java. The research has implications for policymakers, investors, and managers, as it offers valuable insights into the factors that drive corporate value in the industry, helping stakeholders make decisions and strategies to improve performance and competitiveness. Provide benefits in the context of financial management.

Abstract

In an effective management system, the importance of human resources is increasing. Employee performance is an essential factor influencing success. In an organization, this is one of the most critical functions of a company. This study aims to determine the variables that affect employee performance and develop a theoretical basis and research model. This study used an associative descriptive quantitative method with a population of 50 respondents drawn into samples using non-probability sampling using saturated sampling / total sampling methods—data analysis techniques using linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 26. The results of this study show that the first hypothesis states that employee performance is influenced by the effectiveness of training, meaning that the better the effectiveness of training, the more improved the employee's performance. Thus, the second hypothesis states that employee performance is influenced by knowledge management, meaning that the higher the knowledge management possessed by employees, the higher the performance of employees. The third hypothesis is that employee performance is influenced by the effectiveness of training and management knowledge that can simultaneously improve employee performance. This research is expected to provide theoretical contributions to the literature in this context, certainly in the context of human resource management.
