Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengoptimalkan manajemen keamanan dan ketertiban di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Klas IIB Gunungsitoli dengan mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Kontrol Keliling (Sitrolling). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Sistem Sitrolling dirancang untuk meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan keamanan, sekaligus mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik dalam pengawasan narapidana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Sitrolling berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi operasional keamanan, mengurangi insiden keamanan, dan memperkuat proses dokumentasi dan pelaporan kegiatan keamanan. Sistem ini juga membantu dalam pengelolaan data narapidana yang lebih efektif, mendukung pelaksanaan program pembinaan yang lebih terstruktur. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah implementasi Sitrolling memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan keamanan dan ketertiban di lapas, memungkinkan lembaga pemasyarakatan menghadapi tantangan keamanan dengan lebih efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan adanya pelatihan yang memadai untuk petugas serta pemeliharaan dan evaluasi sistem secara berkala untuk memastikan keberlanjutan manfaat yang diperoleh dari sistem informasi ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pengelolaan surat masuk dan keluar berbasis web di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Nias, dengan tujuan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan mengurangi risiko kesalahan dalam pengelolaan surat. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem meliputi analisis kebutuhan pengguna, perancangan sistem, pengembangan perangkat lunak berbasis web, serta pengujian dan evaluasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap proses pengelolaan surat manual yang sebelumnya digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berbasis web yang dikembangkan berhasil mengotomatisasi proses pencatatan, pelacakan, dan pengarsipan surat masuk dan keluar. Sistem ini juga menyediakan fitur pelacakan surat secara real-time dan meningkatkan keamanan data melalui autentikasi dan enkripsi. Meskipun sistem ini belum mendukung distribusi disposisi secara digital, fitur yang ada sudah cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pengarsipan dan pelacakan surat. Kesimpulannya, penerapan sistem ini berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan surat di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Nias, serta memberikan landasan untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut dalam rangka mengintegrasikan fitur tambahan di masa depan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Surat Masuk dan Surat Keluar (Simsumaker) berbasis digital di Kantor Kecamatan Tuhemberua, Kabupaten Nias Utara, guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan surat-menyurat yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Waterfall, meliputi analisis, desain, implementasi, dan pengujian sistem. Aplikasi berbasis web ini dirancang dengan tiga level akses: Administrator, Operator OPD, dan Operator Bagian, untuk memfasilitasi pengelolaan surat secara aman dan terstruktur. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Simsumaker mampu mempercepat proses administrasi surat, mengurangi risiko kehilangan dokumen, serta meningkatkan kemudahan akses dan pengarsipan. Aplikasi ini juga memberikan fleksibilitas karena dapat diakses dari berbagai perangkat yang terhubung ke internet. Namun, tantangan terkait resistensi pengguna terhadap teknologi baru dan masalah teknis, seperti konektivitas jaringan, memerlukan solusi berupa pelatihan dan peningkatan infrastruktur. Secara keseluruhan, Simsumaker berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan surat-menyurat di lingkungan pemerintahan dan dapat diadopsi di instansi lain.

Abstract

Snakehead fish (Channa striata) is a freshwater fish that can be found throughout Indonesian waters. Snakehead fish in today's society has been associated with medicine. Snakehead fish is processed into various types of dishes and then served to sick families, especially for those who are postoperative because its content has been clinically proven in several diseases. Snakehead fish has a high protein content, especially albumin and essential amino acids, fat, especially essential fatty acids, minerals, especially zinc (Zn), and several vitamins that are very good for health. Bioactive compounds that play a role in accelerating the wound healing process are albumin, glycine, and zinc (Zn). Wound healing is highly dependent on the biochemical processes that occur in the skin involving intrinsic and extrinsic factors. This healing process will be accelerated with the help of dried extracts of Snakehead fish designed in topical forms such as creams or gels.

Abstract

Indonesia is the world's largest archipelagic country, providing abundant biodiversity potential. The rapid development of chemistry, phytochemistry, and pharmacology has increased the research and application of various plants in the health sector. Phytopharmaca is a standardized herbal medicine that has proven its efficacy through clinical trials. Various types of marine biota that are easy to find have been proven to contain bioactive compounds that can potentially develop phytopharmaceuticals based on biological resources. The development of phytopharmaceuticals made from marine plant raw materials has yet to be widely developed. Limiting factors often found are references to pharmaceutical standardization and the required research funding. However, this does not rule out the possibility of realizing phytopharmaceutical products from marine plants that meet standards and clinical trials. Therefore, the aim of the explanation regarding research, types, and potential of marine biological resources in phytopharmaceuticals is to provide information and learning media.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the extent to which the implementation of Agile HR in companies can be effectively applied, as well as to identify the factors influencing the implementation of Agile HR in this company. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach through literature review, focusing solely on explaining and elucidating the implementation of Agile HR in the company and the factors influencing it. While some studies utilize quantitative descriptive methods, this research solely delineates the implementation of Agile HR and its influencing factors in detail without employing statistical data. The research methodology utilized in this article is a descriptive approach coupled with literature analysis. Agile HR offers an adaptive and responsive approach to addressing the rapidly changing business landscape and has proven to be effective in optimizing organizational performance. It brings significant benefits to organizations, including enhanced flexibility, speed, and adaptability. By adopting Agile principles within the Human Resources function, organizations can improve their efficiency, flexibility, adaptability, and achieve long-term success amidst increasingly fierce global competition. The success of Agile HR also involves other key factors. In performance management, Agile HR offers a more adaptive approach focused on continuous feedback. Skill development and training are also crucial focuses within Agile HR. Additionally, fostering a culture and work environment that supports collaboration and innovation are key aspects of Agile HR.

Abstract

Background: Penelitian ini mendalami penilaian kinerja karyawan di CV. Citimart Gunungsitoli, sebuah perusahaan ritel. Fenomena ini berkaitan dengan kompleksitas penilaian yang mencakup kualitas kerja, kuantitas, ketepatan waktu, efektivitas, dan kemandirian. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengungkapkan mekanisme penilaian, mengevaluasi solusi yang diterapkan, dan memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam terhadap persepsi manajemen dan karyawan. Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, melibatkan wawancara dengan manajer, supervisor, admin, dan karyawan. Hasil: Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa penilaian kinerja diintegrasikan sebagai bagian integral dari manajemen sumber daya manusia, dengan kualitas kerja yang dipengaruhi oleh dukungan manajemen dan kemandirian karyawan. Mekanisme penilaian melibatkan berbagai tingkatan dan kriteria yang menciptakan dasar objektif dalam mengevaluasi kinerja. Kesimpulan: Keterbatasan penelitian mencakup jumlah informan yang terbatas dan sifat subjektif penilaian kinerja. Rekomendasi melibatkan peningkatan keterlibatan karyawan, pelatihan kepemimpinan, dan pengembangan sistem penilaian yang lebih terukur. Implikasinya adalah memberikan panduan bagi perusahaan sejenis dan penelitian lebih lanjut dalam mengembangkan sistem penilaian kinerja yang lebih baik. Diharapkan, temuan ini dapat mendukung perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan dengan efektif dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan konsumen.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of public relations and journalism institutions in enhancing transparency and public participation in governance. Transparency and participation are key elements that promote accountability and build trust between government and society. Using a mixed-methods approach, the study involved in-depth interviews, surveys, and document analysis at several government agencies in the district, as well as using a cross-sectional survey to measure public perceptions. The results show that public relations plays an important role in providing access to accurate and trustworthy information, which in turn improves government accountability. On the other hand, journalism serves as an independent watchdog that criticizes public policies and encourages community participation through critical coverage. Collaboration between public relations and journalism strengthens the government's ability to build positive relationships with the public, which is reflected in increased public involvement in decision-making. However, the study also identified challenges in terms of budget constraints, resistance to closed organizational cultures, and underutilization of technology in public communications. These findings highlight the importance of adequate policy support and resources for public relations and journalism to maximize their contribution to more open and participatory governance. The results of this study provide strategic recommendations to improve transparency and public participation through institutional strengthening of public relations and journalism.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the dynamics of public services at the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) of Gunungsitoli City, focusing on service procedures, obstacles faced, and the effectiveness of evaluative meetings. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The results showed that although BKPSDM has implemented clear public service procedures, constraints such as limited competent human resources and inadequate technological infrastructure hinder the effectiveness of services. The process of digitizing documents and the use of information technology is still limited, which causes the length of time to complete administrative services. Periodic evaluative meetings have been successful in identifying internal problems and offering improvement solutions, although the implementation of meeting results is often constrained by budget limitations. In general, the public is satisfied with the services provided, although there are criticisms related to the length of the service process. To improve service quality, this study recommends improving technological infrastructure, developing employee competencies, simplifying bureaucracy, and increasing budget allocations. By implementing these recommendations, BKPSDM is expected to improve the efficiency and responsiveness of public services.

Hulu, Meiman Jaya. 2023. Analysis of Gender Equality Policy in Improving Employee Satisfaction at the Transportation Agency of Gunungsitoli City. Thesis. Supervisor: Odaligoziduhu Halawa SE., M.M. The research is motivated by the challenges and opportunities related to gender equality and the empowerment of women in the environment of the Transportation Agency of Gunungsitoli City. With a focus on women's participation in employment and positions within the structure, strategic decision-making, and working conditions, the research seeks to identify the possible limitations faced in efforts to enhance gender equality. The study aims to delve into the issues of gender equality and women's empowerment in the Transportation Agency of Gunungsitoli City, focusing on women's participation in structural positions, strategic decision-making, and working conditions. Through a qualitative approach involving secondary data analysis and in-depth interviews, the research reveals limitations in comprehensive data access related to women's participation at various organizational levels. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative, involving data collection through observation and interviews with female employees and structural leadership in the Transportation Agency of Gunungsitoli City. The findings of this research recommend the development of more specific empowerment programs, provision of specialized support and training, and the integration of gender equality in organizational policies. The conclusion of the study is that the Transportation Agency of Gunungsitoli City has provided access support to female employees, but further efforts are needed to enhance women's involvement and training development. Therefore, it is expected that the findings of this research can help formulate more effective strategies in supporting gender equality and women's empowerment in the workplace.
